Parker's BBQ & Prime Rib Grill in Napanee

I am really sad, was my fav stop on my way to TO for the original BBQ chicken.

Food and service is very good. Fresh cut fries. Happy they are in Napanee as the kitchen is open late. Wish they had some veg side dishes... Sadly Now Closed...

Orderd over 100 dollars in food there and they messed up the order no big deal mistakes happen but then they would not make it right. Poor customer service and I will not waste my money on a business that does not treat its customers right

Chicken and Ribs are my usual go to combo with a large Cesar salad I have been ordering here for almost a year But the last couple times I have ordered the ribs have been very dry and my salad was not full. Getting stingey with portions? Its a $10 salad ... 4 cause qaulity and portions have been lacking my last couple orders

We were traveling and staying the night in Napanee, but were pulling in late. The owners of this place were more than willing to stay open so that we could have dinner. Great value and amazing customer service!

I came off the 401 and stopped at the Hampton Inn. I order my food directly from Parker and it was delivered quickly and best of all it was delicious. THANK YOU

very bad experience eating it was really not good the poor quality meat. we ordered a sirloin, he gave us a poor quality stake (a medallion) and very poor quality shredded pork. moreover he does not take the credit card or only debits money when we have told him that we will pay with the credit card. I do not recommend this restaurant and personally I would recommend the closure of this establishment

First time at Parkers. Loved it. Food and service is amazing. Definitely will be back! Finally a reasonably priced restaurant where the food is actually REALLY good!

Tasty comfort food! Awesome service! The chicken strips are moist and steamy with a nice crunchy spice and the fries are well made , crisp to perfection. Just had another awesome experience. Great waitress Abby took excellent care of us and other tables around us. Good food is expected, great service is a bonus.

We had an awesome meal with 7 guests for my Mom s 83rd birthday. We ordered the Backyard BBQ . It was so good and tasty. Great family friendly restaurant. We will definitely go back. Owners Vik & Savi would love to see you there too.

Went out for a date night for the first time in a while due to COVID. We were disappointed, my husbands steak was raw and there was a hair in the coleslaw. Neither him or I understood the corn muffin on the side, we would rather an actual cob of corn or something more nutritious than a muffin. I was disappointed because they have no hard alcohol, they only have beer, wine, and a few coolers. The only positive thing I can say is the deep fried pickles were good and service was fast. We wont be back.

I took my 80 year old parents out for lunch and all three of us LOVED our food and were amazed at the prices. Mom and I had a bacon cheeseburger - the best beef ive tasted in years, charbroiled to perfection with two generous thick slices of crisp bacon (yes crisp!) and REAL cheese, not processed. They happily provided me with HP sauce and my mom with mayonnaise - for her fries. My dad had the pulled pork and it came with a side of sauce, coleslaw and he opted for onion rings. They offer options for sides, including a ceasar salad for no extra charge - again good quality with real bacon. The prices were phenomenal, and the services was so friendly - Savi made us feel right at home.

This restaurant is fantastic! Such lovely staff, they were so accommodating for our large group party, great place for team lunches or dinners! Delicious, well priced food and friendly helpful staff. I will definitely make another trip next time I am in the area.

Was in Napanee for the Easter Weekend. Searched for restaurants in the area and this came up. So happy we decided to eat here. Awesome and friendly staff. Food was hot and arrived in good time. It was the best prime rib Ive ever had! Melt in your mouth. My partner had the chicken and ribs. Sauce was yummy. Ribs were perfectly cooked and the chicken was tender and juicy. Will definitely be back when ever we come this way.

Take out order. Didnt receive correct order. Food was cold. Burgers were dry and tough. At half price was still 30.00 Will not be back.

I have not had the pleasure of dining in at Parker s, but we have arranged for delivery a number of times. Vic is incredibly helpful when it comes to absolutely everything. From special instructions due to food allergies, to the incredibly delicious food, to getting the food delivered at the time agreed on . Nothing is overlooked! I would highly recommend Parker s Napanee to everyone!

Tried Parkers for the first time yesterday. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious! I also like how its not the size of a football. Its a decent portion and the sauce was just perfect. Ill be back to try the ribs soon! Great service, too!

We just returned from a delicious birthday lunch for my wife. The 4 of us all enjoyed our prime rib sandwiches,frosty draft,and cold white wine. Our server Cynthia was awesome. Cant wait to go back.

Vic, a little bit of customer service goes a long way. The ribs were completely dry , and disgusting and the only thing you offered us was a 10 $ off coupon for our next visit , which we couldnt even use because were from out of town.

Monday night is half price burger night. Burgers are fantastic and beer is cold. If you are lucky you will be served by Savi. She is a wonderful waitress.

My family stopped in for the first time, Wednesday was wing night. 0.69 cent wings! Just was a great experience. The wings were probably the best Ive ever ate. Crispy and moist . Often hard to achieve but they nailed it. Highly recommended. Had a great waitress that looked after us perfectly.

Nice place to stop on a road trip. Much better than the fast-food options around it. Good portion sizes and quick service. The waitress was super friendly.

