Capicolli mush add Arugula, masterpiece. Beer, charming staff, sports on TV. Easy to spend $60/70 after work, being comfy, nursing a couple local brews, and enjoying incredible pizza.

Everything has changed since the owner recently retired. The pizza is bad and the service is the worst. They get the wrong order and pretend not to know, insisting it wasnt their fault.

Best pizza garden in BC. Ive been to the one in brentwood, lougheed and others but this one is the best so far. Especially cause they put garlic sauce in their carne picante (others dont). Only downside is affordability. It can be a bit pricey, but thats all chains.

Extremely disappointed with the service today. We just finished our meal here. I ordered two veggie slices and one cheese slice, the girl who served us warmed our pizzas in the oven for too long and served us burnt pizza. It was obvious that they were busy but that s no excuse to serve a customer burnt pizza knowing that it s burnt. We are regulars here and this is the first time this has happened.

There customer service is so bad. I kept for waiting for around 10 minutes and there were only few customers in there, no one come up to answer. And asked about some pizza s the staff was barely interested in responding. Highly Highly disappointed from this place, their location near metrotown skytrain station is the best their staff and food is awesome.

went there the other day. later on the day i started was feeling ill and was having diarrhea and their pizza was my last meal that day. pretty sure i got food poisoning. never going back there

Its not like your typical pizza by the slice place. It has a nicer environment and the pizzas are better than average.

All 3 pizzas were burnt on the bottom. When I called about it, I spoke to a female who said there was no manager present. When I told her about the pizza, suddenly a male voice came on & was surly towards me (no name provided). When he told me they burn them there Napoli style , he admonished me because I cracked up and interrupted him (apparently laughing is not allowed). He accused me of communicating poorly and that I didn t let him finish because it seems he meant to add they burn the crust on the top edges . The interaction with the not manager was worse than the burnt pizza, leaving an even worse acrid taste in my mouth. But apparently I ll get 50% off next time I go.

Amazing pizza and fast service. They use a massive stone oven where I can actually see the flame and that results in the most amazing crust! I recommend their spicy beef or Margherita pizza :)

I always like this pizza , but yesterday Saturday January 27 /24 I ordered one pizza made with chicken, but was horrible, very poor of ingredients, very light and the bottom was burning, the tomato sauce was so sweet the flavor, was like ketchup, didn t like at all , first time I ordered from this location always I was eating that one by metro town, I don t know what happened but I don t think I will buy at this place any more . That was my experience.

This place is like a modern diner where you can go for a quick meal and chill to their music. Prices will change one day, but for now its 2 slices and beer are better than some happy hour deals - lemme know if you can find better.

The pizza here is so good its interesting to try combinations that they have ready that you normally wouldnt think of mixing together. The only down fall is its at the skytrain station and you get some undesirable people in the area

Ordered pizza today (Tuesday) that took almost an hour and a half to arrive (I live nearby). When it did get here, it was cold and unappetizing. Do not recommend delivery and won t be ordering it from here anytime soon.

We ordered the classic cheese pizza and it was DELICIOUS! It s came piping hot out of the oven. The crust was perfect. Neither too thick nor dry thin. And it was really cheesy! The perfect amount. I m still thinking about it. I will definitely head back and also try the gelatos next time!

My family and I frequently order Pizza from Pizza Garden. We fell in love with their Napolitan Style pizza crust. They offer a good selection of pizza flavors. We have tried several different ones and have been pretty satisfied with our choices. Although the crust is thin, the slices are big enough to satisfy a good appetite. They are not your typical 2x1 pizza prices. In fact, they are on the pricey side if we compare their pizzas to other pizza shops/chains. Lately, we have been noticing some issues though. Sometimes, the crust is to thin and soft that it is hard to hold to eat. Other times, the pizza crust is burned around the edges. Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. Once, the pizza was under cooked in the center. Often, the delivery time is between 40 minutes to an hour. Today, it took an hour and a half for them to deliver the pizzas and to make matters worse, the pizzas were cold. We phoned to ask what had happened with our order. They just told us that our pizzas were on their way, again, an hour and a half later. I understand things happen sometimes or that they are busy, but it is getting to often to have issues with our order. The first couple of times we ran into problems, I phoned to let them know. They were polite and apologized. Once, they offered a discount on our next order which they honored when the time came. Perhaps they need more employees or more drivers? Perhaps they get too busy and that complicates everything. I dont know. I hope things will improve. My family and I really like their pizzas and would be a shame to look for a replacement. Seems like I came right during a rush and this cheery employee was just manhandling the rush by himself I didn t catch his name but he was the one in a blue sweater, ball cap and gold rim glasses and just want to give him praise for being awesome, was standing in line for 7 min waiting him do a million things at once and was a bit disheartening seeing the , I believe it was the boss? Chatting away with another employer watching him struggle along with an employee chilling making a pizza.. just wanted to bring that up, just looks better if even if you re the owner, step in when it gets bursting at the seams busy the boss did go out on the floor to clear off a table :,) lol. Anyways 4/5 because of employing a wonderful worker, treat him like your baby!!!

