Called in an order. They said to come in 20min, but arrived after 30min. The pizza still wasn t ready and I ended up waiting another 10min. They didn t apologize for the delay at all and when I got home with the pizza, it was fully cooked! Terrible

Story Time Its 8pm on a wed, spent all day working, im starving. The weather turned rainy and im driving nepean. Thru the foggy front windshield I see the warn glow of a sign - hot pizza. I stop. Small shop. Kind employee behind the counter. $20 walk in special, large pep and cheese, (always get slight extra sauce on base) comes with w can of pop and I got a garlic dip. I know pizza. This pizza was THE best pizza ive had in Ottawa since moving here years ago. The crust is thick where it should be thick and thin where it should be thin. Cook was to perfection, just the tops of bubbles getting some good colour. The crust - amazing, crunch and chew, the cheese - amazing - almost tart its so fresh - like snappy. And the sauce - amazing - rich and full of flavour. Each component on this simple pizza was SMASHING and was clearly made with balance and care. But of course a pizza can only be as good as its maker! This pizza was so good I called back to tell them it was good. The maker was identified as TEJ (sorry if its spelt wrong) and this employee deserves a raise from the pizza gods themselves. She is the reason you got this review.

This place is by far my best pizza joint. My kids ejnjoy the Deli pizza so much and cant have enough of it. The staff are very friendly. I once requested to come learn how they prepare the pizza dough and they were willing to teach. I highly recommend their pizza

Ordered paneer tikka pizza at 3:30am! Hands down one of the best Indian style pizza I had in Ottawa. Used to order from Chilly craft pizza but their pizza crust quality has dropped. This pizza had generous amount of paneer, sauce was tasty and the crust was thin and perfect.

Our most favourite pizza location in all of Ontario ....and we reside in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). So, this little pizza place in Nepean being the Best says a lot!! Weve contemplated many a time to drive the 5 odd hours, just for a pie and even once joked on using uber eats to get it delivered. Our favourite is the fully loaded meat pizza. Im sure it has a different name, but thats what I call and ask for. (my half is without the bacon crumble). The fresh pie with the oooey gooey cheese is melt in your mouth good!!! ...and the garlic dipping sauce that Im pretty sure is made in house... so so good!

Regular crust pizza is a little too bready, I might try the thin crust next time.

Went in here a couple weeks ago and the owner was very friendly with me. Very good garlic dip and walk in special. Pizza dough almost has a bit of a consistency of naan bread, it s very unique and good! Went back today, still impressed.

Ordered a customized pizza and it was lipsmacking. Pizza was fully loaded with the toppings and they gave me special walk-in discount as well. Staff was very humble and I had my order ready in just 13 minutes.

The staff was super friendly, meals were tasty, priced well and there were plenty of options to choose from. Will definitely be eating here again.

A nice little pizza place with tasty fresh pizza & other baked goods with homemade sauces for the pizzas that accent them very well, definitely a good place to stop for food update! there is a delicious new item on the menu i think everyone should try granted you don t have health issues concerning red meats! the Italian poutine is absolutely amazing and really blew me away with the sauce, every bite is blended very well on ratios for sauce, cheese and fries! an absolutely beautiful recipe that you HAVE to try!

I work down the road at Cotters, this is my go to place in the area for take out! Great food but the staff are so friendly, i wont bring my business anywhere else! Try their homemade garlic sauce; its delicious!!

Worse food I ever had dont go there I tried the poutine and it was so soggy you d think it s mashed potatoes the burger had no sauce at all not even ketchup the burger meat was extremely dry and last but not least I got the deep fried breaded Mac n cheese and all I can say is it was soaked in oil when u bite in it the oil litterly drips out

Ordered off uber because they dont deliver to me, otherwise I would of ordered from the store. Mr mozzarella is a gem good quality pizza not cheap on the toppings and cheese and great tasting sauce. Dont forget the creamy garlic dip! Dietary restrictions: They only deliver within the area, if out of the area use ubereats, sucks they take a % from the store much rather pay the store to deliver like a long distance delivery charge instead of letting them lose money.

We had a poor experience here, but the owner contacted me as soon as they were made aware and took excellent care of us, remedying our complaint. We are very happy with the results. Cant comment to the atmosphere as we ordered for delivery.

Ordered from here to try something new. I haven t been here for years when I used to purchase slices. I got a large vegetarian pizza to go. The price point and quantity was pricey. The pizza toppings were generous but the sauce was not the best. After the first slice it tasted like Ragu sauce. The cheese was breaking apart when chewing. The crust was great. Overall, the pizza was captivating at the first slice but went downhill from there. The sauce and the cheese was a dealbreaker.

So i placed and order through skip the dishes and the order was totally incorrect(pretty much a human mistake, it is Monday Afterall). I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty, i was ready for a fight, but instead i got the most pleasant woman who was a sweetheart and listened to my ranting. She did respect my concerns and send over a new order. I am pleased with the outcome but most of all that the manager was kind and really listened. For that i have respect for this location and staff and will order again. Thanks

She offered the exact same meal I had ordered, for free the next time I had gone in and let me tell you. Night and day. Pizza was really good. I will definitely be going back again. Thank you 2022-11-05: Girl at the register was very nice. Pizza was ok. Doughy crust and the bread has more of a cardboard taste. Cheese, pepperoni and sauce have a great taste.

Placed an order online for an XL pepperoni thick crust, well done pizza for delivery at about 6:05pm. The price with delivery charge was 36 bucks. It arrived an hour later. The pizza had the thinnest crust I had ever seen... Looked like cardboard and tastes like a frozen pizza crust. I called to see if there had been an error in communication and was met by a very distracted man that for the following 6 mins told me the dough was the just made super fresh and something must have happened for it not to rise. I explained it tasted bad like cardboard and it was ridiculous that I had paid 35 for this he just kept saying no dont say that he doesnt know what happen and is it only the crust has risen? I again explained it tasted bad he then offered another pizza, I asked a thick crust? Or will it be made with the same dough, he said we have sold pizzas no bad reviews. I again said this was ridiculous and he again said dont say that. I said fine then bring me back my money...he then just stops talking. It isnt until my husband gets on the phone and asks whats going on and what happen, he immediately says oh it was made a thin crust and that hell send out another pizza and if we arent happy with it he will refund our money, well the pizza arrived and it is exactly the same no money was returned. When I called to again because the pizza looked exactly the same. The man on the other end told me it was a perfect crust he even messured it. You tell me do either of these pizzas look like even a regular crust pizza on their reviews or menu? I am furious. Never again horrible service horrible pizza old yeast will make you sick.
