Milestones in Newmarket

I came in today and there was two hostess named Caitlin and Talia. They helped us out a lot and I recommend them to anyone that needs a hostess.

My time at milestones was truly amazing and worthwhile. I appreciated the staff who were very organized and helpful especially in the variety of foods on the menu. I was there with my family last week and the atmosphere was great as well as the food. It was not old nor cold and the prices were reasonable for the portions they offered. Our hostess (Andrea) was especially helpful in helping us pick the best options in the menu that suited our usual taste preferences. Overall, I definitely recommend!

Food is good. Service is poor. The butternut squash ravioli was good but very light and could have used some sauce. I saw on the bill garlic cream sauce optional $0 but was not offered this. That would have made it shine. The ramen was great. Kids meal grilled salmon was a great portion, perfect for my eight-year-old. No colouring or activities for kids. Unfortunately, the food took a long time to come out, which was a tad tortuous with two hungry kids. Sadly, after that, the server disappeared. But everything was good until we were done eating. Eventually, what looked like a manager came by. I gave our dessert order, asking for it to go saying I know the kids one has ice cream, but the kids would eat in the car as it was getting late. Good on him for knowing we would want the check, except why did it take so long? After receiving the check, close to 30 minutes later, he asked if I needed the machine. I said yes and asked for the desserts. Based on his response, he had clearly forgotten. Another 10 or so minutes later another server brought the machine to pay. Again I had to ask for the to-go desserts. Finally, they came out pretty quickly and was assured that the ice cream was in there. It was not. But I had already gotten the kids in the car and gratefully my son was okay with having just the cookie and not the ice cream, although I was charged for it. And some forks or spoons would have been great, but I wont fault them for that since maybe its unusual. Nonetheless, after spening more time waiting than actually ordering and eating combined, sometimes I wish I was the type of person who could leave a lesser tip for poor service, because in this case, the tip left was not deserved. Sorry.

Excellent atmosphere and service from all three bartenders. Courteos, respectful and kind. Wonderful Flambé Burger and Iced Tea. Recommended for families seeking good food in the area. Absolutely awful experience. We arrived and manager said its a bit busy and a bit behind with the bar etc.. OK. Never took down our name. We sat at the bar....no wonder they were backed up. Bartender with no sense of urgency and seemed like he was high. Had to go back and request our table again. Got sat and waited for close to 15 minutes. Not one person came by to greet us, offer another drink etc. THE STANDARD SERVICE FOR ALL RESTAURANTS!!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE HUNGRY EVER !!

Mid afternoon Saturday lunch so the lace was quiet. Waited a few minutes to get seated then the service was excellent. Food was very good indeed with an extensive menu albeit a bit pricey but we would certainly return. Ps we had no view of a tv from our booth. YEAH!

What a terrible experience. The waiter was so slow and inattentive. Gave coffee with no sugar. Took thirty minutes between giving the meal and returning. Getting the bill took forever. We were there four hours with little ones with us too. As an apology the manager gave us free appetizer coupons for next time, with the purchase of an entree. LOL. You can get that free online for signing up for their email. We gave them away. No thanks. Never again. This restaurant is officially blacklisted from our places to visit. Horrible service. Horrible response to complaint.

It will be a mileston when this place goes out of business!! This place is pathetic, $20 for the smallest appetizers. Got the calamari which was unevenly cooked, beef short rib was decent but the portion size for the money was laughable. Got the half rack of ribs with chicken and shrimp for my main. Ribs were cooked well however the mango jalapeño barbecue sauce was overly sweet and I couldnt taste any jalapeño. The shrimp was nothing special, and the chicken was beaten so it woul be thin so it would take up more size on the plate, the chicken was extremely tough and bland as well. The chef forgot the Cajun seasoning on my fries which were also cold. I asked about it and they brought me out some different fries that had the seasoning but they were also cold. Cost a family of 5 over $300 dollars for the most sub par lunch ever. This place prices to compete with the keg, however the only way I can compare these franchises is with the price. If you are looking for a nice formal lunch/dinner avoid this place at all costs and just go to the Keg.

Remember when the Bellini (which is one of the signature items here) was huge with a cherry and a plastic thing in it? Its now sad and small. Beyond that....the service is in the top 5 worst experienced in my entire life. 30 mins between drinks and returning to the table. Our waiter would just disappear.....we had toddlers with us who were losing patience with us. Getting the bill took forever. When we spoke to the manager they barely cared and gave free appetizers for next time (with the purchase of a meal)....you can get that free online. We gave them away. We were there 3.5 hours.....and 2 hours of that was waiting. OUr party wanted to just leave and we should have. No tip and will never ever ever return.

