Best pizza EVER!

Their classic pizza is my go-to and always exceeds expectations. I ve ordered thru UberEats and also dined in. Their service is great but during weekends, the lead time can be quite long. It s within a mall so that kind of ambience is expected. Great job!

I got a delivery and it is completely unacceptable that I got an old stale pizza!! The store does not answer calls because they probably know it is a call to make a complaint. Unbelievable! They actually had the to actually give old cold pizza.

Score pizza went down hill. We used to come here multiple times per week, the BEST vegan pizza in Newmarket. They had the most amazing tasting vegan Pepperoni and sausage which made the pizza incredible. Now they removed the vegan sausage off the menu and changed the pepperoni which does not taste good anymore. The old one tasted exactly like real pepperoni it was delicious, but their new one does not taste good at all so we no longer have the desire to eat there. The owner has amazing customer service skills however his staff do not.

Decent thin crust pizza. Went with a toddler which is great because they have a bunch of options for sizes and toppings.

Hosted my daughters party here after her build-a-bear party and the kids LOVED the pizza, there wasn t a slice left! The manager was also very kind and helpful! I also loved the pizza! 10/10 recommend!

The crew is so kind and patient and not afraid to make small talk with Customers! Since I can only eat Halal, I avoid cross contamination with the meat products, and they are more than willing to grab the ingredients from the tubs under the table to accommodate me! Also arguably the best pizza I ve ever had!!!

Placed 2 pizza online. Picked it up and one of the pizza was wrong. Had to drive back and my guests ate their pizzas without me. could offer me a water for the inconvenience and coming or a store credit. I been coming here a couple of times and this will be the last time. While I was waiting for my pizza, guy was touching his hair. Lost a customer.

Was doing some work in Newmarket and came across this place. This might ve been the best pizza I ve ever had. Service and atmosphere was great. Staff was friendly, but the pizza was fantastic. Definitely worth the drive to Newmarket. I ll be recommending this to all my friends

While visiting a customer in Newmarket, I decided to give Score Pizza a try after hearing great things about it. The Build Your Own pizza option did not disappoint, with a wide selection of fresh toppings and a perfectly crisp stone-fired crust. I loved that everything was made to order, ensuring the freshest taste. The staff was friendly, and the relaxed atmosphere made it an enjoyable dining experience. Overall, a great spot for a customized, fresh meal! I would definitely visit again!

This place have good food and we been going there at least once a month or two months, we like the food, lately every time we go stuff have so bad attitude and I want to write reviews so the managment understands and every time I told my self let s give them one more chance but I had enough of their attitude today, almost all the stuff have so bad attitude specially girls, since they have no name tags I have to describe them, there is chubby girl with glass that she is the first one the customer see, she is the worse and today on top of everything she made fun of my name too, my kids like their pizza otherwise I would never go back here, I am business man and self employed and I understand how important the customer service means to the owner of the business to continue being in business, hopefully the management will understand and educate their stuff to improve their customer service.

Try the Veggie Fresh pizza! Goat cheese and pesto are the best combo. Crust is perfectly thin too. Ill come back for sure.

My son is celiac and we are always concerned with possible cross contamination especially at restaurants that aren t dedicated gluten-free. Dilhara (I m sorry if I m spelling the name wrong) was amazing and clearly allergy-aware. She made sure to change her gloves, and use toppings that were under the counter where the risk of cross contamination was minimal. Excellent care and attention to customer service for allergies. Taste of Pizza are just ok, can t say it is good, but staff service are poor, looks like they don t enjoy working there, the chief even worse. I don t use to command, but this one I have tell my thought.

A bit slow cooking time. No one is cleaning table and it s all garbage on floor. Pizza is by average.

Pizza was delicious, bought a drink and it was flat, I ask for a different drink but they said because I had sip out of it they can t give me a new drink. Made no sense, I bought a drink that was flat and no good that taste like crap and didn t even get a replacement drink. I spent like $80 bucks there and that just sucked. Pizza was delicious though.

Pretty good place. The toppings seem fresh and we enjoy the pizza there more times than not. The unlimited toppings are a bit misleading. They are more stingy than Chipotle and youll have like 4 pieces of meat on your entire pizza. Also, there are some cleanliness things that need to be tightened up. They were scraping the boards that they make the pizza on by placing them on the edge of a garbage bin and scraping the leftover stuff into the garbage bin. Really gross.

