Nice place to go it s fun especially going with him as a couple or with friends. It s a really good time there food is absolutely delicious Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options. You just have to ask your server and they will provide. Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessibility wider doors wheelchair can fit in or anybody that has a walker as well

Used to come here years ago. Not sure if they changed owners. Went for opening today. Food wasn t stocked, old little bits of meat that was added to. Grill wasn t even turned on. When the two young girls, one of which was cooking, put the food on the grill it wasn t even warm. Food was pushed around the cold grill until it got up to temperature. Not sure this is food safe or if the young girl had her food safe. My broccoli was raw still. My friends food had frozen meat still and the noodles were crispy. While we were in there eating they were spraying the hood fan above with cleaner and wiping it down. Wondering if that solution was in our food as well.

I used to go here a few times a week in 2019 before I moved. My tastebuds are happy to report this place hasnt gone downhill. The meats are still kept frosty cold, the veggies fresh. Noodles are still just as decent as youd expect em to be. Enough variety to keep interest and get used up each day, nothin thatd taste horrible together, and a good selection of sauces and aromatic broths. Im diabetic now... but the house sauce, ginger broth, garlic broth, and sesame broth all are solid options for me. The food is done in a flash and the owner even told me I could pile the bowl a little higher without ramping up the price. I felt welcome without being smothered, and I like that the staff felt comfortable chatting amongst themselves and customers when theres nothing to do. Theres free toppings like sesame seeds, sriracha, shoyu, black pepper, garlic and chili flake oil, but I couldnt help but dig in. Overall, really makes me wish I still lived here. Vegetarian options: You can order veg but theyll probably have touched meat Dietary restrictions: Good options for less sugar or carbs! You cant count on it for no allergies, but if youre fairly health conscious and still wanna treat yourself to a stir fry, its a dead easy way to get a little of every nutrient Wheelchair accessibility: It isnt too crowded inside, and I think the bathroom is spacious enough. im no expert though.

My son-in-law and daughter visited your establishment a few days ago, and unfortunately, an incident occurred that was both alarming and disappointing. When my son-in-law opened a door, a sharp piece of metal sliced off his big toenail The lack of concern from the staff was troubling, and there was no follow-up after we requested to speak with the manager. This lack of response to such a serious issue is unacceptable. To this day were still waiting on a call.

A good Mongolian grill restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious. I ate more than I should have, which usually hurts my stomach, but my stomach wasnt hurting after. The soup had great flavor, as did the ice tea they make there. The server good at her job, friendly and welcoming.

Oh my goodness, Mongo bongo is so much fun there is always a yummy lil cup of soup before your meal, which always makes me happy but then you bile your food up haha and they cook it right there for you to see

First off, waitress was rude. I have been going to Mongolian grills my whole life. This one is gross. They tried charging me $12 for my 3yr old who eat one bite and realized it was gross his self. I got a big bowl hoping for leftovers and left it all behind because I couldnt even eat it. The skinny noodles there are not like the kind at other Mongolian grills. They are not even etable I had to spit it out I couldnt even swallow. My toddler felt the same and he was hungry! Whatever u do do not get the skinny noodles here, they are not the same as every other girll! They are awful ! The people at the table found a big chunk of something hard I there food and were told to just still eat what was on there plate anyways and not to get a fresh plate. Yuck!!! My first time in my life not loving Mongolian grill and it was not even edible.

I dont think the idea that customers choose theyr own ingredients and then the cook will do it on a stove, ordinary people have no odea what goes in a dish or what sauce makes it taste better. Beautiful little restaurant that serves its specialty with love and a smile. Jovial and efficient employees. Small but efficient place and the decoration is simple but tasteful. Tasty food, perfectly cooked. Since you choose the contents of your plate yourself, its hard not to be satisfied! Nice choice of vegetables and meat (frozen) which will be cooked by the chef on a huge plate. To have. Honest price for quantity and quality. There is a bar where you can order alcoholic drinks. Parking: The surrounding streets are all with parking meters, commercial sector.

Dinner was excellent. Service was fantastic. Both ladies worked so hard to feed the dinner rush. Soup next level delicious. Value was second to none. Hard to find a better deal anywhere.

Such an old place , every time they are trying to sell all you can eat.

