Terrible food and service. Very disappointed!

My burger was burt! I ate it because I didnt have time to wait. The fries were also terrible they tasted like cardboard. Sunday is full of NFL games but every tv has Nascar I will not return to this location Service : 3/5

3 of us went in for wings, ordered wings 15-20 minutes later told us they never had any we had 4 people the other person order pasta All three of us reordered dinner and when it arrived they forgot about the pasta? So had to reorder. This was the worst service and no one in there is even close to getting organized!! Will never be back..I don t understand how they would run out of wings??

It was a bit loud due to playoffs. Other than that, the service was excellent. There is not much on the menu that I would eat, so I settled for chicken tenders, slaw and fries. Chicken was overcooked to the point of tasting burnt on the outside, inside however it was tender. Fryer to hot, maybe. Slaw was warm but still edible. One thing I would highly recommend is the dill pickle fries, yummy. Found lots of recipes online. Im think, dill pickle fries and a coke is what Ill be back for. Parking: There is some construction going on right now, June 2024. Not many spots.

Last night had supper. I alerted staff that I am celiac. Server offered me choices. And how they could adjust my meal to accommodate my need. The meal tasted great. But was 100% glutened . Noodles. 1 hour later so very sick. Please people learn what has wheat in it before serving and cooks should really know. So sick today and discouraged. Dietary restrictions: Sadly they had a lack of noliage. Also said that celiac always enjoy that dish. Did they later? Suspect they dont return.

Excellent place to eat. Quite quiet. Has booths and tables and a bar area. Week nights are best to come. Prices have increased by 40 per cent or more. Very busy for Monday night. Parking: Lots of parking available right near door Wheelchair accessibility: Four spots right at door.

I stopped at the Napanee location after 9:00pm looking for a quick dinner. What I found was THE WORST food and dinning experience of my life. I walked up to a broken door sign that read door broken use muscles then A SMELL hit that can only be described as dirty and sour. Our booth TV was broken leaving the picture scrambling and flickering. My draft a beer was warm and flat. My flatbread was burnt with a taste of spicy vinegar and hot from the oven mayonnaise, accented with deep fried chunks. My salad was soggy and extremely salty. The burnt flatbread was taken off my bill, but then they Overcharged $3.95 for water and the $5 happy hour side salad was actually $7.95. I didnt realize this until I got back to the hotel. Learn from my mistakes.

I have eaten in a four quadraspheres of this earth, in over 30 countries, and all 48 states in the continental USA. I can say without hyperbole that this was the worst restaurant that I have ever been to in my life. The service was slow, the orders were messed up, and the food was so awful that it seems unreal. I knew as I was eating my food that I would be sick afterward, and I was not wrong. Avoid this place at all costs.

We have waited for 45 minutes to get food and they are just making the order now, have not been asked for refills while waiting. Horrible horrible service we are just about to walk out we have waited so long.

We eat here monthly. Over the past 6 months every time we are there, something is wrong with someone s order at our table. This evening it was our daughter s turn. When we brought it up to the server a loud speaking bartender/manager came to the table and simply said the same thing over and over (telling us this is the sauce they always use) without actively listening. It wasn t the same sauce, our daughter orders the same dish EVERY TIME! It was dealt with poorly and we will not be returning.

Came in on a Sunday with my wife for the anniversary around 6:30pm. after being sat we waited 15 mins for a server and then the host to come up to us and ask if we had been looked after, we said no, and she apologized and said the sever would be right over, after waiting ANOTHER 10 mins, our server comes over with a mono- tone voice and says what would you like to drink . So we tell him our drink order and he walked away, we waited another 10 mins for our drinks to come then we finally could order, after ordering the food and getting it a party came in and experienced the same experience, they sat for about 10 mins then finally had a sever come to them and then they complained that they had to wait super long for someone to come refill their drinks. Just an awful experience. My food was also pretty gross I got ribs which were basically cold on the inside and luke warm outside, my tenders that came with were super greasy and the fryer oil needs to be cleaned or changed and my fries were just super salty. I haven t ate out in the restaurant in over a couple months and this was the worst service and food by far recently. The server we had was Dustin and he needs to learn about priorities and find a new job I think. Wow

How would you like your salt prepared? Maybe theyll add some food into it... The service was great, the atmosphere was just another sports bar restaurant, pretty generic, no complaints but the salt... The salt. I had the chicken souvlaki bowl which was one of the very few items on that are under 1000 mg of of sodium, it was pretty good but uninteresting... Anything interesting was over 2000mg. Thats your full days worth of salt in one meal. Some of them had over 3000mg worth. I mean, there is no need for that, and there is no way to ask them to not add the salt because the cooks have prepackaged seasonings they use. This trend with restaurants has to stop. You can make delicious food without 3 metric millitons of salt.