Delicious and great service! Stopped by for a quick drink and appetizer. Shannon was very knowledgeable and helpful. Bruschetta was yummy.

It was our first time at Milestones. The service was amazing and the food extremely delicious. I would recommend the mushroom soup and the korean ribs (the sauce was so good). Ingredients were fresh and high quality. The only minus is most options were not dairy free, but they did have a small vegan menu.

We came here for our grandmother s birthday on Friday and it was amazing. Our server Rosha was super sweet and helpful and made our experience delightful. Will definitely be coming here again and asking for Rosha as our server!!

Was in today for lunch. It was extremely busy for a Monday. Elise was our server, she was absolutely wonderful. You can tell she really enjoys her job, huge smile and full of energy! Great job Elise!

Tables and chairs were sticky and had the dirty rag smell to them. There was loud music coming from the kitchen and the back on top of the music they played at the restaurant. I was better off sitting on the curb having a hotdog.. probably cleaner and more relaxing to be honest

Haven t been to milestones in so long. It was such a treat to be served by Elise and Katelyn, the food was incredible and the service was even better!

This was our first time at Milestones and we had a great time. We were a big party and our server Rosha took care of us really well. What stood out the most was when Rosha overheard us talking about my friend s birthday and brought out a complimentary dessert with a candle without us even asking! Her thoughtfulness made the evening extra special.

Every time we come we are severed with the best of the best. Kaitlyn serves us every time and she is always smiling and gives the best vibe. The food is always top notch and always entertained with the best music.

Came here for date night and i have to say, this might be me and the wife s routine spot from now on! Our server rosha was very kind and made us feel very welcomed. Rosha you are fantastic and hopefully we will see you many more times! We both got steak and it was absolutely delicious as well. Bravo all around!

My friend and I ordered the spicy Ramon noodle bowl with side ribs. It was recommended to us by the r waitress. She was friendly and there were very few in the restaurant and she seemed unable to remember things and we tried to get her attention many times. The food came and it had no taste The noodles were sitting in the water they were boiled in, no flavour and the ribs were like rubber. The manager came by and asked us how our meal was and we politely said that there was no taste to it and it was recommended to us and he said sorry and just walked away. Then our waitress came by and said everything OK and I said no like its not flavourful and its not spicy and theres no taste of this meal and she apologize and she said she would get the manager and he never came back and then the third waitress came to help us because I guess they were sharing duties and Complaint to her and she, and then the manager eventually came back And then walked away and it took 45 minutes and then he finally came back and he said he would take care of it. The manager did not want to rectify the matter and it took 45 minutes for him to finally come back and deal with it. i wont go back to this location ever

From start to finish our experience at Milestones was a complete disappointment. Although the restaurant was not busy, the drinks came excruciatingly slow. The first drinks were served without a cocktail napkin. No place settings were brought to the table even though we ordered an appetizer. Upon request we received 2 cocktail napkins although there were 3 of us . We waited a good 20 minutes for our 2nd drink. We were brought a jug of water. We had to ask for water classes. When the food was placed on the table, we still had no cutlery or full size napkins. Again, we had to ask. I ordered the Spiced Shoyu Ramen bowl with BBQ Kalbi Beef short ribs. It was completely bland. There were 3 meager short ribs .They were so tough they were difficult to cut even though the strips were very thin. I used to frequent this restaurant on a regular basis. It was always good. I admittedly hadn t been there in the past 2 years so I didn t even check the reviews. I wish I had. I won t be back.

Corporate takes the hit for this one. Party of four adults, service was fine, my food was good and the others enjoyed theirs also. Bill was over $200 which is expected these days. No complementary bread, ordered soup for $10, no crackers were offered. It could be argued that the soup was gluten free but most of the world is not, so not offering a package of crackers is just a way to save costs. Although the place was pleasant I will not be in a rush to go back as Milestones locations lack the little details that make your night out a great evening.