Food was alright... the ribs had a taste to them like they had been previously cooked and then refrigerated. The wings and fries were quite good. Did not get coleslaw and wasnt offered butter for corn muffins. Overall an average experience.

Ordered half rack of ribs and wings and upgraded to a loaded fries and my wife ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich upgraded with onion rings. The fries had no seasoning, severely needed some salt for flavor, and cooked to the point of being dry where i had to dip every last bit in sauce to not choke and ribs were overcooked and tough. The chicken sandwich had extremely thin slices of chicken that were deep fried and over cooked and very dry. The onion rings were just doughy and extremely greas, basically felt like eating soggy bread dipped in oil.

Great food, we were served by Rebecca, she was warm and very hospitable. Highly recommended

My food was good and hot hudbands was Luke warm we found out later that they had problems with the heating lamps

Meh. My husband had a burger which came out burnt. It was remade for him but still had a lot of charring. It was also a very small patty. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken was very thin. Overcooked and hard on the edges. The sauce was delicious though. Our server was great. Seeing into the kitchen from our table I didn t see any hair nets or hats on the cooks. And watching the tables get bussed they were not adequately cleaned (even by pre-covid standards). Only the table tops were wiped down. The edges of the tables, the booth seats and the condiments at the tables were not wiped down.

Food is great and most of the staff is too. It lost a star cause the one waitress was a bit lost and also they dont serve plum sauce with chicken straps meal. You have to pay extra for it

My wife and I were in the area and decided to give Parker s a try Started with the pulled pork nachos I had the prime rib with fries and it was melt in your mouth tender and juicy. The fries were hot and crispy. My wife had the cheeseburger and fries and she loved both. The server was friendly and helpful. Better than Ch**ks any day I would recommend this to anyone

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone really. Portions were small and our burgers were way overcooked - I would say even burnt on the edges. The washrooms were absolutely disgusting and it was surprising considering there werent too many customers in during the time we got there. The lady was nice but very slow. We finished our meals and it took about 10 minutes for her to get us our bill despite the fact that there were only 2 other tables and 1 that had just left. We wont be coming back.

Hope they reopen soon. Love their food.

Honestly the worst prime rib I have ever eaten. Asked for rare and it was overcooked to the point I could barely cut it with a knife. Fries were soggy and tasteless but still edible which is a plus I guess. I dont review or complain about much, but this was honestly the worst meal Ive had in a very long time. It should be fraud to call this prime rib. Wouldnt feed it to my dog. Theres no 0 star review option so I will go with one.

Got take out and only one order was right... tried giving my dog some meat from the ribs and she wouldn t even eat it ... she eats frogs from our field out back.

My friend and I decided to have lunch at Parkers while we were shopping in Napanee on Wednesday. The place was nice and warm and we were greeted by Debbie. Lots to pick from on the menu but I decided on a pulled pork sandwich on brioche bun with onion rings and slaw plus iced tea. Sandi had sirloin hamburger and fries, slaw.. The food arrived hot, fresh and good portions. Peter, the manager and Debbie made sure we were enjoying our meal. I have decided that my husband and I will be having our anniversary dinner there in March. See you then and dont forget the candle lol

Very disappointed. The menu is not very versatile. No salad or veggie options. You can get fries or potatoes. Everything is smothered in a not overly pleasant bbq sauce. No appetizers. Staff seemed friendly enough. Owner offered to grab us a drink because the server was busy. And then never showed up with our drinks. We will not be going back.

Excellent food, either dine in or take out. We have tried their prime rib, absolutely delicious, very tender and a tasty dipping sauce. The chicken wings are big and meaty and I personally enjoy the honey garlic sauce. We have tried many other entrees and they have all been great, and have you wanting more.

My wife and I and my daughter and son in law went to Parkers recently. Everything we had was delicious.I mean everything(mashed potatoes,fries,chicken,ribs,prime rib,corn meal muffin.The service also was friendly and punctual..I would highly recommend this dining experience.

Amazing wings! Ribs & chicken Buffalo sandwich even tastier. Great service, waitress checked in on us and was super fast getting us to our table with drinks within minutes. Very satisfied.

Yesterday we did a take out order, it was the Backyard BBQ grilled meal for 4. We have never been here before but it was recommended by friends. It was the Best BBQ ribs I have ever eaten. They were so tender and most importantly they were Not fatty. The wings and chicken did not disappoint either. The corn muffins were amazing. We all were amazed at the quality and quantity of food that came in this package. We are still talking about it today. We just needed to reach out and Thank the people at Parkers in Napanee for making our day so special with such a delicious meal. We will definitely be back

I got take out yesterday for my birthday dinner, it was very disappointing. My burger was cold and bland with no bacon on my bacon cheese burger, the coleslaw and mash potatoes where both bland. The best part was my mothers gravy. My mother also didnt get her corm muffin. To be honest I should have just cooked dinner. I was looking forward to it because everyone days how good it is. This was just disappointing

Nice staff, but was very disappointed with our take out meal....We ordered two buffalo chicken sandwiches and a kids chicken meal, they were as flat as a McDonalds kids cheese burger patty.... weve driven by numerous times and the parking lot is jammed packed, we figured they have amazing food after paying close to $40 bucks with tip. Feeling ripped off...wouldnt recommend their sandwich, and kinda afraid to see the size of their club sandwich.

