The seasonal meals at this place are not only a disgusting combination that triggers acid reflux, but they also leave you feeling like you have a hangover. It makes me wonder if they expect you to drink on the property so you can blame the liquor the next day instead of the food.

Quick and friendly service in an environment where it s easy to bring kids with plenty of booth seating. Food was ok at the expected standard for a typical North American chain. Portions and prices were fair. Parking: Lots of free spots available on their surface parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Fun kids menu with lots of choices such as Bugs & Cheese (Mac N Cheese), pizza, pasta, burgers, chicken fingers with choices of side and comes with drink and dessert sundae.

I always have a great time at this particular Boston Pizza! Love their choice of music, service is great too. There s this server Kevin, he s been my server for quite a few times now and he always made sure I was enjoying my time there:)

We attended tonight for an early dinner. We know that lunch shift is hit or miss, but thought 5pm would be ok. We ordered a starter and two burgers. The starter never came, which the server ended up apologizing for after we asked them to make sure it wasn t in the bill. That was an honest mistake and not the real issue. One of the two burgers was not only cold, but the bacon was not even cooked. I ended up spitting it onto the plate. Not only was it not cooked it was cold. Like fridge cold. I ve never walked out of a Boston Pizza before - even if it wasn t the best experience (it s not fine dining, it s a pub after all), but tonight was above and beyond that. Beyond soured on the BP experience right now.

This particular Boston Pizza location used to be pretty good. Service and food was usually top notch for us. I feel like theyve really struggled since Covid happened to recapture that level of quality and service. We have had some poor experiences in the last 4 years that has kept us away, but decided to try take-out last night. We ordered the chicken parm, caeser salad, and a rib dinner. They missed the spaghetti and the salad, but did rectify that with delivering it to us. My husband said the chicken was good, but the ribs were possibly the worst ribs Ive ever had. They were really wet and cold, like they had been sitting for some time before being packed and the condensation watered down the sauce. More importantly, they were flavourless. Ive had better quality ribs from Safeways Grab n Go. It might be more time before I go back, but hopefully they can get back to where they used to be.

Less popular but surprisingly fun atmosphere. The bartenders are great.

I came for an take out Oder around 1am and nobody is around front reception and then one guy came to give a Oder to a delivery guy when I asked him to take my Oder he went inside and asked me to wait for 2 mins after almost ruining 20 mins of my time I m leaving without any assistance, very poor service, in case video evidence I came at around 1 am on 16th November 2024

Order online; $137 Food came an hour later, delivery guy was pissed he had to sit there. Bandera bread finally showed up ... It was cold. The Kickin Memphis chicken sandwich I order, had a soggy bottom bun and tasted like cigarettes and alcohol. Being 2 years clean and sober, I found this absolutely disgusting. I get it though, cooks like to drink and smoke; but still absolutely gross. The 3$ box of KD I had today gave me more satisfaction. Will not being ordering from Boston Pizza any time soon!

Arguably the worst dining experience of mt life went there for my daughters 15th birthday. from the sticky tables (my wife was given a cloth by the manager and essentially told to do it yourself) had i known about this part i would have left right away.they served the pasta with only a spoon and no other cutlery. Then they served us 2 large pizzas with no side plates for a party of 10! We had to send 3 drink glasses back because they were visibly filthy Couldnt pay me to come back here

Went to Boston Pizza tonight because we were extremely hungry and thought it would be our best option. We were seated and about 5 minutes after were were seated a lovely girl named Jayden B came and asked what we would like. We ordered 2 water, hot wings and a beef dip sub garlic parm fries, add cheese and side mayo. The table next to us, which was a party of 9 had not ordered their food yet and so we thought we should order before them. We received our wings which were absolutely terrible. They were cold, not crispy and burnt. It was like they were flashed in oil, sat and reflashed. We ordered blue cheese and they came with ranch which was runny. Then the table next to us ordered and we would have expected to get our beef dip pretty quick after the wings but nope, the table next to us received all their food and they even sent their nachos back because they had olives on them and they received a new nacho order before our beef dip even arrived. When the beef dip finally hit the table it was soggy, barely any cheese on it and the fries were cold. I literally choked back what I could without wanting to leave it there but I was so hungry I had no choice but to eat it. $29.56 for a nasty beef dip. UNREAL.The only thing that was good was the water. I would have never complained but I had to becaise the level of disgusting food has to be noted. Absolutely terrible experience and Ive lived in New Westminster and ordered from this location for 26 years. I will never be back. Worst experience in a restaurant to date. Hoping I dont get sick from the subpar food. Good luck to the next guests. If I could give the food a minus 0, I would have. Server was excellent.

