Best food ,i tried all food almost but karahi chicken is best in the town , butter nans are too soft with alot of layers and tandoori roti is also best here ever i tried . love it ! wana go back again ragularly . see you soon in for yahmmi dinner .

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered samosas. When I decided to add a Coke to my order, the receptionist s reaction was off-putting. She rolled her eyes, grabbed the receipt, crumpled it in her hand, and sarcastically asked if my order was complete. This made the experience uncomfortable and embarrassing, as I was simply adding an item to my meal. The attitude was uncalled for, and I won t be returning here again.

I visited this place today with my friend , and food was so good but my concern is about the staff , the lady on front was too rude when she takes order of us she literally said kanjoos to my friend when he didnt add the tip to the order but the whole food we ordered was approximately 50 dollars so, I want to ask so the only persons who will add tip will get good and nice service there???Moreover , I am living nearby and usually get my food from this place on daily basis but from now onwards I will think before visiting this place..

Ordered Butter Chicken through doordash, and it smells so bad as if it was weeks old . I had to throw it in the garbage after couple of bites. It made me sick . If the restaurant owner is reading this, then please kindly stop serving your customers stale food. Door dash has refund me the money but this not good that you keep serving your customers smelly and spoiled food.

We had a very good experience at Kalash. The food was extremely tasty. The service was friendly, helpful and polite. I had a delicious thalli with goat curry and palack paneer. My friend had the mixed grill, it was a delicious large portion. I hope to visit again soon, please try Kalash, it is an unassuming place with yummy food. We had a lovely meal at Kalash. We ordered an odd assortment of dishes, all were delicious. Other reviews mentioned their Amritsari Kulcha and their fish pakora as being really good. We can concur. The saag and honey garlic gobi were also delicious. Spice level was mild/medium with lots of flavour. Just a few tables, mostly takeout. Friendly staff. Well come again!

So today I deleted my 5 star review. I still really like Kalash, but the last three times that I have trued to order samosas (which are on their menu), I have been told that they don t have samosas today. Never an explanation such as we are out of an ingredient and will have them tomorrow , no l - no explanation at all. I live in Queensborough and want to patronize a local restaurant, but if I repeatedly can t get items that are on the menu, I will have to go elsewhere. My family is disappointed. Hopefully I can delete this review soon, and replace it with a more happy one. If you don t need samosas, their goat and fish curries are excellent, and we adore their naan breads. The lamb wrap is delicious, and their fish pakora is wonderful.

One of the best authentic Indian restaurant I ve ever seen after a long time. Tried their Kadhai Chicken and Achari Soya Chops. Taste is so yummy. All of my family love their dishes. Also Mango Lassi is delightful. Owner and all Staff are professional and friendly. Will recommend all of my friends to go and at least try once. Worth more than your expectations.

We ordered food from them yesterday thru door-dash. The tandoori roti was so hard to chew and uncooked. I normally love their tandoori roti but this time they messed up. The shahi paneer also taste so worse. This place declining their quality. I used to love their food. I think you guys should work to improve quality.

Today, I ate Amritsari Kulcha at kalash its very tasty and delicious. Specially the stuffing of Kulcha is very well done and the spices in Chana masala are too good. Moreover, the pickle, salad and raita is also very yummy . I really enjoyed my food . And the manager is so kind he serves the food with great energy.

Ordered take out online and it was an easy process. Not all the pics of the dishes were posted but sufficient to make a call. My favourite was the aloo tikki. But all the dishes were pretty tasty. We were a bit thirsty afterwards so some dishes were either salty or had MSG.

Kalash Sweets is the best little hole in the wall restaurant in the Lower Mainland for Indian food. Favourites are the lamb kababs, lamb kabab wrap, goat curry, paneer pakoras, butter chicken. If I had to name my personal top choice for Indian restaurant in Metro Vancouver I would have to say Kalash.

I wish I could give them 0 start I order today 12 march around F 8:40. it was 20 min left to close their restorent.. before I ordered I asked them what can I do order so they can get ready in 20 min. I asked option and what ever option they gave me I ordered those food. I asked them if they can make mix veg in that time and girl said yes I will put photos of mix veggie in my review. I spend more then $50 on my order but all food was garbage. We didn t eat anything I throw all good in the garbage because food was very bad. Mix veggie you guys can see in the picture. It s not mix veggie it s like veggie curry. Mix veggie always dry not watery. They are making fool of their customer s I suggest don t waist your money with them. I wanna say to owner if they have less time to cook they can say not to the customer. Is is good to make a fool of people? After eat one bite of food I couldn t eat anything else and sleep hungry. It was taste less You guys can easily guess that how bad was their food that I didn t eat At anything and throw in the garbage. They was close I couldn t call them back and Throw that food front of them Food was taste less no spice no salt nothing. If I could give minus rating would have definitely given that. Worst place to get desserts. The young lady at the counter took over 25mins to just pack couple of gulab jamuns and gajrela. She was the most confused, slowest, and laziest person one can find taking orders. She had no idea what she was doing. She kept all the customers waiting and wasn t even sure about payments. Asking another lady for a payment again when the lady had already paid. She took another 5-7 mins to figure that out. On top of that, gajrela tasted the worst. Never going back to this place and requesting others to stay away from this place. Worst customer experience and service.

