Location was great, store was clean, service was lovely. Ordered a side of fries, disappointed in the quality of fries and when we asked for ketchup, there was none, barbarity doesnt supply it

I was there for my lunch meal and i ordered mild chicken burrito for me one boy named sahil goswami talked very nicely with me, i was having call from my work but after making stuff he served me on my table where i was sitting and talking on call that was totally impressive service given by the staff member. I was travelling for my trip to the Montreal, bar burrito is the front store of napanee plaza and I went to washroom but when I asked their employees for the washroom he was too polite with me after finishing I have gone to counter and talked with him. His name was Sahil Goswami by his sweet talk I asked him about their food he described well and in good manner surprisingly I was testing his knowledge but he has all his answer clear due to that I have ordered jerk chicken quesadilla with the popular mixture of sauces bang bang sauce, burrito, ancho. Honestly food was awesom I loved it and their company.

While ordering I made the unintentional faux pax of resting my hand on the glass, the employee wearing a turban pointed at the hand written scribble saying no hands on the glass. I complied without question and apologized. While preparing my bowl, I had a change of heart from fish to chicken, the employee in the turban says I already put the fish in , meaning I cannot change my mind for my order. He proceeded to prepare my bowl with a miserable look on his face. Perhaps his home life is miserable, but no one deserves this treatment outside of whatever he is going through. A deeply miserable place. A waste of money. Disgusting service. Fire this person.

went to bar burrito tonight at 7:15. hours say they re open till 9 and once i walked in the employee there glared at us while helping the customer infront of us. as we were waiting for our turn to order two more men walked in and as they did the employee there looked at them and rolled his eyes. we got up to order and he was not friendly at all, we were hoping to get chips and drinks to make combos with our meals and he told us they didn t have any chips (watched him serve chips to the lady ahead of us and then put the excess chips back in the dish). we have come in on multiple instances and he has served us, never once been friendly and coincidentally, they re always out of chips when he s working. we got back to our car to eat and both our meals were burnt and disgusting. the place looked like it hadn t been cleaned all day. so to future customers, do not go in to order your food when the tall man with the moustache and beard is working.

I ordered Quesadillas. Taste was amazing portions was quite big. Outstanding food provided by some of the hardest working people I have met. Probably eat everyday if i could. I can t even explain how pleasant my experience was with this location. The food was delicious and the sauce were so flavourful. All is All. Keep it up.

Great food, everything was prepared ht and fresh. My wife enjoyed tacos with salsa and chips. I had the jerk chicken bowl, with a little extra heat. Top it off a Mexican Cola and oreo churos. A nice little place to stop when you want to eat south of the border.

They always take care when creating the food you order. As someone with an intolerance of gluten, that is an important factor to me when eating out.

Love this place. I rarely go; but its my main go-to now. The wraps are a good size & while the prices are a little high, its definitely worth it at the end of the day due to the quality. The staff are very polite and when its slow theyre down to have a chat whilst making your food. They have Jurito drinks (dunno how to spell it) they sell too, and while theyre a few dollars theyre worth it whenever the temperatures are high - as they are indeed refreshing. This is the place with the most bang for your buck in Napanee when it comes to eateries. You could spend $15 or so on a BigMac meal and leave disappointed, or you could spend $13 on a huge burrito with a drink, have a healthier option & something that genuinely tastes so much better too. These guys deserve more customers, on God. Parking: They share a parking-lot with the Subway and Popeyes in the same plaza - as well as some other spots potentially.

Gross,gross, gross I ate there a couple days ago and had one of the bowls it was so disgusting the chicken was soft and mushy the rice tasted like cleaner. It wasn t good I tried the tacos too they tasted like floor cleaner as well the only good thing there are the drinks and the quesadilla I do not recommend the bowl or the tacos but other than that great service and great prices

SCAM! I ordered 2 combos here and they charged me for 1 and took separate charges for another order instead of charging me for combo price. Asked them why but looks like owners are not interested in their business as they were not available. The guy was I think an employee and was not able to help. It is not a matter of few dollars but about integrity and customer service. Make sure you ask for a receipt to check if they charged you properly. Won t recommend anyone to visit this location. Here is the photo of the receipt. Staff tried to destroy it but after asking he got this receipt from the garbage.

I would never again return as the service is non existent. No welcome upon entry as I informed them it was my 1st time there as I was traveling from from Ottawa to Toronto. They were ridiculously cheap with the amount of food given. I got a burrito bowl and it wasnt even half full, unlike the photo. Funny enough the employee that served us ended up eating his burrito 2 tables behind us and it was so big he could barely hold it.
