Last night the guy on duty could not have been any ruder after I noticed a fly on the pizza,I stated that flies are on your food and he replied are you getting anything ,I said absolutely not .He then just ignored me.if you like fly pizza then go to yummy slice in new west

Staff working on October 8 9:30pm was very hostile and rude. I worked in food service for 10 years so I understand the hustle but she had terrible service and attitude. No way I was going to tip and gave me a dirty look when I didn t. Why would I. You receive the same energy you give out!

I visited this place on oct, 08 at 10:30pm, the ordered shahi paneer pizza over there. And I like the customer service there.

Yesterday, I visited a place where a girl was working at 7:30 pm. She was really polite and kind. She treated me very well, and I ordered the veggie pizza. It was really tasty.

Hey it was not a first time here but was a pleasure and first time to be served by staff member gurpreet as being a vegen I hardly get choice of a pizza for vegetarians so i tried as she suggested the cheese pizza and i was overwhelmed by the taste of that cheese pizza as the cheese burst i got ohhh mah wanna appreciate the gifl for good service thankyou

The whole atmosphere of the store was very good i visited on 8 October and davinder was on the store and she made very delicious pizza and gave a very good service I appreciate for her hard work

The pizza is ok for a pizza slice place. The owner is a real nice guy but when he is not around the service isnt very good. I find the girls dont really care like the owner does.

The quality of the pizza is aggressively average, but it s great that this place is open late at night at 2am when nothing else is open, even low- to mid-tier pizza hits the spot. Can t complain!

I hate this location so much. The Commercial location of Yummy Slice gave me such a good impression that I decided to give this place a few shots but new west keeps failing me. Maybe it s because I order on Uber eats? The chicken and macaroni bites are disrespectfully bad, the pizza is only decent if you order a whole one fresh. Customer service is no good either. This place is not at the standard of their other locations at all.

Terrible safety concern! Today I walked into this place and immediately got cough and sneezed in a second. It was a Irritating gas. The shop kept allowing customers to walk in when this happened! The employee was choking and running nose outside of the shop. The police came right away. Please give us a detailed police investigation report and explain whats going on!

***Update: This particular Yummy Pizza cooks thier pizza slightly more than others. At least when the owners there. I love it. 69 s! LOL.*** Very good budget pizza. Well cooked, fast, tastes good. Very polite. With dine in. Update... 6 . I really like how they make their pizza extra crispy. I really like this place. Parking: Not much parking outside, though right next to Columbia Square.

I visited this place today (15 August) in the evening . The girl working here was very generous and polite . Even the restaurant also is very neat and Clean and have a nice atmosphere . Although I like the food want to visit here again

Generous toppings, well prepared and the house made ranch dipping sauce is the best ranch dressing I have found.

We purchased two pizza from this place. Food was never delivered and they told us wasn t their fault because it was an Uber Driver not theirs. Basically Uber driver apparently deliver the food to a different address and even leaves the food on the floor of some building (food safety issue) . Now we lost our money and apparently this pizza store will never take responsibility of the issue.

Great food but it s disturbing to see their employees forced to work in the heat, next to an oven without an AC. I don t know how the girls don t pass out .I was there at midnight and straight up worried about the girl behind the counter. Please correct this or it might get reported. Not good. Poor Management?

Yesterday i ordered butter chicken pizza and now my stomach is paining so much. I saw the manager adding water to the sauce before putting over the pizza and it looked really disgusting and also the pizza cutter was not cleaned and kept their since i dont know how long. Please watchout before you eat from here.

Best cheese pizza

Yesterday i ordered tandoori paneer pizza when i opened the box after going home, there was shahi paneer pizza they gave me wrong pizza and taste was not good. Im disappointed with their service. They should check that which pizza customer ordered and what they are making.

Surprisingly, their dough is crispy and flavourful even though its not the thin crust type of dough. Their vegetariam options are delish.

Absolutely delighted with our experience at this pizza place! My daughter loves the Pepperoni pizza and spicy waffle potato wedges. The late-night hours are a bonus, and the atmosphere is inviting. The staffs friendliness adds to the charm. Its become a favorite spot for our family. Highly recommend for a delightful culinary and hospitality experience!

