Burger King in Napanee

This place is so inconsistent, most days you don t know if the service will be good and if your order is correct. You wait 15 minutes to take your order when there s only 2 customers in the restaurant and then your order is wrong when you get home. Maybe have more than 2 employees working on whopper Wednesday.

Dirty interior, cold and incorrect food, watery drinks, slow service, close the drive-thru for no reason even for mobile orders. In every way you can fail as a business, they are an exemplar of bad service.

Parking is a nightmare

Staff are friendly, the food was good and It was very clean inside.

Orderd a chicken sandwhich and they are absalutley disgusting, no flavour, soggy and just taste fully processed. Whoppers are soggy, overall gross food

Service is very slow. Had to wait almost 10 minutes to get order taken with only two people in front of me, which is an improvement over the previous time I was there when it took 20 minutes. Edit: Service has improved since the last time I was there, but I still had to wait for someone to see that I was at the counter. Edit Feb 10 2024. service is back to slow. Had to wait 5 minutes to get my order taken when I was the only person in line. Drive through seems to take precedence as they took 2 drive through orders while was waiting to get my order taken.

Order at poutine and just got fries no gravy cheese

Went through drive through tonight and food was passed over within a minute of ordering. Onion rings were stone cold. Like actually cold. Bizarre

Staff has gone obove and beyond with service. Our family loves the napanee BK and return frequently. Highly recommended. Kid-friendliness: Treated our children with kindness and respect.

Went to the new location in Napanee for someone to take my order waited 15 mins and left without ordering. No one in the store.

Had such a great experience! The worker told us to enjoy our meal and wrote us a little note on a napkin inviting us to come back! Great service you dont see anywhere or expect anymore, it was an absolute treat to experience! Food was great too!

Really appreciate the service. Asked for a little extra mayonnaise and burger was made perfect, first time ever. Was also offered extra condiments which was a nice service touch Will be back for sure Recommended dishes

Y am I Waiting for 15 minutes for 2 burgers and to top it off they dont even have beef burgers its only chicken tonight

After waiting in the drive through for more than 20 mins finally at the window we were greated by a lady who said to show coupons if you have we said no we dont and asked if we can place our order she replied Give me a break we are only two people here!!! What is that supposed to mean??? What happened to i appologize for the delay how can i help you? She left us for 10 more mins so we dicided to leave .. They know nothing about customer service!!

We went there on a Sunday lunchtime, stopping on the way back to Montreal. There was no one there when we arrived and only 3 more people when we left. There were two of them to prepare and serve but the service was quick. The toilets were clean but the closing system can be more complex when you are not used to it.

Love the whopper jr meal deal.

Rishi is fantastic! Best customer service weve experienced in any fast food joint. He welcomed my son immediately as he came into the restaurant with a BK crown and the food was fresh made and hot. The place is also pristinely clean. The employees here seem to take pride in their place of employment and making sure customers are happy.

Garbage

Very slow service, no one working even acknowledges anyone at the front counter until 10-15 minutes later. Food is as youd expect for a BK. Recommend anywhere else in Napanee, this place probably wont stick around to be honest Parking: Not a lot of parking spaces for the location itself; shares parking/lot with Nofrills

Was absolutely horrible thexhicken was dry with no taste except.the bun it was on when I made a complaint about the bk Jr o was told thats only in the states....the bk Jr was literally cheese and bun could barely see the neat and def couldnt taste the meat...overall was just horrible first and last time Ill be eating there

My first time. Used the drive thru. Waited way too long. Wanted to leave but you can t. No way out of the line. Finally got to order spot. Told Just a minute . Five minutes passed ten minutes passed . Two orders were taken in the lane beside me. I wanted out but I had to wait for the guy in front of me to get his order. As I drove by the service window and told them what had happened they wanted me to order then. I said No and drove across the road to McDonald s. I had been in line for more than 30 min. Placed my order at McDonald s and was served in 4 mins. You decide.

This is a very friendly place. The employees are always so very nice and this is one of my favorite restaurants I will always got to burger king in napanee. I am so happy that napane Ontario has a burger king.

Service and food were amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tracy in the drive thru has a very clear voice and explains the specials. She is so easy to understand. This is at the Napanee Center street store.

I love Burger King and was happy to have it added in Napanee. I ve been 4-5 times now. The service has always been friendly. I ve had a few orders messed up in terms of missing extra pickles and once getting a poutine instead of fries. But having worked in fast food on the past I ve not complained. Restaurants are short staffed and they re a new business trying to get going. Overall I think this is a great restaurant and I will continue to come here.

Cashier had a HUGE attitude problem, entire store was a mess, every table was dirty, food all over the floors, garbages were overflowing. Asked if we could have a rag to wipe the table down and the cashier was clearly annoyed with us and even when we said thank you and apologized she ignored us. Food was fine but service was awful and I regret dining in.

Absolutely 100 percent not worth the time or wait. Our second time here and have waited over 20 minutes both times. This time we went through the drive Thru placed our order and was told to park at the front of the store, no one was inside or behind us in the drive thru at the time but while waiting we watched 6 cars come and go after us. My husband went inside to see what the problem was to witness the drive thru staff continuously taking our order. So point is if your sitting in or going through the drive thru save your time and money hit up belleville or kingston same amount of time spent! Plus our food is burnt and unenjoyable! Now reading the reveiews and seeing other have the same experinces this will no longer be a consideration/recommandation #teamWendys next parking lot or McDonalds across the street :)

We were only ones in restaurant. Food could of been hotter when we received it. Otherwise tasted awesome. Parking: Parking is in behind the restaurant. Drive through only in front. Kid-friendliness: Its a family restaurant with high chairs if needed. Wheelchair accessibility: Level entrance with wide enough door.