The very best! The New Westminster location crafted us the best pizza weve had since returning to BC 3 years ago. Lucious sauce, high-quality toppings, and a perfect crust. We found it very filling, as well, and enjoyed two meals from one pizza. Thank you from your new regulars.

The pizza is good, but the staff are as miserable as sin, cannot muster a smile between them or a hello. Tables are dirty and the seats need crumbing down, was not even that busy. What a shame because the pizza is nice, the location is great and they sell beer and wine. Hard to get a hello or a smile out of anyone these days.

By far the best pizza restaurant in the whole area! The restaurant was clean, the staff was very knowledgeable and quick, and our pizza was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be coming back.

I always eat pizzas and oder pick-ups and deliveries from this place. And I recommended, sent and took many friends to this place in the last couple of years. But the way you treat me today is horribly unfair. I was passing by and desperately needed to use the washroom and asked for a code (I know the code and preferred to ask for it just out of respect). The same people who always smile at me and serve me pizzas suddenly dismissed me because they said that Im not a customer. I tried to explain and finally told them that Im not coming back again. The answer I got was, its up to you. I want people and friends to know that I was embarrassed today. I know its just a washroom but the treatment was unprofessional and disgusting. If you run a business, you should learn the basics of customer services and satisfactions. I do social services job and I know how to treat my clients and I think you should. Bye bye Pizza Garden.

The worst customer service! They act annoyed when you ask for a box to go for your pizza and just appear disinterested in helping you at all. Also the doors are not disabled friendly. Extremely difficult to open. Wouldn t recommend this location. It s unfortunate because the pizza isn t bad.

Pizzas were delicious and there were a variety of great options to choose from, and additional seasonings to add on per preference.

Miserable employees. Dirty tables. One of the especially miserable employees couldn t even tell me about their beer offerings. We were there twenty minutes before closing and when I ordered a beer she made a point to tell me they closed in twenty minutes and could I drink the beer in twenty minutes yet proceeded to not serve me my beer for quite some time after I ordered it. It s like the staff didn t want customers in there. Oh and also the pizza crust was burnt and the middle of the pizza crust was soggy. Lougheed mall area staff is much more pleasant and their pizza is much better even though it s a chain.

Happy to turn around the payment pad for tip, unable to break down menus in simple English.

Easily one of the 5 best express pizza joints in Vancouver. The flavour from the stone oven cant be beat. Large variety of pizzas available for express takeout. Also helps that the place is super accessible by transit. Try it out!

The best pizza in all of Vancouver, no questions asked. I order like once a week because I always crave it. I ve had most of the recipe pizzas and they are all phenomenal. My only complaint is that sometimes when we order it comes a bit less hot than I would prefer, however it s made up for by the quality/taste. I ve never had any issues with service, everyone I ve dealt with is nice. Also, their pasta is HIGHLY underrated. It s so great. 10/10 recommend to everyone.

Made a horrendous mistake tonight. Stopped in to grab a couple of slices & a pop. Greasy and limp. Its just shy of $10, not worth it at a quarter of the price. Should of just kept walking.

Ive been eating pizza from here a few times and its truly one of the best pizzas Ive ever ate. The ingredients in the pizza are perfect and fresh every time I go. It never made me regret it and I think I will be a regular at these pizzas!

Freshslice should take lessons from Pizza Garden on how to make a solid and flavourful pepperoni pizza. Im fairly particular about pizza places. If they cant get the basics right, theres no way they could get the specials right. Pizza Garden has been great all the way through. Their crust is flavourful on its own and while it is thin, the crust still offers enough to sink your teeth into. The base sauces are subtle but offer great support to the toppings. All the toppings deliver the exact experience your taste buds are looking for. Quality and flavour. Highly recommended. These folks know how yo play yhe pizza game.

One of the best pizza places out there. Must try.

It was our favorite pizza by slice place for years and years. Recently they moved and serve beer, which is a great option. However, the pizza quality has declined, unfortunately. In my original review I gave 5 stars, now downgrading it to 3 stars. Slices are so uneven, sometimes the size of two neighbor slices can vary by 50%. Also, the crust side (the one not covered with cheese) is getting bigger and bigger and can reach an inch or two.

Great pizza aI would come here frequently because I live near the place. I would recommend to try if they want a high quality quick slice.

Go upstairs and get better treatment from fresh slice, and its very dirty in pizza garden, employees were rude barely wanted serve our table of 5, had to ask them to wipe their tables, when they did they used a dirty dry rag to push the old food off the table, we had to get napkins and wipe it ourselves, the napkins were dirty , do not recommend, kitchen must be dirty if they cant clean their tables, tried to avoid serving the five of us, fresh slice upstairs is very clean and courteous service,

Been a fan of this location for years but quality is declining sharply. Crust is now so thin, floppy and wet it can no longer be considered Neapolitan . The staff is nice but the crust is no longer enjoyable.

