First time ordering from them they messed up my order not only gave me a plain pizza when I ordered four topping pizza on top of that they didnt give me the pizza that I ordered that was on there menu which is in rocket science if I could give this place zero Stars I would my first experience and now its my last

Order from Uber eats today they forgot put pop in my order and no ketchup and utensils I requested worst service

Best pizza and wings in town! Poutine was also great! We tried the crispy fries as well and were impressed. We had the meat lovers and a custom pizza and both were delicious! Ordered a medium pizza about an hour ago. Pizza came, looks closer to a small. 6 slices. Oh well, no biggie. However I have now eaten two slice and am violently ill. The dough was not cooked fully, the pepperoni tasted off, not even positive it was pepperoni. The cheese tasted like its old. Overall extremely dissatisfied. Currently on the toilet and will likely be here a while. Most of the stuff involved with that pizza was no good. Expired or improperly cooked.

This place is on my way home from my office. I thought Id try them out one night, very pleasantly surprised! Pizza was better than average, although it was a bit light on the bacon (Canadian pizza), but delicious, and the staff/owner was a nice guy with a warm smile.

We had the Canadian and it was great, lots of bacon, pep, mushrooms and cheese. Tried the house made garlic sauce as well and it was awesome and makes a really good addition to a great pizza. We ordered from Pappa Joes Christmas evening-awesome decision. We got the $17.99 3 topping special. Lots of cheese/toppings, great flavour. I normally can eat 4 slices of pizza myself but only ate 2 because I was stuffed. Owners at this location ( Prince of Wales) are very friendly, great service. Will order from them again!

The food is absolutely amazing. Pizza crust is crispy but also very fluffy. Best marinara sauce in nepean by far. Staff is nice, funny and have a great sense of humor. Absolutely no complaints about anything. Tonights staff (Sam) was a delight, as with everyone else whenever we come by. Definitely coming again.

Pizza was gross tbh. Miss when this place was GIOS. This place went from having the best pizza in town to the worst lol, also if you do come here... dont get the homemade garlic sauce. it was literally powdery and chunky. 12.85 for two slices of mid pizza and a drink. never again

Im done ordering from this place. The food quality is garbage and the cooks take no pride in the product they create. I live close by so it was nice being able to walk over on my lunch break and get their slices or poutine. I stopped ordering the poutine because i always got an inconsistent product, Sometime the cheese wouldnt even be melted. Often when i get slices I walk home and my pizza is cold in the middle. I tired asking for well done slices and they seems to come out even faster than normal. TOday when i was there i ordered and the cook started my payment. he had my slices ready to go before i was even done paying. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Unless you enjoy eating garbage.

I thought I would try a new pizza place tonight. I ordered online. I asked for NO onions on the Joes Special Small. The receipt say delivery @5:00. It arrived at 5:45, cold and the centre of the crust was uncooked, and there were onions on the pizza. I was very disappointed.

what a terrible pizza, first off they didnt want to honor the $3.00 off because its only on delivery not pick up which it doesnt say on the coupon so I had to argue with him to get the $3.00 off. The Papa Joes Pizza Special, where is the bacon !!!!!.. hardly any cheese !!!! and cold pizza !!!!.. A large for $30.00 dollars was more like a medium, hate to see what a medium is like. Never ever will go to a Papa Johns again..tossed half of the pizza in the garbage...Papa Johns you *&%^

Gio Pizza for president! Very disappointed in Papa Joes pizza. It doesnt compare to Gio Pizza in any way. Cheese barely stays on, the sauce is bland, and the worst part is all the reviews for Papa Joes are from when Gio pizza was around. They cant even earn their own reviews.

I don t like leaving bad reviews but I got the 2 slice deal and it tasted like gas station pizza.

Great Food But Hairy I ordered a garlic bread and meat lover s pizza, service was good and quick, food was even better but we found a long black HAIR in BOTH pieces of food, and I m talking buried in there so you don t see it until you eat it. I would give them five stars but a big hair halfway through my pizza was upsetting, another in the garlic bread I had left crossed the line.