Went in the morning probably the best time to hit this joint up to be honest. Parking is kinda limited because of the snow. The food is good and so is the service.

After a 20 minute wait from ordering to getting our food in the drive thru. The manager was rude and abrasive. BK advertised a two can dine for $9.99 online for Valentine s Day. Not at this BK they charged $13.99. So needless to say I questioned it at the pay window and was shot down pretty hard. Oh and let s not forget they now supply ranch dipping sauce with mozza sticks. Don t waste time or money.

I waited a long time at the drive through. Very slow service. When I pulled up to the window there were 2 people standing talking. One on their phone. The lady at the window was pleasant but took too long for a small order and the mozzarella sticks were cold yuck. I will give it some time and try it again.

YWHO Kingston/One roof had a youth event at NDSS and we came here to see if y all could make some lunches for youth. You guys helped provide 75 youth with food!! You guys are amazing and thank you for helping out!

I went on a Wednesday, which I knew would be busy. There was about 7 vehicles ahead of me. From start to finish was 45 minutes. The wait time was long, yes but the customer service was AMAZING. The best customer service I ve ever received from this location thus far. With not a lot of staff, Melissa made sure my experience was top notch. She kept apologizing for the wait and made sure my order was packed neatly and organized. All of what I ordered was the most fresh. Fries, nuggets, burgers etc. When I initially ordered I was told there was no gravy for poutine.. but Melissa made sure there was gravy so I could get my poutines. (This didn t cause wait time to go up because I was only at the window after ordering for 5 minutes) She went above and beyond, and you should be proud to have her on your team. She deserves all of the praise and some!

Drove to Napanee from Shannonville on Wednesday night. Got there at 5 pm and doors were locked. Drive thru was crazy and my granddaughter and I wanted to go in and eat. Waste of time going there

The store manager will yell at you unless you told them you had a coupon when placing order. Trust me, he was very rude and pursed his lips before yelling when we asked him if we could use a coupon saying my words with sorry, we ve just found a coupon.. Service part should get no star but there s no option for that. I ve loved this town since I moved last year but it was the first horrible experience I ve ever had

Worst experience I ve had at a fast food restaurant.. order was wrong in multiple ways.. customer service sucked.. for some reason the drive through was the only part open and the only way to talk to the staff who refused to give me the bbq sauces I paid for until I asked for refund for my complete order. Parking: When going through the drive thru, they ask you to pull ahead, which is normal. When you exit the drive thru, there is no parking, and the workers have to hunt you down a mile away to the closest spot. Very slow service. Service

This place was horrible when it first opened. However in the last couple visits they seem to be far more efficient. Last visit (noon on whopper Wednesday!) there were 4 cars ahead of me and I waited maybe 3-4 min.

Drive thru is usually the quickest way to get food. Sometimes inside seating isnt available. The staff has always been super friendly and gets the food out as quick as they can while being understaffed.

We passed through Napanee on Sept 12th and visited this location. Service was prompt and the manger was very friendly. He even brought our daughter over a Burgerking crown. He noticed another customer had ordered a coffee, but it was not a new pot, so he quickly made a new pot and replaced their coffee.

Spicy chicken Jalapeño chicken burger-- chicken over done , Jalapeño lost their taste and the bun was saggy

Went through the drive thru and they totally forgot to give me a chicken sandwich, I live a ways away so return was not possible. Fries were beyond salty and was told I would get my sandwich when I came back. Like what is that about? So BK stealing money now that s awesome, don t know if I ll be returning if that s the case.

I have given this place three chances and the same thing happens each time I go in, I stand in a small lineup of people, wait ten minutes but no one comes to serve us. There are two people on the drive-thru window and no one at the front counter. Most people just give up and leave, this isnt fast food it is no food and no service.

Received whopper combo 15 minutes after placing order. Good thing that it was lunch time and NOT busy. If I return Ill pack a lunch for the wait.

Tried to make an order through the drive-thru at 10:17 p.m., was informed that they werent able to make the food because they were closing in 40 minutes. This is not the first time I have tried to place an order well before theyre 11:00 p.m. closing time to be told that the kitchen is closed. Was told by the manager on duty that this was a normal practice. I really dont see the point in a fast food restaurant being open if they are not able to serve food

Bro. This place is just depressing. It looks sad, theyre WAY too understaffed, nobody really goes, the food is somehow extremely bland when compared to Kingstons Burger King & just all around its a mess. The staff do their job & theyre not to blame. As one whos worked fast-food everything is the same regardless of whos there. It all comes down to the higher-ups and management at the end of the day to run a proper ship & to ensure quality. Parking: Good luck with the maze.

After waiting half hr in drive thru just to order, get to the window to get our food the server tells us they will be no kids toy i asked to speak to the manager, who then proceeded to try and tell me it was my fault for the wait time, she was extremely rude, I simply asked what compensation will be made for the two kids meals, she looks me in the face and says nothing. This will not be the last of this situation.

Been there 3 times now and have waited at least 25mins each time, staff doesnt seem to know what they are doing, everyone seems to be standing around all the time. Needs a lot of improvements, very disapointing.
