Terrible customer service, after calling ahead and making a reservation for 30 people we showed up at Chuck s and our hockey team was rejected (yes that was the word used) we were told they don t serve hockey teams If you re in Nappanee for a hockey tournament or game and are looking for a place to eat with your team, this isn t the one! Try Jimmi s across the parking lot!!

Food was so good I cant wait 4 it to open downtown Ontario street in Kingston I will be a regular for sure

Napanee Chucks is the best.

Be cautioned, they have a 3% fee that they add to your bill, whether you want to be charitable or not. I wont go back.

Tried to order wings and had requested if they all be flats in which I was turned down. For a large business to not accommodate a small request like this is very sad.

I have been to Chuck s twice now. First time they brought us out the wrong steak. Meal was discounted. Fine, mistakes happen. Tried for a second time last night and I received the WORST t-bone (or any) steak I have ever had. It was full of gristly fat that I couldn t even saw through. Had maybe 4 bites of ok steak in it. No discount in the meal. They only offered a free dessert but if my dinner was any indication of quality, it wouldn t have been worth the calories so we declined. We will not be going back for a third time. PS, my wine glass smelled like dishwasher.

I have eaten at Chucks Roadhouse in Napanee a few times now and the food is always delicious and the staff very friendly! I just found out that a Chucks Roadhouse will be opening in Kingston where Smittys used to be! Looking forward to that! On a side note, I wish those that post comments could specify which city location they are referring to.

We had the best Grilled chicken club sandwich ever! You knocked it out of the park and the loaded cheese and bacon fries were excellent. The waitress was so friendly and efficient. Good job Chucks!

Despite a bit of a wait, we ate very well. A very good and well served strawberry/chicken salad. And a very good steak and Lobster too. All for a very reasonable price with 2 beers.

Been here many times it s my favourite chucks to go to, and the waitress Sarah is top notch got there late after working and driving all day cab company closed early and Sarah the wonderful human being she is gave me and my co workers a ride back to our motel such a sweetheart 5stars for Sarah as well great at her job as well.

Staff was friendly. Food was not very good. Disappointed with pretty much everything we ordered except the pint of beer. Ceasar salad soggy, steak bites dry, burger over cooked, chicken fingers, fries tasted like the oil needs changed.

I am giving this a one star because we didn t even make it in to the restaurant to eat. I was absolutely disgusted with management and the way the hostesses handled us. We arrived and we were a large group. Six people and one child. We arrived and we re told that we all had to be in the doorway (some of us were standing outside). We then came to the front and were asked if wanted outside or in. As we were saying we would like inside the manager on duty came up to the two hostesses and reemed the girls out saying that they could not seat on the patio because the server just got tripple sat and that she couldn t handle any more tables. I was absolutely disgusted with this manager. She completely yelled at the hostesses in front of a potential table and did not seem to care how inappropriate it was. I would have felt bad for the girls but then they proceeded to be incredibly rude when we said that s okay we wanted to sit inside anyways. They then said they couldn t seat us because they had just sat a big table. We could see empty seats around restaurant so this indicated to us that it was a server issue and maybe kitchen, not the fact that they were busy. When we asked about how long then it would be they said they didn t know and started to get rude with us. Instead of giving us a simple wait time or option. They also said that we could sit at the bar but it was only drinking which is completely inappropriate to even offer as we had a child with us. We were absolutely disgusted and went to the pasta place a few doors down for a lovely dinner and dining experience. Needless to say even when we are back in town we will be avoiding dining here. To management I hope you see this and figure things out because that is a poor way to run a restaurant.

Just came from the Chucks Roadhouse in Napanee where we had a wonderful dinner. Our waitress was friendly and we got our food in no time, and it was delicious and good portions. We had taken our grandchildren with us and I was impressed with the staff. My grandson only wanted fries, what else, and when the waitress ( I think she might have been the manager) brought the meals my grandson (4) had to start talking to her. She took the time to chat with him even though they were fairly busy. She made him feel like a special customer. I have never experienced this before and thought this girl knows how to treat people even children . I will definitely be back. Parking: There are many eating establishments around there and there is plenty of parking for all Kid-friendliness: As I mentioned in my review the staff were amazing. The lady that i assumed was a manger was absolutely incredible. She spoke with my grandchildren and us , and was super friendly. I did notice that she spoke with many of the tables around us and seemed to make a fuss over the kids.

