Our regular sandwich place. I bought a double-meat meatball sub for my husband once - the thing was ridiculously huge to the point we were all laughing because I hadnt realized the monstrosity Id ordered. Theyll still occasionally ask me Meatball sub? LOL

My sub was soup and not toasted . I had to throw it out

Possibly the worst subway Ive been to.....stale bread, stingy on toppings....the crew cant speak English and are TFW, I guess that says it all.

Im not sure if this happens ti everyone but anytime I order a sub for pick up or delivery they alway forget pickles! Everytime!.. ughh

Not overly impressed with the new menu, but thats a corporate thing. Restaurant is clean, staff are friendly and service was quick. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy and accessible in and outside.

I asked for spinach and the dude was literally counting individual leafs of spinach. When I asked for more he put 2 more individual leafs. Whats more when he got the chicken ready he had the 4 pieces out and ready to go, decided there was too much, took 2 pieces off and replaced them with pieced 25%smaller. Not to mention he didnt listen to half of what I was saying ei went to toast the sandwhich when i explicitly told him not to. Complained to management and Im sure it wasnt even read as I got a cut and paste reply which didnt address my complaint. I would find some other place to go for lunch around here.

40 bucks for 2 subs. Absolute robbery for the worst sandwich Ive ever tried to eat. Horrible.

Very good place I go there and the one worker always knows what I want very nice guy.i have had a no problem at all and there subs are great especially the crispy chicken.

Friendly staff

This place is to cheap you pay good money for your sub and when you get it delivered it s disappointing. I ordered the same sub (steak and cheese) from subway since before my daughter the born (12 years) no matter where I order it the quality is the same but this place is wrecking it for me as it s the only subway in town and subway used to be my favourite, I even double questioned myself if I should ordering from there but my daughter wanted subways as it s a family favourite. But when my sub was delivered there was barely enough meat to save with my lil dog. It was like if for example spreading tuna out real thin but it was steak, felt like I was just eating bread, and normally I always ordered double meat but I didn t this time cause last time I felt like I got ripped off so I thought this time better not order double meat cause you don t get it but I was wrong you have to order double meat just to get it like a regular if not you end up with a disappointing sub. After tonight I will never buy another sub from there. It s a shame for a company to be so cheap. They may have the subway name but they don t have the subway quality. Worst Subway I have ever been to my whole life and I gave chances but now I know there cheap penny pinchers but don t mind taking our hard earned money.

Good food, servers didnt talk much

They are really starting to cut back on the toppings. I noticed twice now with my steak sub that there was not much steak on it. I had to ask for more. This is just recent in the last few months.

Subway is getting hit and miss. The sandwich maker had an attitude like Why are you bothering me. She stated making sandwich with wrong bread, even after telling twice. Then all went down hill from there. Vegetarian options: Vegan Patty and salads are available.

Went to this Subway location for an assorted today and was told by the franchisee that they would not be giving the usual amount of lettuce which is my fav part of the sandwich and doled out as a pittance at the best of times anyhow. And before you come at me, I get that there are supply chain issues w lettuce at the moment, but also pretty clearly understand I ve yet to see a price break or bonus from this chain for ordering when toppings are in seasonal abundance Soooo yeah no thank you I will not be participating in this nonesense. Meanwhile over at Napanee Mr. Sub, a chain which I have not visited for years, they made a glorious sub with zero excuses (and generous unprompted toppings) instead of capitalizing on customers for even greater profits. I ll be switching my biz here moving forwards. And if you know me you know I love ma subs

I placed an order from this location through Skip the Dishes and I dont know which side screwed up, but I didnt get half my order. When I called Subway to inform them, the employee was INCREDIBLY rude, belligerent, and unhelpful. He just kept telling me to come pick it up but I used delivery for a reason. It was clear he just wanted me to shut up and go away, despite the call being incredibly short. Nothing was done and nothing was fixed, so I paid for things I didnt get and employees are refusing to fix it, aka this location stole from me. For shame.

Very disappointed. Im usually a fan of Subway. After getting my wifes order wrong. We didnt discover until back in vehicle. We went back inside to correct it and they refused to remake it and grill it this time. My now 10 min old grilled sub was very dissatisfied as it lay there cold. They offered to microwave hers. So I asked for head office number. The store manager said he had none. We walked out never to return. I dont recommend this location...if i could give less than one star I would

They seemed unprepared for customers, no multi grain bread(but then he managed to find 1) no spinich, no light Mayo. You are supposed to be a healthy alternative. But the sub I did get was very good.

The food was fine. Dan, the employee was not. I ordered four subs, and when my nephew asked for more pickles, he denied the request and said Subway had standards, and it was only 6 pickle slices for a 12 inch sub. What? I thought this was Subway...?! What happened to Have it your way. and Make it what you want. ? I would not recommend this location.

Bathroom is out of toilet paper...the worst thing to do to a customer.

I wish 0 stars was an option. Wont be going back to this location. Food was fine. Employee didnt want to be there and made that more than apparent. A 4 minute experience basically turned me off of subway as a whole. Do you guys even do interviews? Or do you give a job to anybody willing to do it?

Ive already left one poor review regarding online coupons that arent honored at the Napanee store at Jim Kimmet Blvd location and was told that service would improve. Well not so much. My husband and brother in law went in at 950pm last night and were refused service because they didnt want to make to make two subs ten minutes before closing. Mr Sub here we come!

This is the 3rd friday I starting calling at 1030 am to place an order for 16 subs. when I call all I get is busy signal then fax signal. my company buys our lunch every friday and this is the last time I will try and order from here.

This Subway is very clean and the staff are always very friendly and efficient.

I would rate this one higher BUT, this one needs more training on customer service and satisfaction practices. Seems every time you tell them what you want they do whatever they want only. Then you have to ask 2 or 3 times to get it.

Chicken sandwich..

In the past I have purchased from here with no issues. Last year when the lady was working that was pregnant when I was pregnant there were no issues. She was wonderful. On Monday I order 2 different platters. The only thing on the sandwiches besides the meat was supposed to be cheese, lettuce and tomato. Mayo, honey mustard, and sweet onion were to be in separate containers. When we picked up the platters we received a box that had our order of cookies and the 3 containers of sauce. We thought everything was good. I was wrong and I will never leave without checking a large order again. The sandwiches had NO cheese. Cheese bread doesnt count. And there was Mayo on the sandwiches. I called today to complain. When an order is done incorrectly I always contact the restaurant. I dont expect compensation, I expect an apology (Not a dramatic one) and the company to use it as an opportunity to either learn or retrain. Instead the owner checked the video, said it didnt happen and flat out called me a liar. My family have severe food allergies. I dont make this stuff up to waste anyones time. I am more concerned with other moms being aware of places that are cutting corners. I am extremely disappointed with this subway and the manager and refuse to eat their again. I dont care how many years you do a job,no one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes, admit it and fix it. Fyi I do have photo proof

Had a very negative experience when asking for toppings for my sub. I asked for extra green olives which has never been an issue at any location. When I asked for more I was informed that extra had already been added. I acknowledged that he put more on but I informed him that I would like more. He then informed me again that he had already done so. This is not the way to treat a customer and he would not put more on. I left... without sandwiches because of this person inability to serve a customer.

Tried using rotten tomatoes on my sub..subway should only use fresh veggies end of story

This is one of the nicest Subways that I have visited. The staff are great, the service is quick, the ingredients are always fresh and the restaurant is spotlessly clean.