I ve ordered takeout from here before back in August 2023. My wife and I decided to treat ourselves again! We were first surprised to see that the garlic pizza bread sticks is now half the size for the same price! But even worse is then having it burnt. That s it for me. Definitely disgusting.

Our go-to pizza place in Newmarket! Ever since we first ordered from them, they instantly became our favourite. Great topping choices and (above all) its delicious!! Parking: Parking at the mall is terrible, get delivery.

Yesterday we went there with our kids and ordered one regular size. They made a mistake and confused our pizza with someone elses and put a finish on it, while I asked without a finish. No apology or anything, just said they will remake it for me. Do you understand what it is to have 3 hungry toddlers under the age of 4 waiting for this? They started being impatient and cry. I understand mistakes happen but with that said, how hard it is to understand which pizza belongs to which order? And if you mess it up own up to it. Pizza itself was okey.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend.

Took my daughter and her friends for her birthday party. Steve, the owner was extremely accommodating to our party and made sure everyone had a great time. Both the Signature Pizza selection as well as the Build-your-own pizza were delicious and authentic tasting. Totally recommend this place!

April 2024: 3.5/5 - the food was good, the service not so much... Had a chicken sandwich, it was tasty (4/5), and very hearty (5/5)...the bun was bland but the toppings were good, and the chicken was of good quality...seasoning could have been a little better but still really nice. The service was 2.5/5...the lady told me it would take 10 minutes...another lady after me waiting for more than 10 minutes told me the sandwiches take at least 20 minutes, so was not happy about that... Parking: Upper Canada Mall parking near the food court sucks...it is not designed well...not the fault of the store but still be aware...especially in the rain, a lot of slippery areas...

This location makes delicious pizzas as I ve been here 5+ times now! Was having lunch with a gf today and it s a busy weekend for sure. Turns out the staff messed up a couple of times with our order and we had to wait a while. However ! Big shoutout to Steve for being so attentive and polite - he quickly took over the process and made things right for us. We loved our food and his service and left happy to return again. My elderly parents came in for pizza on Thursday. The toppings and sauce were clearly not fresh but they didn t want to complain so they ate their pizzas. Soon after they both had severe stomach upsets. And are still recovering 2 days later! Very disappointing as on previous occasions they have enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients. This time unfortunately the goal clearly was to use up stale ingredients as it was a week day and business was slow. Not impressed. They will not be returning.

I ordered one toping pizza, which is advertised as $10.99, and asked them if I could get half pizza topped with bacon and the other half with just extra cheese as a topping. When I went to pay for it, they charged me $18 just because I asked to split my topping. 10 pizza with half topping costs you $18. I used to like score pizza, but probably not anymore because already they are expensive, and then the employees dont even let you know if youll be paying extra. INSANE!!

The preparation and cook on these pizzas were done properly. Fabulous flavours from the stone oven, seasoning, toppings and sauces. I will criticize the ratios and amounts of toppings and sauces. While the flavours were good. All pizzas were a bit dry and lacking substance. Had to add Tabasco, sriracha and parmesan cheese to get things going. The prices on food and drinks were good. There is a target towards value being considered here. Yes, you could get heartier pizza elsewhere but you will pay more as well. I think its a nice option and a nicely situated spot in a shopping mall. The overall valued experience here is okay.

I ordered a simple cheese pizza and had to wait for 45 minutes, They refused to add extra cheese as they only sprinkled the least amount of cheese. When requested for more cheese, they said there s an additional charge of $4 !!

There was a lady (possibly the manager) yelling at the workers when I ordered my pizza. She was yelling at them for putting too many toppings on an unlimited topping pizza. How can you yell at your employees like that when they are just doing their job? If you dont want to abide by the rules set out by the restaurant dont work here, people shouldnt be harassed like that at work.

Don t believe the unlimited toppings! My wife wanted more pepperoni but the woman refused to put more on despite the fact that she only had two toppings total (pepperoni and spinach). Absolutely ridiculous, probably won t be back because of it. If you want more than 7 pepperoni on your pizza don t come here.

Family had a pizza craving while we were going through the mall and stumbled upon this place. Initially, the place I thought had a great location, and the decor was very nice. There is a solid menu to choose from that includes more than pizza, however I did get the Bar-B-Q Chicken pizza, which is a signature. It was pretty impressive, the balance of spice and sweetness was good. While making it, it looked like the staff has some fun during the process which I can appreciate. The only concerning part of this was the price. For pizzas as thin as this place makes them, it s a little expensive. Overall, good job!