Friendly staff and all four of our meals were excellent.

This used to be our favorite restaurant. They changed their menu and after dining tonight I am not sure we will be returning. The food we recieved tonight was very dissapointing.

Emma at the Napanee location was absolutely amazing! Drove for over an hour to watch the leafs game and she rearranged seating and held our spot as people tried to sneak in and steal our table. Absolutely handled it all with class, dignity, and respect. Was amazing to watch. Then she followed up to make sure we could see the game and everything was on. The pickle Cesar was great with the food as well. Worth the drive from the cottage to town!!! Amazing job Emma!

Visited restaurant April 13 in Napanee. We were seated fairly quickly. Kelsey was our waitress and she was awesome. Super friendly and very attentive. Took care of us throughout the whole meal. Food is pub fare but was good and hot. Will definitely be back.

Our waitress was phenomenal but the food was just okay. My brother wasnt impressed with the French onion soup dip. It was more like French onion cheese. The Mac and cheese was pretty bland.

Simple restaurant, well-known chain in Ontario. Correct dishes, nothing more. Club sandwich that is not. It s a club sandwich style burger. This would never happen in Quebec!! You should be aware that this is a club for them.... I had the onion soup changed because I had never seen something black like that, almost without broth, as if it had reduced for so long that it was too concentrated and we had to add half a cup of water to balance the soup in the bowl... Little cheese. The 2nd soup did not have more forming but had a better taste and was no longer black but brown as is normal to see an onion soup...I dont know what could have happened in the kitchen.. Good young waitress, that was great!

The food is not worth the money you pay for it. Unfortunately I was unable to bring back the food and get my money back for my takeout order, I m sure it would be better in restaurant but if you re planning on doing takeout I wouldn t recommend here. The portions are small for $20 a meal. Honestly just unhappy with the overall experience.

At Shoeless Joe, I almost always eat the same thing. Im a burger freak. As soon as its on the menu, 9 times out of 10 its my choice. The service is very good and the atmosphere is just as good. Easy to park.

I ve dined in and taken out at this location multiple times. It s a nice restaurant with lots of different seating options. Recently ordered food through the Door Dash App. I always order the spinach dip, I love it. Definitely recommend. This time tried the tortellini, enjoyed it. My concern is that it took over an hour past my pickup time to get my order. Restaurant was not very busy. Apparently the kitchen was having staffing issues. Which I understand, but the server I spoke to went to check on my order then never returned and avoided me. She went to the corner, polished silverware and loudly complained about the kitchen. Instead, the young hostess repeatedly apologized for the wait. Because of this hostess, I will return.

Brittany was terrific! Very friendly and efficient. The food was tasty and delivered in good time (loved the calamari and spinach dip). Great music and atmosphere: so glad we came back after our first visit years ago.

The server was great quickly gave us our drinks then afterwards asked what our order was then after 10 minutes it was ready. All the food was great except for the chicken tenders but the server asked the cook for new ones and they turned out great Kid-friendliness: Good

Server was very rude. Stale chips for my natchos. The other meal was chicken strips. Taste like turkey deepfried in oil that has not been changed in a month. Will not be back!/ and the coleslaw was simply sliced cabbage. Not flavor.

I m not one for reviews, but it s time. Staff are nice. Never had problems with service as this place never seems to get busy. My biggest complaint is that there is enough lighting to perform open heart surgery on the bar. Ambience of an ER room. I like All kinds of music (everything from Metallica to The Wknd) , but this place plays some sick version of elevator music. Steak was actually pretty good. Fries were a bit over cooked. We stopped in for dinner but they wouldnt allow me a sample of the wine I was thinking of getting but had never had. I was told it was policy. This is the first restaurant Ive ever been to that had such a policy so I was interested to know why. The server didnt know so I spoke with the manager. She suggested that if everyone came in asking for a sample, theyd be giving away product. I disagreed. If a taste leads to the purchase of a bottle or even a glass of wine, it would be moving product - and the highest margin products in a restaurant are the drinks. I suggested that such a reason made no sense at all. Then she confessed that she didnt know the reason. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. I dislike rules that not only make no sense, but also work against the ultimate goals of customer satisfaction (and profitability!) I cant abide by spending my money at such an establishment. I prefer to frequent places that are customer-service and customer-satisfaction centric. And so we left after paying $4.00 for a soda fountain coke. Highway robbery at its finest. That is the last time Ill ever step foot in a Shoeless Joes.