Terrible food all around. Cant judge anything else as I only had takeout and it took longer than they said, but everything from ingredients to cooking quality and combination was just awful. My wife and I threw out both overpriced shawarma sandwiches. It was basically a pizza, with the worst ingredients... absolutely gross.

I am a regular customer of this location and I have tried all their subs and Shawerma sandwiches. You have the choice to order from Shawerma with the pita bread or with their own crispy bread coming out from different specialty oven. I love this specialty bread. I love their garlic sauce you get addicted to it. I have read some of the reviews and some customers I guess didnt know that there are 2 kinds of bread. For me I like the bread that they make it in the special oven, but I guess everyone has different taste. I tried their Pizza and they are not cheap with putting Cheese and all toppings are fresh and they put a good amount of them. I have been to too many Pizza joints but in my opinion they have tasty wings and Fried Chicken I would go back and will recommend this place to my friends for sure they will not be disappointed. Thanks to all the employees at this Papa Joes because they were open during the pandemic and they were offering us great service while everyone was staying home, they were feeding our community and taking risks with their lives so We should say thank you and Appreciate those employees and the management team. Thanks alot guys you were always awesome we love you guys stay open forever .............

Ordered here the past two Fridays with my coworker. Large 3 topping walk-in for $17.99?! Cant beat that!! First pizza was tasty but a bit dry. Second pizza we changed toppings and asked for extra sauce and it was delicious. Place was clean and tidy, and had a variety of ready to go slices at lunch time as well. Well definitely return if were in the area.

Amended, lowered rating. Ordered a pepperoni pizza (1 topping), when delivery came, they charged for 2 toppings and a debit charge (I told them I was paying cash). The defense for charging for 2 toppings was, cheese is a topping....really?! They lost me there. Pizza was tasty, wings good. Second time I ordered the pizza was under cooked and disappointing, so they are inconsistent. I will try them again, as I did really like their wing, and boneless wings, and do have hopes for the pizza again.

Just tried a couple of their meat lover slices. Nothing wrong with it, I just thought it could use a bit more flavor..perhaps in the sauce, some herbs or other spices maybe salt...or more sauce not sure....just kind of plain..Still it was reasonable and filling. Thanks to the owners for giving me free slices to try again. The pizza was better, there is lots of meat on the meat lovers, and it seemed spicier this time...perhaps it was the time of day...the last time I bought slices it was a little later in the day, maybe the pizza had been around too long...not sure but better this time.

Always appreciate your food. You should consider not serving your slices cold at lunch time. I got my slices and literally tossed it put my window. I bought in a rush assuming they were hot. This is not a 1 star review as I enjoy all of your food. I thought Id give some advice for the future.

Pizzas are a generous size and generous toppings as others have said. Regular crust is doughy and quite thick. Not a terrible pizza,but not great either. The biggest disappointment was the fries, we ordered a side of fries and they were dry and obviously had been reheated, we couldnt even eat them. Overall would probably not try again.

The steak sub is very nice, and quite filling. I like the sauce they use with it. The onions are fresh and the tomatoes too. Why would you even think of going to subway ?? Maybe its faster but not even close as good. I really liked chatting with the staff too, overall an excellent little restaurant.

I always order from here, delivery is super fast, and the food is amazing. The serving sizes are pretty big, you really get your bang for your buck. Best donair in town for sure and the pizza is fantastic they certainly dont skimp on toppings. I recommend this place to everyone.

Worst and cheapest pizza place I ever had. The owner mush asked us what he wanted we said 2 xl cheese pizzas. He said want slices they are ready now. we said no! We can see the slices looking like 3 day old pizza from how rough it is. so we wait and 7 minutes later he brings out our pizza and insist we eat it here because it cut up for us. The pizza we served us was the slices from 3 days ago. I can even see spot were pepperoni wear that he tried to hide while pulling them off. That is so embarrassing cheap and pathetic to do. When confronted he lied and then when asked to show us the slices he said they are sold out. we were the only ones there. Then we said I wont charge you drinks we got 3 waters. The bill was $60 for 2 xl cheese pizza ?????? Are you kidding me no drinks wear charged to he said. I will never be going back to this places this guy is very dirty and wouldnt be surprised if he screwed around with his food on people he dislikes.

