Mr. Jerry's Foodtruck in Napanee

We waited months for this reservation and were so excited to try Mr. Jerry’s. However, we very disappointed in the service and food. While there, we witnessed another couple who was equally unhappy with their meal. DON’T believe all the hype!

Foods okay, but the main problem is their hours. They are all over the place with their hours. We just saw them shut down at 1pm? They need a more serious business plan. The food is not good enough to warrant such subpar service and hours. UPDATE: Read owners response. Speaks volumes to the level of "service". Find a better food truck for your money!

Had the pulled pork poutine, took about 10-15 mins to receive, tastes great no complaints on the flavor end...my only issue is I feel like for $15 I should get a little bit more gravy and pork.

Great location is the only good thing. 15 minutes for an overcooked bland sausage and undercooked fries. Jerry should pay more attention to the food not his hair. Never again

I've been to this truck twice now, both times it was ridiculous wait for a poutine with only 2 others ahead of me. Food is ok, prices are ok but the wait turns me off ...

I don't even know where to start. The burger tastes like it was processed store bought, my burger was under cooked and cold. The fries were cooked in old oil, they used the wrong potatoes. The hotdog wasnt the worse however it didn't have enough condiments so it was dry. The idea of a food truck is to buy home made food from scratch, everything here tasted processed.  What's the point? also note I spent 25.00$ and it ended up thrown in the trash.

Ate at Mr. Jerry's today, long story short it's worth stopping... For $10 you get a Pulled Pork combo, which is a good Pulled Pork sandwich, a full plate of fries, and a soda... Read some of the previous comments, they are not fast because it's a good truck! Food is good quality and quantity at a decent price. The staff are nice people...

Stopped by for a poutine. Fresh cut fries was used gravy way also good. Only complaint i would have to say is the cheese curds were cold and not melting other then that pretty good food
