I walked in there by accident. The guy working there was rude and aggressive. I wont be back. The place is dirty and basic. I wouldnt order a can of Coke from them.

By far this is the best place for Pizza. You definitely gets your money worth. Parking: Easy to park if you call and order as it is a 15 or 10 minutes parking.

First time ordering pizza from this place through Doordash. The Shahi paneer pizza stood out as the winner from the reviews I ve read on the food delivery app so I ordered that. The reviews were not wrong, the pizza tasted delicious, beyond expectations. The sauce is flavourful, the crust is crispy and light. I demolished half of the pizza box within minutes. So good.

the lasagna is an assault on the taste buds it is that horrible . We ordered two lasagnas through door dash,it took over an hour ,and not the dashers fault but the restaurant took forever.The sauce was a sickening sweet contraption with globs of oregano in it,it tasted like they put 2 cups of oregano in each lasagna. And one meat ball smaller than a golf ball for a $1.50 . Cheese was not melted properly .Also my roommate said that throwing it up tasted just as bad going out as it was going in.Yes it made her sick,never never will i order from this place again,If your hungry at night and this is the only place available ,do yourself a favor and stay hungry .

Used to order here all the time but prices have gone through the roof. I ordered without looking as prices were reasonable this time last year. Dont know if these are actually the prices or someone is skimming but... A medium 4 topping (delivery) with some off brand ranch dip was nearly 30$ with 15% tip. Sorry, but done with this shop. If your shop is so expensive that I dont want to tip (still did, not drivers fault) Im taking my business elsewhere. If you need to charge that much for a medium, youre just bad at business and should close up shop.

The service could use a little more patience, such as a greeting me, rather than trying to rush me into ordering. I would definitely recommend them for excellent quality pizza and reasonable prices.

It was Scott Hill Pizza. They say it s from New West Pizza, but it s from a different restaurant. Also, they make the pricing up as they go. It says two large specialty pizzas are around $35 on their printed menu which came with my order, so why was I charged $49 for two large specialty pizzas?

Great taste and customer service

Moved into the neighborhood recently and decided to give this local pizza joint a try. I was pleasantly surprised as the pizza was actually really good and reminded me slightly of Viva Sues. I definitely think this place is better than your average chain stores such as Dominos, Pizza Pizza, and Pizza Hut. The price is also extremely affordable.

To be fair, I have never actually tried their main course pizzas but I plan to. Me and my dad usually come here more than once a week to get their slices of pizza. For what you get, it s an amazing deal. Me and my dad typically get four slices and a can for 5 bucks which is an awesome deal for us since the slices are pretty delicious and filling for us. Definitely recommend this place for a quick bite. I know as long as I like pizza, this ll be my go-to. Edit: Ordered myself a medium meat lovers and I don t regret it. Portion doesn t seem that big but it is if you re eating it by yourself or with another person. I can usually eat a pizza by myself if I m hungry enough but this one hits different. No regrets.

The Pizza is excellent and came up quick, even though they were really busy. The people were friendly and polite. I was craving a Ceasar salad but I cant recommend it. Iceberg lettuce, too much dressing, no bacon bits... maybe Im too picky. This is a take out pizza place with really great pizza! Get the pizza!

This pizza place has 2 locations near us one in queensbrough and other in burnaby 6th st (Scott Hill pizza). We ordered few times from both locations. Every time they have messed up our order. Recently we ordered chicken pizza and they didnt put any chicken on but charged us for chicken pizza when I called the girl said I forgot to add chicken on it. Second time we order and requested no onions and pizza was full of onions. We called again and tried talking to manager or owner but no one got back to us. They dont care. Customer service is really bad. We wont order from this place again.

Today I order Vegetarian pizza that was very delicious . Their pizza great all the time . Very polite staff member . The best pizza in the town. If you havent tried it yet you should give it a try for sure . Less money and more topings then any other pizza places . I highly recommend .

Will not order any other pizza, pasta, or salad. I dont know the secret but there is something really special about the pizzas from New West Pizza. We also really enjoy the spaghetti with meatballs. The number one favourite for me and my wife is the Greek salad. I have never had such a good Greek salad in my life. We are loyal customers.