Ive done my share of reviews on lots of different restaurants. I like to think that I am very fair and rate without emotions, just the facts. Well, fact is, this place was just great. 1st time stopping in (take out due to Covid) and the experience couldnt have been better. Food was hot, fresh and accurate. Very friendly staff. Solid burger. Solid wings. Onion rings were next to perfect (could have used a touch of spice for me) Now the fries... oh the fries, were just sooo good. Just like chip truck fries! Well done Parkers! Well done!

Have ordered take out twice, both orders have been made perfectly and were super tasty! Cannot wait for lockdown to end so we can visit for a sit down meal.

Best prime rib in town

Had takeout tonight. The one thing I would point out, is that if you want your prime rib to be rare, you may be disappointed. With that being said, I ordered two 10oz prime rib dinners. The taste was amazing, the fries were great. Will be back, and will recommend.

My husband and I stopped for takeout lunch as thats all thats allowed during shut down. Order taker was very thorough and even read back order to make sure it was correct. I ordered chicken fingers and onion rings and my partner ordered buffalo chicken sandwich. My husbands bun was split on top so immediately fell apart. He mentioned his chicken was tough. Then I tried my chicken fingers. Tough and stringy which was surprising since it said they were cooked fresh to order. To me it seemed they were overcooked or reheated. Will give it another try when we can eat in and try the beef. Onion rings were delicious.

Our first time trying it today in Napanee and we both ordered rib dinners and a side of onion rings. Super impressed with the portion size and taste. Ribs where awesome. Packaged very well for take out and staff was super friendly. Great price point for what you get. Will be back for sure to try something else. Thanks

I have to say, the staff at Parkers are so friendly and kind, I just love them. I also have had nothing but excellent service and quality food from them. I highly recommend Parker s in Napanee if you re craving some beers and BBQ.

Totally underwhelmed. Finally got around to ordering from this new restaurant in Napanee. Being a BBQ place I thought that our best bet would be the ribs. We ordered 2 full slab dinners...what a disappointment. The ribs that we were anticipating would be fall off the bone, tender and juicy were instead undercooked and tough. They absolutely needed more time cooking. Our dogs got the remainder of the dinner. So disappointing.

Went in to have dinner, sat down and ordered our drink, 3 soft drinks. Go to order our dinner to find out they do not have prime rib. With Prime rib in the name you would think they would let you know they were out before you sit down. We tell them we will not be ordering anything as we came in for prime rib. They still make us pay for the drinks. Never will return

Good ok, my ribs were over cook, they were tough to chew, other food were very good especially the chicken wings. The service was very good, wow best service I ever have.

The best pulled pork sandwich Ive ever had. Service was fast and friendly. The price is equivalent to the local fast food places but 10x the quality. Will definitely be making it a regular stop.

Melt in your mouth prime rib.

Very nice and friendly staff, the food was unfortunately disappointing. I ordered the ribs and they were underdone(not tender)and tasted like they were boiled. Not really what I would consider BBQ. The best part of the dish was the vinegar sauce that was served on the side. If you are looking for a cheap rib meal, it is certainly the place for you. But if you are looking for BBQ, then you maybe a little disappointed.

Really good bbq, we ordered the prime rib, cheeseburger, ribs and a NY strip. Excellent service and good value. The only thing that we would suggest is they need to have better desserts, the cheesecake with caramel sauce wasnt that great, tasted like flour, definitely not homemade. Otherwise we would have given 5 stars

We got nachos, wings with fries, prime sandwich, and steak. Nachos we asked for the salsa and sour cream on the side - this was ignored. The wings and fries were soggy and did not taste good. All of us were gut hurting

I really like this restaurant! The Staff was friendly and food was great! We will be back! My son loved it, his name is Parker Id love to buy a container of the parker sauce, so good definitely recommend something with that!

The 1/4 chicken was really good but the rest was a let down. Loaded fries werent loaded definitely not worth $10. Chicken sandwich was mediocre at best. The worst was the ribs. Tough and overcooked. Was looking forward to trying Parkers and wont be back. I will cook it properly myself.

Went in and took advantage of a coupon for half price meals. I had the sirloin and mashed potatoes. The steak was excellent very tender and juicy. The potatoes were good, but I feel they could have given a larger portion. When I finished meal I was full so just enough for me but maybe not for others. Great meal regardless. I will be coming back coupon or not

The server Lynn was a great server. I had the quarter chicken meal white meat it was cooked to perfection the flavor was good also, the only problem was it was only four small bites, about half the size of a quarter chicken dinner at Swiss Chalet. My husband had a full rack of ribs which he said were good but again the portion size was small. There were lots of fries. The coleslaw was good also.
