We had a wonderful experience shopping at Costco. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and ready to help. The products are fresh and of high quality, which makes grocery shopping a pleasure. We were especially impressed by the wide selection of toys for kids – there’s something for every age and interest! It’s clear that Costco puts a lot of thought into offering a variety of products to meet everyone’s needs. Thank you for making our shopping experience so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Easy to sum up the menu. Starch Sugar Fat Salt Pricing is OK. If you want a good price on lousy food. Serve yourself. Tables are frequently dirty, I mean, you didn't think your membership entitled you to a clean place to eat the food you just bought, did you? Staff are indifferent to surly. Costco is the home of take it or leave its retail. They are a monopoly in Canada in the warehouse game, so they hit the low bar on just about every type of customer service. They don't have to do better, so they don't.
Good service. You can order and pay directly on the kiosk. They don't have much choices except chicken nuggets, poutine, fries, hot dog and pizza.
Me and friend wanted to come into Costco for some food because we love it so much only to find out you now need to pay for a membership just to get a singular hot dog. Make it make sense. We’ve been in before but now need a membership? I am upset to say the least, Costco I’m not mad just disappointed (and kinda mad and hungry from lack of hotdog) I am writing this because I’m hangry. Costco do better.

The most delicious Putin in Ottawa, the hot dog is also normal. Im also pleased with the portion size and price. They cook quickly. True, there is always nowhere to sit, you either have to wait a long time or take it with you.
For the limited foods offered, its good food for a fair price. Wish they offered the selection of American Costco food courts! Looking forward to the tables being back so we can again eat indoors and not have to struggle with the ketchup/mustard/relish packets. We need Churros added to the Canadian menu!

Need some more vegetarian options. Costco is a great brand, provide healthier options for the sake of god. Food is affordable but look like a heart attack incoming.

Cheap good food while you wait for your spouse to shop or checkout. Husband or boyfriend zone. When you leave you regret that you didnt go with your spouse when you see the receipt. Its a distraction area to those who are trying to keep a budget not realizing while theyre eating that 75 cent hot dog your spouse has 700$ in her cart, also its great to keep the kids busy while your spouse shops, but in the end youll regret being the one who stayed with the kid n not shopping yourself. But if you bring your kid shopping itll fill the cart faster as the kids will be yelling I want, I want, I want, so you never win.

I had a sad experience today-09/24/2020. After shopping for barely an hour, I bought chicken stripes & fries but unfortunately the supposed delicacy was totally salty. I had to throw it to bin.

Ive never met a costco food court that I didnt like. They now have those fancy touch screen ordering thingamagigs so you can have your sausage without having to talk to another human.

Loblaws and lobes have increased their prices on veggies fruit items and so on Costco still your Best Buy keep an eye on the prices and theyre still your Best Buy very good place
Best price for hot dog and drink. Lattes are also good. Check to order a double shot latte and they might give you an extra shot of espresso

Food is always good and very inexpensive. Usually the tables are full but with patience you will find a place to sit and eat. Fountain drinks are unlimited. Love Kanata Costco.

The polish sausage/drink combo and the mixed (chocolate and vanila soft serve) cone are a must have! Their french fries are also really good and best of all, its all super cheap.
Costco my forever place I have my cards with Costco for bulk purchases And I even made a credit card linked to purchases my brand new 65 inch screen that I just bought there and I bought a lot of things all the time

I love going to Cosco every Saturday. Their meat selection is amazing.I buy a lot of my clothes there. It is so easy to exchange or return anything even without a receipt.I love using our cosco cash to buy more things in store.Their bakery is amazing. It is best to try to stick to a list because it is easy to buy things not on a list so your bill at checkout will be high.Staff are usually very helpful.
