I only had a $50 bill and the driver said he had no change to give back my order was only $37.87 all I needed give back was $10 dollars so I had to get them to take it back cause that s all I had on me at the time. How does a driver no even carry change .

Didnt want to do a half and half because no store is busy right now. So store is very short staffed during dinner hours and thats pretty cruel of the owners of Pizza Pizza IMO. Was met with attitude thereafter and the mobile orders seem to be overwhelming them.

This branch of Pizza Pizza is my favorite. The people working here are always courteous and helpful. I generally pick up the ready-to-go slices, and many a times, theres a girl her name is Dhayani and she would ask me to wait for a few minutes to get the fresh slices. Its a small but wonderful customer service. :)

Pepperoni pizza was soaked in grease. Totally disgusting. Never ordering from Pizza Pizza again ever

Very fast and affordable

Sad to watch that one employee who I passed outside, she was smoking. Entered the restaurant and proceeded to do my order. Then one person sitting at the back had some peanuts or a snack and gave to her. She proceeded to eat them. Then get my food from the freezer without washing her hands. I had to ask her to wash her hands. Sadly discouraged to coming to this location again. Someone needs to follow food safe rules and regulations.

I ordered one XL dairy free pizza, and one Medium with a blend of mozza and dairy free. Tell me why the staff could not understand that simple instruction of a blend of mozzarella and dairy-free, I specified in the notes section of the medium pizza not the extra large pizza. So why did I end up with two pizzas half mozzarella half dairy-free. To top it all off you cant even call the restaurant to clarify whats going on with your food (as we have allergies in the house) there is no system in place for you to phone in the restaurant directly to clarify with those who just finished making your food.

**BUYER BEWARE** There is a deal advertised on their website - $11.99 for a large 1-topping pizza. We have used this deal multiple times in-person. When I ordered a large pepperoni pizza at the store the other day, I was charged regular price. I paid, thinking the deal must no longer exist. However, sure enough, the deal was still there when I checked online. When I went to pick up the pizza, I asked and the employee said that the deal is online only . When I got home, we read the fine print and it did not indicate anywhere that this special is online only . My husband went back to the store to confirm and the employee tried to argue that I had ordered the recipe pizza . Eventually they admitted that you CAN get the pepperoni pizza with the special so there was no reason to charge regular price for it, especially since I had referenced the special. Eventually, my husband was given a $5 refund (the total difference was $5.65 lol. Oh well, by now, the amount we were owed was no longer the point). All that to say, if the employee had charged me the regular price by mistake, I wouldn t be mad. But to lie and say the special was online only to avoid honouring the deal is pretty scummy. An email to their corporate office did not yield anything besides a scripted apology and response saying they will forward this to the appropriate team to address with the individuals involved. All in all, pretty disappointed that none of the Pizza Pizza representatives proactively tried to make this right. We will not be back.

We called pizza pizza to place an order and they couldn t take our order and wanted to so a walk in & then the lady charges us $27 for a MEDIUM pizza and 3 toppings!! And then she couldn t understand us so I ended up calling for online help and they couldn t help us because it s a walkin order!

The gourmet thin hot honey pizza was a good mix of sweet, salty, and heat. Wish they used fresh hot peppers instead of the jarred pickled brined banana peppers. The gourmet thin chicken bruschetta pizza was alright and tasted similar to Dr. Oetker thin crust frozen pizzas. Overall, the quality was comparable to dominos, as in, average chain takeout pizza.

LESS THAN ZERO STARS - ordered to go and brought it home. What they served is criminal. Ordered a small pizza. barely OIK, and decided to try the plant based chicken sandwich. I am not kidding it was harder than a hockey puck. I do not know what this thing was, but it was decimated. I am disgusted and I want my money back. NO WAY should this business get away with selling this absolute garbage for $8.

Pizza pizza has a contact site that could not find my address. They put me on hold for more than 20 minutes and transfered me over to 3 idiots that couldnt figure it out. Than they said the location couldnt deliver to my address thats in the same city as the location Im in. Poor customer service and stupidity from there contact center.

