This is pretty decent, starting to get a little pricey but its better option than most fast-food spots in terms of healthy options while still tasting good.

Next to Tesla superchargers. Stopped for a quick dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Both staff on duty were super nice, especially the male server. He was over the top patient with my 8 year old who took his time picking his choices. Food was fresh and tasty.

Still no grill press. It s been over two weeks. Come on, this is an important aspect of your business.

Stopped today on the way through town. Had the most wonderful service from a lovely lady with matching festive Christmas light earrings and necklace. She also made some of the best pitas we have ever had at a pita pit 10/10. Everything was excellent!

Stopped in for lunch while the car was charging. Quick, delicious, friendly.

Stopped in for dinner and Aislynn (yeah, Im sure I spelled that wrong) was working. They were friendly, smiley, and cheerful, knew the menu well, and made good recommendations. Great service.

I love this Pita Pit. I always get a salad and it s so delicious. Savan and the ladies that work during the day are always so nice and friendly. Also I just realized the other night they are open till 8pm.

Tasty food and great service

I ordered the classic pita trays, chips and drinks to help celebrate a birthday this past Sunday. Savan was wonderful to work with, very courteous and professional! On time delivery and the food was wonderful, as usual. Loved the arrangement and labeling of the pitas and Savan even threw in a couple of birthday cookies as a nice bonus. Always recommend this Pita Pit in Napanee! Thank you so much! Robin Vegetarian options: Always love the veggie options, especially the falafel! :)

We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Ottawa. One of the best pitapit restaurant we have ever been at . The location is perfect and closet to 401 exit. We ordered falafal wraps . It was fantastic and super tasty. Even though the store was super busy, Savan and other team mates were putting extra efforts to make everyones food extra delicious. I really recommend this restaurant

Stopped here while driving on 401. Prefer this one over the Kingston Pita Pit. CT and Esso Gas station close by. Less people that stop so getting food and getting gas was easier. Also, there is a McDonalds and a Tims right there for other people who dont want Pita Pit Pita Pit was cleaner and better managed than the one we normally use in Kingston. Pita was fresher, they put more toppings and order was made correctly. Highly recommend Pita Pit Napanee!

They make THE BEST salad bowls. Ladies here a very friendly!

It was adequate. They were very busy but its interesting to see that even though employees are maskless smiling isnt part of their job. Also the menu is over the cash which perturbed a gentlemen in line when I went in close to see it...he thought I was stealing his spot so I had to be awkwardly apologetic. I rarely get take out and nothing screamed come back here.

We visit Pita pit Napanee regularly. The staff are always excellent to deal with. I think my son goes there to often because the staff know what he likes. ;) I too have witnessed rude customers there but the staff acted professionally. Being a customer told the rude people what I felt. Great place For the management please add a tip option on the interact. Your staff at Napanee are great and I feel bad when I use interact and can not tip for the good service. Shaun

Man the chicken ceaser wraps were great you might pay more money but the food is great and the service is excellent. Will be back there soon and frequently. Highly recommend this place

I usually love these place . But tonight who ever was working wasvery dusmisseve. Try to order for pick up she refuse to serve me and asked me to go online and order I told hear I dont have the app and she said I dont have a piece of paper to writte it down and told me to order online .WHAT kind if service is these its like I was an inconvenience to hear . Very ordering or going to these place again

My kids had their first pita pit experience yesterday and really enjoyed it.

Pretty disappointed in my Pita, ordered online, got wrong toppings, then while eating it found a hard romaine heart in my Pita. Poor quality.

Excellent service and great healthy food. Today 2 young men were making a terribly complicated order for over 20 min while an older lady in line behind them was obviously in pain and looked ready to keel over. After listening to them go on and on about menu choices and quibbling over payment I finally very politely pointed out that the lady was apparently in distress behind them. I was hoping they would take the hint, maybe let her order. No such luck. A staff member offered the lady a chair. The customers continued their negotiations and finally a staff member offered to take the ladies order and process their payment immediately after. They stormed out and left their food on the grill cooking. Im pretty sure they will Leave a bad review. I want to say both staff members were extremely polite and patient and helpful. The customers were rude and self absorbed. The young server was trying to help a customer and for some reason these people took it as an insult.

I was very excited to try out pita pit after living outside of Canada for 9 years. I was a bit unsatisfied with my experience :/. The girl at the front counter was nice. But lacking a lot of training (not her fault) she did not know much about the app. Then we were getting rushed and told me would have to start again. So we left with nothing. (There should be a way for the staff to take more then one order at a time or why not put a self-serve kiosk.

Servers were overly rushed to get us through the line. We had mentioned it was our first time at a pita pit and they never offered one once of help. There wasnt a line up to give reason why we were rushed! Absolutely Wont Be Back!

Pros: Clean, fast service, good food, great customer service, nice atmosphere. Cons: no menu was displayed on the televisions I had to grab a pamphlet for a menu. not sure if the employees knew since they just opened. Overall a good experience I would recommend it.
