This place serves real chicken breast which is hard to find these days. Burritos are good. They don t complain if you ask for more, like other stores. Theyre always there with their mediocre flavor but at least it s made in store. The warm meat, with the half melted cheese because the machine sucks and the barely spicy hot sauce. But they are always there and they pack it on, plus the service is good. They close early but whatever. 5 stars for the chicken

One of the favourite Mexican food restaurants. Vegetarian options: Bowl, wrap, quesadillas, nachos, tacos. Parking: It is kind of commercial place so no issue for parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Enough parking space and facilities inside restaurant as well.

Best, place to have mexican food in whole Ottawa, we went at the time of closing and had a large steak burrito and believe me it was delicious I asked the white girl for extra corn and pico and she did, we loved the food and service, gringo people will see the more of me.

Horrible place abd food dont know how this place gets any high reviews. I also found that they interview people by asking them to come and work for one hour unpaid and then telling them it didnt workout just to get free labor. No wonder tge food is horrible because you are using newbies who just want a chance to run your place

I love Mexican food and up until this evening. I have not found one that is so delightful. They charge you honestly and food is absolutely wonderful. I recommend it over every other Mexican restaurant on this Uber site because I ve tried them all this is wonderful food the presentation is awesome the flavour everything is absolutely by far the best that I ve had for this type of food on Uber. Vegetarian options: I unfortunately have a very severe form of Crohn s and I m very limited in my diet and I just thought I would try and see if I could tolerate it because I love Mexican food but at times it s made me ill not due to the food mind you it s just due to my disease but this meal was absolutely gorgeous and tasty and I recommend it to anybody

First time visitor to this location. The food did not look the most fresh as they had thin crust forming over the mashed beans and avocado. In addition they had a subways approach to making a taco. Final product lacked flavour and I discarded after fist bite.

I visited the Nepean location and asked for Nachos thinking they had gluten-free options. They have sign s in the place letting customers know that have different dietary restrictions options. I asked if their chicken or pulled pork was GF. Having Coeliac, I can t take chances. The staff told me it wasn t GF because the manager they where trying to reach didn t answer. Very unprofessional to give an answer without being certain. The lady was able to get an answer and all meats are GF. I ended up buying the nachos, but will not come back again.

Amazing, lea is the best employee. Best costumer service. So polite and friendly. The food there is so delicious and they re so clean. Great staff, lea is the best one!

Worst consumer service

This place serves average burritos, with gas station ambiance, and an overly aggressive tip prompt. The staff is routinely different, meaning they don t pay or their employees properly. Not the worst burrito place, but is certainly on pace to get there.

Order through uber eats, quasadilla and burrito bowl. Both came cold, quasadilla was soggy. I requested extra pitas, instead received 0 with my order, shorted me 3 sauces as well. Will NOT be ordering there again. $60 down the crapper. No pun intended.

A year ago I had given this place a 5 start review, but unfortunately, outside of the friendly service I received here, I had to adjust my review completely. Serving sizes were fine, but the once sauteed onions & peppers were cold and uncooked completely and my partner ended up feeling ill and throwing up after eating his chicken burrito. The burrito was cold and not crispy on the outside at all so I dont think it was put in the press for long at all. This used to be a go-to spot but unfortunately well be finding a new burrito spot after this experience.

Definitely terrible place. The veggies were not fresh and tasted terrible in my Quesadilla. The employees and the manager were careless and rude too. Never coming to this place again. Never. I wish I could give zero star here. Very bad.

Ive ordered food from here many times and was always pleased. December 22nd was not one of them. We ordered a large order of beef nachos which looked liked it was literally warmed up for 30 seconds. The cheese looked like it was just grated, thrown on top but wasnt melted. The nachos were cold and had to be warmed in the oven to warm them up and melt the cheese. I also ordered 3 burritos which were all cold, and the orders were messed up. No avocado was added though it was requested. Tomatoes were added to one though not requested. Jalapeños added though not requested, cheese not added to one though requested and they too needed to be warmed up in the oven as they were cold. Not sure if this was a one off night but I was definitely disappointed.