I was there last week, they were so late and i did like the pizzas.

So angry with this place tonight. I have picky kids who want food from different places. Ordered pizza here, calamari another place and poutine another. Came back in 15 mins when they said it would take and it s not ready. They tell me 5-7 more mins. I ask why and he says they messed up . Who s they and why didn t you apologize or tell me that rather than pretend it s not your fault? Meanwhile my calamari and poutine are getting soggy for my other kids. So upset. Not an apology and only a partially admission of fault when I asked.

Everytime I order there is always something wrong! If u want extra of anything dont order. U would think to put a note to make sure They know but they dont read notes. Calling wont help either. I ordered a thick reg crust and its thin. The size of jalapeño poppers went from thick to thin and times when there is nothing in it.

Ill often come get a medium 1 topping pepperoni pizza but lately a few of the staff will try and charge me 15 dollars rather than the 9 dollars it normally is until i say something. If you get a medium 1 topping pizza make sure they arent overcharging you.

Paid $41 for a medium because I asked for extra toppings, even tipped 15%. Went home and had barely any topping!! So disappointed. Wish I could post a pic. Honestly just go to Fresh Slice, there is a reason they are so busy and this place isnt. I called them and they offered me a $4 credit. Such a scam. Dont waste your time.

Good pizza for a great price. I have tried a few different pizza pizza locations and the 6th street location is the only one that is any good. I dont know if other locations use different ingredients or 6th street is just better trained but you cant go wrong for a large pizza for 10 bucks. This is the only place i get my pizza from now.

Honestly to start my review I want to say that I love pizza pizza and I always order plant based items on their menu. However, recently I ve had nothing but disappointment. During my last 2 orders from Uber eats I have tried to order regular plant based chicken sandwich. And twice I got a Baffolo regular chicken sandwich. I am not sure as of why the same mistake happened twice but this is unacceptable. Once you try to call the restaurant you can only reach customer service which isn t helpful! I don t care that the restaurant may have given me one order sandwich by mistake but twice!? People with allergies and food preferences please check your food twice so that you don t die because they don t know how to read the order!

The associate named Daniel took the order and DIDNOT know the address of one of his chain stores!!! Kept telling him the one on 6th St in New West and he would be like whats the address?. You do need to train your staff to be more professional otherwise there are always lot of choices out there beside pizza pizza.

Its fine. The by the slice pieces didnt look especially fresh, but I was hungry and in a rush. Two slices of bbq chicken for $8.40. After being heated in their oven for a few seconds, still not great but not bad. My biggest criticism is that they were way over the top salty, and nowhere near the quality youd get for the same or lower price on The Drive. Service was at least quick and friendly.

The worst costumer services I ever experienced. I asked for pizza pizza latest deal which is 1 large pizza+ drink and movie admission for 15.99. I paid for two deal which means 6 drink, 2 large pizzas and 2 movie admission. But, I recieved 4 drinks, 1 movie admission and 2 large pizzas. When I told them the cashier easily said you can call customer services which I literally didnt have time for. I dont know how supervises their services but it is literally weak.

I have to say the pizza was very tasty and fresh. My favorite is the deep fried pickles I ended up eating them all myself. My first time ordering from pizza pizza and having 2 boys they love pizza. This is place by far is best yet and we have tried a lot of pizzas. The service was so friendly and great energy. When you walk in everyone is smiling and the place is clean. Thank you to Harg and his team members for a wonderful experience. I will definitely order again. Everyone has to try it!

FANTASTIC SERVICE AND PIZZA!!! We had to order a very uniquely prepared pizza to win a Zoom Video contest with friends while having a social distanced pizza party. Everyone else had pizza shops turn them down but we contacted pizza pizza. This store went above and beyond and created the exact pizza we needed! Also its delicious!!! Its wonderful to support shops that actually care and and are willing to have a little fun too. Thank you so much! Youve earned our repeat business for sure!
