Booked a large team group (30 people) and had an amazing experience! Servers were VERY personable, food was delicious and speed was on the mark! Appreciate the great experience while traveling through!

Amazing!! Came to Boston pizza after sitting for 20 mins and not getting served at jack Astor. Our waiter was the best, soon as we sat down we got our drinks and appetizers sent out. I recommend coming to this location, lots of laughs

We always go there for a medium pizza each cause pizza tastes just as good the next day cold. Kid-friendliness: Theres a kidd menu with an option to get a fancy drink for them.

I went for a casual lunch with my aunt and we received great service by a tall man with a beard (sorry I don t know his name lol) but he was great , and we diddnt feel rushed out the door after the meal was billed and paid for. That s rare nowadays so I ll be going back

Visited this place since 2021 and has been a customer since then. Friendly atmosphere, and good quality of foods. Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu and they have the painting notebook so kids can paint and enjoy the meal And the place.

Just wanted to say thank you to matteo who served me and friend the other night so well and efficiently. He managed multiple tasks with a full smile and eager to create the best experience for us. The restaurant was clean not overly noisy and made time well spent for our dinner. He checked in often on us and took care of his other roles as well. Thank you matteo and BP it was a great time!

Went in for a quick lunch with a friend. Food was absolutely amazing and the server was very nice and helpful. The baked ravioli in Rose sauce was delicious. Would definitely go again.

One of the better inexpensive sit-down chain restaurants. My wife tried the new potato pizza the last time we were there and loved it. Went again tonight with a family crew and everyone enjoyed their meals.

A few days ago I went with my family, we ordered a pizza and got ready, everything was very tasty, we will definitely return, the girl who served us at the reception and the waitress were very attentive.

Me and my friends have been coming here to watch ufc cards for a year now and it s always an amazing time. Last night we had Matthew as our server tho and it was one of the best experiences I ever had in a restaurant hes the best.

I went with family at 3 pm for lunch. We sat on a dirty table. Sat around for 10 minutes. Nobody came around to greet us, offer a a glass of water. We walked out and went elsewhere. Nobody noticed. What a waste of our time.

I dont understand why the quality of BP s locations is different anywhere! I have been in this location twice and both were not good! Our pizza with excessive red sauce and was not made professionally. Also When we entered it smelled like detergent anywhere! Not look like Boston Pizza!!

I used to work at the now closed Boston Pizza on Major Mac and Woodbine and I miss the place so much. Since then, I ve made it a yearly tradition to go to a BP on my birthday and this location is one of the best among the others in Markham, Stouffville and Scarborough. They make everything perfectly and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Coming from a former employee who loved this restaurant a lot, thank you guys for keeping that BP spirit alive!

Terrible quality of food,waitress was nice but ,it took too long to get our food(over an hour)and then they forgot one of our food,my sons burger was burned and food didnt come together! We called the manager and he was extremely rude! Bad experience,dont recommend it to anyone! Food

Hostess was very rude from the moment we walked in. Didn t greet us with a hello or anything. When we told her we needed a table for 6 people she just rolled her eyes and said I ll be right back. The whole restaurant was empty on 1 side with just 1 family that I saw walk in 10mins before us. The hostess decided to take us to the other side of the resturant where they were hosting their trivia night. She sat us down right beside the speakers and when I asked her if we can sit on the other side as we are not participating in the trivia. Very rudely she said no the other side is closed, even though we saw a family sitting there. She slammed our menus and walked away. There was no way we could enjoy our dinner beside the loud speaker and if we were to talk at our table we would have been running the trivia for those playing. So we decided to leave. Went to Jack astors instead and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I didn t catch the hostess name but she was a tall blonde girl.

Mathew was our server and did a very good job with serving our food and it was a nice dinner overall

We just showed up at 11 am with 24 people and we were perfectly welcomed. Served on time and the waitress was really nice and friendly. GM is really good and took action immediately to host us. Great team Thank you

The last weekend on May 26th I found it appalling that they told my brother that they could not host my brothers birthday party. My brother made a reservation 6 days in advance for 12 people on Sunday. They only told him on arrival that they couldn t not serve him and his friends because the kitchen was closed. Even though they were not late for their dinner. Very unprofessional and seems to me that Chucks really is the better option. Big for me and a red flag

Id like to give a big shout out to Ari, Matteo, Jesse, Jen, Summer and Erin for having fantastic customer service and always being on point with myself and all customers I see come in to this location. The big reason why I would always visit this location. 10\10 would recommend!

The best BP weve been to, hands down. Great portions, fresh, and no corners cut. Other BPs can take a lesson here. Mitch, our server this time, was terrific. Well be back, even though this location isnt the closest to us.