The French onion soup tasted like soap. They did take it back and offered something else, but by then, I finished most of my second dish and was out of time and appetite. This location seems to be going downhill for a while. Used to be a decent place, and now it looks run down.

I just moved in the area and decided to have my first meal at this Boston pizza and it was a mistake going there. drinks took 20 minutes food took 45-60 minutes to reach us after we ordered and it was all cold when it hit the table. no one came to check on us. we were offered a happy hour menu but only some of items were charged correctly. we were basically overcharged $20 total. the restaurant felt like it was completely crashing bur we counted only 7 tables in the restaurant. big let down after a busy moving day.

Hey Boston pizza , awesome weather out there in BC but u guy s dissatisfied us today ! All start well with first drinks and starter ! But after that I don t where is the waiters went , it s Thursday not even busy only people on 4 tables . My wife ordered something to eat but they said they can t make it after 20 minutes waiting and we order pizza , but we didn t get that for an hour and I paid my bill also ! I walk to waiter lady and ask about our food she saying some one left the kitchen etc etc ,, I said plz hurry up we have to go and she said I can give u cash what ever ur food paid for food ! It s clearly showing that they don t care about customers! Well i felt later , paid 101$ with 15/: tips for no reason for no reason and my day ruined! I had jambalaya. It was sort of luke warm and slightly spicy. My son son had a burger with a soggy bun. Atmosphere was fun. The place was almost empty.

Ordered over the phone and said it would be ready in 30 mins. We arrived on time and had to wait another 50 mins (!!!) on site to get our two pizzas. When we got home 10 mins later, our pizzas were cold. It seemed like they were quite shortstaffed so I don t blame the waitresses. Overall very disorganized. Won t be coming back again.

Convinient and close by, open till late for any late night cravings , coming from abroad I feel that the service was very nice and easy. The young girl serving us Jayden was really cute and friendly. Will definitely come back in the future if we are in the country.

Ordered nachos with ground beef. When it arrived there was less than one tablespoon of beef. When we inquired, the manager, Tyler said that was the correct portion . I m not kidding - you had to search to find ANY! He offered nothing! Won t be back.

Always takes forever for food . Food is awful. Servers add auto grat all the time then the machine asks for another tip then you double tip. Servers never bother to like pass out the drinks to who ordered what constant order screw ups. Just put them all on the table then let you sort it out. Basically no one cares and its always empty and awful and takes forever. The pasta all tastes like the lunch meat they use on the pizza. Pizza is over priced and worthy only of the worst dogs.

Understaffed location and not worth the wait. No host at the front to greet you. Had to wait for someone to show up. Ended up leaving before our server arrived at our table as we got tired of waiting for someone to come and take our order.

Shockingly fast service, great humour, super friendly, and maintained her calm and collected attitude during the rush of Friday night. I was stunned with the customer service she provided. Sitting here now, I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a water refill, only one server its ridiculous.

Worst pizza ever. I order on a regular basis so 45 minutes passed and called again. Was told it would be here shortly. Another 45 min passed and still no food. I made 4 more calls but no one answered. When the pizza finally arrived the crust was tough and notch topping. The only bright spot was the delivery man Jimmy who delivers here just about all the time. I dont know what the problems were but hopefully this wont happen again. Well, cant say much. We never met by a host to seat us. 2 servers did come by they ignored us. When I spoke up to ask if we could be seated, we were met with grouchy faces. Another patron tried to ask the server about his to-go order and he was told to wait longer. We waited for a few more minutes then left. We drove straight to the BP on Marine and had great service and meal there. We wont be back to the Columbia square location again. I spend my money where customers are appreciated and valued.

This visit was a bit disappointing. Granted we were a large group (12 altogether) but ordera were relatively simple; 6 kids meals and 5 adults. We had to ask twice for some kids drinks only to know that they were out, so not sure why the disconnect. It took over 1 hour to get the food and one dish had undercooked chicken. Servers were prompt to replace the undercooked food but again, not sure why this time the experience was substandard.