This pizza was delicious

Not sure why but the service and quality has been declining at this location. Who is cutting these pizzas? And who are they cutting them for? These photos show that the slices were absolutely humongous. Some of these single slices could have easily been cut again for an easier slice to eat. It tasted great, but it was just difficult to eat. Some employees as well seemed to struggle with customer service whether it was a language barrier, or they simply could not hear. It was a little difficult ordering because of this.

Pretty good spot. We tried the veggie pizza which was good but maybe a little too many liquidy/watery items on it. Flavor was great, just a little hard to handle while eating. The fire garlic sticks were good too. Club house panini was great (although messy to eat) and the hipster panini was also really good. House Made Lemonade was good at first but got a bit too sour after. They also had a peach flavored one, but did not try that. Overall a fairly good experience and the seating area was pretty good too. Modern and well kept. Also good veggie options.

Ordered via Uber and order was unassigned several times by the Owner cause the Owner refuses to provide the Pizza to the Uber Driver cause they dont have a thermal bag and I called in after an hour of me time wasted. After all the wait I received the box of Pizza it was tiny, thin looked like kindergarten put it together. And has no flavor, doughy and made me feel ill and I threw it out after 2 bites. Order from a reputable Pizza franchise folks!

This place was great when it first opened, now it has gone completely down hill and not to mention they raised all the prices! We forgot to say we wanted goat cheese when we were at the cheese station and they REFUSED to put some on saying they cant go backwards and even gave us a hard time to get some on the side! I said you cant just put on a new glove and put some on? It was for my mother for her 54th birthday and now we will never be back! Worst customer service. You lost a loyal family of 6 as customers!

The pizza can be hit or miss. I ordered the margherita pizza, and it was a little overcooked, too much red sauce, and they did not finish the pizza with olive oil. The place was not busy when I was there either (I was the only customer there at the time).

I ordered pizza and garlic bread with Uber. The pizza was ready and set there for an hour and a half! When the Uber driver arrived they gave the pizza anyway. Well....I got it dead cold and not fresh pizza. I know it is Ubers fault but this is not a good service, the place doesnt care about the customer but only about the money. You can warm it out but cant charge full price for hot out of the oven pizza. **The food was in the restaurant an hour and a half so the restaurant responsibility is not to deliver this pizza*

Today was my second visit to this location. I really like that you can build your own pizza here. You can choose the sauce, cheese, and all the toppings. We mixed chicken with pepperoni and bacon, and added vegetables as well. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible customer service and staff there don t understand what customer service mean. Food not even that nice either. All in All, I wouldn t recommend people in go to that one for food, if you are shopping in the area. Tables were not clean either. They need to get better with customer and get better with their attitude in serving customers.

The pizzas at Score Pizza exceeded my expectations. I tried 2 different pizzas and both were incredibly delicious. The staff are super friendly, and the new owner is very approachable and friendly as well. It is free of any tree-nuts for those who have such allergies. I HIGHLY recommend eating here.

Food was good, service was not so good, the girl who was packing the pizzas was rude to everyone. If it wasnt for the manager I would of had no idea it was my pizza ready. No calling out the name and no apologizing for the long wait. mind you I ordered online ahead of time to pick up on my lunch for 12:45 and my pizza was not ready when getting there at that time and the people who arrived after me got their pizzas after. I did not get my pizza until 20 mins after. So unless you want to wait forever for a pizza for take out then I recommend this place!

Tables were not clean (crumbs everywhere) and had to ask an employee to wipe our table. When we asked, the female staff was like we will wipe it when we have a chance and it took a long time. Service wasn t the greatest as most of the staff were impolite. Pizzas tasted ok but if you don t put many toppings, it will be an expensive $15 pizza. Very thin dough/crust. It s located in Market & Co. which has other restaurant options to choose from. Good for a one time experience.

Been here multiple times for build your own pizza. We always come here when were visiting Upper Canada Mall. The staff are fantastic. Compared to other build your own pizza places (weve tried a lot) this one is our fav. Even though we add a lot of toppings the dough doesnt get soggy. Fantastic value for what you get.