After a long day at work I was tired and didn t feel like cooking so my husband decided we d go to Chucks last night When we entered there was a party happening and we noticed they were already eating their meal so that was a good thing other than that it didn t look too busy not like usual We ordered our drinks and an app & our main course we would ve loved to have received our appetizer of spinach and goat cheese dip while enjoying our drinks and before our main course but that was not the case we waited 45min and then the waitress brought ALL of the food at once which was disappointing because now we felt rushed to enjoy our hot meal the food was great just the poor timing

Showed up at 6:30 ish on a holiday Monday. We were told that the HALF EMPTY restaurant couldn t accept new patrons for at least 40 mins because the kitchen was really backed up . The hostess was rude and unapologetic. We saw at least another 5-6 tables get turned away while we ate a burrito next door.

Waited 2 hours to receive appetizers and entrees. Front of house staff were wonderful and apologetic, and the bill was taken care of on the house. Seems like a kitchen issue.

Nothing Wow... Nor against. Decent restaurant at a very reasonable price. The pitcher of beer could have been cold to keep my beer cold longer... Well, it wasnt very cold.

This is the worst location I have been to. Our table ordered steak and lobster surf and turf, all medium rare. All steaks came over cooked. No corn was included either. When we mentioned how tiny the steaks were and that the Trenton location steaks are much larger (what we always order), the waitress exclaimed, The Trenton location is probably using the wrong ones because they arent that smart there. Extremely unprofessional and rude. The staff at the Trenton Chucks location have exceptional service and never cease to provide exceptional service and food. Wont be back to this location, not worth the money for low quality service and food.

top notch service. Sarah (Im not sure if I get her name correctly) was amazing. It was monday night around 11 pm, bar was about to close but she didnt seem tired at all, running here and there and taking care of each and every customer with smile.

Not busy. 4 servers. Tuesday evening. Waited 1.5 hrs for 2 appetizers, Food served cold and overcooked. Our server was nice. The kitchen staff do not know how to cook. I was very confused over the wait time and the quality of food served. Less than unsatisfactory. Main focus serving the individuals at the bar. Not the families dinning at the tables.

Waited 57 minutes for a smokehouse burger and sweet potato fries. You would think they had to catch the cow. But at least 3 of the servers could sit on their phones at the pick up counter. Disgraceful. Awful service, speed.

Very slow. Server was polite but kitchen needs improvement. 45 min to get our food after ordering. Not even busy. Food is good not great. 2nd time here thinking first time was just a bad day. Seems the norm. Byw bus girls dont get any tips. Server shares with kitchen who in my opinion dont deserve much. Theyre slow and cant cook very well. Not hard to cook beef guys. Always over done. Cheap beer prices though!!!

We go here after 9 pm for the appetizers. They are half price. Loaded fries, boneless chicken wings and steak bites, a few drinks, and your golden. Sometimes, it can be a bit loud.

Just had lunch from Chucks for our wedding anniversary. . I had strip loin steak and my husband got fillet minon delcious and very well cooked. If i could give 10 stars for this meal I would. The staff was excellent as well.

Beautiful place, Unfortunately, they always look after the locals and ignore everyone else! Seen two waitresses hanging off of one guy that was drinking at the bar. (Real professional) I had ask the bartender for a menu, no thank you no, you re welcome. Horrible service. Heard the one bartender complaining about a tip in front of everyone. No customers want to hear that. Asked if it was busy and they said no not at all.

Went today for lunch ordered three orders of Fish and Chips. Absolutely terrible, fries were ice cold and fish was so over cooked you couldn t eat it. Mentioned it to the waitress and all she said was I noticed it looked over cooked I m sorry!! But did nothing about it!, Will never go back!

If I could rate nothing I would because that is what we just got. Got seated right away not business, waited at least 10 mins asked for our waitress the whole time there were 6 waitresses walking around. Waited for another 10 mins still nobody said forget it and walked out

The amount of food you get for your money is very good. Definitely my new favorite place in Napanee to dine-in. The atmosphere was very friendly with a warmth to it.

Came here on 3-21-24 for lunch and drinks. Sat at the bar had Sarah and Megan as our bartenders. Both were absolutely amazing, friendly. I am from the states and made me feel right at home. They recommend good local beer and food was not disappointed. Had the Rib/wing combo and steak bites as an appetizer. Definitely will return.

