These include basic kindness, a clean dining environment, prompt food delivery, and a degree of professionalism. Over time, we ve witnessed numerous staff changes and recent renovations aimed at modernizing the establishment. Our hope was that these improvements would reverse the restaurant s decline in cleanliness and overall experience. Regrettably, our expectations were met with even greater disappointment. During our morning visits for a quick coffee, we ve endured wait times ranging from 10 to 15 minutes for the delivery of just two cups. Such delays are unacceptable for a place that prides itself on efficiency. When we opt for a brief meal, we encounter a similar scenario: a kitchen filled with young employees who often engage in horseplay, neglecting their responsibilities. Front-end managers either join in the frivolity or remain preoccupied with their cell phones, seemingly oblivious to the chaos around them. Moreover, the cleanliness of the premises consistently falls short. Finding a spotless place to sit and enjoy our meal has become a challenge. Whether this location operates as a franchise or falls under corporate management, decisive action is necessary. The owner, if applicable, should actively engage in rectifying these issues. Alternatively, corporate decision-makers must address the staffing concerns plaguing this establishment. What was once an acceptable dining spot has now become an unpleasant experience. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this McDonald s to anyone seeking a quick bite. Fortunately, other nearby establishments, while not perfect, offer better service, common courtesy, and a cleaner dining environment. Perhaps exploring those alternatives would yield a more satisfying mealtime experience.

Place is bigger than I expected inside. Was very clean. Ample parking. Server at front counter, Matuda, was very friendly. Fast service and food was correct. Great job!

Went there to get my favourite Quarter pounder BLT sandwich with extra extra onions and it was made quick and with care. Will definitely be visiting again

Please teach employees to read the order chits. I constantly order an iced coffee with extra sugar because you never put sugar in and I still always get extra cream and absolutely no sugar.

Food is always fair not great. But what tip me off is my grandly told me the cashier woman charged her $18 for a sandwich and a coffee. That makes me think someone try to take advantage of senior citizens just because she cant calculate their bill so decide to make afew bucks on her. SHAME ON YOUR STAFF if you are reading this!

By far the worst curbside pick up.

I waited for my curbside order for almost 20 min while I watched 37 cars go through the drive-thru (yes I counted).

They renovated recently and separated pick up entrance and general entry which is confusing. Any way, their seating area is very comfortable and service is above average compare with other McDonald.

Its not the healthiest choice but kids love it just keep it mind its not healthiest Parking: Like all McDonalds busy and slow service.

One star. great resrutant itself however this review is directed to their ap. they updated it and its crap now, I tried ordering a big mac and it wouldnt let me because of a glass I didnt even want. but the one star is for them being cheap and removing add points from my receipt on their ap. then not even mentioning its gone and how to even redeem them. and no I dont wanna call to do it. stop being stingy and add the option back.

This is Irene, she helps me almost very morning. Shes extremely time efficient and has the best drive through customer service, with quick and incredibly kind service. You can definitely tell when shes not working the drive thru. This whole team has a great system and honestly by far the best mc donalds all around. I also was blown away with Brookes kind gesture of going out of her way, above and beyond with her costumer service for filling my cup with ice for work and was extremely kind about it. We need more Mc Donalds employees like this location has as it has been by far my favourite location I visited to this day. Please give recognition to the whole team for me as me food is always warm and coffee has never been burnt. All around amazing team. You guys are great! :)

Very quiet as for business customer wise when Im around doing my errands nobody is there.

Drive-thru. Order of one Big Mac meal and one Quarter Pounder Meal, no cheese. EVERY TIME, THERE IS CHEESE ON THE 1/4 POUNDER. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. HOW HARD IS IT TO NOT PUT CHEESE ON A BURGER??? It says right on the friggin order and the sticker they put on the box NO CHEESE. Weve complained before. It doesnt matter. Its always the same. The rest of the order was absolutely fine and everything was good. But seriously EVERY TIME!!?? Its infuriating.

Person at the cash wash super friendly and nice and even helpful because I had problems with the app. My childhood restaurant so maybe partial but Id say something if it wasnt a positive experience.