Here it s always good pizza, good poutine and deilicious donair wrap with home made garlic sauce. It has a clean and nice restaurant where you can eat different flavour of pizza slices, hot and fresh for a reasonable price.One time I ordered pizza and they made a little mistake but I understand they were so busy that night but the second and third time it s perfect. I will recommend Gio Pizza to everyone.

Ordered through just eat. Ordered a sub and a salad, indicated no cheese on the salad. Upon delivery, there was a ton of cheese on the salad. Called to report the issue and apparently spoke to the owner who denied the issue and they passed the blame onto Just Eat. Which is completely wrong as Just Eat does not make the food. Aside from that, the owner completely passed the blame, and said there was nothing they could do about it as they dont have it written. And said he could make another one and itll be half price but we are very very far away from the restaurant. Completely terrible customer service. Not only did they make a bad order, pass the blame and charge me for something I didnt order, but they wanted to charge me half price for another salad!

We ve ordered from gios for years when it was originally Geos on meadowlands. Lately they ve been going downhill with the new staff. We pay for things to be added and they are constantly forgetting to add the items yet charging us for them. So obviously we complain the following time. Tonight was the last straw when my partner opened his sub to find raw bacon. We called to complain that it was raw and the staff argued with us saying that It s not raw it s our new company bacon. Do you not like sandwiches? As someone who s worked in the kitchen in the past I know what raw looks like. It was not edible. The man continued to argue with my partner and told him to walk the sub back if he didn t like it He then showed up at the door saying he was going to give the money back and argued about it being raw. Saying the we call and complained 5 or 6 times. (Which normally happens when we pay for items that are missing) We told him to keep the money we just want the sub fixed and then he said to never call them again .This has to be the worst customer service I ve ever received. As loyal customers for years I am completely disgusted by their lack of customer service. You may receive good service at times but god forbid you receive the wrong order then they yell and argue with you. Done with this place. Do not eat here!

The absolute worst donair I have ever tasted!!! Garlic sauce on a donair is NOT merely garlic mayo, which is what they used! Yuck! And a donair is NOT supposed to be drowned in hot sauce! Threw it all in the garbage it was so disgusting. If you dont know how to make it you shouldnt have it on your menu. If you want it on your menu you should try tasting one from someplace that knows what it is supposed to taste like and copy them. This was my first and LAST time ordering from here! DISGUSTING!

Best pizza ive ever had!!! SO glad we decided to try it. Delicious, homemade, and cooked perfectly. Owners are unbelievably nice. Never going to order pizza anywhere else again!

They definitely have the best pizza around and are super nice, but they often make mistakes with the flavours of wings ordered, and seem to overcharge in small ways. For example, a medium meat lovers pizza with two extra ingredients ($2 each), should come to 22.70 before tax according to their menu, however we were charged 24.70. Just something to take into account. We will still order pizza from them, because it is by far the best.

Been a longtime customer of Gio and very happy with the quality, quantity of the portions and the prices. Pizza is excellent, with a lot more cheese than you get at the discount joints. Hes improved his wings lately, more meaty and juicy, so can now give that 5-star rating. Weve also had many different subs and all were fresh, well-prepared and had ample meat and fixings stuffed inside.

Online site doesnt work, be prepared to reorder at store. And feel sick when your veggie wrap has bacon in it....

This is not good Pizza store. I call before and they are suck. Cheat me and give me wrong price of menu. They are suck!

So Let me start off by saying, even after the lady over the phone was rude to me, even after waiting 53 minutes I wasnt going to make a comment about the service because the food is normally good. But this time, after the lady on the other end of the phone made it clear she didnt like me because of my phone number, I waited and hoped that my order wasnt taking 53 minutes because she didnt like my phone number and that my food was being messed with. And what happens, part way through the garlic bread I taste a weird sauce on the bread that it covered in certain spots. I really hope it was an accident and not because you dont like my area code. Good salad though.

My boyfriend and I have been ordering from this place consistently (at least once a week) for 2 years now. Never had a problem. Sometimes they have their busy nights, but even if the food is late it still gets to you fresh. Customer service is top notch!
