The food here is descent. Its not amazing but it is descent. Better than Mcdonalds anyways

This location used to be OK. But now is a complete disaster- cold food long waits when its not even busy. Command of the English language should be a hiring requirement.

This is ths worst location, by far. The employees dont check their orders. I have left the drive-thru with incomplete orders. The staff dont care, either. The attitude of the staff is so entitled. You may not like your job but at least do your job with integrity. Do yourself a favour, go the Burger King on 6th. The staff are friendly and they have never messed up my order there. Steer clear of the Columbia Square location. Youll be sorry.

If I could give a big ZERO I sure would . My girlfriend order via Skip . The driver shows up with the drinks...we say where is the food ....driver says ..what food ... he hands us the drinks and says he will see about refund after we show him the phone order ..My gf calls the store ...manger is overall is rude ...doesnt want to take ACTION and contact the driver even after she admits the driver took off without the food ..YET they didnt call him ...? This left my gf in tears dealing with this as its late at 2 am after she was at work.. I have noticed this location has had broken washrooms for a good years or longer ..... The staff need FAR better communication skills and customer service skill set as well ....Never coming back to this location as well . Treating customers like GARBAGE is NOT ok.

No one had come to the counter to serve me when I came in to grab some breakfast. I called out repeatedly with no response but I could hear someone in the back working . I used google to find the phone number and had to call to tell them i was hear, at the front, wanting to order some food . Smh

Went there for breakfast at 6:00 in the morning and they dont serve breakfast that is just ridiculous for one. Went there about a week ago for breakfast and ordered eggenormous sandwich with angry sauce got to work and it was just egg and cheese on a bun this is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I ordered one veggie burger and one spicy chicken from new west location. And they put V sign on spicy chicken and when i asked them about the clarification they said its tick sign and they havent even told me during hand it over to me. Just went here to grab a bite, the messed up on my order not just one thing but a few. I called to explain and they called me a liar. I asked for extra ketchup they gave me none. I got ice tea instead of Lemonade and no fork for my poutine. Normally I would go in but Im not driving to work no time. What gets me is they can call there customers liars as I did pay for my food. Worst burger King I have been too.

The food quality is awful. Service is pretty good, but the food is disgusting. For a $20 meal combo, I would expect something edible. It is one of the most disgusting lunches I ve had in years.

Like everyone else have said, it s pretty awful. Like, Burger King is already one of the not so good fast food choices here in Vancouver. But this store in particular is extremely awful. First, like everyone else said, it s very cold. The store is big, but there are barely any heating, and there are also barely any people inside. The order is also processed incorrectly. But oh well, that s just how things works.

Definitely felt uneasy eating at this Burger King. We had the breakfast and honestly I could have made it better myself (7.99 plate) looks like this location and some kind of an incident where the mens washroom was blocked off with a garbage bin. I strongly suggest not to take your children inside as it is not safe for parents until they rectify issues inside. Parking: Parking is free in the complex. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

The barbecue sauce smelled like rancid grill scrapings. Apparently, thats normal.

A very average takeout experience. The food was average mostly flavourless (I had chicken fries and french fries combo) and I didnt enjoy the food enough to finish it in one sitting. The staff were fine I guess but the lobby did feel pretty cold. I wont be going again none of the food seems appealing and the chicken fries were either burnt or just not good overall I am not sure.

No cheese again on my whoppers. Go there on whopper Wednesday, but never save as they always forget the cheese. You cannot even call the location and they dont give receipts.

This review is about the Burger King in 1035 Columbia St, New Westminster, BC V3M 1C4 Beware: 1.. Twice my grandkids ordered 10 chicken nuggets. The kids came home with only 8 and was charged for 10. This place cheats 2. The washroom is only for men and women. If you are a woman who happens to enter the ladies washroom, you could accidentally meet a man entering the washroom. Why?? because the restaurant closed the mens washroom. 3. The ketchup containers are dirty. 4. The tables are dirty. 5. The people preparing food in the kitchen sneeze and dont wash their hands They dont wear masks.

Today when I went there I ask for fries with no salt and they gave me the old fries with salt and they serve nuggets, that are stale and chewy and put it in the microwave and tasted like rubber.

