One of the best servers we ve had in a long time. Food was amazing.

Nathan F was the best waiter ever, my dining experience was amazing and I am definitely coming back. (give nathan a raise)

Spicy perogy pizza is my fave. Good option if you or someone with you is celiac.

Food was great, no wait.

Service was slow table was sticky and unclean upon being seated food was served cold order was wrong and uncompleted waited almost 30 min between drink orders even though place was empty wont ever be back to this location

Went to BP tonight and enjoyed fast service and an amazing dinner that was hot and a delicious desert (chocolate explosion). Shout out to Nathan, who was our server. He s social, confident and a great asset to the team!

Had not had Boston pizza in a long time, needed a quick lunch working near by, got the cheese Ravioli baked in Alfredo from the lunch menu, and it was a 10/10, super easy to order online and pick up, thank you!

We were running late from our travels and stopped in as a group of six, an hour before closing. Being the anxious parents we are we were concerned about affecting the staff closing. The waitresses not once made us feel like an inconvenience, big smiles and talking to all of us. Usually we would never last minute order food due to understanding, but we werent rushed and we actually were served and with enough time to eat comfortably and out the door around closing time. the server ignored our tables request for menus then she proceeded to punch in something we didn t order charging us 32$ for pasta then kept going back and forth changing her story on what she punched in, and was very unprofessional on the phone yelling calling us poor and to go to mcdonald s the server was kaitlyn

Stopped in for a quick lunch and the service was quick and attentive and the food was good.

How amazingly stunned do you have to be to be a server at this place? 2 different servers saw me at counter waiting to get my take out order, 3 times each and I had to ask both servers if anybody was working today or it was a holiday that nobody told me about. The fact I had to nicely ask both servers for customer service shows the lack of work ethic in this location. Im glad it was only pick up and not a medical emergency...id be laying on the floor dead if I had any hope either of these 2 servers would help me. PATHETIC!

The company was excellent lol As a person with autism and likes things just so the staff did everything to make my experience relaxing and enjoyable. I have a short list of places I eat...This is going on my list for spaghetti! Food

We have been there on December 19th 2023. The Service was terrible as well we had to wait 40 min for just an appetizer. We have seen several people walking out as they didnt get their food. The Restaurant was not busy at all as we have been there around 1 pm. We have been several times in Boston Pizzas all over Canada, this here in New Glasgow is the worse we have experienced. Food was so so. Not great and over priced

Food cold and not much flavor for the cost but they were busy.

Wasnt a bad place. I just didnt like my meal and in all fairness I was trying something I have never had before.

Went out for hockey team/family meal 27 people and I didnt get my meal, I finally asked after everyone was almost finished eating and apparently they messed up in the kitchen and forgot about my meal. I told them to forget it at that time and asked for nachos to go, I was expected to pay for them until I asked about it...we did have a wonderful server, it was by no means her fault. Not impressed and will not eat at this Boston Pizza anymore.

Our service was amazing, food was on point and served rather quick at a popular time and the drinks kept coming! We loved the recommendations for the honey dill burger was solid, thanks for making our family night out amazing.

Excellent experience. Sat on the bar side, music was perfect, TV screens well placed. Service was attentive but not too much. Stuck to the pizza, the sauce is by far the best. Also recommended the chocolate explosion dessert (even if youre too full take it to go).

My first time here and we wont be back. Although our server was kind and helpful once we got in, we waited 8 minutes to be seated when we arrived at 1130 (only 1 group ahead of us) and approximately 50 minutes for Thai bites and pizzas.

Terrible service during our visit March 31st. Had to wait 45 minutes for our appetizer and when it arrived we had no cutlery and it was missing things. Then another 45 minute wait for our mains. I had finished my water while eating the appetizer; and joked about how long it would take them to fll it, but the joke was on me as we got the cheque with it still empty. The food was ok but slow to receive. We wont be going back.

My husband and I had an exelent dining experience. We made reservations and upon arrival, our table was waiting for us ,the service was great and the food was yummy. We were very impressed with the overall cleanliness of all areas in the restaurant and the teamwork among servers, helping each other in a busy time, serving us in a timely manner. We will definately be back for more. 6 stars and a big thank you.

Ordered food an hour ahead. stood at the hostess booth for 10 minutes before being greeted. Was told my food was already started waited another 20 minutes for rushed under cooked pizza.

