We got take home pizza and it was delicious, lots of toppings, ready when they said it would be, I did forget to order thin crust , but it was still very good.

Started calling to place an order at 9:30pm on a Saturday night and nobody picked up the phone. Called for an hour straight with no answer and decided to give up around 10:30 knowing that it was a lost cause. I would be pretty upset if I was the owner and my employees were so cavalier with my business, alternatively if the owner was present they must not have much passion for their business. Either way I will never know, I won t be giving them a second shot at my business.

Thought wed better give them a try when Bubbas was on vacation. Sigh. I dont like writing unflattering reviews, but the food was subpar at best. Pizza was so overcooked, we could barely bite through the crust. It was as hard as a rock. More expensive than Bubbas also, with much less toppings. Im afraid we wont be back.

Pizza is pretty good here, but they cant seem to keep consistent hours. Says they are open Sunday at 3pm No answer by phone, walked down to resturaunt; closed... Frustratung You should have a sign on the door and update your hours. Still leaving my review at 2 stars for lack of communication and poor excuse.

Pizza was fantastic, a solid 8 out of 10 with soft chewy crust! Wing meal was kinda gross, didnt eat the wings, fries or the coleslaw.

Fast friendly service food isnt always comsistant different chefs id say but over all good food pizzas are all thin a little more expensive tham some places in town just catch the specials as there are quite afew. Over hot quality food.

Pizza was really good but the garlic bread i had go throw out as it was to hard to eat. Ceasar salad barely had any cheese or bacon In salad used my own toppings to make it taste better . Pizza took an hour to deliver in napanee .

We have our own restaurant, but when we want to go somewhere else for a meal, Mamma Mias in Napanee is one of our favourite places. Warm and friendly staff, delicious food and large portions - I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. They actually remember you.

This may possibly be the worst pizza Ive ever had. The dough almost tasted Frozen. There was very little sauce and the sauce that was on there was tasteless and the cheese was not like any mozzarella that I have ever had. Good luck!

Best deep fried curds better than loaf and ale always cheery service love the calzones they are loaded with what ever you want and delivery is quick and polite. fresh is the key word here folks

By far best pizza in Napanee. Great staff and great food. Whether its a slice for lunch or a whole pizza for the family. Mamma Mias is the only place Ill go.

I just stopped in for a quick slice. The pizza slice had fresh ingredients and tasted amazing. Next time Im back out in the area.. Ill definitely be stopping in.

I ll admit, it s great food. Never had a problem with the food. We ordered a pizza and a poutine for delivery, when it arrived there was no poutine. Things happen, that s fine, but the delivery person just pushed it off and essentially said because it wasn t on the order that it didn t matter. It was $31 and we gave them $40 expecting change, and the delivery person just said thanks and left without giving us our change. Another time I had order around 4 pizzas for a party, and one was supposed to be vegetarian, what came in its place was a meat lovers. It s the small stuff.

I ordered a small cheese pizza. Pros: fast and polite service, friendly staff, pretty good pizza I really enjoyed the bread and sauce. Pizzas come out quick. Neutral: pretty sure their AC is out as its a very hot environment, they didnt have dine in available. Im not entirely sure how I feel about the prices as I feel the quality is there but it is somewhat pricey. Cons: personally yes it was good pizza but it felt like it was a little on the salty side. I think it was the cheese. Overall: great experience, I would definitely recommend you check out their extensive menu as they offer a wide variety Besides pizza.

Ordered double cheese and was lucky to get single cheese. The pizza was over cooked and I waited and hour and a half for my order. It was a reheated pizza.

They are one of the only places willing to deliver to us out in the country and every time the food is amazing and still hot. Not just the pizza too, the rest of the food is absolutely amazing!! The people on the phone are always friendly, and the drivers too. 10/10

A little pricey compared to some of the others i have tried in town. The pizza was good but not great, but I think we will keep trying the others.

Wasnt as good as the reviews I read not enough sauce and the pepperone was so hug the only thing my son eat was the garlic fingers I didnt like them I spent $50 thinking it was supposed to be good I throw it away no one would eat it. So if you try first buy a slice to see if you like it I wasted a lot of money and wasnt happy sorry mamma mias wasnt happy

The chicken is dry to much sauce I had 4 tapings and non of them has flavour inedible slow delivery dont buy from here !!

The good tasted great and was hot, especially the honey garlic chicken fingers, but the pizza was very good too. The delivery was even faster than the estimated time, and we are outside town.... delivery driver was very friendly.

Good pizza, but tell your guests who are waiting 15 minutes for a pizza to wait outside, so others dont feel awkward and crowded in there. I saw many people unsure of how to proceed cause there were 5 people in there waiting 5 to 15 mins. When others could have come and gone with out any issues.

Tasty ingredients, lots of cheese, cooked to perfection, reasonable price, whats not to love?

Traveling through Napanee on the hwy#2 we were starving and decided to stop at this restaurant. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Only 1 table of customers, and were immediately told that we could stay if we wanted??? wait, what?? Arrived at 12:40 pm, our medium pizza finally came at 1:30 pm. Waitress was pretty much elusive, saw her once when pizza came to table. Never asked us for drinks or anything. I could go on forever, but why bother. Just avoid this excuse for a restaurant if youre hungry.

One of the best pizzas my family has had in awhile. They picked me as a weekly winner in their pizza giveaway. We live in Kingston but have family in Napanee. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have ate their and been really impressed with customer service quality and taste. Their is also homeless people who frequent their restaurant and they make sure they get fed as well. Very great pizza place. In my mind probably the best in Napanee. Will be back. I have order from here before and enjoyed the pizza. Unfortunately this time is not the case. I ordered a small cheese pizza and when I received it, practically all the cheese was off the pizza which then caused the bottom to be soggy. It was like as if the pizza had fallen and no one bothered to check it before delivering it. Really disappointed.

Ordered pasta, it had no taste. It was supposed to have sun-dried tomatoes and onions and I could not see much of sun-dried tomatoes or onions. I may have seen one piece of sun-dried tomato. LOL

The customer service is horrible. Litterly just phoned there to try to correct the order I just received that was completely wrong...and it was my fault according them and was basically hung up on...wished I hadnt tipped them

45 minute delivery was over an hour and a half. Pizza was cold. Wont order here again. UPDATE: We were promised a free meal after this debacle. Ok sure, so decided tonight to try again.... Asked for the exact same order. Extra large Mamma Mia special with extra cheese, and a lasagna. Told no Lasagna. Ok, Spaghetti... nope dont have that. Alright, Wings then. You guessed it, no wings either. These items are ALL ON THEIR MENU! ITS 6:30 ON A FRIDAY NIGHT! Gave them a second chance. Never again. Lost my business forever.

Absolute garbage . Sure the food might be fine but the management offered me $5 off for a pizza that was 2 hours past the expected 1 hour delivery time. Ended up cancelling entire order as the staff was rude . I wish I could give 0 stars

Placed an order on a Sunday evening at 4 told to wait 45mins when I had returned they said they had dropped my pizza and made another one but couldn t find it than said driver must had taken it. Than was told I could wait another 20 mins for another pizza or the driver to return. Brutal. Out of the other 9 pizza places in this town I ll never go back here.

Pizza is truly delicious and there is always lots of toppings and lots of cheese! Yum!

Lovely atmosphere and the food enjoyable. Need to keep the outside entrance door to the dining area closed in winter - too cold when seated near the door. Negative comments from customers allowed in not enjoyable.
