A consistent experience each time I go. It can get a bit crowded when its busy but Ive never had an issue sitting down to eat. Most people seem to grab and go. Very tasty and reasonable prices! I always leave full.

Delivery over 1 hour late, all meals arrived cold, missing one full meal. We ordered as a group from work to have on our break today. Uber credited 5$ but the store itself had zero remorse only to say sorry it was a mistake by them. End of story. Too bad store cares less re: how this experience was and that individuals had no meal. Shame on store for such terrible response.

I had good experience with food and amazing service from staff, they are polite and patient with costumers and listen to everything for the orders.

Very nice experience. Darshan is very friendly and explained different varieties in meals. Warm, crispy, and tasty quesadillas. Coleslaw was very fresh and the sauces that they recommended, fit perfectly well with the dishes. Thank you for the great experience :)

Great spot with great Mexican classics. The food is great, decent potion sizes, great flavors, just watch out... the jalapeños were more spicey than most places! Great atmosphere, top reviews from some of the most iconic celebrities hanging on the wall. And the service was quick and friendly. Definitely the better place to get Mexican food!

What a pathetic service I got from this store. Last night I ordered food and it was as cold as ice. Just want to ask you a question, do you guys store the food in the freezer after making it ready or you dont care about it once its ready. I used microwave to make it hot, is this a way you guys work. I would definitely escalate this issue to the higher management. Thanks for giving such a horrible service.

Went for the Wednesday special with $7 small burrito. I found the size reasonable, I was full after one. I never take guacamole at other joints but I obliged since theres no extra for guacamole!

I have tried a veggie burrito and that was an awesome dish. They offer a variety of quantities like small, medium and huge.. If you are a vegetarian, then try the veggie burrito of huge size.. Its an extremely delicious dish.. Good place for non-veg and veg lovers..

Where do I even begin? First, theyre amazing. The foods great. So many options to choose from, and all made well. But thats not what gives them 5 stars from me. No. When I ordered from them, I left a note mentioning one of my friends is highly reactive to pepper (it leaves him sick for days). I asked them to call me if his order had pepper. They called. They werent sure, since it was house brand for the seasoning on the meat and rice, and all it said was spices. Rather than take the risk, they called, we discussed alternatives, and everything was fine. Ive had some places who just get annoyed and tell you to order somewhere else, or who simply ignore the fact you might be allergic to something. Not this place. They took the time to call, they understood that this was important, and they came up with a solution. So yes, 5 stars. Hell, Id give them a sixth if I could.

I ve been here twice in the last week. The staff is friendly and polite and it s nice to see them layering the bowls with care. Portions are generous and toppings are fresh, (both times I ve ordered were late at night.) It s worth the trip, will be back!

Ordered a steak burrito plate for $12.49. Made it an extra size box with an additional $4.36. Total cost for the steak burrito in a box is 16.85. After tax and other charges paid around $22 and got this small wrap. Extremely disappointed.

I order from here a ton, by far the best burrito place in Ottawa. Especially if you cant stand the taste of cilantro.. They only add it if its requested! (Most burrito places in Ottawa mix it in with the rice or salsa.) Also adding guac and cheese to your burrito has no extra charge like some places do... Highly recommend!

Best Burrito place in town (at least in Nepean). I usually get the Huge Jerk Chicken Burrito and it never disappoints. Portion sizes are great, prices are fair, and staff is always friendly. I would recommend ordering ahead of time on their website so your food is ready when you pick it up.

I go here almost every other day for chicken tacos, these guys are on top of the game! After going twice they started to recognize me and my order. Super friendly and great food. Must try.

The best burrito place in town! The staff is always friendly and Fast Bastard has the most generous portion compared to places like Mucho Burrito and barBurrito. It is also open till late night which is a plus. This location is the best Fat Bastard in town. Give it a try!

The food is great, but drove across town to take advantage of their late hours and the door was open, but the girl said they were closed. I said online hours and the hours listed on the door say they are open and the door is open, but you are saying the are closed. I left and went home hungry.

Food is good but my take out order for 2 burritos and loaded fries turned out to be not so loaded when we opened them at home. Not driving 20 mins there and back to return it, orders should be checked by staff before they re given out

Fine, definitely not great. Surprising that no grilled Meats are available. Ordered the jerk burrito & rather than cook or toss the chicken in jerk sauce it was simply squirted on. While all the veggies & ingredients look fresh they are all cut to thin & similar sizes so the finished burrito product has no texture its just all kindof mushy & the same mealy mouth feeling.

Noodles in your burrito? Heck yeah!!!! My favourite burrito is the fish with coleslaw and noodles. Mmmm don t bash it til you ve tried it. Only complaint is communication issues most of the time. Especially when asking for extra meat ( on my husbands) or not to add any sauces from beside the grill. Really wasn t happy with BBQ sauce in my burrito that one time. Have to stress it now and watch them. Great product though I think. Never made me sick!!

Tried this place for the first time. Unfortunately we will not return. Save yourself a trip and head to mucho burrito. Meat was cold and dry. The bbq sauce was just awful.

I m so disappointed. I ordered $75 worth of Quesadillas tonight and they were absolute garbage. A soggy, undercooked mess. As well, I asked for medium spicy and it arrived Nuclear. I lived in Asia for ten years so I like spicy food, but this was inedible. Very disappointed.

