All the Staff of this location is very good. Customer handling especially of Simran and Sarjit is exceptional. They are very dedicated towards work.

I came at 7 am from the hospital just to grab a slice. Id suggest they add a garlic or ranch bottle to the side where the hot sauce and parmesan is, I dont mind paying for sauce but most pizza places (including the other one up the street) has garlic sauce available if youre sitting in. Also asking for me to Google review felt a bit forced, but I guess you get what you ask for. The pizza didnt feel like it was heated up enough. Mediocre at best but thats kind of what I expected walking into a fresh slice at 7 am. Cant remember the last time I had fresh slice, and I dont think Ill be coming back any time soon. The fruit flies flying around inside didnt really help the atmosphere.

by far the most disgusting place i have ever been. ordered for a medium classic pizza. made the payment. and they asked us to wait for 20 to 25 minutes. after 25 minutes the stupid lady who was making the pizza said the card never went through and they did not make the pizza. if the payment never went through we get the notification same time. they could have told us. but this good for nothing ladies without even and inch of smile had no concern. they could have made the pizza and we could have made a cash payment. i suggest all the new customers to be careful. never trust them.

I m not gonna lie I visit this place like five times a week and every time I come here the pizza is very good and fresh and the service is always on the top. They Prioritize customer satisfaction always.

Its now one of my go-to places for 3 reasons: quality, efficiency, hours of operation. I had previously poor experience with their slices at metrotown...however started ordering late around 1am (theyre open all hours in new westminster). This is very good pizza in my opinion; light and delicious crust, all you can eat toppings and a super fast ordering system, best done in person and pls try a whole fresh pizza...not slices...its $12! Amazing. Thank you guys for your hard work. Pls try butter chicken...excellent. Pls be careful to not put too many veggies or toppings because its unlimited and they will keep adding toppings if you tell them. Then youre pizza will break from liquid overdose. Ask them for ideas or make it simple. Good luck and have fun! Pizza is awesome.

The night staff is very lazy. I ordered bbq wings. When I got home I had to add more bbq sauce and toss my wings myself. After paying 12$ for 8 wings I don t think I should have to add sauce and toss them myself.

We just experienced a Freshslice pizza that we ordered rather than drop in and pick slices randomly. Im so sorry to say it was so disappointing and awful. The ingredients were VERY sparse and quite obviously NOT fresh. I managed to choke down one slice. We ordered (and obviously paid for) mushrooms. Several slices had zero pieces of mushroom and we asked for light on the sauce which I think might have been misunderstood for EXTRA sauce. Unfortunately, one of THE best pizza restaurants less than a block away was closed (Ginos) Even if other places are closed, go anywhere else. 7-11 is just a couple of blocks away. Youre better off getting a hot dog and slurpee. Wendy
