Worst customer service ever

There food is great. Lots of options. Great parking. Always clean.

Rave for pita pit There was a guy and girl working at 530 and they were both nice and having fun while working. I got a gluten free pita and noticed them change their gloves, put my wrap on a paper off the counter that has touched bread, and even got cheese from a container in the fridge that hasnt been touched by bread covered gloves and even checked if it was okay to cook my stuff on the grill and steamer. Also double rave for the girl noticing i asked for buffalo chicken and informing me it was actually breaded and if i wanted it or to change it to southwest chicken. I went to pita pit a few days ago in the city and wasnt told the buffalo chicken was breaded so i broke out in an itchy sore rash on the back of my neck and couldnt figure out why or what i would have gotten into and it would have been from the breaded chicken . You guys are so awesome! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pita

Got the Buffalo Chicken pita, an its so worth it if you like some heat with it!

Lets be honest here; Yes the food is solid and fresh but the portions are lackluster for the price. Not enough value. Value and prices may be relative per person but this place is just inherently more expensive than other food locations.

Have two cashes available and dont prioritize your order on the phone for $100 order over your customers who have driven to you and come inside during lunch hour... And a robot reply? You can see where I ordered from first off... I walked out immediately and posted the review with the details. Do your own legwork.

Definitely one of the cleanest pita pits weve been to which makes me very happy as Im used to seeing his on the floor at most of the other ones which makes me want to run out the door. But not this one. Thank you.

Great place to eat

Today I visited pita pit for the first time, and I will 100% be back. The young woman that waited on me today is hands down the best person for the job. I wish I had her name because she deserves a shout out. The place was packed and she was flying threw making pitas ringing people in making smoothies and helping out where ever she could.. she come to the till to get my order and in the middle of all she was doing still had the biggest smile on her face and helped me all the way through. She had glasses and brown hair. Hands down she s great.! Great job pita pit I will never return to subway.

I ordered my pita they started to make it twice and threw it away! and then started making the pita of the person behind me and then kept asking me questions while she was also speaking I became very overstimulated and when I said one second he kept asking me made two pitas by the time they finished mine and it was just a small left very anxious and sick to my stomach!

OMG why and how did I miss this? It is fantastic! Clearly the best food in town. I had a falafel large pita. I put on humus guacamole tomatoes onions green peppers romaine and tzatziki. Thank god I got the large because I would have gone back for another. One large pita is enough for lunch and dinner for me for $12!!!! I may try the gyros next. The rice bowls are FANTASTIC. Great fresh foods and plenty of non apologenic vegetarian options. I will be eating here at least once a week probably more. The place has seating is very clean and the staff is lovely young people. I cant say enough good things about it.

The wraps are amazing. Fresh lots of flavour. Fair prices.

Friendly staff however way too over priced. For my wife and I to get two pitas and 2 drinks (the small bottles of coke) cost us almost $30. My wife and I would have been able to go to an establishment such as Subway or McDonalds for less

Lovely staff and even lovelier food. One of the only fast food places in new Glasgow that offers healthy and amazing food every time.

Nothing like spending the same amount as a meal at McDonalds and actually feeling functional. After. Veg are crunchy and fresh. Meat is on point. Not cheap but Bette than a big Mac any day

I visited Pita Pit about an hour before close tonight, and was served by a young man having his first day. He did absolutely excellent, and was very kind! To the ladies training him, very well done! All three of you are A+ food services workers - and my spicy black bean pita was deeelicious!

The food was very undelightful. But the customer service was outstanding. I entered the location very distraught after loosing my pet cat. The employee was so king and helpful. She provided a free therapy session and spent hours consoling me until she had to close the store. I came in a fee days later just to visit my newfound friend, and slipped on the floor. And who came rushing out to save me but the lovely Miss Anna! Anna saved my life both mentally and physically. Well done Anna

Nothing special, you should eat a kebab or pita in Germany. Meat is just poured onto the plate in a bag and warmed up.

A great change from the regular fast food and other options in New Glasgow. Lots of options and a friendly staff make this a good stopping place for a quick bite.

Great alternative if youre sick of fast food. Everything is made fresh in Subway style. Good variety of menu items, can be a bit pricey but you wont leave hungry.

Favorite spot to eat

SMALLER PORTIONS THAN MOST PITA PITS I often go to Pita Pits when Im travelling since the pitas are made with good, fresh, healthy ingredients. This one is no different, but the portions are noticeably smaller than at other Pita Pits. Perhaps because the manager was serving me and trying to save money? Also, I love spinach but there were some dark and slimy pieces of spinach mixed in with the fresh green leaves. EDIT: BTW, the Pita Pit parent company asks you to reach out to them. However they havent responded to my email after a couple of months. They respond this way to every Google Review as it makes them look good and engaged, but as far as I can tell it is only for appearances as I have never heard back from them.

Food is good but sloppy and hard to hold on to!

Fresh veggies and hot grilled pitas served by a lovely young woman. Made the way I wanted with pickles on the side. No skimping here.

Good service good wraps. However they recently raised their prices (possibly for the second time in recent months) and nearly 11 dollars for a wrap is just way too much for the amount of protein they put inside your pita. I used to go here several times a week, but now this is going to be a very rare treat if at all. Im almost certain they made the protein portions much much smaller as well. Just watch them take it off the grill and put it on your wrap to see how much you really are getting. They use to give you large pita wraps that made you feel full, now they are so cheap on the toppings and protein you definitely need a snack to go with it. I predict this place wont be open for much longer, there used to be line ups almost outside the door at lunch. Now... See for yourself. Cheat the customer and it will show. :(

I go here at least once a week. Usually very quick I get to sit down and eat and get back to work with a few mins to spare Tonight me and my boyfriend went And we ordered, 8 mins later two other customers come in clearly friends of the girl that was working and they got served my boyfriends pita was made and then those customers left with there food and out the door before my pita was even started...The people working had no idea what they were doing. Even while my food was on the grill he could have started making my pita but insisted on waiting until the very end when the veggies were done cooking. We waited 30 mins for two pitas!! my boyfriends was ice cold before mine was even started. And then we had to leave and get back to work And all they said was sorry it took a little long worst visit we had yet :(

We have visited this location quite a few times on trips to the area. The staff is always very friendly and fast. The last time we were there, the staff even remember what pita we usually order and what condiments we put on it! The pitas are large and filling. Great value and alternative to a regular fast food type spot.

I love their southwest chicken pita and their huge selection of veggies, spices and sauces to add to the flavour impact. The service is always good too.

Awesome food made fairly fast. Great change from the usual sub places.