We had an amazing and fantastic dinner tonight. Everything was so fresh, tasty and perfectly seasoned that we ate it all before I could remember to take a pic. I highly recommend the samosa platter, fish pakora and goat curry. The flavors were just right and had the right balance of heat and flavor. The service was very fast and friendly too. Thank you!!

I have been a regular at kalash for a while. My go to order is chole bhature which is always the best quality here. I would specifically like to mention the new hire Rajan s customer service was exceptional. No offence to the staff but customer service at the front wasn t that great before. Overall,I would definitely keep coming back for my go to meal here!!!

Yay Ive finally found an Indian restaurant that servers real Indian food, one that we will come back to and recommend; Ive been real down on the quality of Indian restaurants for many years. Every thing Ive tried at Kalash so far in my 2 times going to eat there and a few takeouts was so tasty and full of flavor, I am talking the flavors of real food with real spices. Atmosphere isnt much to speak of but the place is kept well. I grew up eating home cooked Indian food so trust me when I tell you that this is the best Indian restaurant in the lower main land. I look forward to the next time I get to eat at Kalash. Vegetarian options: There are more vegetarian options than non vegetarian.

This place is a gem if you like Indian food with delicately balanced flavors, and innovation without abandoning authenticity. Their samosa plate is not to be missed and is fusion at its best. My number one thing for sure. Second is their mango lassi. Creamy, not excessively sweet, and wonderfully tangy. Aloo gobi is world class, and the Goan fish curry is right up there. The place is pretty humble in appearance but dont let that fool you. You will leave full and happy without breaking the bank.

Visited Kalash Restaurant and was immediately taken by their diverse menu. Opted for the Chilli Cheese and Soya Chaap, and both dishes were an absolute delight. The Chilli Cheese was the right balance of spicy and creamy, offering a tantalizing treat to the taste buds. On the other hand, the Soya Chaap was tender, flavorful, and impeccably seasoned. A definite must-try for anyone looking to savor authentic and delectable flavors. Highly recommended!

Stumbled upon this place and thought will try their Samosas and pick some Mithai for Ganesh Chaturthi. Samosas were fresh, hot and tasty. 4.5/5 and picked their Barfi for puja. Barfi was 4/5 not the freshest, but pretty decent taste wise. Service could have been better. Ya and the stick Kulfi wasn t too bad either. 3.5/5

One of my favorite Indian restaurant in the area. Friendly staff and they very respectful towards their customer. Rajan behind the counter is an amazing person and very profesional. Chef Vijay is behind the delicious food they serve. I love their tea. I have tried their main course , pakoras and chhole bhature and never regret. Everytime I come to the area I always prefer them for fresh,healthy and delicious food. Thank You Kalash Restaurant.

I let the server know I was new in the area and I need a little time with the menu he gave me lots of suggestions to my questions. I waited for the food as he said it would be 15 to 20 minutes and he was definitely right. He just Wanted to make sure the chicken was cooked properly, so I was happy to wait. Then, when my food was ready, the server came out with the chef and he let me know who the man was that cooked my food and I thought that was pretty cool got home shortly after tasted the food and it was delicious. Had the tandoori chicken, tandoori, prawns, and coconut curry with garlic naan. All of it was absolutely delicious. I made sure to call back and let the chef know. I enjoyed his cooking. Also, I made a small mistake. I forgot to give them a tip, so I ll let them know next time I m back they re getting triple. Definitely would recommend this place for delicious Indian food. Also, a very fair price And heathy options .

Food tasty but is a bit oily. They also offer r monthly Tiffin service for 325$ with 2 curries and 8 rotis or rice. Parking: No business parking but there use parking next to it for the entire common shopping centre which is free.

The taste and quality of food is now perfect. We often order from them. I specifically like their samosa , pakora and chamcham.

I would love to give negative review points if is available in it. I ordered veg noodles with special request of mild because we can t eat spicy . But they make it spicy after a special request front manager . This is not first time issue we have, 4-5 times happen they mess up out orders. Sometime they give us stale noodles and some time they give us stale bread( chappati) Whenever I register my complaint they never give us positive response and they never accept their mistake. We decided now to order from somewhere . Recommend to others as well to try somewhere instead of this restaurant ( KALASH)

Its not good for a restaurant- who have earned such great reviews to deteriorate its food quality just for the sake of inflation. It s better to raise the price and maintain the quality. My lamb kadai - the pieces of lamb were hard and not chewable, It was a disappointment with my takeaway. It was not upto the same mark as I have come to expect from your restaurant. I hope this review will help you to have continued improvements in achieving your restaurant goals.

OMG amazing food, I m not from around here but have a love for Indian food! I feel like I have found a hidden gem! Great customer service, fast, well packed, not much else I could ask for. This place is way under rated and must be tried if you have a love for Indian food. Always great food. Today we ordered gol gappa, chana batura, chicken karahi, mixed vegetables and naans. Every dish was awesome and very delicious. Very reasonably priced too! We were 4 and averaged to about $12 a person.

Taste is awesome but they need to really work on quality customer service. Thats what an honest and long term customer would demand