There was a hairpin sitting on the supposedly clean table when we sat down. We were a party of six. The service was very slow. It took along time to get drinks. We ordered six waters and received two empty glasses. When they finally found two more glasses there was not enough water in the jug and we had to wait even longer. The other two waters didnt come until after we had finished the appetizers and asked again. The burger didnt fill the bun and was overcooked. The waitress delivered one meal that she couldnt identify. The Mediterranean chicken could have used some more vegetables. The mushroom chicken was too salty. The food overall was just barely okay. The desserts were delicious. Milestones is not the same as it once was. The service was slow. The server disappeared in between ordering interactions. We didnt get enough cutlery until after the appetizers. Some people got two forks some only got one! The evening was a disappointment. I wont be back.

Our family dined here last night to celebrate my 30th birthday and our service was very poor. We waited forever for drinks, our entrees came out at different times and our kids had to wait to longest for their meals which makes for a very frustrating dinner. On top of that, it felt like our servers never checked on us, they just disappeared and never cleared the table of any dishes etc. Just for the price of the food, its a shame that the service is so poor and our entire party was unhappy with the service. We wont be back.

Overall, I was not very impressed. I think they must have been running a short staff on the night we visited... Service was inattentive and substandard. Food quality was acceptable, but just barely, and portion size was below average. While there have been upgrades since I had last visited (floors, bathroom), there were some areas that were downright dingy and in need of repair (such as the area around the main door at the reception desk). All in all, this place is not what it used to be. I will not be in a hurry to return.

Believe the negative reviews ... will NEVER go back. I wouldnt have served the food at home that they served me ... even the dessert was bad !!!

The food taste good clean place.

Poor service. Staff seemed not very attentive to what food was ordered by the guests, trying to find out who ordered things. Steaks served without steak knives. Some meals arrived very late after being notified on two occasions. Others were finished meals by the time it arrived. Food was cold. Not impressed at all.

We went for fathers Day brunch and were quite disappointed, I ordered egg whites and got eggs, the breakfast potatoes were potato wedges and very salty. Blah.

Worst tacos. Second time trying their tacos the first time I said I would give them benefit of the doubt and try it again. It s awful tasting and something is wrong with their tortillas it s like your eating cardboard it s like they have both times on different occasions given stale tortilla wraps.

I recently visited Milestones Newmarket, and I have to say, it was a disappointment from start to finish. The service was painfully slow, with our food taking over 40 minutes to arrive. And during that eternity of waiting, the only thing they offered was drinks. When the food finally did arrive, it was a sorry excuse for a meal. The steak I ordered came out looking like it had been in a battle with a blowtorch. The outside was burnt to a crisp, making it feel like I was attempting to eat a piece of coal. Not exactly the culinary experience I was hoping for. Needless to say, I wont be recommending this place to anyone, and I certainly wont be returning until they can get their act together and improve both the quality of their service and their food. Save yourself the time and frustration and steer clear of Milestones Newmarket.

We recently visited Milestones Newmarket, and I have to say, it was a disappointment to say the least. We were celebrating our daughters 20th birthday, but the atmosphere was really dull and sad. The service was painfully slow, with our food taking over an hour to arrive. The server did not write any of our food orders, drinks and special requests. Even when I asked. She said she would remember everything. Well... the drinks took more than 50 minutes and we had to follow-up twice. At that time we were told there was an issue with the system and the server did not remember what drinks we had on ordered. Needless to say our food was served without considering our special requests. In the past we used to celebrate all our special days at Milestone, but I dont think we will ever go back to this restaurant again. They are expensive, but the service and food quality doesnt match up to the price they charge.

Went here on Mother s Day, as I have for the last 15-20 years. This used to be a great place up until a few years ago I have noticed it going downhill. On this experience we waited 40 min for a table. Understandable as it was a special day and they were busy, however more then half the tables were empty and the reasoning of not sitting us there is so the kitchen doesn t get backed up. Ok fair enough. After looking at the menu and deciding what we were eating the waitress then tells us they have no eggs (we came for brunch). I said well isn t the superstore right there couldn t someone get them and secondly. Why were we not told this before waiting. When we were leaving the manger didn t seem to care as his response was oh I ll check with the kitchen . You have lost a long time customer

Enjoyed the fish tacos with a small California salad. Excellent taste especially paired with a non-alcoholic beer.

Visited Milestones with my mom and sister and Caitlin was amazing! She was so friendly, personable, and answered all of our questions perfectly. Service was fast and the food was great! We will definitely visit again for her :)

Cobwebs on the lamps, sticky floor, sticky wobbly table, dirty windows (on the inside) smelled like rotten fish and the draft tap was clearly not cleaned. Really disappointed, though this was supposed to be a higher end experience. With the number of options within a 5 min walk I would expect the management of this location to be more concerned with the general experience and service.