You need to try SCORE PIZZA! It is great for our entire family. Reasonably priced for all the toppings you wish, with a great atmosphere. We eat here often and have never had a negative experience. I wish they didn t take out the soft drink machine. As a mom with kids, the selection was great to have and easy to use (even just for a cup of water). My toddlers love watching the pizza get cooked in the stone oven!

The pizza took over 30 minutes to finish preparing and the crust is very thin. The ordering and paying process was disorganized. Overall, I do not recommend this place if you are looking for quick service or a pizza that will fill you up.

Very thin and chewy crust. May be they should clean their oven often, the burnt crust from previously cooked pizzas cover the bottom of the pizza to the extent the palm of your hand is covered with ashes.

Came here after work for dinner with a friend and OMG, Im so glad we discovered this place. Food was amazing, the crust on the pizza is to DIE FOR. its a nice touch to be in this Italy meets Newmarket family-owned eatery within the marketplace. Service was excellent and the owner Steve was actually behind the counter making the pizzas himself. Makes it more of personable experience. Highly recommend!

This was my first time attending a Score Pizza and I have to say, the hype was worth it! I got the build your own pizza, which was delicious and cooked to perfection. The place was clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite and friendly. Really enjoyed my first lunch there and look forward to going again!

The pizza is pretty good but the lady making the pizza was miserable and rude. She was swearing behind the counter while talking to he coworkers as I m standing in front of her with my child. then she snaps on me when I remind her I have yet to receive my wine that I had ordered. Her response to me was ya I know you have to wait until I m done here in a very snappy tone.

Dreadful pizza. No attention to detail. Ordered 4 pizzas, they only made 3 and one of the pizza had instructions for NO arugula...not only did they put arugula but it said inside the box NO ARUGULA. Easily the worst pizza I have ever had. There is nothing about this place that is good. The toppings are junk and they barely put anything on. I will never order from this junk place ever again. Save your money. Dont spend it here. They dont care about you having an enjoyable meal.

A very kind staff member offered to remake me a pizza (as I did not realise the pizza I ordered came with mushrooms). The staff member let me keep the wrongly made pizza as well, which I decided I would give to my dad. 20 minutes later the owner came by and took the wrongly made pizza away from me (and gave a very odd explanation as to why he was taking it). I had even tipped the restaurant when I initially paid, as I was very impressed with how the staff handled the situation. Safe to say I probably won t be back. I don t understand why the owner felt the need to take the pizza, especially after it had been sitting with me for 20 minutes.

I ve been traveling for almost my entire life and first thing my family and I pay attention to is food and cultures around it when we travel. Pizza obviously is one of our favorite foods in a way that even if we had lunch or dinner we re still open for a nice delicious pizza & once I ve discovered this place and the gentleman behind it we fell in love with it. Somehow not only their pizza is world class but also the environment and vibe is awesome. Simply whenever we re craving for pizza there s one and only place which we can have one of the best pizzas ever.

They do have sandwiches and salad which are amazing as well. The staff are friendly and fast. Highly recommend and Id definitely go back. Little bit pricey but definitely worth the money imo

Good option for a quick bite while at the mall, and very similar to other pizza chains like Blaze Pizza. You can choose one of their signature stone-fired pizzas or build your own, which is great for catering to the tastes and preferences everyone in your group (kids and adults alike). The restaurant is spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating.

Second time to visit Score Pizza at Upper Canada Mall. Great customer service. Staff was attentive and friendly. Fantastic place for a stone oven pizza with amazing flavor. Ordered a personal pizza for around 10 dollars a bit undercooked however maybe placed too many ingredients on top :S liked the ingredients and freshness Would come back to try a full size pizza!

The pizzas we ordered were so well cooked - the stone oven gave the crust a great flavour. The prices for the pizzas were extremely reasonable considering we had an unlimited array of toppings/sauces. To top it off, the place had a homely cafe vibe, which was perfect for a small social gathering. Great service, great food - would definitely recommend!

I tried the 12 Great White North which is one of the signature pizzas, and it was very good. I decided to go with an already defined recipe for convenience because I was in no mood to build my own pizza. The Great White North was a blend of sweet, cheesy and savoury. It had some caramelized onions, arugula, garlic cream sauce, asiago, mozzarella, among other ingredients. The 12 pizza was priced reasonably ($14.50) and was a little more than enough for an individual. It will be a good idea for dining groups to swap pizza slices of different flavours to try out different mixes. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and it has usable male & female washrooms. Cutlery and napkins were available on a side counter.

