Bad attitude long time waiting for a midium pizza I really disappointed

Rude customer service and negative attitude from the people working there , avoid this garbage place and would give 0 star if I can!!!

KARAN! ALL THESE REVIEWS ABOUT KARAN ARE FAKE. KARAN OFFERS FREE DIP TO LEAVE 5 STAR REVIEW MENTIONING NAME. Our family ended up in the ER throwing up after eating a pizza from here. Either it s expired ingredients or it is unsanitary employees. 3 had food poisoning.

Had the worst experience at this location would give 0 for service. The old Indian guy working there was so rude to us we entered and just told him that we had a pickup order and he started saying things like we don t have frozen pizza here it takes time to make fresh pizza go to metro if you want frozen pizza ( he was saying this because we just ordered the pizza from the app) but all we did was inform him about our order and because we had nowhere to go we went inside the store to sit. my friend and I didn t say anything to him even after he was so rude to us. After that he started abusing us talking to his co worker and pointed at us. We felt really uncomfortable and my friend finally spoke up that you can t treat us this way and then that guy asked us to leave. We left without getting the pizza and asked to cancel it. I am so confused and shocked how can a person treat his customers like this. I am never going back there and you should not too.

Best place

If I can give a zero for service I would. My wife just literally walked out from picking up a pizza and the person working there was very rude to not just her but other customers. Asking to add a sauce to the order seems to have been too much for him and when she asked if she can get a couple of plates he snapped at her saying no loudly and walking away. This is not the only pizza pizza around and from now on we will go elsewhere.

Bathroom was absolutely cursed. Makes me wonder if it has ever been cleaned since the store opened 20 years ago. Hand soap bottle empty and open on counter. Toilet paper roll completely empty and disgusting looking toilet. Saw a similar bathroom at the location on Richmond road near Bayshore. That one had a toilet with no seat on it loool. How is this even possible. I m assuming no one ever even looks at these bathrooms because they definitely never ever, ever, cleaned them. Make sure you wear a hazmat suit if you plan on entering a pizza pizza bathroom in this area lol

It feels bad when I write this, but I have to because what I have experienced at this place is much worse. One of the employees, who usually makes the pizza, is probably a full time worker there, is a racist towards Indians and behaves at his worst with them. Not once, it has happened thrice with me and many of my friends have had similar incidents.