I went to this location to dine in with a group of friends and the customer service was outstanding. Food was cooked to perfection and delicious! Garth (manager) and the entire staff was very kind and friendly. Everyone had a good time as well! Highly recommend this place :)

Girl met me at the entrance told me she would be right back to seat me then disappeared. Had to ask a server if it would be faster if I sat in the bar. She told me yes it s open seating. Sat at a table in the bar for 15 minutes while I was being ignored. Then I jumped up to the actual bar thinking the bartender could take my order. She said yes then proceeded to take forever to get me a menu and take my order. This place was not busy as it was before 5 pm love the food but service was god awful. I should know what good service is as I used to work at a BP.

The food usually is great at this location but their chef might ve been out of it this time around.. Pizza was slightly undercooked but nothing major. Also not a very big fan of the rats scurrying around the premises. The rat traps on display outside prove they have some sort of problem. Parking: There s rats in the backside of the parking lot.

Went to go watch the canucks and it was hell! Pizza came before appys, spaghetti came 20 minutes later... this was over an hour after we ordered! The meat balls were cold and almost frozen. When asked to speak to the manager we were told hes busy and couldnt come out. The server then came back and said shes kind of like the manager, even tho she kept blaming the kitchen for the bad service (extremely unprofessional!). Finally after being fed up with the service, my husband said that if the manager doesnt come speak to us, we will walk out without paying. That got attention, the manager came out, rolled his eyes to as we were explaining our experience (we werent yelling, just trying to get him to hear us out as weve never ever received service this horrible). He then told us the meatballs are fully cooked when they get them but he neber ever offered to replace it. He said hes young (dont take the position if you cant handle the job). He returned, meal comped (minus the alcohol due to legalities, totally understandable). We returned the spaghetti, ate half the pizza, the 2 cheezy toast ordered; 1 was burnt and the other was undercooked. To top it off, when we paid via giftcard the machine didnt work so the server got another one and poicessed it again only to find out the first one went thru therefore we were double charged!? Wtaf! They said they couldnt refund it due to it being bought from another company yet they processed it twice! Never ever going to this location ever again, even if it was offered for free! I had bad feeling from the server before i even before i knew she was OUR server as she bumped me and just had a grumpy look on her all night! My daughter cried out of frustration and anger due to the staffs incompetence. She couldve done better and shes only 14!

Went to eat at a Boston pizza. They were open and had available tables. We were told it would be a a 30 minute wait minimum for service. I counted 5 tables 2 servers a hostess and a manager. Plus a full kitchen. If they cant handle two big tops and 5 tables. Just saying probably would avoid at all costs because this is the worst ran BPs in Canada.

Went there yesterday for lunch. Had the worst customer service ever from Boston employee named Hasan E. He was not asking us anything, we were just sitting waiting for him to even look at us. We had to order food by asking him that we need someone to take order, then he started making faces at us. He knew that we were upset and even he asked us at the end if anything was wrong when we didn t tip him a single penny. I told him that he was rude and got zero customer service skills. He said OK and didn t even apologized once. Never had someone behave like that while we were just there to have some lunch. Again server s name was HASAN. I hope he get to learn basic customer service. Not going again at this location.

The dining experience fell short of expectations. After waiting an hour for our food, our waitress informed us she never inputted the order, which then delayed us getting our food longer. She had several chances to come by and check on us, but never did. Then, who I assume was the manager, came over to say sorry and they are putting it in, put his hands on me. It is not okay to touch another person without their consent. Im appalled at the service we received.

Facility was not busy, several seats empty - waited 10 min in lobby to be told sit down and wait aprox 10 min due to only 2 severs on shift, management needs to step up and staff accordingly-

Boston Pizza is a pretty bussin choice for watching a game. Good bar area, plenty of TVs, and the Boston Royal pizza makes makes me go Goblin mode (meaning Im goblin up that yummy pizza!) Thats on God, fam. Parking: Large free parking lot for multiple businesses.

server named jude or judy was very rude to my friends and i, was flirting with a customer while we waited for the bill. once she got our bills, my friend left a tip in change and she threw the money on the table and proceeded to say you can keep your money and stormed off. made our dining experience very uncomfortable.

Got food to go. A pizza and a taco salad. The salad was soggy and the pizza just bad. Too bad, but not overly surprised.