The waitress was semi attentive but didnt ask anyone if they wanted more drinks and we were there almost 2 hours. Also didnt come by and let us know of any reason for the huge delay getting out meals. The kitchen was SUPER slow. We watched people leave until the place was nearly empty and yet we continued to wait for our food. It was about 55 minutes to get 4 meals to the table and no one had anything that should take that long. Steaks were cold by the time they arrived and the quality wasnt what it was the first time wed been here. Overall its a nice place to go if you want to meet friends and have a drink and meal and spend a few hours, where friendship is the focus. If getting out for a quick meal is the goal there are better places.

Me and my friends came here tonight, one of our friends ordered a whiskey and pop double and there was no alcohol in it at all. Our waitress has been serving us just straight pop all night. This is extremely disappointing especially paying doubles for every drink we got at the end of our experience.

Well, I dont know what was going on that night, we were in the restaurant for 2 hours, it took over an hour to receive our food, so the service sucked, then there was problems with the food, being to dry and overcooked. Last but not least as we were leaving they were turning down customers because the kitchen staff couldnt keep up. What a horrible experience. Lucky your even getting a star.

I was having lunch out with a friend today, something I dont do often enough so was really looking forward to it. The food was a BIG disappointment. I had the chicken fingers and they were so hard I could hardly chock them down. My friend had fish and chip and she could only eat about half her fish. It was not good either. Food out is expensive and when I eat out I expect edible food. I will not go back. No second chances.

I used to like going here. But will not go again. Our waitress was doing her best. It was the kitchen that caused the bad experience. Over a hour to get 2 sandwiches. The poor family beside us was the same way. In fact all the tables were at least 1 hour plus for food from the time the orders went in. Then ours came out barely warm. Wasnt worth the extra wait if I complained.

It was freezing inside. Had to wear coat. Service was good. Food was ok. Steak ok. Corn tasted like it was from a can.

Lobster was terrible. It was so bad I thought it was potato. Steak was OK and the potato was under cooked. Over all just terrible.

Unfortunately for me, ordering from Chucks is only an occasional thing, as Im not in the area much. But everytime, the food is decadent. I will order from here any chance I can! Best ribs in all the lands. I ordered take-out, so I cant say much about the atmosphere... but, the woman on the phone, was very patient and kind. If I could give 10 stars... theyd get it. Ordered: full rack of ribs, full Caesar salad, pickle spears and the loaded fries on the side. Cant wait to order again, next time I am in town. You guys are the best!

Impressed with the steak and kitchen open late. Update 2024: No veg available except for the corn. Greeter was slurping on a drink at the same time as talking to us.... Some training would go a long way.....

We stopped by thinking it would be a normal restraunt experience....it sure wasnt! We got there at around 6 placed our orders rather quickly. We watched as several people who arrived after us got their food. My husband flagged the waitress and and asked how much longer, she went to the kitchen and asked and was told 20 min more. My husband then asked for the bill for our drinks and told her to void our order, she spoke to her manager they said our order would be up in minutes waiting on the fries if we wanted to wait. It was getting late and we figured the proccess to goto Dennys would just add time we didnt have. The food did come out. Montreal smokes meat tasted like corn beef (it was dry and little to be desired) my husband steak was cook perfectly (which is rare) and my daughter said her wings and ribs were good. Highlight was that our waitress was lovely. She had my husbands beer and my daughters coffee removed from the bill. Then I get the bill and there is an honest to goodness fee on my receipt 2 of the staff were unsure of what this fee was and couldnt explain it so I took this one up the a$$ because it was minimal. How they get away with that idk. I mean we tupled the waitress 20.00 so it wasnt that. As we ate we watched the same thing occur orders being placed new people sitting then placing their orders last customers would get their orders b4 the customers that were there waiting. Would I go back NOPE....Would I recommend it NOPE (my daughter frequents the Belleville one says its amazing and her experience there is always amazing) I think if you dont know how to run and expedite things in a kitchen you have no business being in there or running a restraunt

Io gave this a 3 only because the waitress was very courteous and friendly. I ordered the BBQ half chicken with fries and gravy and a draft. I liked the gravy but the fries were not fresh and the chicken was super dry. If theyre going cook all the moisture out of the chicken, much more dipping sauce is required. The waitress offered to bring me more fries but it was too late. Ive been there before with better results. Maybe the cook was having an off day. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was impeccable.