Recently celebrated my birthday at Shoeless Joe s. We have been there a ton over the last year and are never disappointed. They are so great with our 2 and 4 year old. It s wonderful having a local restaurant that has great food and service but doesn t mind the wildness that little ones can bring! Sarah S was awesome!!!

The ambiance at this establishment is truly outstanding. It strikes the perfect balance between being vibrant and serene, ensuring a conducive environment for conversation without the fear of eavesdropping. The service, courtesy of the attentive staff and owners, was commendable. They made sure our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. As for the cuisine, it was satisfying, albeit leaning slightly towards the standardized offerings youd expect from a franchise. Given the pricing, it would be nice to see a more gourmet touch to the menu. In summary, it was a delightful evening, and I cant muster a single complaint. The ambience, service, and food, while not flawless, made for an overall enjoyable experience.

There was only 6 tables taken in the whole place when we got there . Still we had to wait 7 min to get one . Then we waited 20+ min for a server and we got none. Not even a glass with water . We got up and left , they saw us , but said nothing .

Sunday night, an hour before closing, you dont walk into any restaurant (realistically) with very high expectations. Enter Shoeless Joes Napanee. Ordered a chicken cordon bleu with quinoa and it came out fresh and steaming hot, and absolutely delicious. Ryan was a fantastic server, and the management here should be extraordinarily proud of the standard the kitchen staff and the front of house lives up to here. Dont go to Chucks. Drive a bit further and come here instead for quality food and service, even an hour before closing on a Sunday night. Cheers.

Avoid if you dont like a certain food thats on any of their options or youre allergic to anything as either the manager or owner has instructed the staff not to modify any of the meals telling them its policy well thats funny because its not the policy at the Belleville location which has the same policies handed down from management

Had a great experience here. Morgan served us and was great with our kids, told us everything we needed to know and was very prompt. The service is great, the food is good and the beer is ice cold.

Servers are great, owner actually comes and greets you and asks how your doing, rare nowadays, so nice too see. Great food at decent prices. Only thing I would improve is the portion amounts, especially the Salmon and is only reason I give it a 4 star

That music was so terrible we could hardly get through our lunch. We asked the server if it was at all possible to change it. She told us it was their standard music. Rap....who ? Unless youre 12 or have a taste for garbage music would enjoy it. People dont go there for the music but will certainly leave there for it. I for one wont be back....

I went to this restaurant, because quite frankly, it was close to my motel. There werent a lot of options, which is understandable given it is a small town. The patio was completely empty, and wasnt offered as an option, I would have preferred it given the inside was like sitting in a meat locker!!! I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu. The mashed potatoes were great. The Chicken was WAY overcooked. Unfortunately, they appeared to be short of staff. The waitress didnt come by to check on my meal, and I was starving. I ate about 40% of it. When she did ask, I advised her of the issue. She said yeah sometimes it gets a bit overcooked as the have to deep fry it to ensure it is cooked thoroughly!! Really, your cook, (Ill use that term as opposed to chef, because a chef would KNOW how to prepare, this item). She did say, Ill let my manager know. But, again being run off her feet, (she was servicing 1/2 of the restaurant, as well as pouring drinks). Not sure why that was I seen 2 other ladies, and a gentleman, (who seemed to be the manager), working the other half. She never did speak to the manager. I would have expected a manager to address the issue. So, overall, a VERY disappointing experience with this Shoeless Joes.

Good Buffalo flat bread.

So my sister and I ordered curbside pickup. I get they are understaffed however, we called when we got there and were told they would bring it out to us soon. We waited 20 minutes past the expected time I got emailed to me. When we went in to ask for our food it was all in a bag and just waiting on the counter. When we got our food it was still warm which was great but when we parked to eat it there were no forks in the bag, and we ordered pasta, I understand if it was a burger but it was not , so we needed to go home to eat it. The food itself was good except the dessert. We got the pretzel bites and they taste good, only problem is they came with 1 tiny pecie of strawberry and thats it... I think we were meant to get more? So the food was good the experience not so much.

COVID check at door, however its easy to bypass. However the servers were quick to followup. Clean and good atmosphere. The steak sandwich was a poor grade and cut. The server did remove sandwich cost from the bill. Good service and cold beer.

Waitress pulling the dirty scam where feature apps are half price but orders you the full price menu instead. Very dirty move especially when you literally point at the menu what you want on the ad. Will not visit this location again, if you are so desperate for a larger tip give good service. I always pay the portion I save in tips and more.
