another customer spilled some hot water I had on me and the workers there expected me a blind man to get up and get a bark cloth and wipe everything up and then when they came to wipe it up, and there was something of mine on the floor, they expected me to jump up, move and look and try to see if that was mine, and it was obvious that it was mine sitting there when the floor was wet and I took a bad fall I did not see the wet floor, but she expected me to see it when I have a white cane white

staff of this branch is very rude and they don t know how to talk with their customers and they always misbehave

What a rip off!!! Over $17 for a Whopper combo with a poutine. These fast food restaurants are going to find themselves going out of business if they keep up their greed. I personally never eat out anymore. And it has more to do with how much they charge than the service or food. Neither service or food quality have changed in any way. But prices continue to rise. You people forget that if you price your products correctly it will keep customers coming in. More customers means more money. Charge more and you get less customers and make less money. Simple as that.

I loved the service, staff were so friendly. The store was neat and clean. Vegetarian options: They have veggie patty loved that one and the mozrella sticks as well. Food : 5/5 |

I live close by, and go to this location very often , never had any issue until tonight. Valentines Day! My fiancé wanted to eat late night burger, our GO TO burger is impossible whopper on Wednesdays Burger King has Whoopers for $5 great deal which we have been getting so long from this SPECIFIC LOCATION. 14th Feb (today) at 9:00pm, employees: *Balkar , and *Nohut making fun of my fiancé, and myself that the Whooper is only available for regular Whooper, not Impossible Whooper. We kindly showed them online app, google, and Burger Kings website. I tried to order online but system was down and was not accepting orders!! also told them, I live close by and getting Impossible Whooper always. Maybe they make mistake. They denied, and laughed again! It got me so mad, I had to take my car and drive to another Burger King down at the Quayside New West, and I got my fiancé Impossible Whooper with an exact deal in store! Even Quayside Burger King employee was shocked that they denied for this signature deal how come they don t know even tho we showed them it is suppose to be both Impossible and Regular Whooper online!!!! I guess, they thought we were tricking them to get discount for few bucks? Believe me, I spend more gas going to other location and coming back just to make sure they were wrong! Besides everything! WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE? What happened to us MAN? I understand these are big franchises , they got rules and all that but if they got rules , they should learn them, if they offers, they must now them and then they should act like big franchise.. MANAGEMENT: train your employees better. 0 star like horrible service, sending customer away. I would rather drive to any other location from now, but not coming back to this location where I live very close to. It s just so sad man. Thumbs down.

Unconfortabley hot in the summer. Like most BKs ,it can be challenging to find a clean table. Ever other order seems to be correct, and the workers look overworked and unhappy.

Friday evening is always hectic here but the girl at the front counter has always served us with a smile. I saw her bringing food for the disable man to his table even though he was so rude to her.

I had a question about my bill. Another customer started insulting me. When he started threatening me, I asked the staff to get a manager. There wasnt one. When he threatened to wait in the parking lot, to kill me, I asked staff to call the police. They did not. They DID serve him, take his money, thank him, and ask him to Please Come Back. This Is BK policy. I stood there, with the police on the phone, while this man, who claimed the police knew him, ( They most certainly did!) Threatened my life, while waiting for his food. He was arrested for outstanding violent felony warrants. This was 5pm, 530 6th st New Westminster. Police file # NW 23 4117 If they care so little about their paying customers that they wont dial 911 when asked, how do you think they treat your food? Of their staff? Oh, and they STILL TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME!

No care for food safe or preparation. Got violently Ill from eating at this particular establishment when the manager was on. Definitely worried for the next people who decide to eat here. Lets just say Id only send someone I wanted sick here

My first and second orders to go I was so disappointed by the service, that was a shorter Indian lady, she was not in mood to service, put attitude on customers even not give me any sauce for my chicken nugs and fresh fried. But when I came over again that was a taller Indian lady service me, she is very polite and kind, I come back here again and again because her and I decided giving 5 stars for her thank you for your great service!

Staff doesnt understand the basic concept of foodsafe, who knows how many people have gotten sick from eating here without realizing it. Wearing gloves while on the backline is for the safety of the guests of your business. They are to protect everyone from food borne illness transfered from non food products, this is a concept that is lost on there staff. They touch frozen meat, tongs, fryer baskets, their face and then go back to making your food. Will never eat here again. Watch them when they make your food.

The service its really bad, we ordered a burger with bacon and one with cheese, the bacon wasn t even cooked and the cheeseburger didn t have any cheese, we told the guy and he just gave us two slices of cold cheese and said the bacon was cooked, never going back to this place again

Went 40 mins before close and they refused to make me a burger because they had already shut their broiler down. Lock your doors then. Unacceptable.

I was there tonight around 9 PM. First of all I couldnt find any clean table and I had to asked some one to clean and sanitize a table. There were 3 people working there and none of them were wearing masks. Their masks were on their chains and necks. When I asked them to wear their masks at least while they are preparing meals, they didnt pay attention at all. Im sorry for burger king at 6th street because of such an unprofessional staffs. I never come back at all.

The employees were nice and service was fast. But I totally do not feel comfortable when no employees were wearing a mask. They were handling my food! They were talking while making my icecream and burger in front of them . Even fully vaccinated people can get covid. You wont die, but it could still give you a life lasting effect - eg. Weakened memory! In fact they can still be a super carrier of viruses ...affecting those who are not vaccinated or fully vaccinated. * Could be very harmful if contacted a variant virus.