I wish I could give this place a better rating, as its really quite lovely inside and one of VERY few sit-down options in the area. However... the food was just... not good. Flavourless. Even the fries were just sort of... leathery and warm at best. Not fresh, not crispy - exactly the things you want out of a french fry. Service was wonderful, staff were attentive and cheerful. Just wish the food was better.

First time going to any Chuck s Roadhouse after hearing so many good reviews but unfortunately I was very disappointed. The food was alright, the service we received however was not that great. Our waitress forgot our drinks and assumed us asking for take out containers meant we needed the bill all because they wanted to close that side of the dining room? I didn t get my dessert! Honest at the end of the day not bad but never going back here.

What is it about this location? It could give Chuck s Roadhouse a bad reputation. We used to go to the one in Pickering and it was great. Food was consistently good. It was one of our go to , restaurants. We recently moved to the Napanee area and were thrilled to see a Chuck s in town. Well the thrill was out the window once we decided to dine there. All the negative reviews are bang on. For some reason, this location does not know how to cook a steak properly. I requested medium, and I got well done sorry, correction shoe leather. It was not edible. It had also curled up on the sides. So the usual options were offered. Either they would cook me another one, while my husband sits and watches me eat, or it comes off the bill. I had only taken two bites when I said to my husband that I couldn t eat it. It is not often I don t eat a steak, even if it is slightly off, either way to well done or medium. Couldn t do it. It was so incredibly dry it just wasn t edible. It had two of the toothpick stakes in it that both said, medium well . Meanwhile I had ordered, medium. Our server, Taylor, noticed how dry it was and apologized. That is when she offered to have another cooked or take it off the bill. I chose to have it taken off the bill. She took my plate to the kitchen. Moments later, someone that claimed to be the manager came to our table and said she understood there was a problem with the meal. I told her about my steak and also mentioned the toothpicks in my steak that both said, medium well , and I had ordered medium, but my steak did not even resemble medium or medium well. She said two of the medium well toothpicks mean, medium .like I was supposed to know that. Ok then. She got the story and just walked away from our table. Once again, ok, then. No apology nothing. Not even what the game plan was, to resolve this. The server was far more professional and apologetic than the manager. She could take some tips from the server. We get our bill and she had taken 2 apps, half off the bill. Wow. Really? How about comping the meal? That was the impression our server gave us. After my husband begrudgingly paid, we were walking out to our car. I had to go back and speak with the manager again. It didn t sit right with me, the way it was handled. I requested to speak to her and could see her bartending. She came over and said, we meet again. I explained that we were under the impression my meal would be comped. She mentioned the half price apps she gave us and said that should suffice. She claimed that I didn t give them any other option, like it was my fault. ???? I guess she meant that I wasn t willing to sit and wait for them to screw up another steak for me to eat, while my husband curls up on the booth seat and has a nap. Wow!!!!!! I then asked her if she was really the manager. She definitely wasn t behaving like one. Very unprofessional and unsophisticated. She just starts to walk away from me and I say that I can t wait to write a review. She throws her head over her shoulder and shouts, my name is Sarah, for your review. I would pretty well bet her name isn t Sarah as she was so willing to give it to me, without me asking. Her unprofessionalism definitely reflects on this location. It s a shame they would hire someone that lacks all CS and managerial skills, to deal with their customers. It really speaks volumes about this particular location. I guess they didn t accept her application as a Walmart greeter. They have standards. A shame this restaurant is horrible as there aren t too many sit down restaurant options for Napanee. The Belleville location is amazing .busy but amazing. I guess we should ve been tipped off when we walked into the Napanee location and you could hear crickets. If they continue hiring incompetent managers, and inexperienced cooks, they will lose a lot of business, if not close down. Ps .save your useless default response. You obviously could care less as all the negative reviews speak for themselves. Nothing has come from all of the negative reviews, saying the same thing. Pathetic!

Ordered take out for a birthday dinner. What we got was not great, cold and no goat cheese or sauce on the bruschetta. However called and the Manager gave us a gift card totally redeemed themselves one of our favourite restaurants.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible food. Service was even worse. We had two servers one really tall girl and one with glasses who were extremely rude. They didn t have name tags and refused to give their names. Beware of this place.