Went here this past Friday, and I just HAD to write a postiive review for this restaurant. It seems like it is under new management or something because the food this time around WAS EXTREMELY DELICIOUS. I had a steak that was cooked to perfection, seasoned so well, and the service from Newsha was amazing. The managers also came around to our table multiple times to ensure that we were having a positive dining experience. I would give this 11/5 stars if I could. Everything was simply perfect! I hope that the standard continues to remain the same. If so, Ill be back dozens and dozens of times. And I will be SURE to bring all my family and friends here as well. Job well done to Newsha and the entire team! And especially, our compliments to the kitchen.

Milestones - Great place for get together. Good Vegan/Vegetarian options. Like the Ambiance. I have visited a few locations. At this location The servers were rushing us a lot - we are in for a relaxed atmosphere to dine in. The water was served in Cracked Glasses. We informed the server however there were no apologies. The location needs to think on their services.

The food was not very high quality, you can have better steak in other places like KEG! No special service ! Wont try it again! Food

We had a great meal here on Valentines Day with excellent service! It was busy and I know our server had many tables but he was attentive and quick, the food came out fast and hot! The spinach dip to start was a huge portion and we both enjoyed the portobello mushroom as our mains. The date night special was great value with dessert included too. The manager was circulating all night to make sure everyone was having a good meal and tables were cleaned up quickly around us. A great casual Valentine s Day date!

Meeting up with a friend of 40 years. The staff allowed us to sit, chat, catch up, and enjoy our meal over the course of several hours without bother. This location has become our go to place for our catch up session. (We also are respectful of their business and avoid their busy times.)

Unfortunately my experience here was not a good one. Went for the first time as a group of 4 people. We ended up having 3 different servers looking after us throughout our time seated. Lots of mistakes were made to our orders. I had a medium-well 7 oz sirloin that looked like it could still be alive! We had to ask twice after receiving our food to get some cutlery and napkins brought to the table so we could eat. Most of the staff were friendly but this place clearly has some managment issues that need to be addressed. For the price of the food and the level of service at this location, I recommend going elsewhere for your night out.

Normally the service we get is really poor and slow, but we love the food and drinks enough to come back repeatedly, but tonight we had the best service we ve ever experienced! Jessika G was kind, speedy and had lots of knowledge about drinks and gave me an amazing recommendation! Will be coming back for her service from now on! Ps she even asked us if we had any allergies to be aware of.

The Prime Rib was not available so my wife had the meat loaf. It was tasteless. The mashed potatoes had garlic in them which was not noted. My dinner of ribs, chicken and shrimp was fantastic. The kee lime pie was very good but the whipped cream was hard and fake. Thanks

The worst experience ever. It took 15 minutes for someone to come take our drink orders. Specified I had a gluten allergy ordered a wedge salad. Came with multiple toppings it did not state on the menu. Ordered a gluten free burger and bun. Again stated allergy, the waiter came and said fries were cooked in a gluten fryer. I said I did not order the fries so no worries. They brought the burger with fries. The burger was so burned I could not chew it. We asked for one drink refill and 20 minutes later the waiter still never brought one. The food was awful for everyone who ordered. We had to ask for our bill from a random waiter and left still with no drink refill. The restaurant was almost empty so busyness was not the issue. Will not return here.

What a disappointing experience! Ordered a medium rare rib eye steak and got well done. If the chef can t make a steak, what is the point to even try anything else? The grill marks were all over the place too, which speaks to their incompetence. This restaurant was good 7 years ago and now it just keeps going downhill. Kitchen makes the reputation for the restaurant and it s important to hire trained chefs. Lastly, their salads are always stale and presentation is pretty basic and unappetizing.

Will not return. Were seated and ordered drinks. 5 minutes later ordered appetizers. Apps arrived before drinks. Manager took orders and server was intermittent. Burrata appetizer was fine if garlicky. Steak was properly cooked and half of the tables fries were as well. The other half were barely cooked and the Caprese chicken sandwich was externally cooked but had cold/raw sections throughout. Chicken Caesar salad was properly cooked but tasteless croutons. Spiderwebs on booth and abysmal service for the last 3/4 of the meal, would have ordered dessert, but no one came while we were still interested. Had to ask repeatedly for drinks, manager was nice but lots of kitchen noise and lack of service.

