You let us leave knowing how much was spent $50 on a chicken burger and small poutine. Regardless of the platform that was used to order, ultimately it is your business in a small community, and in trying times. you could have tried to work something out. You wouldnt hear of it and stated therw was nothing you could do. Its surprising on your position. Your restaurant was slammed orders coming through, you were busy. Sometimes taking a loss for the sake of whats right and customer statisfaction is what really goes a long way. I stand behind my review.

Very rude and unfriendly service I used to drop by a few times a week after work The guy who works their is not friendly whatsoever and doesnt engage in small talk. As a matter of fact he keeps telling me rudely to repeat myself like its hysterical to disrespect the customer. I was trying to be friendly with the guy on different occasions by talking to him he would keep saying what or sorry And keep me repeating myself when I was clearly speaking English to the guy dont know why he finds it necessary to be rude to the customer but I wont b dropping by any more Also the food is to pricey 10$ for a 6 inch sandwich not worth it

I m trying to figure out how to post the picture , but I ordered the Bronx chopped cheese , it was on the front door as a feature , absolutely the most disgraceful sandwich I ve had , tiny little skimpy amounts terribly placed , I mean so pathetic you couldn t even see meat unless you opened the sandwich ,the main feature was the bread . The poutine was fine , not special not bad . I ve eaten the cheesesteaks at other locations and they were great , assuming this location just ain t doin it right . When I spoke to the guy pointing at what I had order he simply replied yeah that s it and did nothing about the clear robbery and misleading that had taken place .

Visited on Sunday and was served by Emily. She was fantastic. It was near closing time, I had never been there before, and she was alone with a lineup. She was apologetic to those waiting, she was patient and professional, and she was so kind. She really represented this establishment well and I will return based on the interaction alone. The food was great, pricing was OK, and the store was kept clean.

New management again. Definite improvement over a couple of years ago, but the jury is still out. At least we could dine in again. Sandwiches were good but drenched in sauce, which hid a lot of the other flavors. Onion rings were excellent. There seemed to be a slight aroma of curry from when we walked in to when we left, and it was a bit off-putting. Didnt make sense since there are no curry dishes or sauces. Well probably go back to try again.

I went in today because I wanted a poutine for lunch. I got the medium bacon Poutine and it came to over $15 taxes in. In my opinion it was not worth it. Now to the service, it was the worst service I ever got. I went in and no one was out front. I tried to get anyones attention and didnt get heard, then when someone realized I was there (had been there about 5 mins but the point) they just came out what your order no sorry about your wait or anything of the like. I asked a question to clarify the menu and got the answer but the server was very rude about it. I will not be returning to this location

EDIT: the owners response is a complete fabrication below. I never called an asked them to reduce the price lol. I got hung up on before even asking my question and had to call back myself. And the BOGO is predatory because you re using it to manipulate the mandatory add ons in order to increase the price by double. You get 2 sandwiches but not for half the price which is what a BOGO deal is supposed to be. You end up having to pay extraordinary additional fees for mandatory add ons. It s very predatory in nature. I m not world should it cost $5 to add an extra inch to a sub lol actually pathetic. Genuinely pathetic customer service. Called and someone answered who then passed the phone off to someone else. That next employee was talking to me for a couple seconds then you could hear him out the phone down and then five seconds later hung up on me. I called back and asked why I was hung up on and he tried to act like it never happened. The pricing on the Uber eats app is also very predatory in nature. They are using the buy one get one free promotion to mislead customers. The fact a small sub is $15 is crazy in itself. Then in order to upgrade it costs another $5 to add an extra inch to the sub. For example, in order to upgrade to a medium (7-8 inch) from a small (5-6 inch) using the BOGO you would add an extra $10 to your order just to upgrade. Many stores are manipulating the BOGO option in order to mislead customers but this is easily the worst I ve seen.

The fact that they call this abysmal mess a Philly cheesesteak would have people in Philly rioting. Overpriced, zero taste and DRENCHED in sweet BBQ sauce. Tiny gross little sandwich for $15 should be illegal. I hate leaving negative reviews but jeez they make it hard.

The food wasnt the problem as much as the rude staff. There is a guy working inside that was so rude not only to me but to other staff, maybe he was the owner. Anyways never going back again.

Twice now, door was locked but open sign was on, during mentioned business hours. EDIT: there was no open door. No signs pointing to anything and the roll up door was closed. It seems they just forgot to unlock it... twice... Anyways: Went back again, got the pulled pork poutine. It took around 25 minutes for my food to be ready. Only 1 other person was inside. Poutine itself was quite enjoyable, I would order it again but maybe order takeout ahead of time to wait less.

