I just discovered this spot and I love it! The food and drinks are awesome. The prices are good and everything is fresh and healthy. The staff is also very friendly.

Great food and great service! It's nice to feel good after having a meal. I would recommend grabbing some food here if you are looking for good quality healthy foods or drinks. I really like their bowls and their cold press drinks.

I went for lunch with my sister a couple weeks back and we had a lovely experience! Great customer service, good portions, everything was fresh and delicious. I loved the southwest wrap - the chipotle lime dressing is too good! We definitely needed a healthier option like this in Napanee.

I have been here twice now and have enjoyed it immensely. I had the Med with the Falafel for my protein ..DELICIOUS! Today I had the Spinach Harvest with the Swedish Meatballs, which was suggested to me by one of the staff…DELICIOUS! the size is generous and certainly is plenty for one person, or for me it is a nice size to share. Please support this business to keep it moving in the right direction. You will not be disappointed

Very clean, modern, cool space. Eat-in options available with some small tables and bar seating. Lots of healthy options to eat! Smoothies, juices, wraps, and bowls. I had a delicious, fresh, and filling bowl today. Will definitely be back.

I just recently tried Vital Blends in Napanee, On. I was warmly welcomed by the staff there. I didn't know what to order so they suggested this AMAZING coffee smoothie. I have never tasted anything like it before. I also got the yogurt bowl. Delicious. I will definitely be back very soon.
