Insanely disappointing to pay money food and get something you can't eat. Half rotten lettuce, the meat was dry and seemed like from days ago. I tried feeding it to my dogs and they took a couple bites and left it and thats unbelievable for them to turn down human food. Not worth the time and definitely not worth the dime. I will be finding somewhere else to go when I do my Napanee run. Someone obviously doesn't know how to run a food service business to attract and keep customers. If only I came to the reviews before risking my health on this garbage dumpster of a sub shot!
Waited in a line up of 2 people for 10 minutes, lady ahead of me walked out. I waited another 10 minutes. as i watched 2 young East Indian girls make the customer ahead of me sub, they took over 2 minutes to put tomatoes on it. I didnt have the time to waste any longer, so I went elsewhere. absolute gong show over AT Mr. Sub. i WOULD RECCOMEND NEW STAFF!
I've been coming here for a while but never had such bad service as this time. At 4:00 pm there was a lineup of 5 people in front of me, some people were ordering 3 subs each to go. There was only 1 staff member working, it took 40 minutes before I was able to leave with my order (and 5 more people had come in line behind me) Atrocious service, I expect to be 5 minutes to grab a quick meal, I don't expect to be all day. This is pathetic. If this happens one more time at this location I won't be coming back
Visited this location for lunch today, hoping to grab a quick sub and be on our way. There was only one customer in front of us and only one staff member working. I understand it’s hard when you’re by yourself, but there was no sense of any kind of urgency to greet customers or take our order. We waited 20 minutes to order, and once we got through the process of ordering our subs and asking for them toasted, the meet was still cold (chicken breast). It was also the sub of the day we ordered and the employee did not know how to input this into the machine. Please train your employees properly before letting them work on their own.
Used to be good years ago. Pretty awful these days. Can't even grill a sub with cheese on it? Very, very slow as well. If you want a sub where it takes 3 weeks to put lettuce on, this is the place for you. Subway is 5 seconds away. Go there. Deli Fritz is across town and much better as well.
Looking for a Mr Sub coming across the 401, this location was close to Hwy. When I exited I was concerned the location might be closed as the large sign was not illuminated. I almost left but drove around the building and saw the store still not sure it was actually operating as a Mr Sub since the sing on the storefront was also not lit up. In fact it is open! Young Lady working was very pleasant. I had mentioned the signs being off, she indicated they have been for some time. Given it's location I think the signs are key to communicating to customers "we are here" there is a good chance you are missing some customers who may assume the location has closed.
What happened to Mr sub? Used to be a decent place. Got my sandwich to go and ate it on the road so was too late to return it. Within 30 mins my stomach was upset and wasn’t pleasant after. What type of chicken looks like this. For $13 definitely don’t expect slimy chicken and soggy veggies🤮. Even asked the lady that worked there if the chicken was alright.
This Mr. SUB location has gone downhill. Poor management has not educated the new staff on what efficient service is. You never see a manager anymore. They either need to deal with this issue or sell the place. We are a very long term customer here 6 years, and it's a shame to wait 25 min to get served with 2 people ahead of you. Avoid
There was about 8 people In line and only 1 worker. The sub was good even though I an not a fan of the mayo. Bonus points for a working ac.
Wow! What an experience! This happened on June 26/2024 @1.20pm, we got into the store and it was just us. So we told her what we want and she said she needs to replenish the toppings. We look over the counter and there was nothing completely out that she needs to replenish urgently and have us waiting. But we stay patient and said OK. 5 minutes went by and she asked if we have decided what we want. Duhhh! Of course we know so we place our order AGAIN. The girl who made my sandwich was a new staff and understandable she needs more time to do my sandwich but man, when she squeeze the sauce on my sandwich, there was like a 3 tablespoon of water/liquid, certainly not the sauce that came out! Yikes! She said it out loud about it and the lady who was teaching her said nothing at all. Way to go Ms Supervisor. I then asked for my sandwich to be toasted and she told me she can t because she wants to clean the toaster. Are you serious? Is it 10 minutes to closing the store or what? Such a disappointment. As expected, the sandwich was so wet that it became so mushy!

I go to this MR. Sub often on my lunch break the bread and ingredients are always fresh, the store is always very clean and the staff are all very friendly deffinatly recommend! This is by far the best mr sub I ve been so how can I not leave it a review . Food is always so fresh, buns are so soft, staff are super lovely. Rhonda is my favourite she makes the best subs and makes the experience so great. Highly recommend.

Yum!!! Best sub I have had in YEARS! I wish I lived closer! Very clean and friends staff. Everything was fresh and made with card. A definite stop for lunch/ dinner!
Have never had a bad experience with the food or customer service. Am always greeted with a positive attitude and friendly smile. Veggies and bread is always fresh and the best part is the cookies. There is always cookies in the display. 10/10 recommend.
The lady destroyed my sub to the point it was garbage, handed me a bowl, fork, and a bunch of napkins because it was so trashed. I had paid before she made it so I had no choice in the matter. Gross. Won t be back.

Rachel was fantastic at Mr sub Napanee Ont she was running her butt off on a Friday night with no help and was the only one in the store and was super efficient and kind and friendly though I am a concerned mother and worry with this young girl being alone across from a prison that her safety could be in question I surely hope the owner would consider having 2staff on in the evenings for this lovely young girl and if not then def a big raise.
Thank you for insulting my sub in front of me and giving the absolute worst service I have ever had in my entire life, I have worked at sandwich shops before and know life is stressful but acting like this isn t how you keep service. I would be embarrassed if my staff acted like this.
Food is good, but the service is rude. Complaining about my topping choices, upset about having to toast my sub. Very un-professional.

Bun was zero fresh and from the taste - I think it was close to going stale. Dog enjoyed her 12 dollar sub - I went an ordered a pizza.

I gave this location a second chance because the first time I thought maybe someone was having a bad day. But twice now I ve gotten the Louisiana chicken sub and there s barely any chicken. It s almost all bread. Have had other subs and noticed they are very cheap with the toppings. I m not used to that from Mr. Sub. Polite staff is why I didn t give it one star. Note: the sub pictured below is Louisiana Chicken with mushrooms and red onion. Just wanted to clarify as the mushrooms kind of look like chicken when sauced.

went in for a Sub, was more hot inside then out,, cobwebs hung from the ceiling and plenty of flies,,, when i questioned the waiter as to why it was so hot in the building , was told the air was on,, The pulled pork sub was gross,,, very sloppy , hard pieces of meat , topping were so warm,, , took a bite and threw it in the garbage.. LAST visit