Kristina, the hostess, greeted us with her cheerful disposition and exuded warmth and caring toward her customers. Jessica, our waitress, was very attentive, made excellent suggestions and didn t rush us. Raj, the manager, made a point to ask how our experience was. It was amazing! We ll be back! One of the better experiences I have had at a restaurant. Kristina the hostess was amazing. I accidentally came in early and wanted to catch up on some work and have a bite to eat. She kindly sat me in a private area where I could get some work done and bring me a coffee even though they were not open. She was very friendly and welcoming. As I sat here for a couple hours to get work done the manager kindly asked me if I ever needed anything to let him know. The staff here are welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing as always.

My daughters Chicken Parmasean was burnt. They didnt have french fries for my other daughters meal. The restaurant ran out of french fries?. Crazy. Surf and turf is a rip off...steak was awful and the turf was 5 shrimp. Disappointing all around. Wouldnt go again.

Great service. We were there over the weekend. The service was amazing. The new management team checked on us no less than 3 times. I had the Lamb special and it was so delicious. The meat was so tender that it almost fell off the bone. My wifes meal (steak with shrimp) was equally delicious. The wait staff was also friendly, but you can see they were busy. Nonetheless a great experience. We are looking towards returning for the lamb again.

Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Sudhir Rana did best job as our server. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

Tried this place out for the first time after it being the only restaurant without a wait on a Saturday night. I understand why it wasnt busy. Service here is AWFUL. Over 30 min wait to even be greeted and asked for our drinks after we were seated, another 20 before she came out and told us that one drink wasnt available, then another 20 before the drinks came. Not once were we checked on and asked if we needed anything (we had to ask for cutlery...). Everyone wanted additional drinks and dessert, but we were never asked. Dead restaurant but massive waiting times between everything. Couldnt even tell you the waitresses name because she never told us. Also there was things added to our bill that we didnt ask for but it was only a few dollars. At this point after a long experience I just wanted to get the hell out of here. Other person in our group had same experience so double check your bills... Shame because the food was delicious but I would not return to this location.

We will NOT return to this particular location. Service & the food were both a huge disappointment. Staff walking all over the place yet it took 20 minutes to get a drink, at least 15 - 20 minutes to track down our server for our bill & another 15 minutes for her to bring the machine back to pay the overpriced bill. Felt bad for the young lady serving us as she had several tables with very little help. Management needs to get more organized & bring staff in to accommodate their guests, especially on a weekend!

well the food was great but lack of presentation ribeye on a pile of potato and asparagus, were underneath no class for two hundred and fifty dollars for dinner they need to have an education on how to present a dish to make it like you want to come and eat there all the time but I ordered a side of mushroom and they opened a can of mushroom and butter and it was like here no class at all it s why 6 pm they had three tables out of over twelve tables they have no clue how to treat people in still very sad it should ve been packed but they just have no clue and now I m going to go to the milestones site tell him how I feel that s all I can do I guess for that kind of money should I got better?

We go to this location regularly for special occasions. Past week we went in again. First, after i tried making a reservation over the phone, i was suggested i didnt need one. So we went in. Turns out we did need a reservation for Thurs night dinner. We ordered a mediterranean chicken for both people and chicken fingers for a birthday child. Needles to say - fries werent cooked enough, our child ate a side order of rice (she loved their fries in the past). Mediterranean chicken... Oh what happened to that wonderful dish it used to be?!?!?! Barely 9 (!!!!!) chickpeas, bare min of spinach and thin chicken pieces. At merely $30 a dish this should be on the bed of chickpeas as it used to be. Good that we ordered a side of mashed potatoes and rice. I wish i could attach a pic to my review. Jessica was an amazing server! She made our childs birthday special with sparkles on a desert. Thank you Jess! As for milestones - i think we are done with this chain. Moxies is more expensive but much better!

I was visiting Newmarket for the weekend and walked into this place on a Friday night at about 8:30 as my hotel recommended this place -- I stood there LITERALLY for 5 minutes and no one came to seat me so I walked around the place looking for anyone and was completely ignored by all staff who ALL seemed to be hanging out in the kitchen.... maybe they were finishing up the shift even though they close at 10:00 and it wasnt busy.....After literally 7 (yes seven) minutes of waiting to be seated with no acknowledgement I wound up going next door to Kelseys Roadhouse with burgers as a specialty (and amazing service) - I would not go back to Milestones based on the lack of service. (And of course I did not get to eat there) - my review is based solely on service and lack thereof. Fyi - Also its not discrimination as Im a well-dressed person over 60 years old....its just how things are these days I guess - also depending on where you go and of course management (or lack thereof....)

