I didnt have anything, but I love KFC

My Car charged faster than ordering and receiving my food. Bathroom is very dirty. People are friendly. Understaffed. Food : 5/5

They use the same fryers, chicken, and batter, and it is 100 times better than north front st KFC in Belleville

Waited a hour for a bucket of chicken but the worst part was when we got home and opened it every piece was so burnt could hard distinguish what the pieces were. Horrible! Called KFC they said there wasnt anything they could do because they hadnt recieved any other complaints

Horrible chicken. I ordered 3 legs, and 4 tenders and everything was over cooked and tough. The legs looked like they belonged to a starving chicken and they were burnt. The tenders were anything but tender. Prices are never the same, also. They change on a whim. One day you pay $22 for 3 legs, 3 tenders and a large macaroni salad, the next week its $29 dollars!

I have usually always had great food from here. Only once a couple months ago that I ordered 6 chicken tenders and they were cold and looked like theyd been made for like 2 hours. That was pretty disappointing considering how much the tenders cost. That said, every other time Ive been here, the food is fantastic, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is clean. I just wish all KFC restaurants still used crackling in their gravy! It used to be so good, now its just meh. Parking: Good number of parking spots!

Got the 8pc special with popcorn chicken what a joke wish I had taken pictures of the chicken they were cut so small would be hard pressed to call what I had a 4 piece. Do not waste your money here!

Couldnt get what I originally wanted because they were sold out of chicken and they couldnt prepare anymore due to closing in 30 minutes, not my fault, actually myself and a couple others were affected by this rule, I know staff were just following orders, but still they (KFC) lost business because of this.

How do they chop the chicken up into so many small pieces? Super greasy like the fryers are not hot enough. Will not be back. Swiss chalet is close and I know what a half and quarter chicken looks like!

Ordered a combo meal was supposed to come with 4 pieces of original chicken, what I got was 4 parts of pieces chicken that were smaller than a wing. It looked like they cut 2 pieces chicken in half to make it 4, so it would fit in the box. From looking at the pieces I could not tell you from which part of the chicken they came from! I will never go to KFC again.

The chicken and French fries are both frozen. You will regret it if you don t go to Qianqi.

Holy smokes, these reviews are spot on. We haven t had kfc in years and thought we would treat ourselves to a bucket of chicken. Got home and got a bucket of weird chicken parts and the new fries and awful too much sugar. Really miss the old fries. It s expensive as heck and really wish we had of taken that money and got something else. Oh well live and learn no more kfc in this house again

Food was good. Mens bathroom had no toilet paper, even after telling the manager.

Customer service was horrible the employee was rude and did not listen to my order & I had to pay for a 2nd time! Food was overcooked to the point of tasting burnt, the gravy was so watery that looked/tasted like dirty dish water. We will never eat at this location again & my husband LOVES KFC!!!

Often have to wait for chicken, they run out at busy times of day. Other than that its good.

Make sure you order your dinner ahead of time because if you show up to KFC without an order it could be a 25 minute wait .

This is the best KFC. I live in Stirling and my kids live in Odessa. I would rather drive to Napanee KFC than buy from Belleville and Kingston KFC. I hope you never change. Great friendly service as well as always fresh.

Never answer phone trying to place order ahead and when go told be 25 min for chicken. If i was owner wouldnt be happy with loss of business

Waited over half an hour to pick up my order. Front cash called out the WRONG name, Janet . I said my name is Jen and she says yes i called JAN . Tammy got mad at me arguing that she called the right name so i called customer service they send me back to the store . Manager Ashely offered 20 percent off. I get home and realized the gravy was missing and i called back. She thought it was hilarious that they forgot to give me this item . I asked her what was so funny and she said Ive done everything i can and I have to keep repeating myself to you. I said it was bad customer service how she was talking to me and she told me i should check my attitude. Needless to say calling head office. I have wittnesses of how bad the service was because I had her on speakers phone and my family heard.

