Just got a burger to go. When I was eating the burger I noted it tasted funny. I looked at the patty, it is really pink on one side of the patty and brown on the there side. I threw out the burger. How disappointing. I wont be back.

Usually don t write review on google but they took way too long to make an order, literally stood there and watched my order sitting on the counter for 20 min. They didn t start putting my order together until one of the guy in the kitchen walked out and said, service her first. Didn t even say sorry for the wait after, what kind of customer service is this????

Came in at 9:28 and leaving at 9:47. My burger was ready by 9:32 and instead of serving me he just kept doing Uber eats orders and my burger sat under the Heat lamp for over 10 minutes I asked for a new burger because mines not fresh now . I paid to get FRESH food and I get told no it s under the lamp it s hot so I said okay but it s dry now it s been there for 10 minutes so he proceeds to still tell me now, rips apart my burger from the bun to show me it s still good . I m not an argumentative person so I said whatever. Now i have a bag of food that is disgusting and soggy and inedible. I am done with this Harvey s. They re so rude and so many times I ve come before closing time and they re closed so they ve lost a customer. I don t pay for food to sit under a heat lamp for over 10 minutes and then get denied when I ask for fresh food. It s not my problem you let it sit there.

Walked in, one customer in front of me. 10 minutes later, one customer in front of me, nobody had taken his order despite multiple staff standing around waiting for things to do, all staff focused on drive-thru. I left without ordering, and I know now not to come when theres 3 or more cars at the drive-thru, because I will be ignored.

I love me some Harveys. Today I had a hotdog and onion ring combo. The food was great. Staff was friendly sland the resteraunt was clean. Ample parking is available at this location.

This place is filthy. The people who were cooking the burgers weren t wearing any gloves and the other employees were very rude when adding things onto our burgers. Do NOT recommend this location.

Have never had a bad experience at a Harveys before but this one was just bad. Veggie burgers and onion rings were both undercooked and gross. Ordered ahead using the app so they had no excuse. Put me off of Harveys again for a while, at the very least will avoid this particular location.

I recently visited Harveys for a quick lunch and while the food was decent, the overall experience left something to be desired. The service was slow and the staff seemed disinterested in helping.

It was a great experience , Harvey Himself prepared my hamburger .

Pretty good fast food burgers. The custom toppings is a unique touch to a burger joint. The fries were crispy and delicious. The ambiance isnt great, but is alright for a cheap fast food burger place.

Whoever was working yesterday evening in between 6-7pm provided good service & amazing quality food! Fave location, they always get it right.

The server wiped his nose with his had so I asked him to wash his hand . His reply was if you have any complaints complain to management. He eventually washed his hands .

Visit this Harveys on a holiday and they were open which was nice. I got myself a Burger Meal and the foods was great. I also would like to give recognition to the team that works there as they were very friendly and made my experience better.

Corbin Brandon and Peter were the workers when I came in and the service was outstanding, food was incredible. I would definitely recommend you come for the night shift to appreciate their hard work.

Came here on May 14th 2023 and they were closed at 930pm while google says they are closed at 10pm. I find this very confusing considering I sat in the drive thru for 5 mins before physically checking

Unfortunately, the food was not enjoyed at all. The burgers must have been cooked at least 30 to 40 minutes before they get ordered and put together. They were somewhere between luke warm and cold; the cold toppings made the burger all the more cold. The frings are OK but you have to nuke them for about 20 seconds and the fried pickles while somewhat good had a mushy (not pickle) inside.

Older lady who works here has a nasty attitude! Food was unappetizing and thrown together carelessly. This place has really gone downhill over the years

Best fast food burgers around.

Drove more than 10 minutes out of my way to try their late night special. Ordered through their app. When I got there, they said they are out of gravy...couldnt be bothered to warm some more up. All they offered was a refund...doesnt really help after driving all the way there...

This location helped get me by some terribly long school classes and a long day of CPR training nearby.

Long wait in the drive thru, and we got root beer instead of coke(pepsi). But food was hot, burgers were well put together, and toppings were correct. Friendly customer service at the window.

Brandon at the front counter was above what I expect going into any fast food establishment. He was exceptionally well mannered and should be looked at as the measuring stick of what customer service should be. Well done sir. I hope those above you at Harvey s know what a great employee they have!!!!

I did the drive through which was quite slow - this was because they were understaffed. The food is as expected for a fast food burger joint. Great respect for the few people who were working so hard!! And a giant raspberry for the owner who isnt hiring enough staff! Increase your pay offer and you will be successful in hiring.

