Ordered the Pad Thai with tofu and my daughter ordered medium, which the employee warned my 10 yr old that it would be spicy( thankyou).. she wanted it..and it is by far the best Thai express I have had in the region. We just had one open up close toe in Aylmer, and it is too sweet and the tofu is rock hard..it was gross.. This location reaffirmed my love of Thai express...go here it is worth the price(15$)
A very reliable place for us no matter which city we are in. The service is reliable the quality is reliable. The tofu is not the same everywhere. Here it is just pan fried (which we prefer) versus deep fried everywhere else. The quantity is a hit and miss. The rice served was less than else where. Vegan Thai Basil Stir fry with Tofu - well made dish. Fresh ingredients and fairly good taste. The rice quantity less. Vegan Cashew Stir fry with Tofu - again well made. Enough cashews and Tofu.
Tried the pad thai - rice noodles 🍜 first time and it tasted good.
I usually don't expect much from food court food in the mall but was pleasantly surprised by the bowl of Thai Soup I had. Not bad, not bad at all. Actually really good for food court food.
Always stop for Thai express. Delicious!

Pad Thai not good. Too salty and no taste. Thai Express was scrumptious in the past. This is no longer the case unfortunately. The quality of ingredients is not what it once was.

Went there for lunch today and we had coupons and the guy at cash didn t know how to process the coupons so we couldn t use them???!! The food was bland, no flavour and $36.00 for 2 pad Thai and 2 bottles of water. Don t waste your time. Eat somewhere else. Very rude staff, overpriced, and flavorless.

Ordered pad thai with beef and assorted vegetable. Got 4 small pieces of beef with mung bean and noodles. Nothing else. Place has lost its desire to cook even for a fast food place and price point. Go elsewhere while at bayshore. Its a disgrace to the brand.

Disgusting! Stir-fry consists of undercooked or old chicken (hard to bite) and vegetables in something watery and oily. No flavour whatsoever. Never again!
Hair in my food! I am sure there are several health code violations at this restaurant. Before I discovered the hair, the pad thai was horrible and bland
Terrible customer service and unsanitary food preparations. Not family friendly staff. Been harassed by the employee when complained about their service. Avoid at all cost. There are other restaurants with much better service and quality at Bahshore Mall.

Update: what a mindless response!! I have provided sufficient detail here and Ive already notified head office! At least pretend to read the feedback! Original review: Be warned if youre getting a late takeout -- the food may be terrible, and it may be too late for you to complain! (I suspect that the operator regularly saves spoiled or burned food until late in day, for people that order takeout, so they cant complain in person.) Ive ordered takeout from this location only two times in five years, and both have had a terrible burned flavour! Im surprised the Thai Express chain still allows this poorly operated franchise to continue conning people into thinking they are ordering from a reputable restaurant! The quality doesnt compare to any of the other local Thai Express restaurants. How the servers could think to serve food with a very strong burned taste and smell -- twice to the same family -- has me flabbergasted! Im surprised that headquarters and operators of other local locations havent taken steps to improve this locations quality, since it is obviously giving the chain a poor image. (I have sent my complaint to headquarters in both instances).
Tried the Pad Thai Vegan and it turned out delicious. I requested the spice level as medium so it was little sweet. Ill try complete Spicy next time to see how that turns out. Vegetarian options: Pad Thai
My husband and I were both very disappointed with the food we consumed tonight. 32$ for two Pad Thai dishes that tasted burnt and way too salty. In addition, the noodles were drenched in sauce and there was absolutely no flavor. Super annoyed for having chosen this option tonight. I wish I had taken the time to read all the reviews that mention most of what I am complaining about. I would give it zero stars if I could!
What kind of outfit charges customers for take out containers? No other establishment in Bayshores food court does this! I was going to bring dinner home, but their price-gouging quite quickly changed my mind.

Purchased the special soup $11.40 with spring roll - the only think edible was the spring roll -soup was just broth noodles and three pieces of greens, very slow service. This franchise gives Thai Express a bad reputation - very disappointing.
This is not so authentic.. I got so much frustrated and the food is So tasteless, just full of noodles and soy sauce ! Very little amount of beef and veggies.. My first time to eat in here and will never ever come back again..

Cant provide vegan tofu??? If you get fried rice without fish sauce, with veggie sauce instead youll get literal fried rice - tastes just like oil. Usually prefer Thai Express, but not here
Worst customer service ever. I went with my children to order soup and the guy at the counter was rude and confrontational. He even had words with my son. I have never posted a comment online...this is my first. It needs to be known so that they can make a positive change. What a horrible way to ruin an otherwise great evening.
Do not go here. The food is watered down and tasteless. Worse Thai express I ve ever been to. Not the the first time it came out this bad. There are way better options in this food court.
The only reason they are successful is because of the brand name! Otherwise, this location has rude service and are very very cheap! Although I paid for extra veggies apparently a few extra corns was going to throw them off budget... Never eating here again.
The chef here is very generous on sauces. My pad Thai was too salty to eat. I don t think they know how to cook.

Certainly the worst meal i have ever had. The General Thai beef was crunchy flavored rocks,with little in the way of flavor.
Serving size is about 1/3 size less than other Thai Express branches. Ordered 1 mild & 1 spicy Pad Thai, got both with no spice whatsoever. Avoid if you can!
Taste-wise the food is similar to other Thai Express branches however quantity-wise 1/3rd less. Also, oddly this branch at Bayshore Mall is run completely by Indians which makes no sense being a Thai cuisine place. Perhaps, thats why the discrepancy in quantity :/
There was a mixup before i went and there was no rice available, but the employees were super apologetic and I got to try something new, which I ended up loving!
Similar to other Thai Express locations except the spring roll was cold inside and they dont accept credit cards.
Have vegetarian options and no egg rice. However they do not clean their woks so cross-contamination are guaranteed. Was shocked they do not take credit cards.
I would give it zero start if that were an option
I said no onions like 4 times and guess what , I had ONIONS in pad thai !!!!
