Love this pizza

They never have many hot and ready pizzas, it s always a 20 plus minute wait. Can barely understand the cashiers who s running this place? Who doesn t prepare stuff for Halloween Food

They tried to give me monopoly money as change and after they put it back in the register.

I ordered a veggie pizza. The price on the board was different than what I was charged, $2 more. Said that the board keeps resetting itself when power goes out. Then when I got the pizza there was no tomatoes on it. Went back in and THEN was told they were out of them and thats why I got both kinds of olives. Wasnt told that ahead of time. Pizza was overloaded with onions and thats all I could taste. Also bought crazy bread. Doesnt it normally come with crazy sauce? Didnt get any. The girl was pleasant but I wasnt impressed. Vegetarian options: Make sure they have all the ingredients before paying.

They don t deserve the 1 star I gave them. If they had the option for zero, that s what I would ve selected. This location is an absolute joke. I thought the point of having a hot and ready pizzas was that they were hot and ready when you walked into the store. They never have anything in their warmers, they re always behind. After your probably five minute wait you place your order and then you stand there and stand there and stand there and stand there. You get told it ll be five minutes and 25 minutes late are you still don t have your simple pepperoni pizza. Also, while you re standing there you get asked five times. What are you waiting for by the same person. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I am surprised by all of the negative reviews I am reading on here about this location. I have never had a bad experience here, and I buy from here frequently. Every time Ive eaten here the pizza and Italian garlic bread is absolutely loaded with toppings, and sauce (I am a lover of a ton of sauce) the staff are always pleasant and very friendly. Ive always gotten great food here. Great pizza place! Parking: Theres quite a few parking spots, which I am fond of. I am not a fan of cramped parking lots.

Never open when theyre supposed to be. Thanks for more gas wasted, why even have hours posted when youre never open- I was there an hour and a half before your closing time and you were closed.... This is normal here too for some reason, staff will even tell you about how they regularly run out of ingredients and close hours early. Scrambling for another dinner after work again, appreciate it guys

Got there at 7:38 because they wouldnt answer their phone before that. Tried to order a deep dish which he said took 11 min and he didnt want to make it. Tried to make me buy a regular pizza. How do these people even have a job give it to someone that cares. Would never go there again. Its a shame making this corporation look bad.

Would give 0 stars if I could, the woman who works there during the day with blonde hair and glasses is beyond rude . Had people waiting while she was folding boxes in the back even tho you could see their order was ready , beyond rude once asked to provide service .

Originally I said Good service the staff recently have become less customer focused and more time scrambling to make pizzas and stuff. They said hot and v ready between 4-8pm but generally they have nothing and you wait 10-20 minutes. If they dont forget your order. I think they are understaffed. I still LOVE the Italian Cheesy Bread.

45min before closing and they can t take an order????? When I worked a pizzeria we would take calls 20min before closing. What a joke lol

I think there was a management change. Quality went way down and marinara portions went down to 1/4 the serving as before.

Not as good as the small owned pizzerias in town but its cheap and ready to go if in a hurry and crave pizza.

Very friendly! Deep dish was undercooked. Location not correct on Google Maps (its next to the Pita Pit). I tried to fix it on Maps, as it was a little confusing. If they cook the pizza better and fix the map, it would be 4 stars!

I ordered my order online for my husband to pick it up. It wasnt ready and the guy working there said he would bring it out to his car. My husband got home. There was no dipping sauces that I ordered and I ordered cheese stuffed crazy bread he gave us regular crazy bread. My pizza was undercooked. I called and the guy said that they were out of the dip and bread. You would think he would of said something instead of getting home and it not being right.

I dont know what to say. other than I was at the Nappanee location wanting to get a pizza at 20 after 8:00 tonight and it was closed! but its supposed to be open until 9:00? So I didnt really get to tell if they had good pizza or good service or not obviously I guess its not good service if theyre not open when youre supposed to be

What a shame I hate dealing with the napanee store the worst management ever Why do they have to say hot and ready when that is never the case especially after 5:00 They close pretty much when ever they feel like it. And you can never call to place an order to make sure you get what you want. Who ever owns this store should do some research and find out how much money they lose on a daily basis. I bet they will be shocked. I ve been there on many occasions, to see at the least two or more people walk out because they didn t want to wait. Please listen to your customers and change your policy s.

Went tonight to get take out for dinner and went home started to eat the pizza which was a meat lovers and tasted old and odd. Within 30 mins after eating instantly new I had food poisoning, have all the symptoms. Do not recommend going to this location as if the pizza is old it s not thrown away

Some of the staff are rude. They over charge for toppings they charge me $16 for mushrooms. I will never go back again.

Raw dough, raw toppings, yet still somehow burned at the tips and some badly burned pieces of some elses pizza included along with onion peel among the toppings. The whole thing had a careless throw together feel you dont want durring a pandemic.

They give you a beeper to wait for your order in your car, cuz covid, and forget about you. When asked if they care about customers they look at you blankly, ie; they dont. Keep away, dominoes is across the street.

Quick pizza when supper time creeps up and you forgot to make supper. Make sure you ask for sauce if you want any type of sauce or you may get no sauce.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza. When I picked it up there were no tomatoes or olives on it. Just onions, mushrooms and green peppers. I asked them why there was no tomatoes and olives thinking they had made a mistake and would make me a new pizza. I was told they never stock tomatoes and this was always what their vegetarian was like. He never mentioned the lack of olives. I pointed out their website that I ordered from said the pizza came with olives and tomatoes as well and the picture on the site was very clear. They gave me a refund without issue. Isnt this false advertising? My little Ceasar days are over.

The Manager is absolutely rude and disgusting, very poor service..

Pretty good especially for the price, the only thing that could make it better would be management. The one manager is always miserable and I think she makes a busy shift harder for the rest of the staff.

Probably the worst Little Caesars pizza that I have ever been to they are very stingy on their portion sizes for the marinara sauce as you can see from the photo very poor customer service I waited almost 10 minutes to place my order because of what looked to be a lack of staff and the guy that greeted me was very depressing to talk to

I ordered a veggie pizza from their website. When I went to pick up, the pizza did not have any tomatoes and black olives as well as seasoning. When asked about it, the lady answered that their website is wrong and our tomatoes goes bad...( Hahahahaha ) They do not carry tomatoes or black olives and seasoning. She even said they do not carry chicken wings. I do not eat that so I dont care. The lady did not even apologised. Even though I was just asking about it.....real bad experience. Zero professional ethics.

This is the place my family avoids going to when in napanee. This location is very cheap on their sauce, and when you ask for extra sauce for the pizza isnt so dry, you get charged. They charge you for wanting to sub toppings, or have extra sauce. Other locations have not done that.

Its a busy place. The staff are a little not the best. But the food is good and if you call ahead your order will be made on time. I have shown up with out making a order in the past and the never seem to have hot n ready pizzas , hot and ready. I am always waiting 10 minutes

We only get cheese pizza, for my grandson. Only twice in all the times I have been in there have I not had to wait ten minutes. Hot and Ready times or not.

Good inexpensive

Always good and always fast. The deep dish are my personal favorite. When the bacon wrapped deep dish is on (its not a regular option, only limited time promotion) its my favorite.

I love LC but this location is often burning the food and letting it go out anyway. Also not having there hours posted sends out business to Dominos often because im never sure when there open. Fix those two things and you would have gotten 6 out of 5 stars !! :D
