It was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Only 3 side toppings can be selected online, but you can choose 7 in store. Some options for the drink was available online but we were told its not available when we came to pickup. Please fix the online ordering system. The lady staff was kind enough to fix things. The soup was tasty. However the chicken and the beef was a bit blend. Not much flavoring.

Very generous portions and it comes with homemade broth soup! Healthy and uncommon ingredients used for the side dishes. Would go back

Good place for a Chinese/Taiwanese rice bowl. Multiple proteins and sauces available, and rice/noodles for your own way to choose. Average cost for large rice bowl, but I do recommend somewhere else for the drinks.

We have ordered from Dragon Bowl New West a number of times. Their dishes were reasonable and consistent; we liked their cold side dishes. The kitchen area looked clean. Most of all, I was most amazed at their excellent customer service. Was there today (July 20) around 11:15AM -- the two young ladies working there were very courteous and efficient as usual. We will come back to Dragon Bowl because of their exemplary attitdue.

Very good Taiwanese style bento box, good portion and fair price. The drink is also quite nice addition to the meal. This place deserve more attention. The lights are little dim in the place, reduced the joyfulness. Over all, good eating place in New Westminster

First time at this location, and I love it. Topping 1: Braised beef. Topping 2: Spicy cabbage (NOT kimchi). Topping 3: Woodear mushroom. I then chose the noodles with the spicy dragon sauce. I also ordered an original bubble tea with no pearls. This was amazing, and Ill come back here again.

Read so many great reviews. Decided to grab a take out. I got the chicken , spicy sauce and rice with Bok Choy, lotus and spicy cabbage for the 3 sides. It was delicious!!!! I also grabbed a lemon green tea and BBQ pork buns. It was definitely enough for 2 people. I shared. I will definitely be going again. The service was fantastic too

I could pick my protein (I picked chicken, they have choices of beef,pork,shrimp,as well as vegan), pair it with a carbohydrate of my choice, add a sauce that suited my mood, and select 3 of 6 side dishes which can satisfy my daily needs of fiber. This level of flexibility ensured that my meal was not only delicious but also healthy and enjoyable meals Moreover, I was throughly impressed with their commitment to health-conscious meals. Ive been here twice during the soft opening, once by myself and came back with my family in tow. And yes the staff is still learning the systems so there s the usual learning curve with any new staff which is understandable. Everyone is super friendly, the food is amazing, the restaurant is clean, well lit and inviting. I haven t tasted anything I haven t liked. The owner even let us try a new braised tofu that theyre looking to add (it was delicious! We all agreed!). My only complaint is I still can t finish a bowl in a single sitting, but that s a me problem. This is a refreshing and welcome addition to the Uptown food scene. If you re looking for something just a little bit different and enjoy Chinese comfort food I would defiantly recommend stopping in. Also, if you re a fan of tea-based bubble teas, they have a good selection of both hot and cold drinks without all the extra fluff!

Came during their grand opening so bowls were 10% off. Each bowl came with a daily soup (looked to be a light broth with black pepper, corn and egg swirl). The food was actually really good. The portion size was great! I think I counted more than 6 plump shrimp in my bowl, which I thought was generous. Bowls are regular priced between $14.88 and $16.88 depending on your choice of protein. Of the sides, the woodear mushroom was our favourite. However, all the ones we had were good and even though theyre all vegetables, they provided added texture and flavour. The big issue we had was the spice level. The lotus root and peas (edamame) had a sizable kick that we were not expecting. And my shrimp bowl just seemed to have additional chili oil or peppers on top of my mushroom sauce. Either way, it wasnt very welcome as I was hoping for Chinese comfort food that wasnt spicy. I honestly couldnt tell if it was coming from another side, because it was all over. Id recommend and would return, but would advise those averse to spice to check in on spice levels with the staff since it wasnt very well advertised (at least to us) and staff didnt make mention of their spicier items when we ordered.

I tried their chicken bowl with the noodles and dragon sauce It lots of flavour., They had my order ready in less than a minute, but my only problem was they served my meal lukewarm/room temperature. I like my meals hot.

Very chill atmosphere and pretty interior, really an ideal place to hang out with friends! The portions for the rice bowls are quite good for sharing as well! The staff had very welcoming and informative customer service when you come in and overall made my experience ordering as a first time customer very pleasant. I loved their food. I ordered a beef with white rice bowl and was recommended to try their dragon sauce and it was so good! I shared with my friend and we were both full! I had also ordered some bubble tea and I really recommend their honey lemon green tea. They opened quite recently and have soft opening discounts that they offer (10% off bowls and 20% off bubble tea) which was really nice. I am definitely returning for more!

This is a great and comfortable place to chill with friends and have some delicious Chinese food :) The atmosphere and service were great as well! I got shrimp with dragon sauce and sides of bean sprouts, potatoes, and bean curb and also a flavourful braised egg. Everything was delicious and goes well together! :)

Perfect Chinese food I ve ever had!! I had a chicken bowl with spicy dragon sauce which the meat is tender & the flavor is very rich! And all of the three side dishes which is so tasteful! As for the bubble milk tea which has brown sugar flavor in it! Will definitely come again and have other things to try!

Other days I was walking on sixth and found out Dragon bowl just opened up. Finally a real Chinese food decided to open up a store in this part of Vancouver. I dropped by for dinner yesterday, it didn t disappoint me at all. I had their signature spicy dragon sauce with beef. For the side I had potato, lotus root and bean curd. Hubby had corn celery and bean spout. The taste is just so authentic and delicious, it definitely hit the spot.

The food is just as good as the downtown location. Further more they offer bubble tea here !!!! No sure why the cup say DAKASI but it tasted really good. Finally some decent Chinese food decided to set their food print to New west.