Update 2/19/23: Last 3 times I came here and asked for just a drink and dessert theyve tried to charge me for two slices and intended to not give them to me. I fell for it once and just asked them for the slices but the last two times has made me angry enough not to return here. Check your orders people! OLD REVIEW: Great competitor to Fresh slice, pizza tasted great. Im gunna get fatter eating here for this cheap. Service was fast and the guy serving me took extra care to ensure my order was all there and ready for when I picked it up. Great job!

I often visit store and Kamal has provided good service to all the customers, even if she working solo in her shift , providing good service,maintaining cleanliness, and performing multi tasking and her attitude towards the customers is very gentle and polite and I did not understand why customer like Foram Masrani be give suggestions to store to hiring new people, if they need any Job placement, please don t blame customer service.

Food

I ordered two extra large, three topping pizzas and I only received two toppings on one and barely any chicken on the other it was so bare. The pizzas were ok. My work has ordered from the before and the pizzas came in fine and tasting good so I will definitely give them another try.

I like the soft chewy crust and yummy garlic sauce. Wings were good, the house ranch is also very tasty. My bf went in for our pick up order and said the service was very good.

the fact that this is pretty much the only restaurant in new west that is open past 11pm, never mind until as late as 4am on the weekend, was already enough to incentivize me to leave a 5 star review just to show support and encourage more stores being open so late here and show that customers actually care. but then i actually tried some of the pizzas and that garlic cheese one actually hit different man. idk how it was so good considering the deal prices ($15 for 2 small pizzas) being great value, but it was. i want moar. it is my fave pizza place now. please dont close

I went there around 8Pm , I took one slice there and it was so tasty. The girl there was so friendly and she helped me in choosing the slice and the customer service was very good . I really recommend you guys to visit this place and staff is so professional and well trained. The infrastructure was so good.

Finally, a good pizza place in New Westminster. It isnt the best Ive had, but the crust and sauce in particular were very good. The prices are excellent. I was expecting it to be somewhat mediocre for what we paid, but it was great bang for our buck. Whenever I have a craving for pizza Ill come back for more - theyre new to the area, so definitely check them out and be the judge.

I work at a hair salon nearby and 3rd time Ive been in. Ive never been a by the slice kinda person, but I go in and order a fresh pizza.. great price and a good pizza for a fast food pizza joint. I find peoples expectations ridiculous.. this is not a pizza place in Italy so why expect that? Their crust is certainly better then most of the other new west pizza joints. Im also a catering chef and make a fine pizza at home but being you cant beat the quality and price then why not just grab it from these guys.. they got my business

Nothing more than a rebranding of fresh slice. Same terrible,over cooked pizza. So much better pizza around. Hell, panago is better, not by much. Both will have you hoping that a toilet is nearby

Terrible Terrible Dry pizza

Do not believe any of those 5-star reviews - theyre all fake reviews by family, friends, business partners. You can see the same people have made multiple, exaggerated reviews, just with their first and last names reversed. Dont be fooled, this is just horrible Fresh Slice pizza rebranded. They fooled my girl and she bought it on ubereats. The crust was terrible! There was barely any toppings, cheese, or sauce. The entire pizza was overcooked. Dont be fooled like we were!

Never been here, but the staff was fantastic and the food was good. Its a cheap by-the-slice pizza place, so its not gourmet, but its also semi-affordable. Definitely recommended. Parking: Theres a bunch of parking around, but its downtown so you will likely have to walk a block or more. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level. Easy wheelchair access.

Phoned to maybe order , told it would cost $ 40 to 50 worth of food to get it delivered. Are you guys for real ? Wouldnt even buy a slice from you . How greedy and unprofessional.

Been about 20 times now because we live 1 minute away, always enjoyed the place. Ordered a slice from the case tonight and the girl threw it in the oven for less than 5 seconds and handed it to me. It was cold, not luke warm, cold. Took a bite, told her it was cold, and she did the exact same thing. Threw it in the oven for less than 5 seconds and told me now it should be perfect. Obviously it was still cold. Such terrible customer service makes it very unlikely ill go back despite many positive experiences in the past.

Price is good. But pizza taste is not satisfactory, had less sauce so it was dry couldn t enjoy real test of a pizza. Food preparation process should be improved.

Close by the college and skytrain. Pizza is affordable Open late. I would recommend for students Food : 5/5