Wont be having the steak anytime soon again. Cooked to perfection, service was great, but the cut was as tough as road kill. Disappointed as I was craving a good steak. Aged 28 days on the side of the road maybe.

Expensive for the price you pay

Amazing service, staff friendly, efficient. Jessica checked in quite often which was nice. The food was tasty and good size plates; soup, salad, and meal. Beet salad, mushroom chicken. Mushroom soup. And appreciate that the music wasnt cranked too loud so you could actually hear people talk and no sore throat at the end of the night.

We had such a great night tonight for my friend s birthday. Delicious food and the atmosphere was wonderful. The goat cheese salad , mushroom soup and portabello mushrooms with chicken were all amazing. All of the staff were kind and welcoming. However, special mention goes to our main server, Jessica, for her attention and warm presence and smile. Thank you for the lovely service. P.S. server Meagan was also lovely and helped out. Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room and good table seating for my walker.

I visited Milestones yesterday and had the most pleasant experience! The dill salmon was great but the service was AMAZING! Jessica was super attentive, warm and welcoming! She made sure we had everything we needed at all times. She truly went above and beyond! 10/10 service!

This place seems to I have gone downhill. Our waiter was slow and indifferent at best. We had errors with our food orders (which the manager did come to address and compd us on) but it was overall disappointing.

Our group of 6 people won t be coming back. There were two mistakes in the order: one person didn t get the chicken she ordered with her salad and two people got *very* well done roast beef instead of the medium rare they ordered. The manager s solution was to have them order other dishes, but the two people had to wait for 15 minutes, hungry, watching everyone else eat. They didn t get their dinners till everyone else was finished eating. The manager a[ologized but we received no credit or anything for the error other than getting a free appetizer voucher for our *next* visit which won t be happening after our experience. They should have given some discount. On top of that, the waitress didn t ask once if we wanted more drinks and never refilled our water glasses. This was over a two hour long dinner. Then, we ordered lattes with dessert which never came. 20 minutes later, long after the desserts were finished, the waitress came to apologize that their latte machine was broken. She should have told us earlier so we could get other types of coffee. My dish, Thai peanut noodles was ok but very bland, lacking any punch. So next time our group goes out, we will never go back to Milestones, Newmarket.

chairs are higher than normal so a little uncomfortable. Cocktails were great as was the mushroom chicken but the expensive filet mignon had no flavour and the veggies were undercooked. The key lime pie was not key lime pie. Multiple servers so no check in and missed items. Wont go back

Had a reservation last night. Were seated in the worst cramped dirtiest table and worst location. Then every Sri Lankan server ignored us for 15 mins...I had to get up to say can I have some water..still didnt bring water for the table 15 mins later...what a joke of an establishment..walked out after being ignored over half an hour..fire all your servers and hire robots..at least they wont be retarded at their job and have a spec of empathy...shame on you, never going back .

Horrible experience. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Came here for a 16 ounce rib steak bone in. Ordered it medium rear camel out over cooked and soggy. Second time came it was full of veins so hard to cut. My husband hand was hurting from trying to cut it. Disgusting. 3 different managers came all full OF EXCUSES speaking non sense. Honestly never come here. Go to the keg if you want a descent meal right across the street. Only nice understanding person was our waitress.

Came as a large group of 30+ for corporate gathering. Don t have a choice but to give 18% tips forced on us. The server knew we were asked to pay 18% tips, so no service is required in her mind. There was no service to deserve the 18%. We came at 5:30. There was no water or glasses on the table. We waited for an hour before finally the server asked if we want water. The server who is supposed to be attending us was no where to be found during most of our stay. Did not check up on us to see if everything is ok. The food came really late and not at the same time. They also had a super awkward numbering system for us that we wear a sticker on us for them to know our order, which turned out to be a disaster. My burger was dry and hard. Wasn t a good experience at all. Not recommending.

Im really disappointed. It used to be a great spot. The last couple of times Ive gone, it has taken forever to get food. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, and the wait staff were not attentive, hardly even present. It would make waiting for food easier if you at least had drinks coming. Will be my last time at this location
