Delicious! Great pizza with ton of toppings for a single price. I had mozzarella, smoked provolone, Tons of jalapeños, hot peppers, both kinds of olives, chorizo, pepperoni, bacon, and smoked brisket. Wow, what a pie! Great crust too!
First time having Pi Co. and my mind was blown at the fact that I could build my own pizza and add unlimited toppings for just $18! I went with the basic tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pesto, pepperoni, bacon, ground beef, some veggies, seasoned potatoes, sautéed oinions and garlic, and a lot of pineapples!! The dough was just the perfect thickness and everything just tasted great! The down side to this pizza is it’s pretty oily and if you add too many toppings, it won’t hold when you pick it up; everything flops/slides off the pizza. So don’t be too greedy with the toppings or just deal with the consequences! 😅 The staff were very friendly and helpful. As it was my first time, I was overwhelmed by the options and took a little longer to decide on my toppings but the staff was very patient. Overall, the whole process went by pretty quickly; from prepping, to cooking, to paying. Would definitely build my own pizza again! 😊
Pretty good light pizza although it was slightly burnt. I called an hour and a half before picking up and they were very accommodating to make my pizza for that time. Place looked clean when I picked up my pizza and small bites and staff was very polite and friendly. Just got Pepperoni and cheese on the pizza as opposed to one of their specialty pizzas but thought we'd try the goat cheese honey and crushed walnuts small bites. The walnuts were all burnt but otherwise tasty.
I tried to call head office and speak to a person but no luck so I had no choice but to leave this review. Service was horrible...no acknowledgment when you walk in {every other client that came after also no greeting / it was observed} and servers make you wait at least 5 minutes and then you feel like we are bothering them from their orders. Be careful when you order 3-4 or more pizzas you will be there waiting for at least 45 minutes or more. In the meantime, at least 2 other customers were unhappy waiting so long that they left. Other people {3 people} that walked in after us ordered, received and ate their pizza!! The biggest issue is that 2 pizzas were made and cooked and stored in the box for at least 10-15 minutes while the other 2 pizzas had to be made. So now you will be eating cold pizza or the server will slap on sticker and provide a shock statement that you can simply reheat your pizza and follow the instructions on the label. We tried to reason with the server about the order priority and that we are coming from a work office environment but he was very defensive! I am a customer that has tried this restaurant in different time frames since grand opening and nothing has changed on their work ethic and service!!
Very unsatisfied with my order this evening. And I will not be returning to this location.. My pizza dough was chewy, not fully cooked and pizza wasn't cut. My garlic "bread" was hard, crispy, flat as paper with no flavour... I'd say the only thing I got that was made "good" was my dessert but even that wasn't made to what I asked for... I asked for Bananas in it and there was none..
We've been to PiCo many times in Toronto and we were very excited for this one to open. We had great service and it was fast. The pizza was just like it is in Toronto, delicious. You can customize it to exactly what you want, if you want more or less of a topping just let them know. We also asked for our pizza to be cooked longer. Will be returning for sure!
It's always exciting to come across a new place to eat. This Pi Co apparently opened up 5 weeks ago. Although we ordered takeout, the place is nice and cozy. There are not much in ways of a menu, but at managed to find a couple of pizzas off the digital display. I ordered a Veggi Pi but then I was told they technically don't have a veggi pizza and I had to tell them what to put on my pizza. I thought that was kinda odd. All in all, the ingredients were fresh and the pizza was tasty. I would probably go back
Delicious thin crust pizzas with fresh toppings! I used to go to Pi Co for lunch when I worked downtown all the time. So excited for one to open in Newmarket! First visit was great and can't wait to go back!

Pizza and staff are great! However, it is not a good place for kids as advertised on Google. There are no highchairs and there is no change table. Ive been coming regularly hoping this would change soon but unfortunately today was the last time.
DO NOT INTEND TO PAY CASH!!!! Our bill was $46 and they wouldn t take $50 bill and had 3 20 s and one of the 20 s was slightly ripped and they wouldn t except it!!! OUT IF THIS WORLD!!!!

I was there last week with a friend and we both LOVED it! The staff was wonderful and funny. I asked the young man his name and I feel bad bc I forget. He was nice to chat with. The choice of toppings was extensive. Another guest was ordering a salad while we were there and it looked amazing too. Our pizza cooked fast, it was piping hot and oh so tasty! We will be back and I cant wait to take my husband. He will want all the toppings.