Harveys makes a great Poutine. The fries are fresh and the gravy is tasty and hot. The ladies behind the counter were courteous and very friendly.

We decided to go to the Bells Corner restaurant for dinner last night. The person who served us was polite and attentive. The food was tasty. I had to return my fries as they were cold, and they replaced them without a fuss. I would return to this location.

Never in my life have i had to wait so long to get a burger. The entire staff seemed miserable. Came back after a while, and it s still pretty awful. There are next to no prices listed anywhere. Absolutely nothing online, and in the drive through, only the combo prices are posted. After ordering, I still didn t know how much it was! I only knew after driving up and receiving the POS machine. I would have gotten the combo had I known it was only ~2$ more than a single burger.

Service would be no stars, last went thru drive thru, ordered I waited for my meal the girl didn t even come to the window to give the drink or even say it s going to be a bit 15 mins go by. The guy who put my order together brought it to the window the girl was taking another order. Instead when she was done she walked away rolled her eyes and started to put trays up for store front and getting fries for them. So we drove off very bad service. The whole time waiting she kept looking back us and rolling her eyes And when she was taking our order I had to repeat 10 times what I wanted and someone else had to tell her over the headset. Absolutely terrible. I went there to get chicken nuggets and fries. I was the only one in the drive-through and it took 15 min to get my food. When I got home, I opened the bag and it was the wrong food. Tried to call the store to get it replaced and they wouldn t answer. Very disappointed.

Ordered on the app and picked up at the drive thru. All smooth. Food was delicious.

I love harveys, i have been going for over 15 years at least twice per month. This was the only bad experience i have ever had. Staff got my order wrong, were confrontational when approached you must have asked for lettuce she wouldnt have clicked lettuce instead of ketchup if you didnt literally did not believe me that the order was wrong how does that work? Hamburger came with 1 pickle its supposed to come with two, burger overcooked, i got lettuce didnt ask for lettuce, i asked for ketchup didnt get ketchup, burger came upside down, falling apart not put together correctly. Terrible service, food was terrible, presentation was absolutely terrible. Never coming back here and neither should you go to a better location

Very good burgers but I will say if you want a burger with texture (crunchy, juicy, crispy etc) Harvey s is not for you. The burgers are smooth with not much texture, the lettuce is diced up without crunch, the bacon is chewy, the cheese is smooth and plastic like. In conclusion if you want a classic burger don t go here but if you want Harvey s this place makes good Harvey s.

Major complaint against your establishment that I will be bringing up with head office and with Doordash. Your employee, who refused to give me your name (the owner) and her name, wouldnt give me the Doordash order I was picking up at the window. She forced me to have to go back in my car and drive up instead. They also wouldnt let me inside to pick up the order which is the main problem here as your location is one of the only places in Ottawa that wont allow people to go in for takeout, especially delivery orders. You would rather the order gets cold instead? Are you that scared of Covid? In any case, your employee that I want to complain against was working today when I arrived at roughly 5pm or so and she refused to give me any information and wouldnt give me the delivery order. Completely unprofessional. One of the worst experiences I ever had doing deliveries

I haven t had issues with this location.. now I don t go during busy times tho. I have been asked to park with no other cars in line but whatever more work for them to walk out! I would imagine some sort of timing system is in the drive thru.. happens every where. Staff have always been friendly. The inside is very old but I like it! It s clean and tidy! Food is always good! Harvey s is great!!

I ordered 2 originals with a side of chicken nuggets expecting a good size chicken nuggets, but they were merely the size of a quarter. I complained and Store manager Charles. He wipped up a new batch, better quality for the price. Thank you! Store manager Charles, for you courteous service.

Ordered two meals at their drive-through service. When I presented a rebate coupon, the employee refused to take it, saying I had to let them know when ordering that I had a coupon. This is the first time that a business refuses to accept their own rebate coupons. Ive presented rebate coupons AT WINDOW at McDonalds, A&W, Wendys, Timmies etc. without EVER being told that it is invalid unless you specifically mention it at the moment of ordering your meal. The employee just flat-out refused to adjust the price, instead demanding full payment. Cancelled my order, and I wont be visiting this location ever again! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!

Harvey s is another Canadian Institution. Always be prepared for great taste, fair prices and friendly service. We use the one in Bell s Corners and never have I been disappointed over the 30 + years. Eat there with pride knowing your getting a great burger and fries.

