Freshslice Pizza in New Westminster

I had a best customer service here only in Canada, One guy was there he was so friendly and he supposed to close the store at 10 pm he gave me the new pizza at 10.05 as well.

Very friendly staff, came in around 9 and he was very helpful :)

I was excited to have pizza last night, I went there around 9:30 to order pizza. They told me they couldn t take fresh pizza orders as they already shut the oven down, and the store is supposed to close at 10:00.

Best experience I ever had!!!

The pizza here used to be so much better. Cheaper, and tasted better. Now, two slices cost over six dollars. The lady serving us had ripped gloves, was tying her hair up, and then touching the pizza. The slice then ripped. Another time I was here, a guy spilled something on the floor, thew down tissues, then he cleaned it up with his foot, then started touching it with his hand, then he touched the food without washing his hands first. Its not very clean here. When the worker was cutting the pizza, the pieces need up being uneven. (I thought they had a special tool for that?) The pizza is good overall, but the sanitation of the place and service has gone down drastically.

Yesterday I went to this store around 3-4 pm to have 2 slices for my lunch during my break time. She made it as a combo which saved my cost. Thank you for that lady. By the way I need to tell this, your store pizzas are the better one than other fresh slice stores.

Came with my kids to grab slices no greeting. When she brought them back to me felt cold so I asked her to reheat again she gave me attitude and side eyed me and then threw the pieces In, as Im standing there watching her 2 pizzas were not even in the heat. Not friendly at all first experience there was not good and will not go back to this location. Smh if you dont like your job then quit! Maybe customer service is not for her!. Some people!

I would have given them negative rating if it allows . I ordered it through uber and set for pickup . When I went to the store to pickup my order the store was already closed and I got charged for nothing.

The sauce had just the right amount of tanginess, and the cheese was wonderfully melted. The service was also excellent, with friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience, and Ill definitely be returning for more delicious pizza!

I have visited your establishment on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, I have encountered several issues that have greatly affected my experience. First and foremost, I must address the overall cleanliness of the premises. The cleanliness standards appear to be subpar, as I have noticed a lack of cleanliness in the dining area and the food preparation areas. Additionally, after consuming food from your establishment, I experienced gastrointestinal discomfort, including diarrhea, on multiple occasions. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. Furthermore, I am disappointed with the quality of the pizza I have received. The amount of cheese on the pizza is noticeably limited to the point where the bread and sauce are more prominent than the cheese itself. I have compared the pizzas from your location to other Freshslice outlets, and the difference is significant. It seems that there is a lack of attention to detail and consistency in the preparation of the pizzas. Moreover, I have observed that the hot sauce provided with the pizza appears to be diluted with water, resulting in a watery consistency that diminishes the flavor and quality of the sauce. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the experience I have had at your Freshslice location. It is evident that there are significant issues with cleanliness, food quality, and customer satisfaction that need to be addressed promptly. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and uphold the standards expected of a reputable establishment. I hope to receive a prompt and satisfactory response to my concerns.

Its another wonderful Fresh Slice pizza location. Headed there after the typical lunch period of the day & they still had plenty of flavors to choose from. Pizza was served hot and tasty. Cheese bread sits in the oven just a smidge too long, but still alright, though it could be a bit thicker dough. Staff was helpful in demonstrating how to use the app deals. Saved me a couple bucks on my order. They are helpful, and smiling. The kind of service you hope to encounter. They could speak a little louder and clearly for some of us with bad hearing though, haha. Wonderful job, guys! The Fresh Slice pizza chain is always a good choice in my books.

So honestly this is just funny HAHA I dunno if this picture gives a clear enough view but the dough was a little lopsided on this crust LOL and on one portion the crust made like 35% of the piece but I d like to remind everyone that FreshSlice still slaps and this was no exception, still tasted awesome

I ordered a large cheese pizza and a few things were annoying to say the least. Immediately after opening the box, there was a hair on the pizza, which I showed to the staff and they tried to convince me that its a piece of the pizza box (why would that be any better?). I then asked for a refund after they refused to remake the pizza after waiting for almost 25-30 minutes and I thought it went through, but when I went to my car I noticed the refund had not gone through. Basically, I had to go myself again to the store and get the refund (I would much rather have just ate the pizza) and the staff admitted the refund didnt go through and finally gave it. Poor service and poor customer skills.