We ordered a small poutine , small and medium Philly cheese steak sandwich . The poutine was smaller than a small McDonalds fries and we paid $10 for it. The medium sandwich looked and tasted like subway 6inch steak and cheese sandwich and the small was about 4 inches or the size of a mcdouble . Also the toppings we ordered were missing and there was no cheese in one of the sandwiches. Overall I feel like weve been duped into paying $42 for about $20 worth of food. Im not sure if its just this location that sucks this bad but Im staying away from philthy Phillys Overall. Im utterly disappointed

As many have mentioned, portion sizes have been reduced and prices have gone up. I used to get a Tuesday $5 Choose-day regular sized poutine and it was great. Food was good and portion was great. Then the price went up to $6 which is understandable. Then the portion size was significantly reduced but the price stayed the same. Price/gram has gone up so much that even though Costcos poutine isnt as good, it scratches the poutine itch and the better value can not be ignored. Service and atmosphere are as expected. Food is served in a reasonable amount of time. My wife used to ask me what I wanted for dinner. Id think about it and when I realized it was Tuesday, my eyes would light up and without me saying anything, shed say ... Chooseday agaaaain? I miss those days.

Philthy is right! Tables were dirty. Garbage can looks like its never been cleaned. I was afraid to touch it. I was charged for a bottle of water when I asked for tap water. The Philly cheese steaks arent too bad. Poutines are decent. Vegetarian options: They have veggie poutine and even a veggie cheesesteak!

It was a clean place, 2 friendly female staff members, the portion sizes are pretty decent (for the poutine at least) my only complaint is that the prices are pretty steep for some of the food, looked online before going and when I got there it was a dollar or 2 more than what it said.

I recently visited Philthy Phillys and was blown away by the friendly staff and quick service. While the chicken could have used a bit more flavor, everything else about the experience was top-notch. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the menu had a great selection of classic fast food items. Overall, I highly recommend Philthy Phillys for a tasty and convenient meal on the go! Could be new management based on other reviews but our experience here has been super! Real fresh vegetables on their delicious greasy veggie poutine, their gravy is great and portions are generous. My kids and I love getting out French fry Friday dinners here!

I am very disappointed in how there is only one woman taking orders for a long lineup of people who are waiting with me. Its been 12 minutes of her processing orders from who knows where because I am the first person in line (about 8 people waiting behind me) and she has been making orders without speaking to any of us. Instead she is on the phone speaking in her own language. The time before this, my fries were super hard and stale, almost like old cold fries were re-cooked. I am done here

$18 for a poutine the size of an $8-12 poutine at most places. The philthy size is a joke. Very stingy on the cheesecurds and gravy there was barely any. Wish I could get my money back.

Great food...worth the price and staff is amazing. The girl who serves us here..is always so upbeat and positive with a smile and exceptionally great customer service skills. Tuesdays deals are great and this is our guilty pleasure place for s fast delicious great priced meal. UPDATE I no longer go to this location, after a few Uber orders we were wondering what was going on with food quality. We find out the store has changed owners and wont be back to this location or order there again. The portion , quality not the same to the point it is too noticeable my kids made a comment . Sad the other owners left, will have to find a new steak sandwich somewhere close.

One day I may , I say may order something different but I love the Philly cheese steak sandwich, This is the 3rd Philthy Phillys location I have been to in the GTA and this one is awesome.

I have been coming to this place for year now and came back again after 6 months, entire staff has been changed and staff is VERY RUDE and has so much attitude, I only asked to add a strip of ranch sauce in a small poutine for which I already paid $9.30 but he refuses to add sauce and asked me to pay 1.05 extra for that. And on top of that, he starts embarrassing me in front of all the other staff that I dont know how fast the market has changed and everything is expensive now, like I am walking right out of 18th century. Ridiculous!! ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE BEWARE AND STAY OUT OF IT!!

The service here is great with a friendly atmosphere and the food really good. Vegetarian options: I noticed that they do have a veggie burger for vegetarians. Parking: There is plenty of parking in front of the store so parking is not a problem. Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere here is kid- friendly as to seating cleanliness and safety.

This place used to be amazing. I think ownership changed because everytime I come here its worse than before. I just keep hoping its a one off and Ill get good food again , but I have to stop trying now. Portion size is down, gravy is like water and meat is often not a good texture/taste and fatty. Ordered a poutine and it was absolutely delicious! Melted cheese curds smothered in gravy hits home. Mmmmmm mmmm highly recommend. The menu here is very extensive. These is a variety of meats available for putine with a bit more flex. I really appreciated the patience of the staff and will be back to try more of these delicious options. New owners are stingy used to be bomb guy scammed me more then once and doesn t even let you collect points or redeem rewards nice lies I reported this company to corporate look at all the 1 star reviews that are new I m not the only one

What a huge disappointment, the portions are much smaller than before, I use to come here quite often but now it seems like this new owner is trying to cut corners to save money, I think corporate should look into this location before itll loose most of its customers. I will not be coming to this location anymore.

