I was much disappointed after visiting TJ’s after not attending since before they changed their menu, many of my favourite dishes have been discontinued and drinks are absolutely outrageously overpriced here ($30) for a pitcher and $12 for single shots which is the highest markup ive ever seen come on TJ’s you’re better than that! Food was alright, fries tasted frozen however. Not worth what they’re asking for drinks but the food is alright. I have very mixed feelings about my experience here and will more than likely go elsewhere, Thank you for taking the time to read my review! Cheers 🥂
No AC the place was BURNING HOT. We came in almost 3 hours before close and the waitress was visibly annoyed by our presence. The food was pretty good, wings were definitely above average but the service was not great!
Great hidden gem for watching sports and great food along with amazing friendly staff. Waitresses always make my day brighter.
My favourite wing spot in the area as well as many of my friends. Suicide wings here are my go to and always great deals throughout the week. Always a laid back vibe and a perfect place to watch sports or hang out with friends!
I absolutely Love this place, it is honestly one of my favorite pubs to visit with large screen TV's airing baseball and hockey, the staff are absolutely awesome and the food is out of this world. Huge 5 stars from the South African. P.S. Thanks for staying open last night just to accommodate a later beer, that makes your service even that much more,
Had not been in years since our move from the neighborhood but was there 2 days ago. We picked a quiet time and it was lovely. We ordered sandwiches wit fries, soup or salad. My husband had the fries...thickcut! I ordered the broccoli soup. Delicious and piping hot! 😋 We will be back to try the wings that we hear so much about. Our young server was so attentive. Wish l had asked her name, which l normally do, but it has been a difficult week. We enjoyed our much needed peaceful lunch. Tony and Shelley Sampson😀
Came here for lunch with a friend during the week - We both ordered the grilled veggie wrap. I wish our waitress had asked what we wanted as a side - I guess she just assumed fries (I probably would have gotten sweet potato fries or a garden salad). Our server was kind and attentive and the service was quick (there also weren't many people in there on a Wed @1pm). Looking forward to coming back on a Tues or Thurs for wings/ribs! 😛 Place looks dumpy on the outside but the food is worth it!
Based on my first visit, I could tell this was a local hidden gem with a bar full of regulars where “everyone knows your name”. Went for lunch and was served by Tori. She was friendly and attentive, making it an easy choice to want to return in the future. I recommend the pizza fingers, a cheeseburger and a cold pint. Cheers!

It used to be a hangout for me and my buddies that is until the pandemic it isnt the same anymore they got rid of Creedmoor beers which is what we all drink and the chicken wings dont taste like they used to

Came here with a friend during our lunch break, and we both ordered the grilled veggie wraps. It was SO good, and the fries were fresh and crispy.
Unfortunately I had to give a star in some cases as zero wasn t an option. Called for a reservation for 9, no air conditioning.. okay Ordered wings and asked for them to be tossed with hot and creamy - server brought this with just hot and not until the end of the meal told me the cook refused to do that and said we don t do that . Be sure you don t want anything which isn t on the menu exactly. Frankly the wings were over cooked, small and took a very long time. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be back to this location.
This is a hidden gem, quiet atmosphere with music from the 70s and 80s, excellent service, great food and very good value. I wish we had found this place years ago. My wife had the soup and salad lunch combo and I had the chicken parm on panini with steak fries. Both of us were full and very happy with our new discovery.
Best wings and customer service I ve ever had. Nardeen, ally, and jasmine are all amazing servers with a great attitude. Remember to tip them well!

Grew up on Tjs, its a must everytime I find myself in Newmarket. The wings and fries are delicious, and their dill dip cannot be beat. The service has always been friendly and fast, and the prices are almost too good to be true.

The health department should make a visit! Kitchen is dirty for starters. I placed a take out order for penne vodka sauce. When I got home I found that my dinner was not edible because the chef used a styrofoam container for food that was way to hot. So naturally the styrofoam melted. I pulled the container out of the bag and the dish had melted so bad that pasta was falling out of it. Opened the container to see that melted styrofoam was all over my food. So now had no dinner and out the cost of the meal and gas to go get it! Won t even think of eating here again and I won t recommend either!
Food is good, service is not. The waitresses were constantly on their phone and were speaking loud enough for us to hear them speaking about the customers.

They are one of the few places open late that serve bar food; chicken wings, fries et al. Works well for after the game beer league hockey players but the drink selection isnt the greatest. They have beer and basic spirits but if you want a nice glass of wine this isnt for you.
They invented Dill Sauce here! Even if they say didnt, dont believe it. This is where I heard about and tasted Dill Sauce for the first time way back in 86. They are so ahead in Dill Sauce tech its no longer a competition, its a monopoly. Dill sauce didnt really take off in the mainstream until the Fatboy Slim hit song Dill Saucer came out in 2001 ft. The place was near empty yet it took them 30 mins to bring an appetizer . And close to an hour for the main dish which was a mere burger and home fries. Not to mention the waiter had zero to none customer service skills . Super overpriced for the lack luster quantity of food they give you . Would not recommend.
Just stopped by tonight for my birthday, could not have picked a better place food and service was amazing.
Food was fast and tasty. There were specials and lots of regular menu choices including salads. Server was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Prices were good. Note to newcomers, entrance and parking is off the side street not Yonge st.

The dill sauce is epic. Tuesdays is wings night and I would strongly recommend wings, fries and dill. This is a great choice for take out as their food comes in small pizza type boxes that our recyclable. What I love most about their hot wings is that they are a dryer sauce. While I love any type of wing, there is something nice about a hot wing that doesnt require wiping off your fingers everytime to have your beer. Being dryer makes no sacrifice to taste.

It was good because it was a family dinner. The service was way better this time. The wings to me still are not worth it. They are overpriced for mediocre quality. They were cooked well but not sauced well. The steak cut fries were good but not great. A couple more minutes in the fryer to crisp them up.

Decent place. I went on their 1/2 price wing night (Tuesday) and received great service. The wings tastes fine but were not as meaty as Id like. Fries were okay, and their onion bits or whatever theyre called were outstanding.

Best value anywhere. This place has amazing food for good prices with daily deals. Tuesday is my favourite day to go when wings are almost 1/2 off with a drink. The wings are great here and the onion chips are the best fried onions Ive had anywhere, combine anything here with their signature dill sauce and youre sure to be impressed. Beer prices here are great as well, with an average pint running below $6. Ive never had faster service anywhere which is quite remarkable. Youd think their waitstaff were working at a steakhouse, that and they all seem genuinely friendly. Great food. Great service. Better value. Great place.
Love this place! Excellent food worth the prices! My husband Sergio gets his lunch here pretty much daily or for an after work meal he gets the wings theyre the best here hands down!! Only downfall is he gets to eat here more often bc he works in newmarket off Davis and yonge st and we reside in mississauga...please consider opening a Tom and Jerrys down here near square one please!!!

Different Deals on food throughout the week. Great wing place. Hosted our party of 20+ without issue. Attentive wait staff. Absolutely no complaints at all. Parking limited in peak times on site. Across the road is ample additional parking. Good ambience. Not my last visit for sure

guy at take out was super nice and they got the order right and got all my food my only thing is it seems that the quality of wings is going down. half of the legs were broken in half so it wasnt even the whole leg and there was very little meat on the bones.
The specials are always great, the normal menu is ok.