NEVER GO HERE. 2 reasons: 1) The employees never wear face masks even though there s a poster saying they will. 2) This one was absolutely ridiculous. There was no one behind me and i was the only person in line. i only took thirty seconds to order and was unsure what else to order when all it s sudden the worker tells me to SPEED UP. I was so in shocked. the employees need to seriously have respect cause that was so disrespectful.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Ordered lunch today via the BK website. Order was confirmed and got my receipt via email. Arrived to this location and cashier said they didnt receive any such orders! When I asked her to check, she showed me that they usually get a printed bill at the mobile pickup counter and there was no order 30. I said my credit card was charged so if she could check again in case I was too early; she just rudely turned around to ignore me. I was charged for something I didn t receive and had to ask my credit card company to stop payment. I messaged BK tech support online and they said would refund my purchase in 3-5 days. Will update this to let you know if thats happened. At least tech support was nice! Update: tech support returned my money so it s good. However I m not ordering online again

Went in to pick a mobile app order at 1.20pm on nov 23rd Tuesday...Cheese was missing from my sandwich. Also gave me a hard tine giving ketchups and hot sauce.. said its free when u order at the restaurant but on online orders we charge for ketchup most ridiculous thing ive heard

Deals posted outside were not honored at the till. Staff did not communicate clearly and she did not change her gloves between working the till and handling food. Signs put up all over the place by management were full of spelling errors and looked super tacky, just gave the place a weird vibe. Took almost 10 minutes for a one item order. Possibly because they were understaffed? But the staff the staff who were working were super slow. I know firsthand how hard it is working in customer service so I sympathize, but this place was sorely lacking. Ive also noticed in the past that they close unexpectedly. 3 times Ive gone and they were closed, even though their hours on google said otherwise.

Order was done online. Person had told my son there was no order placed. Not happy about this as the online ordering was still valid and not given.

Service at this location is way too slow!! Most of the staff spend more time talking to each other than preparing the orders!!

Just wanted to say before this review, I am fan of BK! I did not have a very good experience at this location my food took about 20 minutes to come and people who ordered after me got their order first even tho my order was pretty small. When I a finally got to eating I found I price of plastic in my whopper about 6 inches long. I will not go to this location again.

Fast service and decent taste and quality in many items on the menu. I ordered the fries and chicken nuggets and I was not disappointed as it tasted exactly how I thought it would taste and the whoppers are also very filling and up to its standards.

Was at this store location and placed order asked specifically for a glove change due to allergies and watched lady make food without changing gloves asked to have remade with glove change and she refused so I asked for money back as do not want to get sick due to allergies and again was refused and got cops threatened on me if I did not leave immediately want action taken or will involve the lawyer

The food was good, but felt weird walking by a few sleeping homeless people inside the restaurant.

I asked for an iced coffee (but they dont sell), looking on her cash register for 5 mins, she said, whats that? Seriously? Dont you know what an iced coffee is?. After that another lady (seemed to be her boss) came up on the register and said, you mean cold coffee which I thought she finally get it what Im tryna say but actually ended up getting charged for a cold brew shake for 5 bucks, that wasnt even worth the money I paid for. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GROSS FOOD TASTE. looks like they dont clean their coffee machines.

GOOD DEAL ALERT! I found out they have this King Meal Deal for $4.99+tax that includes 2 (value-size) sandwiches, 1 small fries and a drink! You can choose 2 of 3 sandwiches: the chicken junior, the BK roundhouse (has fried onion rings in it), or regular cheeseburger. The fries came hot and fresh, some had a tougher outer skin though, but not a big deal. The staff made an effort to keep the tables clean. They also have a $1 soft serve deal right now! I didnt get one but I did notice that the size and shape was quite inconsistent between different employees making them; some very short and badly swirled whereas another employee made really pretty, tall swirls (even nicer than in the advertisements haha). Side note: washrooms need to be unlocked by employees at the cash.

Stopped in for lunch on Wednesday ( whopper Wednesday) , and we were the only people in the restaurant at 12:18 pm ( a bit of a red flag ) we ordered our whoppers with extra pickles and onions and it took FOREVER to receive our order . When we did finally get it , the burgers were cold, no extra pickles or onions and by this time people behind us were getting very angry waiting for their order as well . Very bad experience!!

I went to burger king yesterday, 6/8/18, and got 2 sandwich and 2 fries. I also bought wonton soup next door, it was raining and cold. After eating 1 fries and the soup I felt full so I didnt eat a chicken burger. The following day as I was about to put the burger in my toaster oven, the burger looked like someone or something took a bite into it. If you eat there, check your food before taking a bite or you might share food with whom or what, I dont know.

I went to this place today (July 29, 2018), I arrived there was about 10:15pm then I placed my order. When my order got ready the guy asked me if it was for here or to go then I said for here, so he said we dont serve here at this time but they close at 11:00pm. My order got ready 10:23pm then I had to take it gome to eat, and I live in Coquitlam. When I took my order I asked another guy what time they close for dine in, then he said 10:00pm, then I looked at him and said 1 hour before you close?! Then he said hum.. yes.. then I looked at him again and said hum... Ok. I think thats one of the reasons that the McDonalds of the same street is always full of customers.
