Weve ordered here before but I has been years, pre-COVID. I remembered it being good. Recent trip to Castlegar Panago got me hooked on the plant-based calabrese sausage xl pizza. I re-ordered this and also the new plant-based spicy pepperoni xl ranch. Both good. Would order again.

It is a very excellent place and its service is excellent and the staff is very nice and the pizza is delicious my experience was excellent I recommend everyone to visit it

The woman who works here is super rude and never smiles and speaks almost no English (didnt know what bread sticks were)

The location across from moody park in Newest is always nice, especially the owner lady and her son. But most importantly the food always tastes so good i over eat!

Love there stuffed pizza and wing are pretty good too.

Have not been here for a long time

The moment we walked in, it was quiet. The girl looked like she hated her life that we came in. We asked for a Brooklyn pepperoni with Extra pepperoni. We got 2 pepperoni per slice, dont care to pay extra. But if you hate to be there just dont.

So far the best pizza Ive had in a while, the promotional truffle items were great. Id say their only competition for healthier ingredients is Papa Johns.

I love this Panago! I have been going here for a few years, mostly get it delivered but the odd time I go pick it up. The pizza is great, always. We are plant based and they really cater to that. And whoever is working there is always so kind. Tonight, I screwed up the order and she fixed it in seconds. The only advice I have is for the owner; put a tip option on the card machine. Your workers are superb and they are missing out on rewards for their service.

The Pizza was Amazing, not too heavy not too light basically it was PERFECT and I was so happy to find out too many veggie options We tried the vegetable Korma and it was fab

A total waste of time. The store was advertised as open. ordered online. The order was accepted. I arrive at the restaurant to find it closed. Im glad I didnt used my credit card.

Its the first time I bought pizza from panago. Its address is 611 8th street New Westminster, BC. The associate was not wearing any gloves during the whole process of preparing my pizza, starting with preparing and expanding the dough on her bare forearms and then pouring all stuff ,olives, onions, hams, peperoni, cheese and all other stuff on the dough with bare hands, no gloves ,no tongs, just bare hands! She had long long hair and was not wearing a hair net in the whole process. She did not even wash her hands after working with my payment and giving my receipt. After 15 min when pizza was ready, I said Thank you to her and she did not respond at all, just staring at me! Really disappointed with the whole pooooor costumer service. I have not tried the pizza though! I am not sure if I really like to do it or not, to be honest. P.S: She was not wearing a mask as well, Covid has still not been eradicated, right?!

This place is really good..had the new york it was fresh and loaded with toppings the cheesy bread so good and the wings top notch. Ive ate many different pango locations this is up at the top.

It is about a 10 minute wait if you are in store picking up. About 30 mins or longer for delivery. I decided order in store and wait.

I like it

Tastes like cardboard. The cheese sticks literally are one with the box.

Its overpriced

Absolute terrible experience with the call centre today. When asked to speak with a manager, I was transferred to Kristen who did not even try to resolve the issue. Was ordering three large pizzas so with their prices, it was no small amount. When we order a Garden Veggie, we always choose to substitute 3 or 4 toppings to comparable veggie toppings. Their system now only allows for two changes before forcing the customer service rep to change the order to creat your own which changes the price from $20.70 to $27.00 ahhh not acceptable..so I asked the manager to override this and she bluntly refused, citing this will upset our stores. They don t like it when we do this! Stores? What about the paying customer? If I want green olives instead of black, red pepper instead of mushrooms, goat cheese instead of blended and spinach instead of pineapple, that s my prerogative! Changing the price by $7.00 or $2.00 per change is highway robbery! I am disgusted with the lack of customer service skills in your manager today. You just lost my $60 order. But hey maybe the manager s bonus will go up!

My least favorite Panago location by far. They are constantly forgetting regular toppings and there has been times when I paid for extra toppings that I never received. It also seems a bit redundant to order from Panagos these days when practically every other Pizza place is cheaper, faster and often of equal or better quality. My two stars come from the fact that I REALLY like the delivery driver I get. Hes very courteous and friendly.

Their Vegan Beyond Meat pizzas are just yummy

When I order pizza this is where I order from. Its close to home you have a great selection thats got a good price to it as well. The pizza is never super greasy and you have lots of options as to what kind of sauce you want or toppings you want and they always have good deals going panago is where I go!

Saw delivery driver walk in off the street and prepare a salad with his bare hands, not very hygienic in my opinion. Also got sick from their food on more than one occasion. Never going back again.

For now, this is my go to for pizza delivery. They serve a decent thin crust and a variety of toppings with fair salads (dont forget to toss it) . Im not a fan of the delivery charge as they have no sit down service. In my opinion its all delivery and should be included.

Store wont put certain toppings on certain pizzas because they think it wont taste good

I always pick up and it usually takes the estimated time they give: 15-20 mins, only ever had 1issue 3-4yrs ago when I ordered delivery but nothing since then. Pizza always tastes great.