Ordered a tandoori chicken pizza pretty late at night on a weekend and after paying for it the staff mentioned that they put regular chicken on it as they as ran out of tandoori chicken?! Why not say that when I ordered over phone and but still charge the same for a regular pizza! Taste was okay but wouldn t not go back.

My original pizza place to go is Queensborough pizza but I thought I would give new Westminster pizza a chance. We started going for a few months and noticed the customer service is not great. The lady seems to be impatient and ready to lash out. I ignored it in the beginning but she seems to always be in a bad mood. I think if the owner is reading, keep this lady in the back not in the front to do customer service..you may slowly lose many customers like myself. One day I asked her a question about pizza toppings, again she became angry and rude and that day, found a long black hair. Not sure if she did this on purpose. Next day we told them about hair but they said too late. Anyways I will go back to my original pizza place Queensborough with much nicer front people.

Absolutely terrible service! Whilst placing my order she interrupted me twice to put me on hold. She couldnt understand my address. I repeated it to her four times. I placed my order and had her repeat it. An hour and a half later, I called back to find out where my pizza was. Even though I live literally five minutes away. She said he was on his way said, no problem and hung up on me. Fifteen minutes later I called back, because the pizza was still not there. She said its on its way. I got a call from the delivery driver who I was watching from my window. Although he hadnt left his car, he called to say that my buzzer number was not working. When I called him out on it, he swore at me! Needless to say, I told them to keep the pizza. The kicker is, this is the second time this has happened!!!

Great pizza at a great price. I live 5 minutes away and have ordered from here, Queensboro Pizza, Boston Pizza and Paulos Pizza. I keep coming back here because the crust and sauce are my favourite of all 4 places. Ive never had an issue with delivery and my pizza is always hot. I will say we ordered the wings once and were not a fan so we stick to the pizza and are never disappointed.

So, we love the pizza. Thought we would try the pasta. Ordered 2 Large Lasagnas. Worst thing ever!!! Lasagna had a paper thin layer of cheese, a tablespoon of some kind of sauce, a layer of noodles. Under that there were 3 layers of noodles, no sauce, no cheese, just sitting in water. DO NOT order pasta from this place. I called to complain and was told that that is what you ordered...never again.

This place is a little gem. I travel far for this pizza. They are fast,delicious,exceptional prices that no one can beat. The people are very professional in what they do best. Did I forget its not grease and its signature crust is way better than pizza hut. Thats for sure.

Worst pizza place ever. I found a hair in the pizza. When I went back to restaurant I realised no one is using handgloves or hair net. Kitchen was so dirty. And when I complained to owner about this he was so rude and started abusing me back. Such a bad quality restaurant !! DONTTTT WASTE YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU WANNA GET SICK !!!!

Meat lover tasted very good and the price is definitely hard to beat. Depending on the pizza you order but a large meat lover was $13 ish. The wings are $7.99 for a pound. Great bang for buck pizza place.

Don t be fooled by the few good reviews. They are all fake and done by family and friends of theirs. This guy tried to copy queensborough pizza (which is located next door) and it did not work. Pizza is not of good quality and the customer service by the owner is horrible. Go next door to queensborough pizza if you want the original best pizza in new Westminster.

Used skip the dishes. Made a double order of the same 2 for 1 bbq rib and lasagna meal. Only half my order arrived . Skip the dishes team was amazing trying to fix the issue right away. The food was okay but I only had 2 meals to feed 5 people. I am truly disappointed that new west pizza did NOT try to help me get the rest of my order when the hrs of operation stated they were open for the next 3 hours. Huge thank you to the skip team for refunding my extra amount. Response: I spoke to both newwestpizza employee as well as skip the dishes... Im sorry to say the employee on the phone told me there was no way to have my food resent. After speaking to skip the dishes twice they informed me that the vendor (you) was not able to complete the order at that time (almost identical wording to the nwp employee had already given me) Thank you for the response Skip refunded the amount.
