The lady made a mistake on the 2 orders I placed with her. And she wasnt happy to do it again. So the service was very poor and so was the atmosphere. I do not recommend!

There was a reason why I asked for my gravy on the side when I upgraded to a poutine. Now, I am throwing out the majority of my poutine because it is soggy. Wont be my choice to take supper home after work anymore.

I change my review. Im driving a charter bus and my group went to pita pit. I went to Dairy Queen for a double cheeseburger and blizzard. Get back to my group and on the road to my dismay its only a single.

The person working the counter waited until the two orders before me were finished before taking mine, the drivethrough workers were loudly joking around, i was not given the cup i ordered and had to go behind the counter to get it myself after being ignored twice.

Ive loved Dairy Queen since I was a small child. So my opinion is completely biased. If you love burgers and ice cream this is the spot for you.

Extremely rude and nasty girls working tonight. 7:45 pm on Wednesday the 24th. They talk bad about you as if you can t hear them. Super unprofessional all around. Childish behaviour.

The food was served hot and fresh! The server brought the food to our table when it was ready and was very friendly. The food was very good, and the portion sizes were decent.

$18 for a bacon ranch burger with poutine, and drink combo watched the burger being assembled by hand everything out of a container (nothing hot or fresh) put in a box and microwaved for 3-4mins to make it nice and hot. Then the poutine was as cold as the drink and I think the fries were sitting around because they seemed stale. Shouldve asked for my money back because that had to be the worst fast food Ive had anywhere ( and Ive had bad). But the girl was nice and didnt want to embarrass her in front of other customers.

Blizzard was too runny. If theyd tipped it upside down, it would have fallen out. Which I guess is why they didnt, which they normally do. Updating to 2023 September..... stopped in for a Chocolate Chip Cookie dough Blizzard.... again, very runny, you could tip it upside down, but again they didnt, (but I was told she did when i went inside, and I corrected her and told her no, you did not! At this two girls ducked around the corner and hid....) I had gone thru the drive thru, and went around and walked in to ask why it was so runny, I was told their ice cream isnt very good. Well.... isnt that a testament to make you want to come back again?! and I was told its the hot sauce that makes it melt. Well.... what do you know....I had no idea that hot sauce goes in it. I apologized and left, but I live a minute from the store, and had a drink by the time I got home. This was not a Blizzard. And I have a/c in my car on full blast. I type this while I drink my Blizzard ugh.

The drive through is very convenient and fast. Great for quick lunches or late night ice cream. I highly recommend Crispy Chicken salad with ranch dressing. I highly recommend!

Went through drive through where they told me to pull up to the first set of doors because they were waiting on frenchfries where I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes until I called the to see what happened and apparently they forgot to run out our food

Older store that needs renovation. The burgers are ok, but overpriced for what you get.

Little pricey but the serving of soft serve ice cream makes it worth it. Ice cream was a good serving for a regular cone.

Family of 4, we ordered 3 blizzards and a peanut buster parfait. I requested my parfiet to have icecream first before the chocolate. Not only did he make it right. It was the best peanut buster parfait I have ever had, all three Blizzard were made with perfect icecream to chunck ratio.

Great service going through the drive through which was pleasantly surprising as I dont use them very often because of a couple trouble spots I didnt want to deal with so I would go into the store itself. The people at the window were awesome and let me take the time I needed to complete my transaction. I hate feeling rushed ! I highly recommend this one.

Would have given it a higher rating but seeing g how the whole sign wasnt lit it was very easy to drive by. Only saw the light of the drive through menu. Dietary restrictions: They did have some lactose free dilly bars. Parking: There seemed to be parking but the whole parking lot was in darkness.

My only complaint is when I pay almost $9.00 for a blizzard it should be full to the top. Every time I order them it s never full.

The staff was friendly and helpful, my desert was great as always.

I ordered dinner and was given my ice cream right away but then told I would have to pull ahead and wait at the back doors for my food and there wasnt even a line up. By the time my food came out my ice cream was a melted soupy mess and they didnt even give me a lid so it melted all over my car. I also didnt even get the blizzard that I asked for. I asked for a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Pie blizzard with extra graham wafer and received a regular Peanut Butter Blizzard with zero graham crackers. I guess it wouldnt have really mattered anyway since it wasnt ice cream at that point anymore anyway. Unacceptable to pay $20 for one person for dinner and not be able to even enjoy or eat it. Very disappointing **Edited to reply to Dairy Queens underwhelming generic response. Why would I come back? There are lots of other restaurants I can go to who dont just say they care about customer service but will make sure if people dont receive good customer service to make it right. Your response shows that you dont care. So I will not be back.