This was my first experience at Pi Co, and I was very impressed. Carolyn prepared our pizzas and checked with us after to make sure we were happy with our food. Carolyn s excellent customer service was really appreciated. There was a lot of options to customize your pizza. All the toppings were very fresh and everything tasted delicious. We will be back again. Thank you for the good service.
What a great twist on the traditional pizza!! Unlimited toppings all fresh!! Fantastic service and very friendly staff. Pi is amazing strongly recommend stopping inand giving it a try, you will not be disappointed and the gluten free crust is the best gluten free we have had. Congratulations on the new store!!

My go to place for when I get hungry!!!! Newer place and very modern! I m obsessed with the food! Love to Uber eat it too for a late night study! The desserts here also deserve massive amounts of credit! Great costumer service too! The manager is awesome along with the staff! I went in and a girl named holly made my pizza so fast! My daughter and I decided to have a date night where we travelled a distance away from where we lived to enjoy a meal. PI Co exceeded our expectations in the area of food, service and overall atmosphere. The service we received was exceptional, our pizza was Devine and we enjoyed the evenings adventure. My favourite pizza place because the ingredients are clean & the pizza doesn t give that greasy lethargic feeling hours after eating. Actually feels like I m eating good food. Orders come fast and their special oven offers a unique authentic taste. Not your average pizza place! Proper
For the size of the pizza (12in I think), it look a bit pricey for a chain pizza place. BUT, the ingredients were way batter and tastier than what you get in your regular pizza places or grocery stores. I got the unlimited ingredients option and there was no regrets at all. It wasnt bulky, the meats were great, and the garlic oil on top was fantastic. Definitely, a place Ill come back.

Slowest service. Arrived at pickup time to watch both girls making the order, nothing in oven. Very disappointed will not return. If I hadn t prepaid would have told them to forget the order #donotprepay

Sitting in the car right now eating this gluten free pizza! best Gluten free pizza ever! It was an actual dough ,not a frozen biscuit!The service was excellent! The girls that served me were super nice!( I m terrible with names and have forgotten them I m sorry!) I would highly recommend getting some fresh pizza here!
Way to expensive for pizza of only that quality. if youre getting a personal sized pizza for $19 then it better be alot better than undercooked dough like it was. no firmness to the slices, just flopped over.. toppings just became a mess in the box. a joke honestly Parking: parking lot is an absolute nightmare. the developer really messed up the entire design of the lot.

Tried out the local Pi Co. It was bright and clean. It seems they are still learning (absolutely ok) so it may have taken a bit longer (and we also did take some time to decide on our order). The pizza is more doughy then I remember at other locations. Unsure of the pizza oven setting but the tops seemed a bit more singed. One of our pizzas had mushrooms and the bottoms were soggy. We also got one of the pizza bites with goat cheese, walnuts, and honey and this was a bit overdone/burnt as well.
Great place to have a pizza, comes with regular size with unlimited toppings, very friendly staff, worth the wait during the busy times.

Dropped by for lunch. Ordered the Fairview Pi. It was delicious, and it delivered some heat. Pizza was prepped and cooked quickly. Price per pizza is reasonable, which is comparable to other thin crust pizza places in the vicinity. If you are two coming in to share a za, then the price is perfect for the quality of food and abundance of toppings. And if you order a pizza for one, the price is still reasonable IMO. In addition to the quality of food and abundance of toppings, the staff was friendly and accommodating to my daughter s food allergy. Oh and the restaurant is very well maintained and clean. All of these will make me a repeat customer. To this end, I would recommend Pi Co Newmarket. If you have read this far, support local, and tip well, and become a valued customer our local small business restaurants are happy to see.
The food. Great. The understaffed level of poor service.unacceptable. Two guys working the oven with glasses are non communicative and just an absolute disaster processing online orders on time. The tenured lady working was doing her best to hold down the fort, but seems like your two new trainees need a better training program.
Delicious made to order pizza!
Food quality seems to be steadily declining. The crust is super thin and doughy, and the pizza crust is regularly burnt (to the point where its not edible). I always have to ask for extra basil because they hardly put any on the margherita pizza. Even when I ask for extra basil, its still very minimal. I tried ordering online for the first time and the salad was missing avocado, and there were several wilted pieces of lettuce. The order was not ready for pick up when I arrived, and the place was not busy.