Always something leaking or the bathrooms are closed. Staff doesnt want to be there and i dont blame them in the least All the fault of the owner/corporation Belleville kfc cooks their veg chickn too long. Its very hard and crunchy and just unpleasant to eat. Poor staff All Issues, responsibilities of owner and corporation.... Training!! Feel bad for the staff. Enjoy your day my friend

Popcorn chicken was fresh... thats about it. Gravy was watered down and lumpy. Chicken and tenders were old. Long wait time, I would have expected everything to be fresh. No potato salad and the corn didnt smell or taste like corn. It was a salty ancient mess that tasted of herbs and salt more than anything.

Staff especially the lady at the counter were very friendly(counter lady) and everyone was efficient.

I only gave them 1 star as the chicken was over cooked and way to greasy and the meat was dry, if they were to change their oil in the fryers then maybe they product would turn out alot better, as I worked as an apps cook and used 5 fryers at the same time and I changed the oil every 48 hours or sooner if needed, when I talked to the shift supervisor I was given a replacement bucket and fries with a 20% discount on my next order hopefully I dont have the same experience the next time I order from there

This was the worst chicken I have ever purchased from KFC Napanee in my life!! It wouldn t bother me if one or even two pieces of chicken were the size of a nugget? But literally I spent $50 got a box of chicken fingers, popcorn and it was supposed to be 8 pieces of chicken but there was only one chicken piece that looked like chicken. The rest were these little tiny pieces the size of a chicken nugget!! Oh plus half a box of fries too! Not happy at all. I m definitely calling them as soon as possible no one is answering right now.

First of all wanted to eat in . Restaurant was empty but very few clean tables..poutine was cold with hardly any gravy . Good thing I was given tonnes of napkins cause chicken was super greasy.all in all not worth the 20.00.

I hate putting out negativity about a business but the one we have in Napanee is awful! Through no fault of the staff there is more often then not a lack of product available. I understand times are tough so you need to keep waste to a minimum but the amount of times I have been told that theyre isnt any chicken pieces left but would I like a sandwich instead is ridiculous. Not to mention that the chicken is cut in a way to make more peices out of it that is dangerous in my opinion because chicken bones can splinter when cut the wrong way. The staff are told how much product they can cook in the evenings if it is close to closing time and I know its hard to judge how much to cook at that hour I dont understand why there isnt product available to cook if the customer is willing to wait for the amount of time??? Then it is staff that has to face angry customers!! Unfortunately customers tend to take the old saying of .. The customer is always right, a little to seriously. So Im not sure what the fix is but corporate might due well to put their thinking caps on. Just my opinion Wheelchair accessibility: The automatic door opening system is not in working order so that should be looked into.

Do not go to this KFC. Ordered a bucket of chicken and I recieved the smallest pieces of chicken. It hardly feed my family. I understand that I would of recieved a few small pieces of chicken but all the bucket were very tiny pieces. For the price customers pay for this chicken you would think you would receive a few decent size pieces. Very disappointed.

Its not a place for atmosphere but its friendly service food good and its clean the lights are nicely dimmed so dont feel like your in a doctor office

So went to KFC in napanee . Need I say we wont return. The chicken was cold, the bucket loaded in grease and the pieces of chicken were about the size of a clementine. So if you want to go out for chicken go somewhere else. If you want to under coat your vehicle its the place to be. Or evan better take the 20 minute drive to Mary Browns thats great chicken.

The $5.00 lunch special hits the spot.

The store doesnt answer the phone, they constantly dont bring the full order. Ive ordered many many times and they always forget something. Every.single.time. and you cant fix it because the store doesnt answer their phone. Not impressed

Chicken is normally okay, fries are garbage. Always undercooked. They have forgotten things in my order, yes accidents happen , but can never answer their phone to make up for it.

The KFC food was good today. Fries were hot and the popcorn chicken and tenders were not greasy. However the washrooms were another story. Both mens and ladies smelt bad. The floors also needed as wash badly. 3 star because of washrooms.