I had previously given this establishment five stars. My pizza was burned and I ordered it with sausage (it came on this particular pizza). They called me and said they ran out of sausage and to order from a different Pizza Garden. Lol! I was sitting next store a Tim Hortons waiting. They could have just asked me if I wanted double pepperoni or a different topping.The people they hired here recently have no problem solving skills. I used to get a free sauce aswell. Last two times I didnt get any. This place has really declined from what it once was. I wont be ordering from here anymore. Sorry not worth my time!!

This is the second time I take pizza slices from them and it s Burn from the bottom and taste like charcoal with a bitter burn. They need to Clean the oven before they put the pizza. Waste of time and money.

Decent neopolitan pizza. I recommend getting a large as the crust is very thin and its easy to eat a whole pizza in one sitting if you are hungry. Large pizza was around $25, and drinks were $2 per can. They have a lot of vegeterian options as well. The dine in area is kind of smelly though so I wish they would clean the tables a bit better.

My first option normally if Im in the area around lunchtime as Ive always found their pizza enjoyable and is worth the premium. However, during my last visit here I noticed a number of flies buzzing around and it leaves me a little concerned about the overall cleanliness here.

Great if you order. Not so great by the slice. Licensed. Which would be cool if the had more than craft beer or a wine whose description is more than Red or White. Seriously, they dont know what the wine is they are selling. The server disappeared for a long time getting it. I envision that theres some tank in the back marked RED that is filled weekly by a pumping truck.

This review will change to 5 stars once Pizza Garden fixes their Uber Eats ordering. Previously you could change sauce, cheese etc, but its been removed. Weve always looked for a pizza place in New Westminster that could provide us with a decent pizza. For our first time with Pizza Garden we are impressed. I ordered the capicola and mushroom pizza and it was delicious. I wish the crust was done just a little bit more, that aside I cant complain. My partner had a couple of pizzas she enjoyed them both but especially like the lasagna... Will order again!

This is no longer the same Pizza Garden that made them famous 10 years ago. The original owner is long gone and the quality died with it.

This place used to be good, but it went severely downhill. Their pizza quality is below standards, not worth it for $8 dollars. The restaurant is unclean, smells fowl, like urine (I m not even joking) when it s completely dead, they have five employees and non of them are eager to clean, just sit on their phones and talk. Won t come back here. 0 out of five.

They are charging around $25 for a 14 pizza that has a thin burnt base with inadequate amount of ingredients. I dont know how can this place survive with so many decent pizza joints around. Another thing to consider if you are ordering delivery from here is that, they dont have any security seal on the pizza box so you better hope you get a good delivery driver or else...

Charging 8 dollars for 2 slices of super thin, low amount toppings,and burn pizza. This place used to be amazing and not any more. They expect you tip on takeout? 18% lowest amount option. I waited 5 mins to be asked what I wanted. Honestly walked out.

Just ordered here for my first time and had to write a review. Their Capricciosa transported me and hubby straight to Rome, one of the best pizzas we ever had! So fresh, so good. My kids were also very happy with their cheese one, they loved how light the pizza base was and the crunchiness of the crust, couldnt agree more. Not to mention this was a delivery expected to take 45mins but it arrived 25mins after I ordered online. Definitely on our favourite list of places in New west now! thumbs up pizza, thumbs up for customer service!

Just picked up 2 extra large pizzas...the Calabria was excellent....the Primo was inedible....the Genoa salami was clearly spoiled and ruined the whole pizza.

2 big slices of quality, oven fired pizza and a 16 oz craft beer for 13 dollars? What s not to like! Plus staff are nice and general vibe is pretty good too. And may I particularly recommend the royal city ale by steel and oak brewing!

This store represents the franchise so well as its everything you want in a Neapolitan-style pizza chain: yummy fire-grilled pizza, a few choices on tap, tables in the back and a brisk pizza counter up front. Want a slice? Grab some heaven on a bad Monday or a good Friday and win the week. Kicked out the house on hockey night? Grab the mates and some local wobbley-pops because the game is right here and the train is right there -- everyone goes home happy and safely. Were always happy with the service and the staff and we hope to be coming back for years.

I am sorry for saying this but this was the worst pizza that I had in a long time. The problem was it was not fresh and just did but taste good. I only took a few bites and threw the rest.

I love the dough, it was done reasonably fast when ordering on the spot. I would suggest to order in advance tho! But they also serve slices, which is good if you cant wait!!! There is a nice lounge to dine in as well!

Usually good, but if they call you about being busy, cancel your order or youll be eating cold pizza. Edit: Even if I pick up myself they arent the best, they constantly forget dip, or like today I got a container in the box covered in dip and only 1/3rd full.