Inedible Food!!! I spent the money for food not garbage in my bag!! I was in drive thru 20 minutes ago. I took 2 items for dinner for myself. Both going to garbage after tasting my food. Worst fast food location across all chains.

i payed a small fortune for my meal and to my dismay as we all know the burger fought back and left me with ketchup and mayo all over my cheekbones. as i reach desperately for a napkin i looked amongst the packets of ketchup and spilled fries and to my surpise no napkin in site . Onlookers laughing at my ketchup and mayo smeared face.full of despair. I embarrassingly wipe myself with the cusp of my newly washed and ironed sleeve. from now on i i will always leave a pack of napkins in my purse as burger king no longer feels delight in feeding customers utmost most import needs!!

Never dine in at this location. You have people coming in and actively shooting up drugs, while others are comatose - drooling and passed out half-way hanging out of their chairs. When you do try and order, youll be budged in front of by foul-smelling vagrants coming up to launch their change all over the front counter demanding their one-dollar ice cream cone. If you do dare to sit down somewhere far away from them, then some psychopath will choose to deliberately come and sit down right next to you and start talking to you non-stop. You will encounter the absolute worst of the worst of human life here. The place was so dirty and disgusting, I felt like taking a shower after leaving. The management/ownership dont care and let anyone in, and the staff cant do anything about it.

I love burger king but this branch is incredible, i have online order placed from royal columbian hospital and i drove to that branch. When i arrived just me at parking lot. door is closed, i thought its close because its sunday morning nov 26. I check online they open 24 hours, i knocked door and window many times no one answer. I return back to my car and i see their drive tru ive try one more time atlast they answer Only their drive tru is open. I thought my online order is ready. waited again and decided to cancel my order for waited for too long just wasting my time. After i canceled my order 2 lady crew appeared one of lady being rude, talking lots of excuses instead to apologize.

Its amazing that they cant even serve the food hot. One other person in the place & they are incapable of doing a job simpler than they are. Only to be expected when the staff is cheap FotB labor.

$4.60 for a large pop?! Burger King is pricing itself out of the market. Its sugar water with almost 100% profit so why not just sell as much as you can? Instead of, in my case, not selling any, because I canceled my order of pop after hearing the outrageous price. Otherwise the Whoppers are still my fav burgers. This location is kind of sad, with mostly empty diner. Drive-through is ok but sometime I get an old burger (almost cold). Burger King needs to really review the quality of its restaurants. Because most locations Ive been to, are just sad, almost repulsive, to dine in.

I ve both walked and been through drive thru at this location. Food often tastes overly smoky, under or over cooked. They ve missed items more times than I can count, and although superficially may apologize, have never offered to make it right, or correct the behaviour outright. Head over to A&W or subway nearby instead. Management here doesn t care about you or the food the serve you. Hopefully I ll be able to update this with a better news at some point.

Went out of my way to order at the drive through as theres no BK near my neighborhood. Ordered a whopper combo with an Apple pie. Had to say it twice as person taking order could barely speak English. Got order and got home. I was disappointed that Apple pie was missing.

Came here after lunch rush with my son. Pros: Where they excell The restaurant was clean. The food was good. Cons: Improvements needed I dont normally go to this location because any given time of year, the air conditioner is on high, making it uncomfortable to enjoy my meal, anywhere from heat wave to wintertime.

If I could give negative star I would, to start the rudeness from the employee in drive thru was absolutely unacceptable, if you dont like job get new one. Secondly my husband is allergic to mayo and told them absolutely none on his burger confirmed that three times with her. To get home realize they sure did put mayo on his food. We got poutine as well fries were undercooked and the new containers they are using were mangled in our bag. We will never go back to this location. Get better staff. Thank God we checked otherwise I would been taking my husband to the hospital so thank you for that.

Junior whopper my choice

We like to grab a whopper cheese, onion rings with spicy dip and hit a park in beach for some quiet hour. This one was in New West then we went to the Fraser river. Food was fresh and hot. Service friendly and fast.

After being rushed by the person working the drive threw. We Did not get what we ordered. Had to pay twice. And the chicken smelled funny.we were told the cheese burgers don t come with mustard. By the person working. Disappointed

I can not justify going here any longer. Loyal local customer, but Im sick of orders being wrong and disgusting things showing up in my food. Tried to get a diet coke and a poutine, I was given an iced tea and poutine with a hair in it (unlike any from within my house). I hate to be nit-picky, but it happens too often. Im giving up fast food here.