The food is amazing. Everything is self serve, you put together the bowl you want and they cook it up fresh on the grill and bring it to you. Definitely and amazing place to bring your spouse or rent out if you have a large party. Ive experienced it where theres been a party of 10+ people and with the self serve, its become impossible for anyone else to get food. If you have a big party, rent it out, because its disrespectful to the other patrons as they cant get up to get anything once that party takes over.

The food is excellent. The variety of meat and vegetables is excellent. The sauces are all good. The price has become unacceptably high. I suggest the mngt limit the amount of meat to a pre-measured packet, then charge an extra few dollars if someone wants double or triple meat. They can then reduce the price of a single visit to the buffet to $12.99. we spent nearly $50 for lunch for two people.

My experience here was pretty excellent. The Host was super friendly while the food options and prices were a great value. The only reason the food isnt a 5* is because the sauces need to be a lot thicker so they stick to the food and not be lost during frying. Would go again if I found myself in the area!

Food was good as I expected from most of Mongolian bbq. There was no explanation how to order or anything from the server and we were confused. Washroom and store required cleaning.

How was the first restaurant? We went with four grandchildren all under one years old. They were very accommodating for having four babies in their restaurant. I was very nice. Very nice experience. We were fortunate enough to be able to park right out front at the time we went but parking could be a nightmare if you were trying to get around supper hour

We went there based on the reviews but it was not as expected from above 4stars rating.Sauces were diluted to the level where there was no taste after cooking.

Another visit for Excellent Mongolian Grill. We did take out, and the only difficult thing about it was keeping straight which was what. The restaurant was quite busy with a school team party gathering, and staff jumped to so that everyone was served well! Stop in and enjoy the experience! Theres been very little change in all the years Ive been here. Staff will help you figure out the basics, and then its just finding out what will tickle your taste buds. They also do delivery via Skip.... and I saw the server doing up 4 orders. She was very good at making bowls, and quality and quantity looked just right. PS everybody does the bowl their way - mine is Meat, then Sauce (marinade the meat), then noodles, and finish with a big variety of veg. Noodles will change the texture, meats set the basic flavor (yes, tofu is a thing), and veg is what builds real flavor and enjoyment!

I always wondered what Mongolian barbecue/stir fries is, so I gave it a try. It turned out amazing! I had a dinner bowl, AYCE style, with various asian style sauce. I liked their fresh ingredients as well as the chef s performance. Rice and soup are included on the dinner bowl too. The male server was attentive ans professional. He was able to take care of all dinner tables as a single server. Bravo. If you add $2 or $3 for your dinner bowl, you can upgrade to AYCE. Overall, this place worths every single penny. I ll come back for sure.

We always go for the All you can eat. You stand, get your own empty bowl. Then pick your own ingredients (meat, veggies, noodles etc) & sauce at the food display area. Then put your filled bowl on the counter. Then write down your table number on a sticky note provided and stick it on your bowl. They have plenty of ingredients to pick from! I love my classic sauce combo (a partial scoop of teriyaki, korean bbq, mongo bam, oyster, and hoisin sauce. My husband and I visit this place a lot. Since I started keto, this is one of a kind restaurant where I can just pick my own food ( I dont get the noodles), manage my own sauce and doesnt bother asking the server for customizing the menu. Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options to pick from. More than 15 veggies.

I love this place! It s make your own stir fry basically - you put what you want in a bowl and they fry it for you (and serve it on a plate and bring it to your table). There is a very nice selection of meats veggies and sauces. I really enjoyed my thick noodle beef stir fry with broccoli pineapples cabbage bean sprouts carrots baby corn onions green onions among other things (can t remember everything lol) which I thoroughly enjoyed. I then received a complimentary delicious beef soup and a bowl of rice which acted as a nice palate cleanser along with sesame seeds peanuts and chili oil. I also had their drink special which was Long Island iced tea done fantastically. I didn t come close to finishing the meal as it was a ton and along with two drinks it was just $30 which I think is phenomenal value especially for the Vancouver area. In addition Michael was a fantastic attentive server. I will be back! Vegetarian options: Veggie stir fry, rice

Food variety is not too great. Number of sauce to choose from is OK, but there is no combination suggestion for the newbie. And I found they dilute the sauce a little bit, for example I found the Oster sauce is diluted and not as tasty as normal. Price is a bit pricy. The cook is not very skillful. Basically the cook only heat up the food and make sure everything are well-done, then sweep the food directly to the dish. Skillful cook just sweep once and all food goes to the dish, the cook there took 3-4 sweeps. And some noodles in my dish were not soft enough, thats mean not cook well enough.

