Good food, service with a smile, only problem is the drive thru. The keep sending me and others to secondary windows.
Horrible service, they got the order wrong and didn't even brother fixing or refunding it, do NOT go here it sucks. (For reference the order was 45$ for two people and we got one poutine and a small burger.) Absolutely vile disgusting employees.

The cashier, a young guy, was such an amazing good vibe worker. I normally don’t do reviews for fast food restaurants but that guy deserve it. I love to see teenagers working hard and being productive to society. Thumbs up for you buddy.
The food is delicious, the service is great because we used the machines🤣, and the atmosphere is pretty great too.
This location is purely problematic, I DO NOT recommend any of the food. The food was stale and practically frozen. The boiled fries were dirty and soggy and barely filled up halfway. the entire place was infested with bugs. What little staff was there looked like they were drunk or high. They got my order wrong and the food was really expensive. I also had a near death experience because when they brought me the boiled fries they poured the boiling water on me and I got third degree burns and had to be rushed to the hospital.
I know there is a shortage of workers but this location is problematic. Your order is always somehow messed up. Once ordered 6 McNuggets and received 3 cold chicken pieces. Last time I went I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and got burgers with one patty each while being charged full price. Very long wait times at drive thru. I am talking around 20-25 minutes wait time from order to driving off. Had to get an iced café for the girlfriend. We threw it out because it was literally undrinkable. Avoid if you can.
New: this McDonald's has been renovated and now looks really nice. Has automated ordering screens and we ordered a pretty large order and it was delivered fast, even with custom meals. Food was very good. Old: This MCDonalds is too small for the amount of customer that go here. Consequently, there is a lack of places to sit, the drive-thru is always full and the staff works under pressure.

Fast food......... Not really anymore! I waited at least 15 minutes to receive my order. It was around 1:30 p.m. It was relatively busy. When I was waiting, I witnessed 3 customers who had errors in their orders. There didnt seem to be a senior supervisor. All the young employees were running from left to right. When I received my order (a macchicken with ranch sauce), this is what I received: a garnished sandwich in a box, made without any pride. We were very far from the look on the posters... I would like to believe that times are changing, but standards do not have to lower in this way.

Why when we order a trio, we change the format of the coffee and add an additional cost without asking ourselves if thats what we want...its not the price difference that bothers but the principle and the format that is too big for us.

McDonalds is McDonalds. Fast service. The employees work hard. The only reason I give 2 stars is because of the maintenance of the place. No clean table, full drain that overflows, toilet room, unmaintained kitchen floor, fries all over the floor. A cleaning man wouldnt be too much trouble. Parking: Large parking space.

Very fast service. Towel warm and excellent as usual. My favorite choice MccChicken Habanero. Vegetarian options: If you are vegetarian, McDonalds is not really for you. Its an excellent place but meat is in the majority of dishes. Parking: Nice parking lot and sufficient space. Kid-friendliness: The childrens meals are varied and also very excellent.

I came with 2 of my friends because we were hungry and were passing by. We ordered a double cheese a chicken junior a bigmac a big poutine we all had a drink We ordered takeaway but we ate it in the McDonalds and luckily because we were missing: -2 straw -1 fork - NAPKINS then, we open the poutine I take a piece of cheese, it literally tasted like death. I told myself that it was just a song so I didnt have to talk. 5 minutes later my friend takes a butcher he looks at me in esti que c deg mode. He stopped eating it, I continued just because I was hungry otherwise it wasnt really good. In the bigmac, not 1 but 2 common meatballs were missing . The chicken junior bun was dry/burnt and the meatball was very dry. Luckily I dont live in that area otherwise I think I would have had to give up the McDonalds. Also the benches were sticky And finally, we are 2 hours after our visit to McDonalds, the 3 of us have a full stomach ache.. Plus we have something outside this evening, its going to be fun shitting in the forest (the photo is us after getting up for, 2 straws, 2 forks, there were 2 of us eating poutine, ketchup, mayo and napkins) Ill never set foot in there again.
Too long to get our food
Its complicated every time. too many people for nothing, it works. on the feet rather than having a position and staying there to provide service. Most look at themselves and wonder what I should do. And this in the last 3 McDonalds that I went to I didnt have any service. The worst is the one in Chambly not far from Louise de Ramesay, its even scary

We often order via UberEats or even drive-thru and unfortunately for us one or more items are often missing when delivered to the house. I tell myself that if this is likely to happen to us so often, then it must also happen to a large majority of people. You should analyze the number of refunds made on different delivery platforms such as UberEats and Doordash each month and aim to improve your statistics, because Im sure its pitiful. This unpleasant situation could certainly be easily avoided. For example, count the number of items on the invoice and see if it corresponds to the contents of the bag. A nice list indicating reminders such as validating food, beverages, condiments, utensils, straws and napkins could be displayed next to the window, a quick and effective tool for validating the contents of the bag before putting it back. I go there for my granddaughter because they offer the choice between fries and fruit which they dont offer at McDonalds near the airport closest to me.
I am the customer who goes to get his coffee in the morning who practically goes there for the service!!! The staff is smiling, especially the young one during the week (6:30 a.m.) and she who has a little French accent. They get my day off to a great start!!!!

Still closed even though they write still open on the app. On the rare occasions when they are actually open, the employees choose to say that there are no more xs instead of offering a 3-4 minute wait like other McDonalds do. Honestly, I dont even know why I keep trying at this one. One of the worst McDonalds in terms of service.
It s cool, I live close to this McDonald s. I appreciate their effort and I want it so much I have smiles that come from these employees (GOOD FOOD) I suggest you not get the medium fries because the large ones give you almost double the fries and they cost almost the same as the medium fries.

Restaurant is empty and it took 31 min. To have my order of iced coffee and mc muffin beacon despite this being wrong twice in my order not the right sandwich nor the right beverage the employees do not speak French nor understand French it is a young kitchen worker who translates into another language and its not English either the Plateau is left for 20 minutes on the edge above the trash can so a free lunch of course.... He packs the vouchers on the edges removes the numbers but doesnt do them dont know no longer make the drinks...please employ competent employees

Placed an order through McLelivery on August 22 around noon. Delivery was fast via DoorDash but one item was missing from my order. Impossible to contact anyone to let them know. We are told to dial 2 when calling the branch but we come across an automated message: Unable to take your call and impossible to speak to anyone. I tried to call back ten times over 2 days without success. I sent an email with details of the situation, no response since. If something is missing from your online order, good luck getting it rectified.

Lunch time is to be discouraged. The elevent monopolizes the restaurant and all the tables without consuming anything. It feels like a daycare with arrogant young people.
Cold fries, meat dry and too hard, lack of sauce and the week. at 11 p.m. I went back at the beginning of December and found everything improved and the food better and hot.
I ordered 2 trios + dessert and immediately after my order someone already had the cone ready to eat and he insisted that I had to take it, turning his eyes when I said that I wanted to eat it all together.