Score Pizza located in the new Market& Co compound. 4 stars for the crusty and great tasting Pizza as well as friendliness of staff 1 star for the disgusting looking return and garbage area where plates, card boxes and bottles were piling up. Staff need to cleanup more regularly.

They are truly racist, and their behavior is just discriminative and rude. The receptionist was so rude , I believe no immigrant should go there as they can experience as I did at it was awful. they mock me and refuse to ask me about my pizza size even . totally I do not recommend them . I will also gonna call their customer service and let them know about the unpleasant event that happened to me.

12 pizza with fully loaded unlimited toppings for under $15 how can you say no to it. Even though the pizza was loaded with toppings, the bottom wasn t soggy at all. It was really delicious. This is a must try place when going to Upper Canada Mall.

Good Pizza, annoying rude staff. I always get a build your own pizza, staff starts commenting on toppings I choose and always some sort of comment when i ask for extra cheese. I didnt realize im building a pizza for them and not me...

Update: Based on the reply, extra add-on should be for free. So check your receipt when ordering. I either got charged more or paid for a $5 water This is located in the newer market place of the mall. So a bit more foody than the usual food court. Price was very reasonable. But the pizza is pretty specific so you have to like it to try it. It s thin crust only which puts it on the healthier side. Also the pre-built pizzas are not the usual pizza types so make sure to read the ingredients. I ordered the most common Margherita but there was no meat so I added Italian sausage at an additional cost. The flavour was good and thin crust makes it crispy which was nice. They offer beer on tap which is nice in the summer with stone oven baked pizza. The lemonade was also good with a raspberry option.

Absolutely awful establishment . Probably the worst franchise I ve ever eaten at. All started with the awful customer service interaction, you might as well order from a screen because the employees won t even acknowledge or talk to you. The pizza itself was very fake tasting and processed/ frozen pizza at its finest. The restaurant itself was absolutely disgusting, the filth and poor house keeping was honestly shocking. The owner of the franchise needs to wake up and see how awful this place is run. I ve had better experiences at Tim Hortons.

Wow! YOUGOTTA EAT HERE. The pizza toppings are really fresh and unlimited when custom making your own. I am a pizza fanatic and didnt think initially theyd be any good but I was so surprised. Their garlic sauce was amazing and their ceasar salad was tasty also, I didnt like the bread croutons though. I really loved the sauce, I highly recommend the spicy sauce. They have many different cheeses if you are a cheese lover. The customer service was great and plenty seating available. They have their own bathrooms for customers. Plenty mall parking available. I highly recommend this restaurant, will definitely be back. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian toppings, vegan options, and cheeses. Dietary restrictions: Can cater all diets. Score Pizza at first strikes a resemblance to Blaze Pizza. However there are differences and Blaze Pizza is better. I wont be coming back to this place thats for sure. The only good thing Score Pizza has better is there cleaner and more decorated bathroom. 1. There sign says unlimited toppings on pizza which is a lie. When I asked for more grilled chicken on the pizza, the older lady that works there says she already put it on my pizza. Also the older bald man who works there says theres a standard on how much toppings they put on a pizza and brushed me off for more toppings. My guess is they are the husband and wife owners? This is not the case for Blaze Pizza when it is actually unlimited toppings, they put as much toppings as you want. 2. Score Pizzas grilled chicken is ground meat vs. Blazes grilled chicken is actual slices of chicken. 3. Score Pizzas pulled pork meat looks like a pile of mushy tuna mixed with mayo slapped onto the pizza. It looks nothing like pulled pork.

Ordered 4 pizzas last night and 3 of them were made wrong!! There is a paper liner in the box that lists the toppings ordered. How hard is it to read the list and put on the correct toppings? One of the pizzas was missing 4 toppings!!! Next time I ll order from PiCo!

Cheap on the amount of toppings. Like most other negative reviews on here, my experience involved the bald man who works at the counter (presumably the manager/owner). Ordered a 12 inch Build Your Own Pizza which should include unlimited toppings. He told the girl who was making my pizza that the cheese is strong flavored so dont need to add alot. After building my pizza, I asked to add more mozzarella on top but he said the concept of their pizza counter is to flow in one direction and they cannot go backwards to add more toppings. There was no one else in line aside from my party of 2.

Dont believe the negative reviews, this pizza restaurant is fantastic. A cold 20oz beer and a personal create your own pizza plus tip under $21, how can you go wrong?