$28 for all you can eat. Fantastic value. Protein options include: beef, pork, chicken and tofu. Veggies: cabbage, bean sprouts, carrot, kale, spinach, broccoli, red cabbage, celery, zucchini, onions, green onions, corn, red peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes. Also assortment of noodles. Included soup today was a spicy Tom yum. Good umami flavours with a nice kick. Perfect keto option. All ingredients were fairly fresh. Meats frozen. Sauces could be improved. They were all a bit on the salty side. That did give the chef room to dilute with water. Mongo bam was my favorite. Teriyaki and Thai coconut were a bit low on the flavour scale. Service was great. Chef did awesome work. They have a system where you put your name and table on the bowl with a sticky. Worked pretty well but it fell off of one of my bowls. They bring the plate to your table once cooked. Table service was great. Owner/server was really nice and attentive without being overly roaming!

Massive portions for a really good price.

Food is great but not safe to eat. Chicken meat stays in the food station for hours collecting salmonella; the sauce station drip everywhere in the other sauce trays; the soup, be careful what its made of, usually from soup packets you can buy from groceries; the rice, the place uses the cheapest rice; the place is dirty. food is great tasting but the place is really dirty.

I love this place for the value, service and fresh ingredients. The only suggestion I would make is to add chilli oil or other hot sauces to your selection as well as peanuts and sesame seeds. 2023 update: the restaurant has added the condiments! Awesome service, quality and value! Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for little ones.

Im new to BC from Ontario, and after traveling all the provinces, this place is hands down my favorite Mongolian grill. Top notch food, quality, service, and courtesy. Its become my favorite place in town, and I cant help but order at least once a week. You always get more than you pay for with their great portions, but the taste? This small spot is fantastic for my Mongolian Grill cravings! Ever since my favorite spot shut down in 2020 Ive been looking for a new spot and I think I found it! Its small and can get busy but it is worth the wait!

This place is AWESOME Ive gone to a lot of Mongolian restaurants these guys are one of the best...its clean...service is great price is respectable for what you can eat...I know some clown posted theres a possibility of Salmonlia...not a chance all the meats are all frozen solid and in a refrigerated compartment...but after reviewing all his other posts he seems to be a complainer about everything....

Pretty good food, you choose your own ingredients, and they cook it up for ya. The ingredients were decent enough that some of the meat was frozen, but thats to be expected. This place is so cozy and so tasty. ALL YOU CAN EAT!! They need to rent out bunks in the back, so you can have your food coma before venturing back out into the world. The owner is great, very friendly.

My first time going to a Mongolian restaurant! I must say I was very impressed. The bowl sizes are huge and enough for even two people to eat. I was impressed with the variety of vegetables to choose from(since I don t eat meat). The sauces to pick from were delicious. All over a satisfied dinner with value for money!

Nice lunch deal. 15$ for a bowl, and you can fill the bowl with whatever you want. And with whatever fits in the bowl! And you get a soup and rice along with it. They have a good selection of meats, vegetables, noodles and sauces. Once you fill the bowl, the chef grills it for you on a hot plate!

Delicious and reasonably priced. The food is really good, we tried the all you can eat which is so much food. You grab the raw meat or tofu, noodle of choice, choose your veggies and sauces they will cook it on the grill in front of your eyes. Been coming here for years. Pay parking out front.

This place was okay actually great if you want a lot to eat but not a lot of quality and it was cooked quite badly but you know cant expect much from them all you can eat other than that it was okay.

Saw the good reviews and decided to try but was very disappointed. The driest half wings I have ever seen and the Self creation lacked flavor. All the meat was overcooked as well as the veggies, the sauce was not tasty and the portion of rice in comparison to the dish was about a quarter.

One of my favorite places to go for a healthy meal , reasonable pricing and great cooks . If you go during lunch hours its 12.75 for a bowl and you can fill it up so good its enough for two !

Love this place! Its a nice small, quiet place to be able to go get a fresh meal to eat any time lunch or dinner! You pick the food and sauces as well so its just how you like it, with out having to modify your order and hoping they get it correct in the kitchen!

This is a nice, small restaurant with friendly staff! They serve cream corn soup with their dishes and its delicious! Youll also get full from one bowl of food for $17.50! The all you can eat option is great too. It used to be less than $20 but the price went up.
