Edit. Since my first review, the management has changed hands and the current owners have taken service and quality control measures very seriously. Major improvements have been made and I recommend people give the new management a chance to win back your business.

Customer service was awful We order 4 pizzas and they would only cook 1 at a time Rude on the phone and also in person Food : 4/5

Recent Experience Aug 13 2024 - My family and I tried Greco Pizzas new Butter Chicken Pizza and Donair tonight. Hands down THE BEST Butter Chicken Pizza ever. Looks vibrant, delicious and Amazing Authentic flavors!! MUST TRY!!! Donair as always was really good! Friendly and professional staff, great service. Thank you Anoop and Team Greco! Keep up the excellent work!! Will definitely be back!! Past Experience - Loved Greco tonight! Ordered super works and spicy BBQ chicken pizza with hot/green peppers and Garlic Parmesan crust and Donair and BEST pizza we have had in a while. Delicious! It was ready a lil before time and hot. Thank you Team Greco NG, really great job! Will be back!

Been there to try butter chicken pizza and the taste was good. Staff was very friendly and polite. Will go there again with my family. Parking: The parking lot is huge. Its shared parking and theres always enough space.

The free flavoured crust is unique to them and it s delicious! Everyone who works there is pleasant. Glad it reopened.

First time ordering since they reopened and they werent answering phones... went in and it took an hour and a half to get my pizza because they didnt submit the order through the computer. Second time stopping by with my son and I picked up two slices and was handed two tiny square slices from a party pizza. Its worse than how it was run previously.

I ordered food from here. I experienced great service , staff is very coperative and now I always order food from here.

Do not try and order from here if you do not live right in New Glasgow. We are a family of seven, was gonna put in a large order (normally in Ontario, delivery distance maximum is 25km before an upcharge of delivery is applied) only to find out they charge 30$ for a 10km delivery. Not worth it.

When I called in my order they said a hour and a half to be delivered, no problem with due to the roads being nasty ! just make sure the food is hot. Was told it would be. The Donair got here not warm at all no sauce they forgot my garlic fingers and had to wait 10 to 15 for them cold they were. I paid out 32.$ and gave the driver got a nice tip.

Horrible service.. it looked like girls were high or something. Didnt make the order properly. They ruined the name of Greco. One pizza was filled with oil it felt like they just served grease and other was dry.

Very disappointed, almost feel like wasting my time writing this review, but it will be helpful for other ppl, we call to have our pizza delivered, two hours later nothing, I called like 6 times with no answer, I went to the branch and they said the oven was broken, but never took the time to call me and let me know the situation, on top of that they said the delivery guy was trying to get a hold of me, but I never got a single call on my end . You lost a customer never coming back.

It s cheap, if you use the app. Quality is alright but you can t complain for the price.

I wish I could give zero stars. I got three calzones, all three were either raw, or cold in the middle and burnt. I went to the store and buddy working said to my face yeah we dont do refunds .... Terrible food. Terrible service. Dirty place as well

We placed an order online. Received the food after a signifiant delay because the driver had received the wrong address from Greco. I called the store to see if we could be compensated and was told the manager would call me back. Never did. I felt bad for the driver because he went to the wrong address, wasted his time and gas. The food was cold and needless to say a huge disappointment. Greco isn t the same as it was years ago.

Tried to use a gift card. No one in the place knew how to take it as payment. Made calls to other people but still couldnt figure it out. DONT BRING GIFT CARDS! Food : 3/5

Food is great. Prices are insane.

1230pm we ordered 90$ worth of pizza, to be delivered at 315pm to a birthday party at the bowling alley, 330 came, no pizza, we called, young guy said it was on its way, 345 still no pizza! I called talked to 3 different employees who had no idea about the order but assumed it was already delivered, which it wasnt, EVER! DO BETTER!

Greco has very good oven baked subs

Ordered donair egg rolls and they were legit frozen still , will never get them /Greco again, disgusting totally turned me off , very bad experience awful

Greco New Glasgow has the worst pizza I have eaten...pizza and garlic fingers were not a rounded .. pizza toppings were just toss on,cutting of pizza was 4 large piece and 4 tiny pieces...garlic fingers were burnt..never again waste of money...lesson learned

The prices are outrageous !! Bought chicken wings and garlic bread. Cost almost $60 That makes it $1.05 a wing and some were undercooked while some were overcooked. Went there alot. Will not go back again!! Very disappointed. Ive never liked their pizza but wings were good. Not any more!!