Unorganized Breakfast service. Ordered by app at 715 and when I arrived at the restaurant, no response at the drive through sign. Went to the drive through window and advised that they were not open yet. Pointed out that I was order #10 on the app, with a 7am opening time at that location and advised that the order would take 7-8 minutes. Waited 20mins until the order was ready. This made us late for our appointments. Breakfast was tasty, coffee bland. I can see why BK is losing market share and it is due to service not product. You can do better with proper staffing and training

Craving for some fries and burger, went there to get some. Before ordering, wanted to go to the washroom first, the manager with glasses told me it was broke down cannot be used. I ask if anywhere close has a washroom, he told me I DONT KNOW! Fine, I trust you really dont know. The guy sitting at the table told me he was just in the washroom. Really?? Bad customer service with a lying manager, I then rather drive 10 mins to Mcdonlds instead.

99% of the time, they get my order right and charge correct amount for my orders. Only one time when I ordered, the staff incorrectly overcharged the order. Not sure if this was a new staff member but I pointed out the issue and it was resolved before I paid. Best deal was the two Whoppers for $8.00 for the longest time and now it s two Whoppers for $9.00. The staff are very friendly I would recommend this restaurant.

Ordered a pesto chicken club and a sriracha chicken sandwich which cost $24! Got home and realized I got a spicy bacon king burger (I don t like spicy food) and the sriracha chicken sandwich was tiny! Of course both were already cold (we live literally a 2 min drive away) and both had the sadest what looked like sheets of bacon on them. Of course they close in 5 min so couldn t even go back and get our proper order even if we wanted to. $24 for this is absolutely ridiculous and we won t be back, enjoy our hard earned money BK cuz with service and food like this you re going to need it.

The worst Burger King Ive seen in my life. Ignorant employees, taste horrible,dirty place, cold and greasy food and even worse after requesting a replacment. BK here in Vancouver are not as good as the ones in US however this one is incredible horrible I m not sure how they managed to stay in business. Will never return to any BK again in lower mainland.

Very dirty and not at all good presentation its just filthiest i have ever seen. And no washrooms food was stale and cold like the cheese in burger didnt melt away onion rings were like made at home not at all of restaurants standard. The windows toward the road are dirtiest and never cleaned it seemed. There were spider webs and too much dust on the window. Tables are not cleaned regularly when someone leaves. They all seemed very cool about it. They should take care of cleanliness otherwise someone should complain against them to the respective department they could be carriers and spreaders of many diseases. I felt like puking after having a meal there. Would never go there in this life again.

Staff dont listen to customers orders. Ive seen them frequently make mistakes with customers orders and wont correct it without extra charges for their negligence.

Excellent service. Got my order wrong (Roadhouse King) and got a Garlic Roadhouse by accident. Let them know and they let me keep the first burger, gave me my correct replacement and got onion rings on the side free of charge to add to my first burger. Proper courtesy. Many thanks! I get there at 830PM, and the doors are already locked. Im confused, knock, and instead of at least letting me know that dine in ends earlier, simply avoid my gaze. They ignore my knocks, all the while serving folks on drive thru and acting like Im not there. Oh, and I know non-crew can still go in cause there was someone inside who was in a grey shirt when I arrived, and left with an order about ten minutes after I arrived. Look if youre closing early just let the public know. And at the very least inform the potential customers waiting outside in the cold rainy evening.

Horrible customer service. No one was at the cash register when I walked in, waited for 4 mins to get acknowledged and another minute for my order to be taken. Once the food was ready, i got the burger and fries and then took another 3 mins to get my drink. Food got cold Did not get any napkins, ketchup or mayo. Asked for ketchup and the lady took about 15 packets and dumped on the table and walked away. Not the first time this has happened with the same lady taking orders

Havent been to this location in over 10 years because last time I was there and ordered a whopper the burger patty was cold and bun wasnt fresh. Since it was on my way, I decided to give it another shot, hoping after 10 years maybe it improved. Ordered a whopper meal again and... fries had a stale oil taste and bitter after taste, probably because they dont change the oil often enough. The whopper patty, just like last time, was cold and the cheese wasnt even melted. The bun was dry and had the texture and taste of bread thats at leas 3 - 4 days old. If I could I would give this location negative stars I would. Some things never change. Id rather drive 30 mins to the next BK than ever go back to this one again.