Do not waste your time or money at this location! We have been to many Chucks locations and all have been great, except this one as you can see by the reviews. We went on a Sunday and it was pretty well empty. Waited forever for our Apps. Got the Nachos and they were so burnt the cheese was brown and baked in. We sent them back. They sent new ones out and they were just as bad if not worse so they didnt get eaten. The Goat cheese dip was watery and only filled 1/4 of the bowl. Finally the mains came out near an hour later. Steak was a red/blue color, fries were so over fried they were hard and hallow, mashed potatoes were so dry with a weird hard film on them as if they had been sitting since the day before then microwaved. The gravy was cold with a very odd taste. My daughters burger was burnt. My son ordered Crispy chicken strips and they came out with this weird red sauce that saturated them so they were soggy and not even what we ordered. We also sent those back. They were also out of chocolate milk. We were so frustrated at this point as everything was awful and we had now been here an hour and still hadnt eaten. We let the waitress know and she agreed with everything as she noticed all that was wrong as she was bringing it out. She cleared the table and pretty well all the plates still had everything on them that was sent out. We just wanted to leave at this point. The Manager came, who is excellent by the way and took the apps off the bill and discounted all the food thankfully. Still very frustrating paying that amount of money for food that we couldnt even eat so we also left hungrey. We normally love the food at Chucks but not this location. It is consistently bad food. The cooks here need to be retrained on making edible food or have someone from Head Office come threw and see for themselves why the reviews are so bad. With all the bad reviews from this location, I cant see it lasting. We definitely wont be back and we wont recommend it to anyone. We will go to Belleville or Kingston or just over to Shoeless Joes.

Food was good, husbands gravy was cold both times it came out but honestly a minor detail to us. We were there for an early lunch so that was likely the issue. Server was great, she took it off the bill. There have been a few changes to the menu since last year so if you go read the descriptions carefully. Wasnt too loud, even with the hockey kids seated beside us! Nice to be able to go to a decent restaurant and not be ignored when not drinking!! I appreciate places that have cocktails and zero alcohol beer as I had a transplant last year and cant imbibe with meds. Appetizer (spinach and goat cheese dip) was the perfect size for two and came with ALL pitas! Hubbys cheese and bacon burger was delish and I had the Philly Cheesesteak which Ill just order next time without the Chuck Sauce on it. Fries fresh, hot and crispy just the way we like. The meal wasnt rushed but we werent left waiting and looking around for service either. Thanks Napanee Chucks, we will be back again! Large party reserved during a big tournament weekend with one server assigned, arrived at 7 and out the door by 10.

We were seated quickly. I mean quickly. The hostess dropped our menus and ran. Finally met our waitress after a ten minute wait. 45 minutes later we had our meals. First and last visit.

Not a bad place. Great chilled beer. Between 11 and 5 the beer is $4. Decent staff. Decent service. Definitely better than Kingston.

Our server was the sweetest most professional server. Super kind and helpful. Sadly we witnessed other customers be super rude to this server and she just took the abuse and never once let that affect how she treated her other customers. 5 stars to this server and to servers in general. People should never be that rude in public. If you are expecting a gourmet meal, don t eat out at Chuck s. But if you want a reasonably priced meal, and friendly service, this is the place to be.

First time out for dinner with my younger boys. Its a nice restaurant. We got a big booth, which was nice. Although our waitress was kind, she was all over the place. Our food took close to an hour to arrive, and with 3 year olds, it was hard to keep them entertained for that long. Food was alright, messy presentation. Was not the best experience for a first impression.

Food is good. Not top notch but the price is really good for what I was getting. Good place to go with friends for a beer, and a steak

In my opinion, do not waste your precious time eating here. It was time spent waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and....well, you get the idea. And do NOT go here for a celebration. They do nothing to make you feel like its your special day. The water was decent, but not enough as it all melted by the time we got our app. One of the drinks we ordered initially, finally got to us after the app arrived. 100% we will not be back. Better choice is Shoeless Joes just down the street. They had us in and out in 1 hr: drink, apps, mains and dessert for four.

This is the best value steak house in Canada. The meat quality isnt the best, but the price is unbeatable for meat lovers.

The rib eyed steak was 70% grizzle , the fries were soggy and cold. Service was fine, but the food lacking taste. Will not return.