Order placed online at 7:30 was told delivery would be 8:30 at 9:30 had to drive in rain while 2 kids waited for there dinner, only to be told that no one had seen my order and everything was shut down so I would have to get a refund threw a 1800 number and have to wait 4-5 days before I receive my money back no customer service what so ever do not order here will not be going back

The staff cant manage a simple order, then got into a profane confrontation with customers. I personally had to wait over an hour for the meal I called in. I refused and asked for my money back just to get profanity directed to me and my party. This is the worst representation of a franchise Ive ever witnessed. Never again.

This will be the last time I ever go back this store. I online ordered as this was what I had to do instructed by staff. Ordered at 610pm pick up time 645. Arrived at store after a 30 min drive 645. Called store to say we were here to pick up. They said order will be another 45mins. After our heated discussion with Tammy I was hung up on. Called again Ashley answered saying we either waited or called third party for refund. I called online 3rd party to say I had up to an hour wait. I called back to store ashley said it was still half hour still then hung up. Went into store 30 mins later. They were frustrated and short. I watched ashley in back throwing things and yelling at staff. Taking chicken off oven trays with tongs and aggressively throwing chicken into buckets as I watched.she grabbed product and threw it at staff while yelling. As I had my food packed. Tammy without wearing gloves took plates and cutlery and condiments and throw them into the bag. Kinda didnt feel good about this customer experience

Ordered by phone and was told my order would be 30 mins. I waited 30 minutes then left my house. Arrived to store and had to wait while a woman in front of me ordered. She took just over ten minutes. I waited off to the side. Then she received her huge bag of food before me. When I inquired why this was (since my order was put in at least 45 minutes before hers). The response I got was unbelievable. Staff were so rude. Wouldn t want to deal with them again. Ever. Yelled at by the employee in front and employee in the kitchen through the window. Employee in the front then swore at me. Store full of customers, many of which made comments that the staff were being inappropriate. What an experience. Manager said she spoke to her employees. Maybe you need new employees? This seems to happen to customers a lot at this location.

KFC in Napanee we re beyond helpful! I live elsewhere and I wanted to send supper to my sister in Napanee. They helped me and made sure supper was delivered to her! For that I thank them very much!

Was last Friday I went in at 4pm. Walked in seen people waiting on the other side and they were there for pick up. I placed my order then realized there was one girl working on cash and one working in kitchen. There was no sense of urgency at all. They took there time. We must have waited half hour for our orders. Very very disappointed. Was my first time in that restaurant. Will be the last.

These are not cuts from a chicken unless it was involved in an industrial accident. SHAMEFUL!

We were surprised to see the amount of food we got at this location. The chicken breast pieces were cut in half compare to regular KFC stores. This store management is cheaping out on food which is bad for the company brand.

Old chiken and very greasy

I had the four-piece box.. chicken surprised me as they were four good big pieces.. and the fries were good and hot like they had just come out of the fryer! A welcomed surprise!

I have stopped here a few times now to grab a quick dinner, and I cannot tell you how many times I hear Weve run out of chicken, it will be a 30 minute wait..ugh...how can a KFC run out of chicken? I asked, I get various answers, well the manager went on break and she is the only one that can make the chicken??? Or, weve received a lot of orders over a short period of time?? No one other then myself is in the store!!! Seriously, Ive watched multiple people walk out of this location as there is no chicken. Is the franchise owner aware of how much $$ walks out the door as no chicken is available ? Staff is pleasant enough but this location is poorly managed. This is fast food, I dont know anyone that will wait 30 minutes for KFC chicken, this isnt fine dining.

WOW. KFC has really listened to customer feedback and us now making great chicken ...nice sized pieces....not too salty....cooked properly. YAY!! Extremely well-run KFC location where staff are courteous, helpful, polite and engaging Chicken was served piping hot and crisp with most of the fat properly drained off so that it was very enjoyable.

We placed an order online for pick-up. The restaurant was extremely busy with only one counter staff trying to take and manage orders. I waited in regular order line to make it easier for the lady. Our order was ready and correct but they need to get more staff that poor lady was overrun and people yelling at her from the back to hurry up and start passing out orders. She was beyond pleasant considering the circumstances.

Its quite a limited menu compared to what you may be used to. They dont have many of the items they typically do, just the essentials, which is ok for many people but keep that in mind if youre looking for something specific.