5 stars for customer service Not a great first experience, ordered 3 pizzas and they were all burnt on the bottom. It happens. Manager was very sorry, she offered to remake all of them, but I opted for refund because I didnt have the time. On the brightside the salad we had was fantastic. Hopefully our food will be better next time. Thank you for the great customer service.
The pizza here was mediocre at best. Staff were very skimpy with the toppings. Not good value for the money paid. Neither the staff nor the owner were wearing masks. I understand the mask mandate is over but if you re working with food, it s only common sense to be wearing a mask. Will not be returning.
Address needs to be updated on google as it has the wrong address.
Service was bad, pizza was worse. Google maps takes you to the wrong address. Dipping sauce was just cold alfredo sauce. Pizza had almost no cheese and NINE (9) WHOLE cloves of garlic?????? I wish i was kidding.
Im not sure if what we got actually constitutes pizza. And thats just the food itself, not the 40 extra minutes we waited outside for it to be ready.
Ordered from Pi Co and pick up was at 6:30. Order was not ready until 7:15. Pizza was really small and burnt. Chewy bread, not enough toppings. Price not worth what we got. Customer service not the greatest. Won t go back
I had a salad from here made by Brittany and it was one of the best salads I ever had, the pizza is really yummy too. Will definitely be coming back here.

Very slow service. Placed an order for two pizzas online and was told to pick up in 15 mins but ended up waiting another 30 mins when I got to the store. Pizzas were also undercooked.
Outstanding Pizza! So happy to see this chain in Newmarket. If you want well developed dough with chew/flavor, stone fired, with high quality toppings/sauce... go here. If you want a mountain of cheese and trash quality toppings on top of cardboard, maybe choose elsewhere? Pi Co is bringing something sorely missing from the Pizza game (authentic/stone fired goodness) to the takeout market. Enjoy it. (Side note... you absolutely should re-heat it, if you let it sit at all. Follow the instructions on the box, they know what theyre talking about)
I sincerely never want to leave a bad review, but my experience at Pi Co from a couple of weeks ago has really stayed with me. From first entering the restaurant, staff appear to be wanting to do anything other than making pizzas and that comes through in the quality. Having been a customer of the Bay St. location for many years, I was excited to see the franchise move North of the City and was hopeful for the experience I had grown accustomed to with Pi Co. Unfortunately the opposite was the reality I encountered. Similar to other reviews, yes, the wait was long, but I dont mind a long wait if the payoff is delicious pizza. And that just wasnt the case here. The pizzas were carelessly made, half cooked and just not what Ive come to expect from Pi Co. Frankly, I hope its just a case of a sharp learning curve for a new store and they get it sorted out. In the meantime Id avoid this location and will take my business back to the Bay St location.
The pizza itself was great. I had the Yorkville and my husband had the Adelaide The pizza was great ( couldve used more than one mushroom cut up though ) but the staff genuinely seemed put off that we ordered food. It was chaos in there ( I know they just opened ) but the staff truly didnt know what to do, we couldve walked out with our pizza, it took us a few minutes to tell them we still had to pay, no systems in place though. Overall good pizza BAD service.

Mediocre at best - ingredients are low quality and the high tech pizza oven does not cook the pizza evenly. There are definitely better pizzas to be eaten in Newmarket.
Came in for a pizza and it was my last time going to this location. Worst ever customer experience i ever had, which was provided by Shayla. Not sure if this place will sustain with her working here. Felt so sorry for the cook girl as well as she was very pleasant.

I ve been searching for a good brick oven pizza since I moved here and I finally found it! Also the two young girls in the store when I went in to pick it up we re so cheerful and sweet!

When I placed my order at 7:15 p.m., I was notified via email that it would be ready for pickup at 7:34 p.m. They were incredibly busy, which I can understand, and I was promised it will be out in 5 minutes when I arrived a little early. However, four other walk-ins and a pickup were all served promptly. I overhear the employee reassuring customers that food cooks quickly and takes only 1 min. If so, placing an order at 7:15 for pick-up time should be enough. I am just waiting; I havent spoken yet. The employee then informs me at 7:38 oclock that the pizza is currently being placed. I repeated what she said because I was surprised by it and thought it shouldnt be baked after pick-up time. The employee had a horrible attitude and gave me the most unwelcoming face when I repeated it to her for confirmation. The product receives three stars because I truly adore it; however, the customer service is terrible.

Ordered 2 pizza s online 40 minutes before it told me pick up time of 1pm. Showed up to them not even knowing there was an online order. Had to stand there and wait for them to be made from scratch. Disappointing as a first time customer. Thanks for making me late.
Never had this place before we were doing a job in the same plaza so went in there and the blonde girl with the sleeve tattoo was so nice and Im pretty sure she made the best pizza I ever had.
Its a shame as their pizza is great, but I walked in with a coworker after noon hour, and as we were waiting in line, more people entered, and subsequently left, as the wait time was horrible. No sense of urgency on the worker. There were 2 gentleman ahead of us that were already waiting 20 minutes, so we left as well. They need more staff to handle the lunch hour rush.......