The dine in closes at 8:30 and they told us they are open till 10:30. Don t go here after 8 for dine in.

Harveys is one of those places where you can really get it your way as you watch them make your burger. They also have a decent selection on their menu and a vegan option.

We came for two shakes and 2 waters it toke them more then 15 min and then they tell us there out of water slowest place I ve ever been too I regret coming here and they gave us hot waters, when we asked why there taking so long they started yelling at us

Junior chicken didnt taste right. Tomatoes were soggy. The tomatoes for my hotdog were outside of the bun, it looked like it was put together by someone who either hates me or hates their job. Really gross. Throw out your tomatoes when they go bad!

This is the worst Harveys resturant in OTT. The worker who took drive through order has no patience at all. She couldnt hear me.. but she was able to hear me complaining about background noise, but she wasnt even willing to listen to the order in first place. If this person paid attention and took time to listen whole lot could of been avoided. She refused to serve me. Lol why would I want to buy anything from here anymore. Im just one customer lol business got nothing to lose. I like those people who works at night shif theyre more nicer and polite. Theres McDonald down the street.. lol its also fast food resturant and their noise level is pretty louder than Harveys but I have no problem talking in my normal voice. Here you need to bring a speak so that when I order from outside people inside can hear. So embarrassing that I was screaming loud enough people are looking at me and this b* inside couldnt even hear anything. Of course she doesnt want to listen.

Quick service and good food. The only thing is their new crispy chicken sandwich is disgusting. The breading tastes bitter and terrible, but that is not the fault of this location, so I gave 5 stars because Ive been several times and the other food is good.

They screwed up my order. Forgot one was one whole wheat, smothered one with mustard and forgot the pickles. I asked for two bags to separate veggie and original, but they identified them incorrectly. Nice guys, but they need attention to detail.

If you want to waste your whole lunch break on incompetence and Straight up rude behaviour then this is the place for you. I will never set foot in this establishment again

Ive enjoyed Harveys menu for many years and this hasnt changed. The problem is the drive through at this location. Everyone who walked out the front door had to navigate around cars in line at the drive through. Not a safe design.

I ordered a large chicken bacon poutine yesterday March 18 2021 in the afternoon. I was so tired after work and order this for me and my friend through drive through. Usually where ever I busy this I get it almost full.i was shocked to see only just about half in each. This is rude to any customer. We pay for the food we eat. Please dont repeat this to anyone else.

Ive been going to Harveys since 1965. The order for fries and a regular cheeseburger cost 85 cents then. Now its $10.35 and is now 1/3 the size. Back then it was broiled on charcoal heat. It still is ok but was somewhat disappointed!

Very bad..I ordered on 6th April and I set my pick up time 10:40 AM but when I reached at store , the guy told me we open at 11 AM. If they open at 11 AM then how order got successfully done at 10:40 AM ? Even when I saw my order details to guy at store , he said we dont accept order from app and told me to cancel my order. Very very bad experience for food till now for me so guys please be aware about this.

Yesterday i ordered Junior crispy from Drive thru. My burger was with all the veggies and those were mentioned on the receipt also. The lady just put tomato and jalapeno. Might be thinking its just drive thru. AFter taking two bites i went into the restaurant and asked politely that my burger is missing veggies. The lady was so angry she roughly opened my burger and added lettuce and asked me very rudely and raising her voice what else is missing? I told her you didnt put Onion. And what ever i was telling her is missing she was throwing those veggies on my burger. This is very disheartening, I was so polite and didnt even ask for extra burger. Just told her that my burger was missing veggies. She was so rude. I just came out of the restaurant without saying anything. Not coming back to this restaurant ever. I was so sad with her behaviour.

Staff in this location is rude and always in rush. I have been to this location several times and every time employees forget to ask about the sauce and packs the burger before I can ask. I found elderly woman particularly rude. Staff here does not priorities walk in customers at all.

Too bad service has gone sideways here on Robertson rd. First you order food and they send you to park even with no one in line??? I ordered a regular meal with a burger with just a little of everything it was a sloppy mess! Also my onion rings were missing. I called and expressed my concerns and was told to come into the restaurant next time if I didn t like to park. No offer to replace my onion rings. I had to call twice because they hung up on me the first try. Of course the person I spoke with blamed the staff. Good job taking responsibility boss!

Terrible place, I ever had visited. Long wait time and employees didn t take care about their customers. I took me 20 minutes for a small sandwich. I wish store manager will look into it so that staff will give good service.