Came here with the family for dinner today got a medium pizza half Mediterranean and the other Carrera. Also got fettuccine alfredo and kids meal. I like the fact that they got two sizes of kids pizza now one 6 inch with four slices and eight inch with six slices so good options. The fettuccine alfredo was a little bland. Otherwise everything else is good.

I have always loved the pizza here for decades but I ll have to leave it in the past. I spent $50 for a 10 pizza with 5 mushrooms, a few dried olives and sparse burnt pepperoni. Don t ask about the nonexistent cheese. Then 8 wings which looked and tasted like they ve been frozen since 1998. The pizza sauce side was the only redeeming quality. I knew to order it as they never put enough on the pizza. This is the third time in a couple years I ve been disappointed I guess the past is passed

Atmosphere n/a Fast delivery. Food quality no where near standard BP. We expect to see the same food branch to branch. The pizza was overloaded with watered-down sauce and the cheese was not BP mozzarella. Globs of white chunks that looked like something made in a couple hrs. Dough undercooked. Disappointing end to a $75 order. Do not recommend.

We came in at 1230am to grab a snack as we had been sitting at the hospital for the last few hours. This was Friday night, and there were literally 5 tables seated in the restaurant. There was no one at the front door, we waited a few mins, then walked in and roamed around the bar (no employees), we glanced into the kitchen (no employees). Then a server came out, said hi, can you wait 2 mins. and walked away. I saw 2 tables try to flag her down as she walked away. We were seated within 2 mins, we waited another 5 mins for our server. She was SUPER nice and apologetic about the wait. We ordered hot water with lemon. I order this a lot everywhere. Its the first time I have ever had it lukewarm. How hard is it to boil water? The cactus cut potatoes were not seasoned as they are at any other BP and they were soft and limp, not crunchy. Our bandera bread was fine. We didnt order anything else because we suddenly had to run back to the hospital. BP is pretty standard everywhere. Especially, the food. I was surprised at the low quality at this location.

I went out to dinner on Friday night around 10:40pm, the food was great, but the service by our server was horrendous. She never checked up on us once, when we asked for water/pop refills, she forgot about them at first, then she came 10mins later and slammed then down on the table and walked away from us. We were trying to flag her down to get our bill for approximately 15mins before we just asked the manager to get our check as the server was too busy with the tables that ordered alcohol.

My experience was ruined by Jayden she was very rude and disrespectful.

Worst Boston pizza ever ordered a 2L 7up and small pizza the delivery driver tried to give my disabled aunt a bottle with no Label on it talk about sketchy by the time the replacement bottle got here food was already cold ordered pizza not stress the store manager said the the label fell off hard to believe that could happen and the fact the people at the restaurant would give it to the driver like that instead of getting me another bottle was super sketch

My recent pickup order of a Carbonara Pizza from Boston Pizza in New Westminster fell short of expectations. Having previously enjoyed this pizza at other branches, I was disheartened by the marked difference in quality. The pizza I received was excessively doughy and lacked the flavorful appeal I had previously savored elsewhere. This significant contrast left me unsatisfied and disappointed with the experience. For those seeking a delightful Carbonara Pizza, based on my encounter at the New Westminster location, Im unable to recommend this outlet. The quality was notably inferior compared to other Boston Pizza branches.

I just wanted to shout out to Ni or Nee (not sure about the spelling). Awesome service! Weve had her as our server a couple of times, she remembers us, is always so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely keep coming back on nights where she is serving.

OK I was really looking forward to a baked cheesy lasagna and Ceasar salad. With 15% tip (takeout) it was $35.59. The hostes was nice so the 1 star is given for her. When I got home there was no Ceasar dressing for this dry salad with croutons. My Lasagna barely had cheese and tasted like a warmed can of ravioli. When I called to mention the salad dressing not being there I was told I could have a voucher for a free dressing. I feel robbed.

I recently visited Boston Pizza, hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but was met with nothing but disappointment. Right from the start, the staff at the front door were exceptionally rude, lacking the basic courtesy one would expect in a hospitality setting. This set a rather unwelcoming tone for the entire visit. The decline in food quality was starkly evident in the meal I ordered. I ordered the Memphis chicken sandwich (its been my favorite food at BP since it came out), which turned out to be a major letdown. The sandwich lacked flavor, the chicken was dry and tasted awful, making it clear that theres been a drastic drop in the quality of the food served here. Its disheartening to see such a decline in standards at a place that used to be known for its good food and service. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements. Until then, I regret to say I wont be returning.