Great pizza! It was done so quick, took longer to order than it did to make. The dough is very soft and the ingredients were great. The whole experience was great, I will definitely come back, its a perfect lunch, or a quick stop on the way home after work for some dinner.

I really like Pi Co pizza, but C is going to have to grow into it. I enjoy the variety of toppings and the stone baking. Unfortunately, they burned the crust of Cs pizza the first time we went, and the second time she asked for it less done, and it came undercooked. Ill get her to go back soon and hopefully shell get her perfect pizza.

I love this pizza (thin, charred bubbles, very ninja turtle IYKYK) It s best to come during off-peak because they make the whole pie for you from a ball of dough, so it takes time, and a small line can form - but the pizza oven is FAST! Feels like it takes just a minute to cook! It s not plastic pizza - I love it, my favourite in town. (And I ve seen an unhappy human being be very mean to a lovely young person working behind the counter, so everyone BE NICE! It s PIZZA! I ve been here half a dozen times since it opened and The service is always friendly and warm!) Vegetarian options: Lots and lots and lots of toppings on offer! Dietary restrictions: Vegan friendly!!
AWEFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! Placed an online order, got here in abt over 10 minutes....the girl hasnt even started kneading the dough!!!! She was working like a SLOTH, very slow, trying to get the dough around her hand and flatten it in on the pan, then picks it back up and does it over again and trying to use both hands to get it to fit on the pan again. Then after another 10 minutes, starts to put the ingredients on the dough...OMG, making me anxious watching this. I ordered 2 pizzas and a garlic bread...never again with this place and there are NO other customers in here!! Absolutely ridiculous...then after the wait, another girl comes out of the office and helps...by now there are 3 customers waiting! She should of been out helping this girl right from the beginning!!!!
Absolutely the best pizza I have ever had. Simply fresh and delicious a definite must try if you live in Newmarket. And cooks in less than 2 minutes.!!

First time ordering pick up and when we arrived to pick up our food, pizza was ready but salads were not, so by the time we got home with our food the pizza was cold. Also got our orders wrong. Decided to give it one more chance and order from there again. This time my pizza was delivered late, it was cold and there was a huge hole in it :/ Not worth the money and don t recommend

Went in today first time. Today Sunday Dec 4th 11am. Was nicely prepared, toppings fresh. Young lady was friendly and patient.
It has taken me a while to come to write this review only because of the exhaustion of frustration I felt ordering from here a couple months ago. For the sake of this location I hope the service has greatly improved. My first order was very unpleasant, not only did staff take their phone off the hook they also disabled their account on delivery sites on uber and skip that evening. I drove over to find out they staffed three kids without a scheduled manager in their presence. Its no wonder! I placed my order with Nicole who wrote down my order on two pieces of napkins and set them aside and advised to come back in 45 minutes as they were very busy. I should mention there were two other customers in the store at the time. Granted I placed an order for 5 personal pizzas so I agreed I would come back. I came back in 45 to find my order written on napkins still sitting on the counter and not made, not alone prepared. Without apologies Nicole advised my order will be prepped and made within 20min. So I waited at the store. For 20 minutes I watched my order be rushed, made incorrectly and thrown in the oven to come out cooked unevenly. When 20 minutes was up 4 out 5 of my pizzas were packed and sitting at the register. another 5minutes went by and the staff was now serving others. When I asked our server if our order was done she told me no and she has started serving another person. Not only was my 4 pizzas now retaining the steam from sitting in boxes stacked on top of one another I was left sitting and waiting again. In the end we left after almost 2 hours in total from beginning to end with zero pizzas! With zero apology! I honestly hope that management has improved and given these kids the support they so desperately need. I have not been back since and will not. In reply to the restaurants msg, I perhaps have the name of the server wrong but this definitely was the location! Outrageous service!
If you tried this Pi Co location when they first opened, and didn t have the best experience, give them another try! They have really hit their stride, consistently deliver delicious pizza, and fast and friendly service. In the time of staffing shortages and a tough labour market, this location has only gotten better. We visit a couple times a month and can say with certainty, they continue to improve. One of the best pizza options in Newmarket!
I mean, it s good but twice we ve ordered from them and it s been incorrect on delivered. Biggest red flag was not clearly identifying a gluten free pizza. Hopefully they can improve the quality control and attention to detail.