Please, if you are considering of coming here, think again. The entire restaurant smells like you are shopping at a Superstore and the food is even worse. Literally was eating straight cardboard. They might as well put glue into my pizza because it had no taste and I felt worse walking out than I did walking in. The most exiting part of the meal was leaving. If you are craving pizza, I advice you to walk 0.8km to the Longos across the street. You will get a large pizza (that actually tastes like you are eating a pizza) for half the price of a small pizza. At least the lady serving us was very polite.

Not the best pizza

I have been meeting up with friends who live far apart at the BP in Newmarket. Because we dont have many opportunities to see each other we have long lunches at BP. The servers are patient with us. They allow us time. Service is great and friendly! Food meets our diverse needs. Parking: Plenty of FREE parking!!

One of the worst dining experiences Ive had in a while. Had the nachos and royal hawaiian pizza, both of which had ingredients leave an off aftertaste, the pizzas ingredients smelt old and the onions tasted like theyd gone bad. Zero quality ingredients. Oh and the entire place smelt of bleach. Dine at your own risk. Im surprised we didnt walk away with food poisoning

I was waiting for the APPETIZER for more than an hour, which says a lot about the service. Another 30 minutes, nothing is coming! I got so bored I wrote this review. 15 minutes later WAIT. THE FOOD IS HERE! The appetizer came with the main course. One of the pizzas was overcooked. I do not recommend this place!

The [bar?] manager was so attentive. I sat at the bar and had a front row seat to his competence. He stretched himself as thin as possible to make sure that every aspect of the restaurant was operating as it should. Think his name as Jesse? Thank you Jesse!!!!

Great Boston Pizza! Came in for a party with some friends and we all had a great time. Its a nice location and nice atmosphere. Servers were a delight and so was the food. They were a little slow to break up the bills but I get it. There was like 6 bills. If you want Boston Pizza, go to this one! I recommend the Mac and Cheese as well! Its very delicious.

We went to Boston Pizza to celebrate my birthday. We were a family of 4 with two small kids! Our server was Mateo, and we were so lucky because he was wonderful!!! Parking: We visited the Newmarket location and attended a surprise birthday party. In terms of parking, there was ample free parking next to the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: As mentioned in the previous comment, it was a birthday party and several families brought their kids. The restaurant and staff did a great job making sure to take care of the kids needs.

This place was great, just what I needed one Monday night around Christmastime after some shopping. Sat in the bar and had the Macaroni and Cheese. It was amazing.

Forgetting our salad was the first issue... the bland flavour was the bigger issue. Id give a higher rating if this was the first time Ive had this complaint but time after time, they never cease to amaze me at how horrible the food tastes! We go years without going here and finally think... ok, fine, Im sure they have improved by now... and NOPE! I think its us that should have the 1 star rating for continuing to give them a chance.

Awesome places, great food and friendly staff. What more can you ask for ? Plus its easy to get a transport truck in the back to park. Parking: Was able to get my Rig back there with a float trailer

Delicious food and good service

The family and I decided to go outside Upper Canada Mall to eat, to go to a place we ve somehow never been to before: Boston Pizza. Our waitress was friendly but seemed a bit clueless sometimes. The food took a little longer than I expected to come out considering it was not busy when we walked in. For the table we got the new carbonara pizza, and for my main I got the Kick N Memphis Chicken Sandwich, with a side of spaghetti (don t ask). The pizza was okay, the chicken on top seemed almost processed. My chicken sandwich was great however, with the spaghetti being lacklustre. Prices are no less than fair. Overall, I was not very satisfied and probably won t be back.

The Newmarket location- food was sumptuous, parking available, close proximity to other interests of mine + excellent customer service.

What a terrible experience we just had. Our 5 year old wanted to see the magic show they had on for March break (great magician btw), and we made a reservation for it. When we arrived we were seated outside of the magic show area even though there were 3 empty booths available. We asked to be moved over multiple times so we could see the show and were told the empty booths were reserved. No one arrived for them the entire show except people who appeared to just sit down without asking and being allowed to stay. On top of it the food was terrible as always, as were the drinks. Flat pop/disgusting cocktail etc. Will never be back again.

Typical BP experience. Great for a night out, especially to share a pizza. Not cheap, but not expensive. Will come again.

Really enjoyed ourselves at Boston Pizza in Newmarket. Jady and I were hired to provide face painting and Balloon Twisting services for all the little kids during March break. Shout out to the owners for giving this wonderful gift to their littlest patrons!

Was there around 6:00 we dont think our server wanted to be there..had to send mash potatoes back(cold) one order was wrong and grandsons hamburger was hard..he did not eat it.

Went there during the March break with the kids for a late lunch around 3 place wasnt that busy got our food at a reasonable time but server never came to check on us even though place was pretty empty, then had to find another staff member to ask for the bill which didnt not come until we got up got ready and approached the doors about 15mins later to find somebody else to pay!