First time ordering McDonalds delivery through their app this weekend. My driver decided to turn off his phone after heading to store and it took him over 30 minutes to then change to at store waiting for food. My driver clearly left my food there to go do another delivery because when my food arrived 15 minutes later than expected everything was room temp, ice was almost completely melted in my drink, and everything tasted like it sat for 30-45 minutes before getting to me. Unhappy with the quality of service and food, I tired to call the support numbers listed in the McDonalds App but could only get busy ring and no other contact information is given... I wasted $50 for bad food all because the delivery driver wants to multi-app and I can not find a way to get a refund on the tip or even submit a complaint. DO NOT USE THE APP FOR DELIVERY. YOUR FOOD WILL NOT BE FRESH

The coffee always has coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. Needs improvement. They also need to stir the sugar.

I went through the drive thru at 2310hrs on May 10, 2024. After sitting at the mic to order and saying hello? and no one answering even though I was the only one there, no one at the other mic and no one in front of me, I finally have a woman come on and ask for my order but I could barely hear her due to the loud music playing near her. When I got to the window the cashier lazily repeated my order, the pretty vulgar rap (I love the genre so this isnt coming from someone who listens to Christian or country music) was ridiculous and unnecessarily loud. As in so loud it could have been inside of my car. Im not here saying they shouldnt be listening to music and enjoying their shift, but Im saying it affected their ability to work and was unprofessional for people who work face to face with customers.

Waiting at drive through machine 5 mins and no one answered. We curious what s happening, then drive in front of first window. After they provided food to previous car, they still didn t serve us. They just watched us without any ask.

Its McDonalds what can I say

Went there around 1:30am, the blonde guy was making loud vomit noises over my food, and for some reason before handing me my order he walked away with the bag, still opened and went behind the wall where I couldnt see him. He came back a few moments later and handed me my bag. No idea what was done to my food, I couldnt bring myself to eat it. Money wasted.

The staff at this location are all wonderful. Every time I have gone, they are all cheery and polite. In the mornings, there is a lady working the first drive through window and speaker that always puts me in a good mood. I dont know her name but she is lovely.

Service was terrible we waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru after paying. I had to go inside to get my order and the employee was giving my order to someone else. Drive thru needs to move faster at all times. Vehicles idling that long in a drive is unnecessary.

Coffee is fairly consistent and the staff is good here at this time (in general).

Food actually tasted fresh and delicious, friendly service.

Open til 11:30 pm shows up at 11:05 and doors are always locked.

No individual unisex handicap bathroom

If a loud, noisy atmosphere isnt your forte: especially while eating avoid going between the hours of; 11;20 am till around 12;40 pm as the high school kids are out for their lunch hour , hence, screeching loud teenagers, and lots of them LoL. Parking: Plenty of parking, with handicap spots also, and if you decide to munch lunch in your vehicle, 80% of the parking spots near the front entrance are free wifi accessible. Kid-friendliness: Theres no little jungle gym for the little ones to play, however it is very children friendly, highchairs are available too, and not to mention, inside the public washroom they have change tables for babies, making it, oh so nice for the Mommies. Wheelchair accessibility: Theres wheelchair parking, but to be honest, its not the closest to the main entrance, but its there none the less.

There was nobody inside or in the drive thru. No workers were rushed. When I order a burger I expect all my Toppings to be on there not 1 pickle and 1 piece of onion. Either the staff dont remember which Toppings to put or this McDonalds has gotten cheap..

Lady at the drive-through did not know what was on the menu and kept saying that what we were trying to order didnt exist even if it was on the screen. Ask for no lettuce and end up with some. Asked for a rootbeer and ended up with a coke. Maybe it was her first day?

Ordered French fries and got a hair in my food, went back and requested new fries as well as a free fry for the inconvenience and got attitude. Observed that none of the staff were wearing hairnets/hairnets were falling off.

This location was the worst ever! Food was cold, you ask for no onions, yet you get them. Big Mac total dis appointment; A miniscule amount of sauce, Wheres the lettuce? Kids were more upset about the onions saying ooh no not eating that onions on it Please avoid this location especially if you have kids.

Super sad service, they don t treat everyone as same. Sadly everyone is not same. There is another McDonald s on baseline which is amazing and the one on Meadowlands is great. Merivale is a cursed McDonald s ever, needs to treat everyone equally.

Food thrown on the wall and ceiling in the mens washroom was not cleaned up during our visit after being brought to the attention of the staff. The napkin dispensers in the restaurant were all empty. There was a fruitfly infestation at the ketchup dispensers. Not a good experience.

Every item that was ordered was fresh, hot and assembled well. Its a mcdonalds...they were supposed to be 24 hours but decided to only be serving coffee when I was there. With that being said expect the standard McDonalds experience with the exciting twist of wondering whether or not they feel like making food today.
