Great plan for company dining, Unfortunately, I ate so much that my body didnt agree. With one company visit, I was able to get 4 plates of food before drinks where available. Had a Shirley temple. The fact that non-standard drinks were available was a nice feature. Plus, the cotton candy machine at the end was a hit with a few co-workers.

I m currently at the Mandarin restaurant on Hunt Club, and I have to commend Mimi and Chris for their outstanding service. Mimi, in particular, has been wonderful helpful, polite, and an absolute joy. I couldn t recommend this place more with such fantastic staff. Thank you for making the experience memorable!

Food was good, service was good - it is a buffet. However, the bartender had no idea how to make mix drinks. The reason for the 3 on atmosphere is the overwhelming amount of people in the food area at any one time. It is difficult to get food. So many people standing in line, budding the line, or just standing there. It was a Sunday at 430pm.

A great selection of Chinese, sushi, and American fare, especially on a Sunday night. Food was hot and fresh and in great supply. Dietary restrictions: There are not many options if you have a salt restricted diet.

There was some dude filming all the food at the buffet which was a little weird from my perspective, but everything was great!! Whoever was in charge of frying everything that night, from the chicken balls to the calamari, had perfect timing and temperature! Crunchy outside, soft inside.

Decided to come here during my birthday week (you get a coupon for a free buffet meal if you are subscribed to their emails). Jenny and Stephanie provided us an outstanding service! They were so quick to take away any dirty dishes, and were so friendly and attentive. As for the actual buffet, the decor is wonderful and the food was always freshly restocked within only a few minutes. There is something for everyone, from fries and onion rings to teriyake meatballs and sushi. Love coming here for family dinners. This place is always a hit with us.

Eddy and Andy were wonderful and quick with our drink orders and clean up. Most of the food is pretty good but others are a hit or miss. Place was packed tho (as to be expected for 5pm on a Friday) be sure to book a reservation before hand. All in all it was quiet a good time.

This was our first time to Mandarin and it just didn t disappoint our decision to go try out the buffet. There was queue for buffet without reservation or if I may say on the spot reservation. You definitely can prebook your reservation for the buffet. The buffet started at 4:15 PM , we saw happy beautiful people different cultural backgrounds join there for the amazing food freshly made and served. Wide variety of dishes to pick and choose from soups, starters, main course, salads and grills, sushi bar , desserts and icecream etc . It was worth all the penny and the efforts taken by the hospitality team was outstanding. Especially Maribeth, Mimi & Jing were super social, always ensured our table had all things needed at all time , checked up on us multiple times to ensure we had everything , they always had a smile each time they came around us. Altogether a wonderful experience. Must try!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mandarin Restaurant on Hunt Club Road. I found a hair in my food plate, and when I brought it to the server s attention, he said the manager would come to address it. When the floor manager, Mr. Lee, finally arrived, his response was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility, he suggested the hair might have flown from another customer s plate while I was at the buffet. This was an absurd and offensive excuse. What made matters worse was his attitude. Not only did he fail to offer a sincere apology, but he also attempted to shift the blame onto the customers. While he mentioned I wouldn t have to pay for my plate, I was ultimately charged in full. When I raised concerns, he sarcastically remarked that if I wanted a free meal, he could reverse the payment a deeply disrespectful comment that no customer should ever have to hear. This experience left me feeling disrespected, undervalued, and frustrated. It s shocking to see this level of customer service, especially from a place where my family and friends have dined for years. Mistakes happen, but how management handles them says a lot about a business. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and the rude demeanor of the floor manager, Mr. Lee, were unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to reconsider dining here if basic respect and cleanliness are a priority.

Honestly, food is decent American Chinese food and some other interesting options. Their sushi game has stepped up which I appreciate. The star is their amazing dessert selection, lots of tasty options, I suggest using a salad bowl!