Nothing special just your typical Boston Pizza. Decent food. Fast service. Clean and inviting. Told my server I wanted a light beer and he said ok Michelob Ultra for you! Appreciate the confidence

If I can I would want to give zero star! We went in for make your own pizza for kids this Easter weekend. It took us 2.5 hours from ordering to finish our meal. The restaurant wasn t even half full. Absolutely zero communications between staff and lack of staff working. Kept on saying they ll come back to take our orders; got our orders wrong; lukewarm coffee; kids and adults were hangry When paying our bills, we were surprised the kids meals weren t 8.99 as advertised! Server asked the kids what toppings they would like when taking orders. We weren t notified and not aware each topping needed to be charged. Would of been nice if they advised us at the beginning. Manager came to offer us adults each a dessert because they knew we were waiting for long. But we all got charged that dessert to our bill. Fire alarm went off when kids were having desserts. Server came to say as soon as the fire fighters arrive we have need to evacuate. So we rushed the kids however after they stuffed their face with desserts manager came and said she s not aware we need to leave the building! Each family received a free one small pizza to dine in at our next visit. But I will never return to this location. Very frustrated with our experience today and it s such a waste of my time.

Waitress spilled drinks on me. Management gave me a Leafs t-shirt, cap and sunglasses to compensate. Service was brutally slow considering the place wasnt busy. Waited an hour for drinks. Kids didnt get the desserts portion of their meal. I wont be returning.

Came to watch a Leafs play off game. The place was packed but service was still quick, efficient and food came out hot! Atmosphere was great with prizes to be won! Got myself a new Leafs hat!

*update* .. after my review someone reached back out To me and gave me a credit. The product I was given was very upsetting as didn t seem like regular the way it should taste. Also it looked like someone took part of the food then threw it in a box. Additionally anytime I try to order from this place via Uber eats or skips the dishes their closed when it says their open layer on skip.. very upsetting and confused. Third picture added for reference. Taste off.. just not consistent. Came here two days in a row, with a friend and today we had two separate plates see photo that were Filthy and not cleaned. This is truly appalling because the server didn t even seem to care when we brought it to her attention. Food was okay but disturbing that after we had our order in we were served with these plates. It s 2023, especially after being in a pandemic cleanliness should be a top priority. Customers beware. Truly upsetting as place was quiet as a mouse when we were there. They only had one other table and neglected to check in on us the entire hour we were there.

Food has gone down hill, good for drinking but thats it.

Food was okay after re heated. we went in early around 4:15 for dinner and there was hardly anyone there. We ordered and waited over an hour to eat. In that time my toddler had already eaten her entire meal and once she was done it was time to go. We asked the server several times for water and she totally forgot our table. I dont know if she was new or having a bad day. Half way through our wait other tables had came in and were eating before us. I got a pasta dish and a pizza. When she did bring dinner to the table I got the bill and a takeout container. Our food was cold. We wont be going back.

Horrible experience - they lost our order and didnt realize until after an hour of waiting we asked when we could expect our food. So, then we began to wait while they cooked. Manager only offered us a free dessert. We ended up leaving and heading to A&W.

Super great staff!! Came in with a service dog and immediately the manager asked if he d like any water , everyone was so nice and accommodating since he s large breed, great tasting food! Definitely will be back!

The food is good but last time i were there they sold me kids gift card which suppose to give $5 donation and get 5 free meal and they said there is no restriction but today when I went for first time to use the gift card they told me it was wrong information and only cant use one per one adult with order above $18 !!!! Only thing he said sorry and said the server wasn t trained and informed enough which also not good !!!! I were so upset

Birthday Lunch with my sisters, Jesse was wonderful in making sure we were all happy our reserved spot. I had the build your own pasta dish, which was delicious. Jesse was attentive and engaging which was an extra treat for all of us. I will definitely recommend this Boston Pizza location and will definitely be back!

My sisters took me here for a birthday lunch. Jesse sat us is in a great spot in the less noisy area. He was attentive, had a great sense of humour (which he needed with us) and made sure we were all happy with our food and the service; which we were all in agreement was great! BTW the food was delicious, we all had a different build your own pasta dish and insisted on taking home any leftovers to savour again. The little birthday dessert was a very nice touch, and we will definitely come again.

