Wandered in yesterday and ordered a super lamb donair and fries. The donair was stuffed full. Very delicious and prices are very good for what you get. Very friendly, will definitely wander back in.

Delicious place to grab a bite to go. They work very hard. I think its the owner but he ensures your order is full as it should be like that everywhere.

One of the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered! The guy who works there is extremely rude and disrespectful to the customers and doesn t know how to communicate with people. I told him that his shawarma meat quality is old and extremely oily and it doesn t represent the authentic shawarma . Instead of listening to my complaint and try to see what is wrong with the shawarma , he got defensive and started using very impolite tone. On top of this, he shrugged off my complaint and pretended that I didn t exist. I asked to meet up with the owner, his answer was very rude. If I had a business, I wouldn t hire this guy as it will affect my business reputation

Never order the food online they will give you the driest chicken or beef you will ever taste ! Even though you give them the extra two dollars on Uber eats to support the restaurant. Absolutely garbage

The best shawarma I ve had in Metro Van yet!! I ve been looking for a good shawarma place and this is the one!! Ordered the falafel and lamb wrap, my partner got the beef wrap. The lamb was incredibly flavourful, the ingredients all fresh, and I swear I ate it in 5 minutes flat. The beef wasn t as flavourful but still delicious. The falafel was perfect, super crispy on the outside and the spices were just right. I will definitely be coming back!

If youre craving for middle eastern food, this is the place! We ordered Mixed Plate Shawarma and Shawarma Rolls here with fries. It was certainly one of the best shawarma I have eaten in Canada. Must visit place, and make sure to ask Iman and Barbie for the days specials and recommendations. They will ensure you have the best experience. 5 stars.

Went here under the recommendation of an amazing tattoo artist. He claimed it was the best shawarma place. Of course I took that with a pinch of salt as people normally through around the title of best. I am glad to report, after having eaten shawarma from different parts of the world and several joints across Van and the lower mainland .... This is INFACT the best Shawarma Corner in GVA or dare I say, the entire west coast. Not to mention, after a few visits here I placed and order for takeaway and unfortunately I recieved an incomplete order. However, the owner realized after I left and went out of his way to resolve the issue by having the remainder of my order delivered to me. He also took a few extra measures to compensate us for the mishap but there was no need since he had delivered it free of charge. Great food accompanied by STELLAR service and the committment to go above and beyond. They have made a loyalist out of me.

The food is always amazing! I havent gone in store yet so I cannot speak to the atmosphere. The service is great! I put a note in my take orders for my dairy allergy. I accidentally ordered a sauce with Dairy twice and I got a note each time. Thanks for looking out for me and my forgetfullness.

Not sure what s happened to this place. Maybe new owners? They used to be so flavourful and saucy and every bite was the perfect pita to meat ratio. Today the meat was SO dried out, barely any sauce and one side of the shawarma was just rolled up pita so when you took a bite on that side it s just bread with no filling. Sad to see the quality go down.

Very friendly staff, great food, but they often add the wrong options. HUGE suggestion, please allow your customers to see the toppings options. Your lids block all of the food and often staff are adding the wrong ingredients. Many of my co-workers will not go because you keep adding items. This would so easily be taken care of if you would just let the customers see the food.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly. Nothing special here, but nothing wrong either. Although the prices in store and more expensive than what they state on their online menu. I ordered the chicken plate for 14$ and I was full after but I noticed people that ordered the super donair got a lot more meat. Which I think is what we all want. Really the only donair shop nearby so not bad.

The only reason I m giving three stars is for the excellent service. The Falafel wrap was very good. I have also had chicken Shawarma, but the taste was not close to being shawarma. The beef and lamb Shawarma it s Gyro, and has nothing to do with Shawarma.

Super high quality and delicious shawarma here at an affordable price. I got the lamb SUPER wrap and it was basically two servings worth of deliciousness . Great clean location as well and not far from the skytrain. They also accept Bitcoin here which is AWESOME! More restaurants should do this, it is way more convenient than credit card for both the user and merchant!

Our new regular shawarma spot! Good prices for the portion given for the wraps. Regular size wraps are filling for normal hungry levels. Large size for ++ hungry levels. You have to inform them what ingredients you want/dont want when ordering. The fries are our new favourite fries in the Lower Mainland. Great taste, fresh, not super oily, and you can request hot sauce and/or garlic sauce on them. Combo deal isnt bad. Drinks other than soda cans are extra cost. Ex. Jones bottle was $2.49. Baklava was good with lots of nuts in the filling but the portion is a bit small for $2.99. It tastes good but I probably wouldnt get it again. Parking is limited to street parking. Small seating area available inside.

Falafels fried to order. The baklava dessert is too good. I ve always loved the eggplant salad my reason to eat veggies! A regular platter usually gives me a bit of left over rice for the next day.

The home of combination protein in one wrap. The taste is soooo good. My fav is chicken and beef, then add whatever toppings you like, spicy or not I can t wait to go again. By the way, their poutine and Arabic sweets are delicious too. I highly recommend this place to eat. Super clean too.

Went in there today and the guy behind the cash register was very rude and condescending. We wanted the regular size platter but they told us they only have the supersize containers available, therefore we will be charged for the supersize. We kindly asked them to give us the regular portion and charge us for the regular price as well. The guy at the cash register refused, he was very defensive, had a demeaning behaviour. He made such a big fuss, and a big deal. He wanted to charge us for something we didnt want. Its their problem for running of out supplies. Its also ripping the customer. Both the two employees couldnt agree, it was so embarrassing for them. Bad for business!!!

We came in to order the chicken plate at regular price. According to the cashier dude wearing black shirt, stated that they were out of regular size containers and only had super size available. Therefore we would be charged at super size price instead of the regular size option we wanted. The simple solution would be to fill the super size container as a regular portion. Not Rocket science ! Instead, the cashier dude kept on insisting that he would charge us for super size portion. He was really difficult, irrational, and definitely not reasonable ! Eventually, we left. Customers should not have to accommodate just because your business is out of stock (supplies). Save yourself money guys, really poor customer service !

Had the pleasure of trying this place out a few weeks ago (just remembered to review). It was absolutely fantastic shawarma and equally great service. The staff were friendly and welcoming, most importantly everything was clean and hygienic feeling. I happened to use the washroom while I was there before my meal and it was a pleasant surprise for a small restaurant (well maintained) as well.

Best shawarma around. They have fresh ingredients, fully loaded shawarmas with generous meat portions with veggies to match. Ordered out tonight and was not disappointed with the 2 shawarmas ordered -1 beef and 1 mixed (chicken and beef), and beef poutine.

Extremely rude and unprofessional owner. Removed the Regular platter option and Jacked prices for Super size which has same quantity as the regular size. Speaks rudely on the phone while customers are in line to get food. I d rather starve than spend money at the shop. P.S refuses food to people with a dog and doesn t have any signage saying dogs not allowed.

I had just used my card and for some reason it did not work they had still made it for me and then the owner said its okay. I give you help and you pass it to the next person who needs it. They insisted I dont need to go to a ATM and come back to pay. They said karma will handle it. Such beautiful hospitality and yet still amazing food just made my week. I cant recommend them enough
