I live in Brampton and I was in Napnee for some work and I decided to go Grab a coffee from Tim Hortons and I was having bad Day, but when I took coffee and then Staff gave me this Paper boat. I know It’s not a big thing, but I was happy to have it and feels very good. I don’t know why but it’s just made my night beautiful❤️
Nicely renovated Fall-2024 Prompt service Right next to 401 exit 579 ramp - southside Convenient as Canadian Tire gas bar, McD, Subway, Pita Pit, Chucks and other fast food eateries at same intersection
Glad they renovated but I was told on Saturday Oct 19/24 that the sugar machine was broken on drive-thru but yet they still used it. Today (Oct 24/24) sugar machine still not calibrated but they are still serving coffee. They should maybe train more employees on how to calibrate the machines. If you want a decent coffee go inside.
Ordered everything begal and what i got you can see in the picture attatched . Never coming back
Perfect place to take a detour, escape the onroute prices and long lines. Also has a gas station incase you need to fill up gas. Friendly staff.
*Update The manager contacted me and told me that if I ever go back (I don't live in the area), they will serve me the right proper tea. I will only go up to three stars because even though there was a response, after my review, it took 3 emails and one call to fix the problem, that is, if I ever go back to that city and I tell the person at the till that I spoke with the manager about the issue.* I am very disappointed. I asked for a large orange peakoe decaff and milk. First I got a regular orange peakoe. So I had to line up again to ask them to do it again. So they apologized and tried again. It took them 5 min. When I finally got it, it was cold. The bags didn't steep, so it was like a milky watery beverage, and I just ended up throwing it out. $2.40 literally down the drain.
Night/Early morning staff are absolutely horrible. Who are they saving the cream cheese for ?? Good effort there
Terrible experience don’t go there . We went today June 26 around 4:15 pm , After we wait more than 15 min to get the potatoes wedged for my kids ? The potatoes was very little portion, when I spoke with the lady on the cashier, her name is Michelle and she is the supervisor, I told her to but more potatoes she refused saying it’s very good portion and we will not put more , she was supppppper RUDE. Bad experience, I asked for refund, she never tried to add more or even keep us satisfied. She proceeded the refund without any comment or sorry. Will never go there again. Zero customer service and communication. Not recommended

Its August 26th , I get its 11-1130 at night and your tired but how is it I go through drive through only order a four cheese bagel toasted with butter and plain cream cheese and get no cream cheese on it love how I pay for something I dont get !

was handed a lg tea at the drive through, but the lid of the cup was deformed which meant the lid wasnt secure and it landed on me and all over my car.

Wi-Fi is convenient. Timmy Hos is familiar throughout the US and Canada. Its a home away from home.

As usual the Tim Hortons was god. There wasn t any other issues for me to deal. All Tim Horton was doing good work.
We always try to stop at this Tim s when we go on a road trip as I ve always been pleased with their service. Trevor served me this morning and was very friendly and polite! And the orders were correct and done well! After being served at other places that give you little to no eye contact, this was a refreshing way to start a Saturday! :)
Despite being busy, our food was ready quickly and the staff made sure to confirm that our order was correct before we left. Seems like this location has staff who take pride in their work! Thank you!!

Ugh this place Every.Single.Time. we go here especially with the drive thru something gets messed up. Lattes instead of muffins! Black coffees instead of triple triples, missing cookies are just a few of the mess ups. Not very friendly people either and when you say this isn t what I ordered they act they are doing you a favour by fixing their mistake for you. Guess we just like to get the items we paid for crazy stuff like that!
If Im going to pay $4 for an ice capp at least give a straw at the drive thru.

I ordered a double double mocha which is basically half coffee, half hot choc. They confirmed what I wanted over the speaker but gave me a hot chocolate. Even the lid said HC - so I tried it and looked at it before leaving the drive thru. I confirmed that I only received a hot chocolate and asked for it to be made properly. Im sure they just changed the lid on my cup as there was still no coffee in it. I order this all the time - I would know the difference. Sick of the incompetence. There was no option for 0 stars.

Everytime I get a hot chocolate there it s always so watered down that I end up throwing it out. They need to fix there hot chocolate machine. Some of the worker also don t put vanilla in the caramel macchiatos so I suggest confirming that there s vanilla if you ever order one from there.

The bathroom was DISGUSTING. The Mens room was closed for service, the Womens room had blood on the floor, and then ran out of toilet paper. And the service at the counter was incredibly slow. AVOID.

I pay for almond milk due to lactose intolerance and more tha half the time it comes made withe cream or oat milk. Why is it so difficult to make it properly? Frustrating especially when we pay for the almond milk!!
So clean and just so nice. The lady at the counter made the best coffee in the history of all Tim Horton s coffee . I don t know her name but she worked on the 17th of august at 20h50, she is simply amazing.
I ordered breakfast for me and my husband. He almost didn t get his and mine drinks. And they forgot my muffin. And there was no cream cheese on my bagel. HOW DO YOU FORGET to put cream cheese and serve this!? It s not that difficult. Obviously something needs to change.
Basically the same as others I ve been at, however selections are limited. And the baker always seems to be done for the day or evening from what I ve been personally told by random employees possibly same ones ? Not entirely sure. However my most recent experience I noticed there was more social interaction amongst each other rather then customer service. Was not greeted at counter, employee continued to laugh as he approached and took order, then as he was inputting the rest I was Cut off mid order for the individual to pursue a conversation that was unrelated to the order and/or Tim Hortons itself :(
Because it was my birthday I got a free coffee at Napanee location on Centre Street Also free at Oshawa location drive through but dont remember the street. Thank you Tim Hortons. Much appreciated. Food

The worst experience ever. I ordered veg wrap and they gave me chicken wrap and it happened after me asking 4 times is it veg ? before getting it. Because I heard someone saying chicken wrap in the back and there were 2 people confirming that yes it is veg. When I went back to tell them it s chicken I saw on their face that they were expecting me coming back

Ir doesnt seem as though they care what the customer wants. The same goes for tim hortons its as though the staff dont care about pleasing the customer and they arent very ambitious. Ordered the habanero chicken bowl and everything seemed old except the cucumber and tomatoes. I m from Kingston and everything in that bowl is delicious there. Even the tomatoes, cucumbers and chicken are cut into bite size pieces unlike this location. Won t come back here
Got down from 401 to have a break. Had coffee, hot chocolate, donuts, timbits and muffin. We went by evening and all racks were full. All good. Nothing to complain.
Super long wait for a mobile order. Food was ready long before our coffees were and then we were told the drinks didnt show up in the system but thats confusing cuz our food order did? Then when I got our drinks, they jipped me and gave me a small instead of a medium which is what was ordered. My 2nd time into this location, and they messed up our order on my previous visit as well. Dont think Ill go back at this point.

Feel for the staff. Having to do more than 1 job. 1 cashier and it was empty a lot. Rude people behind us ordered on line so they could be ahead of us causing us to wait longer. Who says this is is customer service.

Stopped by the drive-thru to pick up lunch. Debit/credit wasnt working but I had cash with me, so no problem but couldnt collect my points. Ordered the Chicken Cilantro Lime bowl (one of my favorites) and took back to the office to eat. 3/4 of the lettuce was significantly past the edible stage and had to be thrown out. Not worth the $8.99 + tax! Does the staff not look at what theyre serving??