I really wanted to like this place as I m always looking for new spots to eat at in the area. I went on a Friday night with my family. It wasn t busy at all which seemed kind of strange to me on a Friday night but it is Newmarket so there s that. The host and server were both very kind and friendly. My kids were given kids menus with crayons and activity sheets on the back to keep them busy. Our server was very outgoing, courteous and prompt we had no issues there at all. But the food omg the food. It was terrible. I tried really hard to eat as much as I could because I felt really bad but it was horrible. I shared a Hawaiian pizza with my husband, right off the bat when I saw it I knew I would not enjoy it. The pizza looked very pale as if it needed a few more minutes in the oven. It was loaded with purple onions, the pineapple wasn t sweet and they drenched the pizza with some type of sweet syrup looking sauce that just threw the whole thing off. I also ordered the crispy Cajun shrimp which was really bad as well. My husband actually sent that one back and our server also agreed that it wasn t the best. (Thanks for letting me know after the fact) my husband and I both didn t enjoy our drinks. I had the bull dog margarita, it was a solid 4/10. The kids also didn t enjoy their food and weren t able to finish. They were so disappointed that they didn t even ask for dessert.

Not many people in on a Monday night. pleasant staff, hot food, 4.50 for a chocolate milk is just insane. (though that seems to be everywhere at this point). Parmesan fries are pretty damn good. Price, i dont know, i just cant stand how expensive these places are these days.

Last night we ordered 2 pizzas from this location. Everything about these 2 pizzas were bad.. the dough, crust and cheese. I tried calling the store a number of times but couldn t get through. Truly a waste of money. I will definitely not order from this location in future.

This was the WORST restaurant experience I have ever had. Our waitress took forever just to come over and introduce herself. There was hockey team or something in the dining room and the noise level was INSANE! There are other people trying to have a nice relaxing dinner after a long week!! The food was good but our waitress NEVER came back to check on us. We didnt receive a refill with empty glasses. We ended up asking a different server to cash us out because the noise was SO bad I couldnt sit there for one more minute!! They were screaming!!! Horrible place to eat Will Never be back to this location Garbage

Go into have dinner around 9:45pm on a Saturday. End up standing there for ten minutes no greeters or servers. Then when one comes they proceeded to tell me the dinning room is closed and only the bar is open. This will be the last time I ever eat at this location.

Rarely go to these franchised cookie cutter diving experiences but I was getting my car repaired and it was a decent place to pass the time. Told the staff what I was up to and did order some food and drinks but not enough to justify hanging out for 3 hours. The staff was accommodating and the Caesar was appropriately spicy

I really have to share this!!! We went to have dinner and we very politely told the servers that previously we had a bad experience over there and we were hoping to have an amazing one this time. Sadly it was not!!! First of all the calamari was chewy, second of all, the wings were so dry that we could not eat them. We ask again what is happening to that location??? Why the quality is gping down? Anyways we ask for the bill, they made mistakes with it, then we try to use the kids meals cards and they said will not work and they keep adding the food that we return (calamari and wings). Lastly my drink (beer) got and insect inside and they brought me another beer but only the exact amount left over before the insect got inside (sorry but a good customer service in a chain like this one will not do that) so we left very unsatisfied and definitely we will not give it another shot. We were polite, and we told one of the managers that honestly the experience was not good again and we explained everything I just wrote and of course they did not do anything about it. What a terrible customer service they provide to their people

Had a nice family dinner at Boston Pizza, Newmarket. Food was excellent. We ordered Bandera Bread, Margarita pizza and Veg Salad bowls. Everything was awesome. The Bandera bread is a speciality. The overall experience was enhanced by our server Vince. Vince was very professional, helpful and very friendly..Suggested a bit and always there for small talk. Vince kept checking from time to time if we needed anything. 5 Stars for service. Thank you Vince for making us feel valued.

Went for pizza on a Friday night. Patio was busy so we sat in the bar area inside. Ordered wings as appetizers and a small pizza to share. Waited a while for the food and then they both came out 5 minutes apart. Wings were overcooked, almost to the point of being dry and the pizza was tiny missing a few items. Not the best night out.

Place is a bit outdated but on the bar side there is a fabulous bartender , outstanding fast and courteous service.

Great service and food. Its rare that I have leftovers but look at the size of these nachos (with plant based meat)! Lots of vegetarian options and great for kids. Vegetarian options: Lots of dishes are able to sub plant based meat and even the pizza for more than the typical veggie as well as a lot of apps, pasta, and the normal veggie burger. Kid-friendliness: Crayons and high chairs/boosters as well as a good selection of kids meals.

Great food, excellent place for a gathering with friends and family. Very accommodating for young families as well. Will be back soon!

Last night I was at this Boston Pizza location for dinner with a big group of friends, fellow ladies. In the past weve gone to other restaurants where they werent nearly as accommodating or attentive as Boston Pizza was which I very much appreciated. No complaints on the food, everyone liked what they ordered no issues. What really made the evening a 5 star experience was our wonderful server Mitch. He took such good care of us, was quick to get our food and drinks, great personality, an absolute delight overall! Thank you!