Seems like quality and quantity has gone down since last year. I recently ordered their Philly steak sandwiches and poutine. What happened to the portion sizes? Theyve been cut in half! Their reg size poutine is now the same size as their previous small!!! Their sandwiches are so soggy why? Seems like there is new ownership thats cut down a lot even with price hikes. I have to say the service is good but wont be coming back, just not worth the price anymore.

Im an occasional customer at Philthy Phillys. Whenever my partner and I are craving some fries we come here for their poutine. In the past, a medium poutine ($15+tax) used to fill us both up with leftovers but as other reviewers have echoed, the portion sizes have drastically decreased. The same medium poutine order no longer fills us up- forget about leftovers. I am disappointed in this change and can no longer justify the price point for the quantity provided.

Found Philthy Phillys a year ago, and now eat their steak sandwiches once a week. BEST Steak Sandwich I have eaten anywhere in Canada!!

The only reason Im eating 5 stars is for the employee that made my food tonight. I was 12:30 am, he was most likely tired, as well...... Its 12:30 am. He grabbed my poutine wrong and ended up dumping it on the counter. No big deal, right? He ended up turning around to his employer? Manager? Someone clearly of a higher standing (this male employee seemed new) and told her he had dumped it and was met with a death glare and an aggressive make another one. It actually hurt MY feelings. Accidents happen! I really hope theyre a lot more gentle with their employees than what I saw tonight. And if the gentleman that was working tonight sees this, youre doing amazing. Keep up the good work

Normally I love this place but I tried to order over Google maps and wow first they gave me just the Poutine from my order then when I went back in they gave me the wrong 2 sandwiches. Think they need a better system

Delicious Cheesesteak! But not full after a $13 plus tax meal. So get ready to spend $16+ if you trying to be full for lunch or dinner. Will come again but not often.

When I want to treat myself this is my go to...... Best poutine around and the sandwiches, burgers are the best around. The staff is amazing and service is always superb everytime I go in and order/visit.

Used to be my go to cheesesteak sandwich spot but their customer service has been disappointing due to their unpleasant demeanour. Seeing their unkept hair was also off putting when watching them make the food. The prices have gone up while the quality and quantity have gone down. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this location.

I had Madison assist me today she had great customer service she was very nice and took my order and made my order just watching her skils in the kitchen is really impressive. This place has great customer service, staff would properly wear gloves. Clean restaurant. Great portions.

I went on Tuesday and got 3 $6 specials. Not a bad amount of food for the price but not a great deal either. The poutine was pretty good. The sandwich meh. The steak filling tasted okay but really disappointing bread for a sandwich place.

Really enjoyed this place when it first opened! Was in a while ago and will not be returning. No sign posted at door to let customers know there is NO dine in option to sit down at a table. That day we would not have continued had it been known we had no place to sit. The two ladies behind the counter were a little rude and when we sat down at a table at the back, and we asked them to clean it, they came over and wiped it down but still did not inform us that there was no dine in (or that we weren t allowed to even be sitting down at that table!) When we received our food, we were also finally informed it was take out only. We left to eat in our vehicle and we re thoroughly unimpressed. Dry buns, dry meat, unmelted cheese and scant veggie mix. The poutine was ok - but overall, I feel it was a waste of money. I m not sure what happened, it was once a amazing, fresh, local place with a friendly atmosphere!

The ingredients are fresh , well cooked, many options and combinations for a reasonable price , fast to deliver and the staff are really nice guys . You will have no problems to park .

2022 October: 2/5 -hygiene/cross-contamination... = 2/5 -burger = 3.5/5 -friendliness = 4/5 Had to ask the server to change his gloves after he handled the till (was about to make my burger otherwise)...for the most part he was friendly...burger (PICTURE INCLUDED) was okay spiced well in some spots, plain in others...was not impressed that he was making bacon from one order and beef from another order so close to one another (PICTURE INCLUDED)...have a few friends who do not eat pork products who if they saw this would never eat from this place ever again...finally you can tell the guy working is new and has not been trained properly, he was wrapping the burgers with the wrappers inside out (PICTURE INCLUDED)... Parking: The parking lot is not designed well...if you know how to park and drive you are fine but with it on a somewhat steep hill and with a curve before your exit onto Davis, expect your doors to get dinged (saw someone ding another door with their door while I was in my car) and for others drivers to drive awkwardly through the lot...

So soggy you cant even pick it up without it falling apart. Dont try and bite into the sogginess unless you want to be sick. Who knows why its so wet. Ive seen how these were made in the past and have no clue how they are getting the bun so full of liquid without it literally being placed on a counter that was just wiped down. Pretty sad but I guess the owners are living off the name and quality that they used to have until they go out of business.

Did not really enjoy it. Portion was on the small side. Not a lot of flavour. Probably wont be back