Boston Pizza was our first stop after a long road trip from Ontario. The food was delicious and the service was excellent from the moment we stepped in. Thanks to Jenna who was super friendly, attentive and had great recommendations for us. She truly made our dining experience memorable!

If you like Boston Pizzas menu then you know what to expect. Full menu lots of choices good service food is as expected. Only edit I have to make is prices have increased in 2023, was $85 for 3 people. For me thats getting too high and Ill be frequenting less often.

The food is fairly good, the price is reasonable. The issue is the time period between when you sit and leave has far to many gaps in the experience. 20 minutes before you can order drinks, 30 before you get the food, and another 30 till you get your bill. The issue isnt the staff aside from constantly being under staffed due to a high turn over rate.

Waiting for seating with the family and no one was dining, 2 people in the bar room and no server to seat us. We waiting for 7 minutes, still no one. Thanks Boston Pizza

Ordered the BAKED 7 cheese ravioli. I expected it to actually be baked. It was microwaved. A tell-tale sign of microwaved food is when some of it is hot, some warm, and some cold. Horrible meal.

Me and my girlfriend ordered pasta and there was a hair in our dish when we tried to talk to the server. She was rude and said she had no control over what comes in our dish. Just a terrible customer service by the server.

BPs is my familys go to place to eat with our kids. I find the New Glasgow locations food to always be consistent and delicious! The service is always amazing especially with Chrysa. Her quick wit and sense of humour always gives us a laugh!

I love coming here, although the pizza taste alot like wet cardboard. get the sandwiches or salads. I dont get why this place is called Boston Pizza because they sould not be known for their pizza!

Visited Boston Pizza Sundayfeb 27 for lunch with my wife while in New Glasgow.Our service from the bartender was above and beyond great experience and meals were hot and very tasty!

Took two of my grandsons and husband to lunch today. Very busy. Short staffed. Breezy was amazing. Food was good. They both ate. Husband loved his ribs. Definitely will go again

Walked in, waited to be seated but after a few minutes with no one in sight we went and sat at the bar. Clear staffing issues. My pizza came out the wrong size, husband s pizza was the wrong one all together. Caesar salad was dry with almost no dressing, husbands came with out parm. Salads were delivered after the pizza. Waitress didn t know the menu and was charging us for each refill of our drinks (should be free) Entire dinner took almost two hours due to slow food, and waitress who kept forgetting to bring take home boxes for leftovers. Went in for a quick and easy dinner - ruined by poor service and horrible kitchen. Second visit that was poor on 6 weeks. Unlikely to return.

Terrible Service!! Seated to a table on the resturant side, after that I was invisible. Waitress walked pass me multiple times has if I wasnt there, after waiting 15 minutes I walked out. I wouldnt recommend this resturant to anyone.

Being short staffed they did an amazing job at serving the food in a reasonable amount of time. There were 17 of us in our Red Knight Motorcycle club that showed up without a reservation and they were still able to bring us in. They were all so friendly. We had great food and a great time there.

Visited on Fishbowl Friday! Food was quick, the service was personable and caring and the white sangria is SO good! Restaurant and washrooms were very clean!

As a former pizzeria owner .I haven t had BP Pizza in like 16 years - I might have found my new spot Ordered the Viva Italia and The Meateor and was pleasantly surprised. Sauce was on point and the crust was just perfect golden brown Toppings were plenty and the pie was hot once arrived home. Great job BP New Glasgow

Twice now have gone to BP on Friday night for supper. First time about six weeks ago waited quite awhile before supper came and it was cold,reheat was cold. Second time last friday night, waitress told us it was a wait . We sat and waited 40 or minutes and noone came to take order. At the time only six tables with customers. Counted three waitresses. Not an offer for water or drinks. When we got up to leave we told them we couldnt wait any longer. Definitely wont be back.

The best food in nova scoita and service we had

Single handedly worst Boston Pizza I have ever been at. Service was abysmal. We waited 3 hours for food while people all around us ( who arrive well after us) were getting served. Then they have the gall to automatically add a 20% gratuity to our bill. Stay away!!

Ordered an appetizer and it took an hour, we had to ask 4 times to be checked on and it was never checked on, I can guarantee by the fourth time asked that was when they decided to heat it up, at the least busy time of day on top of that