Not a busy night and still took 30 minutes to get a beer and 40 for apps. Taylor our waitress received no tip because of this and not checking on us while we ate our apps. We were going to order food but we decided after the apps we d to go McDonald s across the street so we weren t waiting an hour for a burger

Ive never seen a bigger mess for staff in a restaurant. Waitresses took orders for a dozen tables including ours and didnt get food for over 40 minutes. At least 5 other tables got up and left. Only one of the servers was doing any actual work and picked up the slack for everyone else. Didnt get her name but she definitely deserves a raise. Its a shame since the food was great and prices are good

I would love to give this place a zero out of ten. The service was the worst I have ever had. The server didnt care to come over and make sure we had utensils. She was always on her phone at the bar and took over 20 mins to get anything we needed...will not be returning

I ve never been to a restaurant where EVERYTHING was wrong. Stood at the foyer for half hour without even having anyone speak to us. Finally got to our seat and waited another 20 minutes for the waitress, who was very unhappy with her job apparently. Took 13 minutes for my coffee and 21 minutes for my husbands beer. Food came 34 minutes after ordering, and she forgot the gravy, and the food was soooo cold and tough. I mean tough, everything was so overcooked. There were a lot of open places, so it wasn t crazy busy. I cannot believe how bad the food was, it was bone dry. We were starved, or I d have sent back. You better believe there was no tip, and I don t feel abit bad about it. That was brutal! Do better, that was the worst restaurant experience I ve ever had. Never again, and will tell everyone to never go here.

I had a blonde server named Karen, She seemed nice at first but cut me off at the bar when I accidentally spelled a shot . Accidents happen. Told her I was walking home Not acting differently just being myself. I have seen people spill beer and still get served after but yet when I ask for a shot she said no. Absolutely 0 stars for her and her attitude

The food was okay, the service was awful. Servers did not check in, we did not get refills for drinks when asked, and it was not an overly busy night. Servers were not even friendly. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

Prices are good. The Chucks burger is great too. Have had the half chicken twice and it is very good.

Dec 9/23 very slow service. Ten minutes to have someone come to table. Over forty minutes to get food. Oi know it was busy but owner should accomodate to that.

Went out to eat here. Took us over 20 minutes for our drinks. We actually had to go ask for our drinks. 50 minutes still no food. We paid for our drinks and left. Absolutely terrible service.

Visited December 16th, after being seated, it took 10-15 minutes to get our order taken and between 30-40 minutes to receive our appetizer, but there were 2 large groups so I can let that go as a busy time. What I cant let go is cutting open the boneless chicken bites to reveal the center was totally raw. Immediately cancelled our order and left. Server was very apologetic and understanding. Give your chef a warning, that was dangerous to be serving.

Waited over an hour to get our appetizer because our server forgot to put it in. Once the steak bites arrived they were extremely under cooked and cold in the middle. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes our food finally arrived. I ordered the steak and lobster. The lobster was overcooked and dry and the steak was covered in steak spice I couldnt even taste the meat. My wife order the chicken club, which had gone bad. The chicken was rubbery and tasted very off. Do not recommend and will never return!

I genuinely dont like giving bad reviews, but this was a pretty awful dining experience. We arrived at 1:40 on a Thursday afternoon. Waited an hour for an appetizer because our waitress forgot to put it in. To be fair, at the 1 hour mark, when she saw our frustration, she tried to make it right by offering a Caesar salad or garlic bread for the table, we declined. When our app (steak bites) arrived, they were blue and cold in the centre. We waited another 15 minutes for our mains. I ordered the chicken club w/sweet potato fries. Fries burnt to a crisp, chicken tasted like it had gone bad. My husband tried it, he spit it out. I have never sent back food in my life, but I sent this back. Because I didnt want to wait another hour and 15, I decided not to order anything else, and left hungry. The rest of the table had similarly disappointing experiences. Will not return.

I regretfully had my first and last dining experience at Chucks restaurant, as it left me thoroughly disappointed on several fronts. The most noticeable letdown was the poor level of customer service received throughout my visit. Adding to the disappointment was the poor quality of the food served. Some dishes arrived cold, while others lacked flavor. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Chucks restaurant to others. From the poor customer service to the subpar quality of the food, my visit left me with an overall negative impression. With numerous other dining options available, I would encourage prospective diners to explore these alternatives in search of a more enjoyable and satisfying dining experience.