Tepid fries, lukewarm chicken, ancient gravy. Milkshakes that defy gravity. The most disappointing DQ Ive visited in years. The cook was busier playing with his cell phone than preparing my meal.

Strawberry milkshake. It was delicious. Always excellent service.

Chicken strip baskets were tough and definitely not fresh. We usually think they are among the best around however today they were just bad, the fries were not quite cooked enough leaving them soft instead of crisp. Ice cream was right but they didnt flip over the 1 blizzard that was ordered. All in all a very poor showing this time around, hopefully better next time.

We love ggoing to this Dairy Queen. It is of course drive through only during covid .Be sure to request spoons or forks or you will be eating with your fingers.

No consistency. Order the same thing everytime and it is never the same. My husband orders a skor blizzard. Sometimes its has so much chocolate syrup in it that the vanilla ice-cream is chocolate. Other times theres no syrup at all. Vanilla ice-cream with skor chunks. Same goes for royal reese. First time I had it, it was delicious. Hasnt been the same since. ( napanee location)

Well lets just say they dont have it together there at all...totally messed up the order forgot our desert..we dined in...other peoples orders were incorrect as other customers were waiting for and exchanging incorrect product...stick to cones!

Great place to stop if you want to cool down. I like the soft ice cream with the chocolate coating. They also have a great collection of ice cream cakes.

This is a recent visit to Dairy Queen that we were not pleased with. I believe my husband has sent a complaint. Twice at the drive thru my strawberry blizzard with extra strawberries was wrong. First they handed out a Blizzard with chocolate pieces in it and sent it back and 2nd time got a strawberry shortcake blizzard with 1 strawberry all through it and full of the shortcake pieces. Rather than hold up the lineup behind us I ate it, but, was not pleased. They perhaps over mike should repeat order, but, that being said their communication inside must get screwed up somehow.

Last night (September 26th 2021)was the worst night of my life with a fast food restaurant. At 8:46pm i got to dairy queen, I tried to go inside but it was locked so I went in the drive thru (there was 1 car ahead of me, no one behind me then) and I ordered a poutine with bacon,cheeseburger ,2 drinks,and 2 Buffalo chicken snack wraps. They were saying ok to every food I ordered. When I got to the window I waited for a few minutes then finally got my drinks, then a few minutes later she came back and told to wait at the red doors . Then 10 minutes go by, she comes out the red doors told and said Im sorry your order was a little confusing, what was it again, so I told her my order again and asked for the Receipt then she went back inside. 5 minutes later she comes out with my poutine and cheeseburger and she said we r working on your wraps then goes back inside. Another 10 minutes go by she comes outside again and said we r having Difficulties with your wraps would u like to wait longer or have a refund I said refund please so she goes back inside , then comes out with food for a car parked behind me then goes back inside , waited for a few more minutes then so finally comes back out with My refund. Get home, cold poutine and the fries were very very soggy, couldnt eat and a cold burger and no receipt. I was at dairy queen from 8-46pm-9:18pm. Horrible experience, didn t know a deluxe bugar wasn t there 7$ meal! When it shows on the board it is, so lost out on a sundae, the 7up was nothing but syrup. The bfs moo latte was full of ice didn t know they were made with just ice And with the covid 19 there was no gloves worn or anything is safety call! The list goes on horrible horrible

Today my parents stopped in for lunch, truck drivers. Delighted to hear they received there meals for free because they are front line workers. I would just like to say on behalf of them and Canadian Flatbed Ltd Thank you for your kindness and generosity. You made their days.

This is by far the best DQ in the Kingston area. We live between Kingston and Napanee and most often drive to Napanee for our DQ fix. The drive-thru is MUCH faster and the ice cream is much firmer. In Kingston the ice cream is way too soft and is already making a mess as it is being handed to you.

I took a wonderful 85 yr old lady from Briargate out for an ice cream treat. Last Sat and she totally enjoyed the outing. Always good.

Loved my ice cream cake.

Pulled up to the drive through and was asked to wait with nobody at the window. Then after 5-6 minutes finally asked for our order. After getting up to the window almost took another 10 minutes for the food.

It was Okay

The icecream desserts are the only good food here. The fast food is always dried out and cold and terrible. The play room stinks and should be cleaned! Not impressed.