We went there for dinner on a Friday. Its a great little place thats super cozy. The service was excellent, and the food was even better! Weve been looking for a good place for Mexican food, and were so happy to have found Fat Bastard Burrito.We ordered chips and guac, tacos and quesadillas and they were all fantastic. Customer service were amazing & Jerk chicken was flavorful.

Sooooo disappointed in this place . Ordered two sweet and spicy tofu burritos. Figured I d try this place because I love this order @ the greenbank location (gave them 5 stars). After paying close to 40$ (with tip), the burritos came significantly under weight (yes I have a scale) and worse yet they were DRY . No sour cream , no burrito sauce (I told them I like everything and i suppose they just didn t care to ask). « It was like eating a dry tofu salad in a wrap » My girl gave up after a few bites. I stubbornly added a bunch of hot sauce . I would strongly recommend not going here.

Finally got takeout here and I was excited they had a great deal for delivery. It was two for one burrito bowls. It was the worst money ever spent. The bowls were very empty and maybe only had 10 bites in them. Had to give me boyfriend mine because he was so hungry. Disappointed

They add the veggies to the burrito in front of you, then your order gets thrown to the back of the line of skipthedishes orders before having the meat filled. 3 times the same, y you do dis. No lie I would have 8x more chicken in a shawarma down the street

My experience with this restaurant was terrible. It was my first time and most definitely my last visit. I ordered fish tacos and it smells so bad that I couldnt even try it, when i asked the guy to give it a look he said thats how fish smells. Well i know fish dont usually have musty smell. Please dont serve your customers something that smells disgusting.

Burritos that dont fall apart as soon as you unwrap them! You can actually eat them in the car without making a mess, which Ive found is the case for several other brands. Allergy-friendly, they have gluten-free tortillas available (make sure to mention at the cash if you have any dietary restrictions like celiac).

One of the best burrito places Ive ever been to in Ottawa. Honestly really tasty and you can tell they care about presentation akin to the way youd get your tacos and such at a fancy restaurant. I had their nashville chicken bowl and it was one of the best meals ever. I later tried the franks red hot chicken and honestly it wasnt for me, youd have to really love franks for it. Overall it didnt budge my opinion about Fat Bastard Burrito and Ill definitely be ordering from here again.

I always come to this restaurant for burrito bowl. No doubt good food and healthy as well. But i think, no more after this day. There was a skinny guy at front, either small or big, he is never generous on the quantity of food. I dont mind paying extra dollar, but when you are damn too hungry after a long shift, it looks cheap when someone do that. I told him to be generous but the way he responded wasnt kind. Really unsatisfactory service

I have ordered burritos from this location several times now and I have not been disappointed. Their burritos are some of the best in town! I highly recommend giving them a try. I think you ll be more than satisfied.

When I got my order which was the Huge groundbeef burrito with the following: White tortilla Lettuce Extra Cheese Mild Salsa Sourcream Guacamole Rice Refried beans Mild hot sauce BUT when I actually got it and bit into it it was literally just rice, hot sauce, refried beans and meat, so much meat. And I found like three tiny little pieces of lettuce in it. I finished it of course cuz I dont like to waste food, but afterwards it felt like I ate a brick and my appetite was dead after eating an ungodly amount of meat and rice Genuinely such a disappointing first time (and quite possibly last time) having fat bastard burrito But hey, Atleast the chips with a side of guacamole was good

The food here is pretty good & filling. There are plenty of ingredients to choose from for your taco/burrito/quesadilla. Not a fan of their hot sauce though; the spice was good but it had another a weird flavour to it.

Had a craving for a burrito bowl and Burrito Gringo was closed so I tried this place. Super disappointing in comparison. Choice of toppings was limited and not terribly fresh. The steak looked and tasted like pulled pork and was very salty. It was not a good meal. Its back to Burrito Gringo for me!

Butter chicken/Sweet chilli crispy chicken burrito has been my all time companion these days, you may not find me posting reviews on any place or food chain usually, as I barely do that; but I couldnt resist this time and the reason is my burrito streak. A burrito for dinner at almost every alternative day, and I blame Fat bastard for turning me addicted to their food, haha! But honestly, all the credits go to Dhruv and Neel which work at this place and have always prepared my burrito the exact way I expect them to! Both are pure gems. Cant ask no more, thats it..! Big fan, fat bastard, big fan!

Good portions, hate to tell you all haters that not every place is perfect, the best thing about this place is that they actually put forth the customers feedback and respond to it. The taste is fantastic, the portions are perfect, I would eat there everyday if I had power to do so. Definitely one of the best if not the best burrito place I visited....

The food was good, but not excellent. The BBQ pork sauce was a bit overpowering. Less is better since the rest of the ingredients are on the bland side. The coleslaw had a crunch to it to add texture. The huge size was sufficient for two people, which was nice. I think I would rate Mucho Burrito first, Fat Bastard second and Gringo third. Would we go back, maybe.

its beyond stupid the way that I can order a burrito with multiple ingredients, and only get rice and meat? what? if I wanted to only be eating rice, Id cook rice myself. I wouldnt recommend this place if it was the last place you could eat on earth. extremely disappointed and will never order again.

My first four or five orders were great, the last few havent been. Tonight, the burrito was cold, it wasnt fresh. The fried mars bar was stale, reheated, and chewy. The quality doesnt reflect the price.