Im not an expert in Mexican food but I like tasty fresh food and this restaurant is my go to since I first came to ottawa. The portions are crazy big and everything is made from scratch. Deserve to be supported.

Ive ordered burrito bowl from here many times and was always pleased. But last couple of times burrito bowl was not good at all it felt like its stale and was very dry both times Definitely disappointed.

(update) I used to come here every week, because it was really good and that I enjoyed also the good service! Maybe this time it was a bad day, but hey 50 dollars for some burritos I guess I can expect some Normal treatment but during my last visit I was badly treated because I asked the guy to wear a mask while making the burrito! he refused and yelled at me that he doesnt have a mask and I was like, ok, can your friend who started my burrito wearing a sandwich take over again?(covid times! really?) also I noticed bad hygiene gloves handling one hand with a glove, the other without, then switching, then touching things around...., you are not supposed to put the gloves with your hands (unclean) because you already contaminated them, or after putting them on a contaminated surface, and after throwing things into the garbage... The guy yelled at me and yelled at his coworker, I wasnt welcomed at all, the girl was nice and took over but I wasnt able to know what is my order from someones else! I just decided to never go there anymore. I came here twice because it s very good

Went in today and ordered a large burrito, but it seems I got a small instead. Also seems that the ingredients were not hot as it took them over 5 minutes to warm the burrito on the hot press, in the process they burn the tortilla and made the burritos taste smoked. Defenitly no going back ever again.

Its more about filling, then tasting great. You wont leave hungry, but you will not leave with a strong impression. I updated my review after coming back, the increased variety in meat offerings was appreciate, and a sign the owners are trying to improve. I dig it, 4/5 instead of 3/5.

Terrible service by very unprofessional staff.

Always had a great experience before. But very disappointed with the latest visit. Buttiro was not wrapped properly and everything was coming out and falling apart. Nachos were burnt dark, very less nachos and so many toppings. Not satisfied with the visit!!

Staff had no idea how to assemble an order. Super unorganized. Cold products were warm and meats were room temperature at best. Watched one staff member basically wrist deep in someone else s burrito, no gloves, before giving up and just tossing it on the grill. Regret tipping anything at all. Will not go again.

Manager over here is rude. Speaks Foreign languages infront of his employees thinking they either do not understand it, nor do not know the technology to find out what he is saying. Employees are teenagers learning what the working world is like. Had there nachos not very good. Large amount all the toppings were stuck to top layer and lid of packaging.

It was busy. Food was great as usual. Only problem they need to assign one person to do pick up orders. My order sat on counter without cover while the person serving me left it to put together an order for pick up. It was disorganized. 4 staff all doing various parts of those orders instead of one handling them while customers were waiting to be served.

This is the best burrito spot I ve tried in Ottawa. I work nearby and eat here about once or twice a month. I usually get a large tofu burrito bowl. The bowl is filled to the brim with toppings, they toss in free guac with the vegan option. Service is fast, staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean. Overall, I m a huge fan.

We were here few days back and it was out first time visiting here. It was one of the best burrito bowl I had had till date. The topping were generously added and it was really filling. Would definitely come here again.

I went to the store 30 minutes before closing. The staff already shut down most of the counters. Nachos were not available because they already started cleaning the nachos oven. They forgot to ask for cheese at the end. They were more eager to close rather than serve the customer. My suggestion dont go the store during closing time.

I would rather order uber eats than visit the store. Arrived 20 min before closing and the nachos were not available because they were closing. One server was cleaning the counter while other was preparing our order. It looked like they just wanted to get rid of us asap. My quesadilla was not grilled enough. It was soggy and not cut properly. I have ordered same before through uber eats and the quality was totally different or I just guess it was from a different location. Would not recommend visiting location 30 mins before closing hours if you want good service.

Burrito? Come on, last three times weve given them a new chance. Their food quality is bad, and the wraps dont even stay wrapped. A nice, soggy wet mess. Again.