Fast friendly good food

Had the donair burger it was good. Not the best ever but only $3.99. I like their flavoured crusts but find the pizza a bit dry. They need to use more sauce.

Fast delivery, very friendly delivery man. The Donaire pizza is really really good. The Greco works is usually very good, but wasnt fully cooked I dont think this time ordering. Overall usually good pizzas at this Greco location

On Monday evening we got three half pound donairs. They were horrible. The meat was dry to the point of crumbling and the onions were in big chunks and seemed to have been cut days ago. The edges of the pita breads were dry and crisp. Never again.

Pretty sad really when you hear their phone go off and one of them said Im not getting it even though they were close to the phone......

Placed a delivery order online, got all the confirmation emails, and after waiting an hour for the apparent delivery to arrive after the email said it left, I called. The woman who answered has basically no customer service skills and seems to be heavily inconvenienced that I called from the moment she answered. They finally found the order I placed 2 hours earlier and offered to make it again, and give me another 45 minute wait, when it arrived, it wasnt what we ordered.

The pizza was burnt and not worth five cents

Best value and freshest pizza. Generally great service. The only time there is a wait is when demand is super high. Hard to explain, but theres a lineup out the door sometimes.

Always a great donair but tonight no sauce! How is that possible? Lots of onions lots of Tomatoes not an ounce of sauce. I called them and the gentleman politely said they would look into it. lol cracked me up. I will take care of it myself and never order from there again.

The prices on their signage should be updated it is kinda deceiving the customer. The prices on their signage and even on their flyers doesnt match on their receipt. Their employees wouldnt even bother telling each customer unless the customer will find it by themselves and complain.

I got my first pizza sub tonight, Verdict is in, not good, would definitely not recommend and no where near worth what I paid, feeling disappointed.

Poor portioning of toppings especially whe you ask for double extra cheese. I recieved regular cheese and paid for double extra . Avoid at all cost

Ignorant staff on tonight ! Hung up on me 3 times... thought there was a bad connection, then the lady picks up the the phone on the 4th call and says theyre closing early because its slippery out ( like I shouldnt have been calling at 6:35 pm) ... Lol and hangs up !

Tried to order yesterday but they never answered their phone. I figured maybe they had technical issues. Tried again today finally got through and they tell me to wait and then... click they just hung up. Okay well maybe they accidentally hung up. Called back and they told me dine in only and hung up again lol. Checked the reviews and I guess this is just standard operating for this place? I love Greco and it s my go to pizza place if I m in somewhere new, so I won t hold this against them. Definitely would recommend not even wasting your time with this location though. I mean if this is how they operate would you even want to risk eating the food?!? I would say it s a 0 star experience since they literally didn t want my money, but the whole thing was so bad it had me laughing pretty hard.

Its a Greco. You know what you want and you get it. I suppose some franchises cant actually deliver a decent product but this one did and the staff were prompt and friendly.

Please be advised that the ALL of the past delivery problems at this location has been resolved. Done Rite Delivery-New Glasgow opened April 30th and we will be handling the deliveries from this location from now on!!

There s better pizza places in town that actually answer their phone and have friendlier staff. If you re willing to wait 30-45 minutes in store for your order, the party pizza is worth it if you have to feed quite a few people for a little cheaper/more slices than other places in town.

The last three times I ve ordered a party pizza it was not fully cooked, dough was soft and no sauce at all, aswell as the cheese and toppings not fully baked and then to have a cold pizza when picked up. Very disappointed in the way staff do not put effort into their job as many others have complained about the same issue

Dirtiest Greco Ive been in, the place is filthy. Pizza slices are advertised as fresh but they sit in a display case and are reheated when ordered. My slices were heavily burnt due to the unattentive staff who spent too much time talking on the phone and not watching the warming oven.

Now into my second hour of waiting for my order to be delivered. Thought the first time was a fluke, but evidently not. Paid for guaranteed delivery at a certain time, which hasnt happened and no sign of delivery and order is saying in production very, very poorly run location and only gave it a second chance because my kids begged for it.

The attitude of the staff mixed with a 45 minute wait with nothing close to a busy time wasn t ideal. And they always forget the sauces
