I was very dissapointed with my visit today as I found a long black hair in my burger. I had to throw it away out of disgust. I will not be returning to this location anymore.

They messed up my burger instructions so I had to go back through drive thru they literally took it back and added stuff to it after I had already had a bite instead of replacing it . disgusting and super unhygienic.

This used to be a 5 star rating... and had to change it and update it. I recently had to change this. I was dining in. Ordered 3 burgers, and asked for one of them to be made fresh because it was the most expensive one and wanted to enjoy it fresh. They said fine. Literally 30 seconds later they called for my order and I asked if it was fresh, they replied yes. I was surprised. I worked here and know a fresh burger takes longer than that to make. Anyway, we sat down to eat and the meat was barely warm on my fresh burger. Very disappointed to have staff lie and not provide the service I am paying for. The other thing too, 2 dollars for an apple juice box? You buy 8 pack at walmart for 3 dollars maybe less and these guys are making well over 16 dollars on them. Theyre certainly getting them for way cheaper. Price gouging at its finest. Will not be returning here.

Got 5 meals came to almost $60 and I got uncooked bacon on all the burgers they also don t have a good system some stuff is ready sitting getting cold, other stuff is ready 10 min later because too many meals are trying to get done at once.

Theres a senior gray-haired lady who makes every effort to serve me. My go-to place for 15 years now. Shes the best food prep of any Harveys. New ownership, bringing in new staff ( relatives?). I advised the manager that if my prep lady goes, so do I.

Horrible service . If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered the most expensive burger with everything on it, when I got home the burger had nothing on it, I called the store and was told I could return the next day for a replacement burger. When I came to get the burger they refuse and have told me I have to come back again when the manger is there even tho they are speaking with the manager on the phone. They refuse to give me a new burger or my money back and even further have told me I must take time out of my work day to come and talk to him just to get my money back or my food

Very disappointed with the customer service here. We got these Harvey s coupons and were very excited to use them at this location at 11:30pm. Our cashier was young with black hair and glasses and very rude. We ordered through the drive thru and when we got to the window the cashier rudely told us we couldn t use our coupons because we didn t mention it while ordering on the speaker. We were confused and after awhile she said she can do it but seemed inconvenienced and very annoyed. We then had to pull into the parking lot to wait for our order as it was going to take longer. When she walked to our car with food, she lectured us about how we didn t park close enough to the building and it was hard for her to find us. Please note we parked at the closest available parking spot. I did not appreciate being spoken down to and am very disappointed with my experience.

Pretty good location. The is well prepared, and the ingredients were fresh. The server was also quite nice and polite. The only critique I would have, is that they are very stingy with what they put on your burgers. For example my wife ask for some black olives and the worker put two. However, I will state that if you ask for more to be put on they will do it. Otherwise, of all the Harveys in the area I would say that this one is one of the better ones.

I don t enjoy fast food because of my allergies and food intolerances. But a lady named vicky was super helpful in making sure my burger would be perfect for me saying I deserve to eat something that wont upset my stomach .

On our most recent visit we were served by a lovely young lady named Ava who was not only pleasant and polite, she was also very professional and efficient. Harvey s service is better than it s ever been, BRAVO!

We typically go through drive through, and everytime it has been a great and quick experience! The staff is wonderful and Ava does such an amazing job greeting you at drive through! She s friendly and never has an issue if you missed something on your order and need to add it in!

I don t typically write reviews but my experience was great when I was in a few days ago. I ordered my families meal and then realized I had forgotten a meal and got back in line. Jr Bacon Cheese burgers a little on dry side, (probably 70% previously cooked, moved to side of grill to keep warm, then moved back to flame to Cook when my order appeared). If restaurant has Open viewable kitchen, LOOK at how YOUR order is processed. FULL DISCLOSURE, I am former restaurant franchise supervisor AND Ive seen this done. Poutine fries could have been crisper.

Great fresh food, poor employee behavior. Im writing this at 1:55 am Wednesday may 15th. I literally went to the washroom 12 minutes ago at 1:43 am, at 1:45 am one of the Indian male employee started banging on the washroom door without saying anything. I understood they wanted me to leave because they closed soon at 2 am (15 mins later) but thats not a very nice way to do it. Also note the female indian saw me going to the washroom.

I often go to this place with my partner. The food serve here is always fresh and delicious, moreover, the staff is very friendly and always happy to help. We frequently eat at Harverys and was excited to hear that today was free frings day if we ordered through the mobile app. When arrived at the drive thru the employees said that we had to add a promotional code in order to receive it. This is the first time we have used the app and it is very deceiving. Wont be going back to this location. Staff wasnt friendly and could have honored the free frings are they could see we placed the order online. Poor customer service at this location. Have sent a complaint to headquarters.

The staff are great and friendly but ever since they changed their meat patty several years ago it s just not the same. I so enjoy how you can choose your toppings. It is hit and miss with the take out window though if you are going to receive fresh rings or fries. Other than that when it is fresh it is great!

After a day of shopping, my sister and I stopped in for a burger fries combo. We were very pleased by the great tasty meals. We decided to dine in, but you can go through the drive-thru. Inside, youll find tables and chairs or booths. Washrooms were clean. We parked our car in the Merivale Mall parking lot. The parking area closest to Harveys could be resurfaced lots of pot holes. In order to gain entry to the restaurant, we needed to climb metal stairs. I did not see a ramp for handicap or disabled. I also dont know whether this location has automatic door access for disabled or handicap.

After I passed my order, the employee served the client before me and she needed to wait for a piece of the order and instead of starting the other orders while waiting she just stood there waiting. Once I asked her to start my order she told me she doesnt like to do more order than one because she gets them mixed up. Then another employee took over and asked me question to which I answered, she nodded and asked the same question to the person I was with who hadnt order anything. All in all, I was made to wait a lot longer than necessary and was ignored by another employee. I do not recommand this place.

This is more of a comment on the chain and the problematic mobile app.. I was traveling and the app sent my order to the store near my home which I started with but I changed midstream to the location I was at and they were several hundred kms apart. I had to pay again for 2 Angus meals with cheese and bacon. After several emails back and forth, customer service would not refund me but would only give me the money back using e-gift cards which are totally useless with the mobile app. Some stores, including this one cannot do the offers online in store and you have to order on the app which does not work with the egiftcards. Extremely frustrating and now i have stranded funds on e gift cards..

Just ordered two burgers from this location on skip the dishes and they arrived smelling like rotten garbage, I have never been served food like this it was inedible. Thankfully Skip refunded me, but there is something seriously wrong with this location to be cooking food that smells like this!

The bun was too thin for the patty and the angus tested like a regular meat. with the money I spent for the lunch today I could have almost get a better burger in a pub or restaurant, or a full English breakfast anywhere. I found it overpriced for a fast food resturant
